In contemporary world, a man or women is engaged with different worldly duties in their profession, work, commitments, family maintenance etc. Smart medicine has emerged to contribute the evolution of healthcare and medical services by applying machine learning together with advanced computing techniques like cloud computing to computer-aided diagnosis and treatments. Depression is another name for mental illness. It can lead to severe health complications and increase the risk of stroke, and sometimes death. Machine learning is mainly focusing on Mind and then Matter. Main motive of this project is to give the analysis and prediction of depression because 21% people are affected in this psychological disease across the nation. In this paper, we collected the datasets which contains patient records and histories with medication process. We analyzed the hypothesis from the records, to point out which are all the major factors to affect the man or women. Besides we are highlighting the factors with grades in different geographical structures like Family problem, Physical illness, Lust or desire not obtained so far. We are introducing ensemble learning method for predicting the disease level for the particular node. Ensemble learning is the process by which multiple models, such as classifiers or experts, are strategically generated and combined to solve a particular computational intelligence problem. We compute a unified medicine framework based on the depression identification parameters using

Physical infrastructure is one of the major assets of a city for economic and sustainable development. Globally Physical Infrastructure is facing threat due to the lack of Infrastructure resources within the city and its proximity. This paper envisages factors of land use implications, and the process of physical infrastructure development that would reflect the current contemporary challenges. The need and necessity of various types of infrastructure has been rapidly increasing beyond their core functions, which demands the involvement of stake holder participation to promote orderly decisions on infrastructure development policies. An empirical analysis is conducted on time series annual data from 1991 to 2011 for water supply and sanitation of kavali town. The availability of infrastructure facilities is inadequate and requires improvement for the future. The results suggest that public physical infrastructure provision certainly improves the socio-economic conditions by contributing towards growth in the ULB. This paper also suggests and proposes new innovative techniques for improvement of facilities by considering the norms and guidelines framed by the public authorities.

The recent rapid growth in big data, networking, and machine learning is due to exponential advances in processing, storage, and network technologies. As the world becomes more digitalized, there is a greater need for comprehensive and sophisticated security technologies and strategies to address the increasingly complex nature of cyber-attacks. This paper examines how machine learning, big data is being used in cyber security, both in defence and offense, with a focus on cyber-attacks against machine learning models. Machine learning can be used to carry out cyber-attacks, such as smart botnets, sophisticated spear fishing, and evasive malware. In the field of defence, big data analytics refers to the ability to collect large volumes of digital data in order to analyse, visualize, and derive knowledge that can help predict and prevent cyber-attacks. It gives us a stronger cyber defence stance when combined with security technologies. They allow businesses to identify patterns of behaviour that indicate network threats. Machine learning is used in cyber security for threat identification and prevention, malware detection and classification, and network risk rating, among other things.

The marine fisheries sector is dominated by the socio-economically backward artisanal and small-scale fishers whose lives are closely intertwined with the oceans and seas. However, 75 percent of the total marine fish production comes from the mechanized sector, 23 percent from the motorized sector, and only 2 percent from the artisanal sector. Despite stagnation in the growth of marine capture fish production over the years, the dependency of traditional marine fishers on marine capture fisheries for livelihoods has been increasing and it is only imperative that sustainable alternative livelihood opportunities like mariculture activities are developed and promoted. The Indian fisheries sector is set in a unique and diverse set of resources ranging from the pristine waters of the Himalayas to the sprawling Indian Ocean. The fisheries biodiversity of the country encompasses a wide spectrum of physical and biological components that support the livelihoods of millions of people. Fisheries resources are set in different ecosystems.

In present days there is a lot need for low force ring oscillator which is executed with straightforward CMOS inverters. Ring oscillator is a fundamental structure block in integrators. The ring oscillator based integrators are the critical components in the simple channel plan. The DC gain of the ordinary integrators is rigorously restricted by the increase of the Operational Tran conductance amplifier (OTA). Here we proposed a ring oscillator with a low force utilization. In this plan inverters are associated in fell structure to acquire a three phase ring oscillator the yield of first stage is taken care of to the contribution of second stage. The ring oscillator utilizes an odd number of inverters to give the impact of a single reversing amplifier with an increase of more noteworthy than one. The Ring oscillator is created by utilizing Rhythm Tool with a CMOS 180nm innovation furthermore, is mimicked utilizing rhythm ghost. The supply voltage was changed from 0.5 V to analyze the recurrence and force utilization of the circuit. The deliberate recurrence had a reach of 38MHz and the force utilization is 129uW.In this paper above mentioned is proposed

There has been considerable research interest of late in the use of adsorption in Thermal Energy Storage. The use of TES for the transformation of low temperature heat in applications such as cooling and heating has been the focus of some applications. Zeolite and water have been studied as materials that are appropriate. They are visible due to their characteristics as environmentally friendly materials and high affinity. It is also significant that zeolites have unique properties to hold adsorbed water/heat with very minimal loss. A Stirling engine was used to generate electricity with the aid of a dynamo, as a heat engine and an adsorption energy storage system serving as a heat pump. The relation between the generation of electricity and temperature has been investigated. The average temperature and pressure of the zeolite - water adsorption heat pump obtained were also compared with the basic adsorption cycle.
