Abstract: Finance and banking is the life blood of trade, commerce and industry. Now-a days, banking sector acts as the backbone of modern business. Development of any country mainly depends upon the banking system. A bank is a financial institution which deals with deposits and advances and other related services. It receives money from those who want to save in the form of deposits and it lends money to those who need it..The banking is one of the most essential and important parts of the human life. In current faster lifestyle peoples may not do proper transitions without developing the proper bank network. The banking System in India is dominated by nationalized banks. The performance of the banking sector is more closely linked to the economy than perhaps that of any other sector. The growth of the Indian economy is estimated to have slowed down significantly. The economic slowdown and global developments have affected the banking sectors' performance in India in FY12 resulting in moderate business growth. It has forced banks to consolidate their operations, re-adjust their focus and strive to strengthen their balance sheets. Here researcher's objective is to study the Indian banking sector and performance of Indian banks.

In the past decade, the interconnectedness, collaboration and dependency of nations, states and the corporate world has increased significantly. Consequently, organizations are now focusing on the imperative value of prioritizing diversity and inclusion strategies to gain a competitive advantage. It is important to investigate diversity perceptions through a positive psychology lens. Thus, the aim of this study is to examine the relationship between perceived workplace diversity climate and psychological capital amongst employees working in the Indian private sector. Participants were selected from a purposive sample of 160 full-time employees (81 males; 79 females) between the ages of 22-44 years. The scales used for the study included Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) by Luthans (2007) and Diversity Perception Scale by Mor Barak (1998). Multiple parametric statistical tests revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between perceived workplace diversity and psychological capital amongst employees. There is also a significant difference in these perceptions on the basis of gender. The practical implications: to improve diversity perceptions, organizations must focus on investing more in diversity and inclusion and enhancing their diversity management policies and practices through regular diversity training, awareness and sensitivity training, responsible recruitment, more nuanced diversity policies. This will result in better work performance, organizational effectiveness and a sustainable future through higher levels of psychological capital.

The advancement in modern technology and social communication has been increased in recent times. Because of this, there are many job opportunities available online for job seekers which do include freshers as well. Sometimes, this job opportunities can be fraud. As many job seekers are freshers, so they don't have an idea about this fraud happening online. Hence, we propose a system which can help the job seekers to find out whether the job posting done online is fraud or a legit job posting. This system uses machine learning algorithm to train the detection model. The user has to insert the URL of the job in the search box, with the help of feature extraction, the model will classify the job posting as legit or fraud job posting.

The intersection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), in the metaverse, and virtual reality (VR), as a new paradigm for digital commerce, is explored in this paper. By examining the advantages and drawbacks of this cutting-edge method of digital exchange, we explore the potential of VR as a platform for NFT trading. We examine the various ways that NFTs can be bought, sold, and exchanged in VR environments, including immersive auctions, peer-to-peer transactions, and NFT marketplace, based on case studies and empirical data. Additionally, we assess how blockchain technology and smart contracts can support safe and open NFT transactions in VR. Additionally, we look into how this new market may affect artists, collectors, investors, and the overall economy, including potential issues with pricing, liquidity, and regulatory oversight.

The properties of soil play a major effect on the design of road pavements. Thus, using waste materials to develop the characteristics of weak soil is being progressively necessary for industrial constructions. In past years, several pieces of research have been done to show the significance of these waste materials on the strength of the soil. This research aims to focus on the impact of granite powder on the behavior of the soil subjected to loading. Therefore, soils blended with several amounts of granite powder i.e. 4%, 8%, 12%, 16%, and 20% of the total weight were examined. The CBR, compaction and direct shear tests were executed to evaluate the performance of the untreated and treated soils. The findings proved that adding granite dust increased noticeably the shear strength, CBR and dry density of the soils. It was found that an addition of 8% granite dust to the natural soil yields the most appropriate results among other contents of granite dust. Hence, it is concluded that the granite dust has good potential to be used as an additive for improving the engineering properties of clayey soil.

Wealth of information that is stored in unstructured data, but unstructured data lacks simple recognizable structure such that it cannot be easily used by computer software. It does not have pre-defined model or structure, therefore it is not stored in relational database. Unstructured data could be machine generated or human generated; it is stored in the native format along with the associated metadata. To analyze unstructured data we must use cotemporary technology such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. While analyzing unstructured data we must consider metadata, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Image analysis and Data Visualization.

Allopathic medicine system and modern medicine system has gained popularity due to more and more scientific discoveries and advancement in modern scientific research .Herbal medicine was also an effective healing method and more therapeutic. The maceration is a method of solid-liquid extraction. Bioactive compounds in plants include alkaloids, terpenoids, coumarins, flavonoids, nitrogen-containing compounds, organosulfur compounds, phenolics, etc. A wide spectrum of bioactivities is exhibited by these compounds such as anti-inflammatory, immunostimulatory, anticancer, antioxidant, antimicrobial, etc. Curcuma longa is a perennial herband family is Zingiberaceae. Ayurvedic systems of medicine, particularly as an anti-inflammatory agent, and for the treatment of flatulence, jaundice, menstrual difficulties, hematuria, hemorrhage, and colic. Emblica, Indian goose berry (amla) the fruit that contains considerably higher concentration of most minerals and amino acids. The pulpy portion of fruit, dried and freed from the nuts contains: gallic acid 1.32%, tannin, sugar 36.10%; gum 13.75%; albumin 13.08%; crude cellulose 17.08%; mineral matter 4.12%; and moisture 3.83%. Tannins are the mixture of gallic acid, ellagic acid, and phyllembin. Lotions are defined as monophasic or biphasic solution, emulsion or suspension design to apply on unbroken and also broken or inflamed skin without friction. Antimicrobial agents are essentially important in reducing the global burden of infectious diseases. However, emergence and dissemination of multidrug resistant (MDR) strain in pathogenic bacteria have become a significant public health threat as there are fewer, or even sometimes no, effective antimicrobial agents available for the infection caused by pathogenic bacteria. Many plants have been used because of their antimicrobial traits, which are due to phytochemicals synthesized in the secondary metabolism of the plant . Plants are rich in a wide variety of secondary metabolites such as tannins, alkaloids, phenolic compounds, and flavonoids, which have been found in vitro to have antimicrobial properties.

Fairy tales, predominantly the first genre we encounter as a child, still fascinate us as adults. What do we not know of fairy tales? Research has been done in numerous areas of fairy tales but the genre enchanting the way it is, is studied even to this day, this paper aims to understand fairy tales in a different dimension by analyzing through the clubbing together of two predominantly used approaches psychoanalysis and feminism. It's out of nature to ask if fairy tales are a psychoanalytic genre, it definitely is, given the presence of numerous archetypes. The paper is an attempt to analyze the question of sexism in fairy tales with the help of the Cinderella complex in two infamous fairy tales "Rapunzel" and "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" from " The Complete Grimm's Fairy Tales" by Jacob Grimm and Wilhelm Grimm.
