Maharashtra has a rich history. It will not be wrong to say that this history is the source of various mantras for us to live. One of the stories in the rich history of Maharashtra is the 'Nal-Damayanti' story. In this story, the love story of 'Nal' and 'Damayanti' was consummated by a supernatural swan. By comparing this supernatural swan with the communication systems of today's mechanical world and science age, this research paper presents the study of how human life can be enriched with relationships by strengthening the bonds that are weakened due to a lack of communication.

Agriculture in India is a very important occupation. The percentage of people involved in agriculture in this country is 65% of the total population. It is the only major occupation vital in providing food security to the entire nation. In this agricultural land of India, seed sowing is a very important aspect in the cultivation of crops. The type of seed is significant according to the type of soil, weather conditions and the kind of location. Seed germination and growth are majorly dependent on the type of seed, its diameter and planting depth of the seed. So in consideration of these aspects, seed sowing machine plays an important role in sowing seeds with the optimum depth of plantation and type of the crop. Seed sowing machine reduces the time and effort in cultivation of the crops. There may be single or multiple crops according to the type of soil and kind of location. Hence in order to sow the seeds in agriculture field for multiple crops, a capable and efficient seed sowing machine is a mandatory. Hence, our project is focused towards the manufacturing of seed sowing machine for inter crop fields. The proper fabrication of the seed sowing machine is completed to ensure the sowing of right amount of seed for two types of crop in the agricultural field. This seed sowing machine has also a provision to sow the seeds with correct inter spacing between the lines of planting of crops. The diameters of the holes through which two types of seeds were machined accurately to make sure the right release of seeds at a specific location. This machine also fulfills an important function of ploughing of the soil and covering of the seeds with the soil after sowing.

The present study was to find out the effect of two methods of circuit training combined with asanas and pranayama practice on cardiorespiratory endurance and body mass index of school girlsThe study was formulated as a true random group design, consisting of a pre test and post test. The subjects (n=60) were randomly assigned to three equal groups of twenty school girls in each group. The groups were assigned as Experimental Groups I, II, and control group respectively. Experimental group I was assigned as Continuous Method Circuit Training with Asana and Pranayama Group (CMCTAP), experimental group II was assigned as Interval Method Circuit Training with Asana and Pranayama Group (IMCTAP) and the control group was strictly under control not involving any special training. Pre tests were conducted for all the subjects on Cardio respiratory Endurance and Body Mass Index. The experimental groups participated in their respective training protocols for a period of twelve weeks. After the experimental period, the post tests were conducted on the above said dependent variables for all the three groups. The difference between the initial and final scores on each variable was considered the effect of respective treatments. The effects of CMCTAP, IMCTAP on selected variables were tested through ANCOVA. In all cases 0.05 level was fixed to test the hypothesis.

Sustainable Development Goals can be achieve through high standards of governance at all levels The Indian Federalism may be one of the most interesting categorization in the world. characterised as it is by a contradiction to begin with that of being a "centralized federalism" But, in the courage of cooperative federalism, the levels of the government ie. Centre and State have joined hands to bright about the change that India needs NITI Aayog has two goals to oversee the adoption and monitoring of the SDGs in the country, and also promote competitive and cooperative federalism among Centre and State. When we talk about Indian public health system is considered to be a crucial factor for the social, economic and overall development of the country SDG3 is also talking about the public health system and it should be attain through 2030. But the Covid-19 pandemic turned our country upside down which is earlier also not performing upto the mark. This pandemic revealed how vulnerable it affects the life, health systems work and economies. Those already are marginalized or not it affected all to this pandemic because lacking of quality and essential heath care services and its management by the Centre mud State Government. They are affected by both the virus and the secondary effects Le the health system of our country. In this Covid-19 pandemic people are also affected by the policies which are not making coordination between the Centre and State. Both primary and secondary data are used the study through this research paper reader is able to know the need of cooperative federalism to proper functioning of public health care system.

