Congenital Amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia is genetic disorder caused due to autosomal recessive gene disorder cause decreased platelet count, presents as anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukemia. The pathological is due to mutation in TPO and Mpl receptor gene which lead to low platelet count and decreased megakaryocytes present as purpura, bleeding early identified in newborn on day of birth can progress to worse in months to years. Diagnosed by complete blood picture, bone marrow biopsy, genetic testing. The CAMT is treated with help of supportive therapy where in the platelets are transfused in multiple sittings, gene therapy used and prevented by genetic counseling. The present article describes the cause, diagnosis and management of CAMT.

Memorials are mainly concerned with memories related to events in history. Research shows that emotions and memories are strongly related. The memorials communicate tragedy or uncertainty and evoke aspiration and a sense of gratitude. Sensory experience plays a major role in memory. The paper studies how architects around the world and through time in history, have been successful in designing different memorials to evoke memories of the events that they are dedicated to. It aims to identify architectural and landscape elements and features used in the memorial design to evoke human memories, emotions, and experiences. The research analyses some of the well-known memorials across the world designed after world war I, to date through literature review, and analytical studies and tries to figure out similarities in design elements and principles that are applied by designers of these memorials. The paper limits itself to the analysis of two common emotions attached to memorials- grief and pride. The research concludes by identifying elements and principles that are mainly adopted by designers in the design of memorials to evoke the above-mentioned emotions.

The Concept of village relocation startedin India in early 19th century during British period with objective of conservation of forest. The impact of relocation in most of the cases is stressful from both economic as well as cultural point of view. Most of the relocation polices and package in several countries defined on basis of economic factors only, however importance of cultural similarity also equally important for wellbeing of people. This paper provides a case study of a small village Dabkan, in Tehla Range of Sariska Tiger Reserve, Alwar, Rajasthan. The village was planned for relocation in year 2017-2018, but after 4 years, process of relocation still not started in the village. There is brief about community living in Dabkan, their livelihood, their knowledge about Forest and its resources. After NTCA plan of Village Relocation in Sariska Tiger reserve in 2007-08, basic development activities like electricity, drinking water, medical facilities, construction of pucaa house completely stopped in the village by Forest Department. People living in the village have uncertainty about their future. Through this research paper, we have attempted to understand the issues and problems related to the people living in Dabkan village, their concern about relocation package and suggested suitable measures for coexistence of human and wildlife.

Day through day human beings is the usage of their very own automobiles is growing maximum of them is the usage of IC Engines and whose performance is around 30-35%, due to the fact IC Engines emit carbon monoxide is a toxic fuel line, and carbon dioxide is a greenhouse fuel line which ends up in the surroundings pollution. Pollution is a critical problem to the world faces. Though Electric motors had been delivered into the marketplace with the concept of putting off the use of fossil fuels. Electric motors can't be claimed 0 pollutions. They use an outside charger to price the battery of the vehicle. Although the strength vegetation generating power may also emit pollutants power from nuclear, hydro, sun, and wind strength reasons no air pollutants on the time of strength production. The idea of internally charging an E-motor motorcycle is to increase an E-motor motorcycle this is less costly to not unusual place human beings and to harness pedaling attempt of people to flee the battery of the motor motorcycle in preference to charging externally. The pedal of the motor motorcycle is hooked up to a Motor or sun panel to fee the batteries. The idea provides an advantage; the electricity used to pedal a bicycle is regained into beneficial energy. Pedaling a bicycle serves as an excellent exercise.

This paper presents a method to operate a grid connected hybrid system. The hybrid system composed of a Photovoltaic (PV) array and a Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is considered. Two operation modes, the unit-power control (UPC) mode and the feeder-flow control (FFC) mode, can be applied to the hybrid system. In the UPC mode, variations of load demand are compensated by the main grid because the hybrid source output is regulated to reference power. Renewable energy is currently widely used. One of these resources is solar energy. The photovoltaic (PV) array normally uses a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique to continuously deliver the highest power to the load when there are variations in irradiation and temperature. The disadvantage of PV energy is that the PV output power depends on weather conditions and cell temperature, making it an uncontrollable source. Furthermore, it is not available during the night. In order to overcome these inherent drawbacks, alternative sources, such as PEMFC, should be installed in the hybrid system. By changing the FC output power, the hybrid source output becomes controllable. Therefore, the reference value of the hybrid source output must be determined. In the FFC mode, the feeder flow is regulated to a constant, the extra load demand is picked up by the hybrid source, and, hence, the feeder reference power must be known. He system can maximize the generated power when load is heavy and minimizes the load shedding area. When load is light, the UPC mode is selected and, thus, the hybrid source works more stably. The changes in operating mode only occur when the load demand is at the boundary of mode change; otherwise, the operating mode is either UPC mode or FFC mode. Besides, the variation of hybrid source reference power is eliminated by means of hysteresis. The proposed operating strategy with a flexible operation mode change always operates the PV array at maximum output power and the PEMFC in its high efficiency performance band, thus improving the performance of system operation, enhancing system stability, and decreasing the number of operating mode changes.

Solar power plants need to be monitored for optimum power output. This helps retrieve efficient power output from power plants while monitoring for faulty solar panels, connections, and dust accumulated on panels lowering output and other such issues affecting solar performance. So here we propose an automated IoT based solar power monitoring system that allows for automated solar power monitoring from anywhere over the internet. We use arduino based system to monitor a 10Watt solar panel parameters. Our system constantly monitors the solar panel and transmits the power output to IoT system over the internet. Here we use IoT Gecko to transmit solar power parameters over the internet to IoT Gecko server. It now displays these parameters to the user using an effective GUI and also alerts user when the output falls below specific limits. This makes remotely monitoring of solar plants very easy and ensure best power output.

We introduce an effective technique to enhance the images captured underwater and degraded due to the medium scattering and absorption. Our method is a single image approach that does not require specialized hardware or knowledge about the underwater conditions or scene structure. It builds on the blending of two images that are directly derived from a color-compensated and white-balanced version of the original degraded image. The two images to fusion, as well as their associated weight maps, are defined to promote the transfer of edges and color contrast to the output image. To avoid that the sharp weight map transitions create artifacts in the low frequency components of the reconstructed image, we also adapt a multiscale fusion strategy. Our extensive qualitative and quantitative evaluation reveals that our enhanced images and videos are characterized by better exposedness of the dark regions, improved global contrast, and edges sharpness. Our validation also proves that our algorithm is reasonably independent of the camera settings, and improves the accuracy of several image processing applications, such as image segmentation and keypoint matching.

Because of the miserable security of sensors focus focuses, it is ordinarily expected that a foe can catch and think about little degree of sensors inside the affiliation. In a middle point replication assault, an adversary can take gain of the capacities of a compromised focus to bring expansions of that middle point into the neighborhood inconspicuously. Without a compelling and green affirmation part, those copies might be utilized to convey a spread of assaults that subvert different sensor undertakings and shows. This white paper introduces a single assigned framework called localized multicast for detecting focus replication attacks. The show and security of our framework are assessed both hypothetically and through entertainment. That is the very thing our outcomes show, strangely, With beyond special strategies proposed through utilising Parno et al., Localized Multicast is more prominent green to the degree that correspondence and memory costs in gigantic augmentation sensors affiliations, and on a near time accomplishes an unmatched opportunity seeing focus point expansions.