The number of vehicles has increased proportionally over the last couple of times and this number is rising due to the increase in population extension and the number of vehicles that are manufactured every day. The high business viscosity leads to several problems, from which effectively propagating emergency messages is a major concern. VANETs (Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks), it is a vehicle networks of digital communication between cars, trucks, and also roadside units like antennas & buildings. In VANETs, significant challenges are faced, while disseminating the message across the network. The major challenges are the broadcast storm problem, hidden node problem, and packet collisions. We propose an Effective Emergency Message Dissemination Scheme (EEMDS) for urban VANETs. The scheme is grounded on our mobility metrics to escape communication outflow and to maintain the stability of the cluster structure. Every vehicle takes into account its direction and path loss factor for opting appropriate cluster head. Also, we introduce estimated link stability to choose a suitable dependent vehicle (an intermediary that communicates between multiple clusters) that reduces the number of retransmits and communication traffic in the network. Simulation results covey that NEMDS provides an acceptable end-to-end detention, information coverage, & packet delivery ratio compared to the eminent Emergency Messages dissemination schemes.

The present study aimed to use MET data generated over three years across three locations to identify most stable pigeonpea genotypes and common test environments based on representativeness. AMMI analysis showed that there were significant effects for genotypes, environments and G x E interaction for grain yield and all the associate traits. However, greater variation was attributed to sum squares (SS) due to environment effects and less to due to genotypes and G x E interactions. Further, multiplicative effects through IPCA1 and IPCA2 explained major portion of the G x E interaction SS there by AMMI2 model (G+E+IPCA1 and IPCA2) contained major portion of the total SS, indicating that the AMMI model fits the data well, and validates the use of AMMI2. Among the test genotypes ICEAP 00040, recorded highest grain yield (1.93 t/ha) and formed distinctly in first significant group. AMMI stability values for all the traits under inquiry indicated that G2 (ICEAP 00040) as the most stable genotype (ASV of ~1 and top most performer and selection index value is 8 (which is low). AMMI1 biplot showed G2 (ICEAP 00040), G6 (ICEAP 00932), G7 (ICEAP 00933), and G8 (ICEAP 00936) are showing high performing and AMMI2 biplot showed G3 (ICEAP 00053) had high stable and among all the genotypes G2 (ICEAP 00040) as a highly dominant genotype. The superior performance and adaptability of ICEAP 00040 was rightly recognized by its release in Kenya.

Abstract In this paper researcher tries to explore scientific development in Pre Vedic period i;e stone age to bronze age in Indian subcontinent. At the early stone age man invented weapons consist of stone to survive. Then they discovered how to protect themselves from coldness of nature and they invented leather garments. By their daily life experience they found how to create fire. Then they invented more developed weapons which is consist of bronze which is more sharp then stone. Then researcher presented how a well planned civilization was established in that time i;e Indus valley civilization. Indus valley civilization was first step towards city life culture of modern age. Researcher explained how scientific development occurred in this period with daily life experience. How man used knowledge of observation to their daily life. ABSTRACT: A cross-sectional study was carried out from February, 2021 up to December 2021 to estimate the prevalence of Bovine Tuberculosis in 5 dairy farms, identify the associated risk factors and its zoonotic potential. cross-breeds dairy cows were first tested to the Tuberculin skin test, In Ethiopia, where livestock are extremely important for people's livelihood, animal diseases can be a real threat to animal productivity and thus negatively impact on the agricultural sector and economic development. Bovine tuberculosis, caused by M.bovis, is a chronic and contagious disease of cattle and other domestic and wild animals. The isolation of M. bovis in freshly drawn milk from the tuberculin positive reactor cows is being reported for the first time in Harar town. The study emphasizes the risk of transmission of TB to human through consumption of contaminated unpasteurized milk and milk products. There is a need for enhanced public health education to raise awareness on the consequences of consuming potentially contaminated milk. Also, measures need to be adopted to test and eliminate positive reactor cows from the dairy supply chain. Using questionnaire survey, the study considered different aspects of public health risks; mainly husbandry, knowledge and public awareness including the farm hygienic practice level with zoonotic potential of bTB infection were assessed on 100 randomly selected respondents which include dairy farm owners, dairy workers, and customers who regularly purchasing milk and milk products from these selected dairy farms for study. The overall survey finding signifies that people lack that this zoonotic disease related Awareness gap level was very higher which could be described as very lower/below 50%. and the overall Comparative Intra Dermal Tubercline skin test prevalence was about 32(12.21%). Out of the total 5 dairy herds tested (262), 32 of them (12.21%) were found to be positive reactors for bovine tuberculosis. Implementation of control program in such areas could be effective to reduce or possibly stop further bTB transmission between cattle and to reduce the likely zoonotic impact. The detected pathogens revealed that the disease transmission could be cyclical: cow-to-man-to-cow, underlying the existence of higher risk of dissemination of mycobacteria among the cattle and human populations.

The part of emotions in human internal health is extremely important. Since robotic feelings in real scripts are more challenging to detect than other emotions, emotion recognition in real scripts has attracted a lot of attention in affective computing lately. Motivated by the aid of using the multitudinous issues of colorful lengths of audio spectrograms on emotion identification, this paper proposes a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model for speech emotion recognition. originally, a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) interpretation is used to probe deep member-stage capabilities at the foundation of the created image- such as 3 channels of spectrograms. also, a deep LSTM interpretation is followed on the idea of the set up-out member-stage CNN capabilities to seize the temporal reliance amongst all divided parts in an utterance for utterance-stage emotion recognition. Eventually, special emotion recognition results, entered with the aid of using combining CNN with LSTM at further than one length of member-stage spectrograms, are included with the aid of using the use of a score-stage emulsion strategy.

Replacement of missing teeth is possible via dental implants for decades. Dental implant surgery can provide an alternative to dentures or bridgework when natural tooth roots are lacking. Implants are a long-term tooth recovery alternative that can be used to restore missing teeth and bone supports that have deteriorated due to periodontal disease. It is crucial to use the right imaging techniques for implants and to interpret the results correctly. To assess the quantity and condition of the bone at the implant site without surgery, radiography is the only available method. the efficacy of an artificial intelligence (AI) system for designing dental implants. Recent years have seen notable advancements in dentistry thanks to artificial intelligence (AI). The goal of this systematic review is to highlight developments in all applications commonly used in dentistry and their efficacy in terms of treatment clinical judgment, and treatment prognosis prediction. Most published research focuses on artificial intelligence AI models use CNNs and ANNs to detect and diagnose dental caries, Periapical periodontitis, maxillary rhinosinusitis, maxillofacial follicle, lymph nodes of the neck, osteoporosis, Malignant tumors, predicting orthodontic extractions, vertical root rupture determining the need for orthodontic treatments, salivary gland syndrome, Craniometry analysis, and establishing age and gender. AI systems have shown great potential for implant identification, excellence analysis, and structural analysis are all possible.

This research article delves into the theme of the "national longing for form" in Salman Rushdie's Midnight's Children, exploring its significance within the context of India's post-colonial nation-building. By employing literary analysis and critical perspectives, the article examines the protagonist's journey and its parallels with the process of nation formation in India. Furthermore, it delves into the intricate interplay between heterogeneity and homogeneity, highlighting the role of language and narrative in shaping the concept of the nation. Drawing upon the notion of the "imagined community," the article also explores the tension between form and content within the novel. Ultimately, the conclusion emphasizes the novel's portrayal of India's pluralistic reality and its rejection of a monolithic national identity, adding depth to the narrative and enriching the understanding of the nation-building process.

The work has focused on the conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its management. It finds the impacts of conflicts and conflict management on the democratization of the DRC. After suffering the worst level of atrocities at the hands of its Belgian colonial masters for eight decades, the Congo became a free state in 1960. The first human right campaign which was launched in the early 1900s exposed the belgian king leopode's crimes and the high degree of devastation the belgian meted against the congolese. This led to the end of Leopold's ownership of the Congo Free State. The devastation was followed by the rampant corruption, genocide and refugee crises. The DRC continued to experience serious human rights violations, including mass killings in the context of armed conflict and inter-communal violence, a crackdown on dissent and ill-treatment of detainees. The authorities continued to show a lack of political will to hold the perpetrators of human rights violations to account. The right to education was violated. This article goes on further to study the democratization process and peace building efforts in the DRC. This article is also highlighting a brief history of the relative political instability and geo-politics of the DRC and the neighboring eastern countries such as Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi. This article enriches our understanding of the current status of the DRC as one of the poorest and most unstable countries in the world. This work will make us understand what makes the DRC unique in a positive way and what can we learn from her to apply to our own lives.
