Malpractising has always been a serious challenge that resulted in a serious problem in society. The automation in technology creates a more copied currency that is entirely spread, resulting in reducing the economic growth of the country. The note detection is compulsory, and also necessary to be very consistent and reliable. The paper currency identification depends upon a number of steps, including edge detection, feature extraction, image segmentation, grayscale conversion, and comparison of images. This paper also consists of a literature survey consisting of different methodologies for detection. The review to detect malpractice concludes that whenever we apply some efficient preprocessing and feature extraction techniques, it helps in improving the algorithm as well as the detection system. Machine Learning techniques help in building tools that is required and necessary for the research work, and we can make computer learning design, implementation, and methods to have a difference between fake and genuine currency. It is going to utilize pattern recognition and image processing learning and analyzing methods for distinguishing features. The paper is performed using anaconda, an integrated development environment of python, and then training is done on the datasets to identify the currency, it provides an advanced features of data analysis as well as an excellent visualization.

Manifesto is a public declaration of policy and aims, especially one issue before an election by a political party or a candidate. It can also be defined as a written statement of beliefs, aims and policies of a political party. Mizoram is facing a challenge of educated unemployment where educated youth on mass-scale are finding it hard to get job or even to run enterprise. Since recent years, the state has been facing the problems of mass-unemployment among the educated youths. According to Census Report 2011, Mizoram (91.3) hold third position in literacy percentage of the country just after Lakshadweep (91.8), but it is a fact that where the percentage of educated people is high, the educated people are burdened with unemployment problem. In this connection, the paper attempts to analyze how far political parties try to address the issues and problems of unemployment in the state. It focuses upon employment scenario of Mizoram; the paper tries to link the possibility of solving these problems with Party policies and manifestos.

One of the most widely known and published Indian English poets of our time is Jayanta Mahapatra. Like Nissim Ezekiel and A.K.Ramanujan, he is widely read and discussed both at home and abroad. But unlike Ezekiel and Ramanujan, Mahapatra is difficult to read for obscurity, complexity and allusiveness in his poetry. Mahapatra’s desire to acclimatize an indigenous tradition to English language, and create a new Indian English idiom is seen in Mahapatra’s poetry. He shares some of the concerns of the well known Indian poets of our time. In order to study his poetry in proper perspective, one should take the background of Indian English poetry into consideration to assess the evolution of Jayanta Mahapatra as a contemporary Indian English poet. His poetry represents the Indian sensibility right from the hoary past to the present age. In this context, he is the most intense of Indian poets writing in English. He is an Orissan poet writing in English.

The above is a comparative analysis of the financial position and performance of the company. The comparison is based on official financial statements filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system (EDGAR) (about 10,000 largest publicly traded companies). The comparison is performed using the eleven key financial ratios (see table above). Company's financial ratios are compared with the median values of ratios of all companies and of companies within the same industry, and also with the quartiles of those ratios.

Data security refers to the process of protecting data from the unauthorized access and data corruption throughout its lifecycle. To overcome this problem this project presents an Efficient Data Security System for where two security algorithms will be merged to secure the data stored and accessed in cloud. In addition, the emerging block chain technology with the wireless data transfer system, makes easy the interaction between the data and cloud. A frontend framework is developed using Reactjs framework where the data is entered for analyzing which will undergo the process of encryption using the hybrid secure algorithm. This is been stored securely in the cloud database such as mongo DB as an highly secure encrypted key. Whenever the data is requested, then the key is received from the database and decrypted using in the frontend to view the original data.

Because of the wide range of applications and ambiguity in learning approaches, character identification from handwritten images has gotten more interest in the pattern recognition research field. For handwritten digit recognition, two phases are required: character recognition and feature extraction based on a classification technique. Deep learning approaches are at the centre of handwriting recognition research, which has yielded breakthrough results in recent years. Nonetheless, the increasing development in the amount of handwritten data combined with the availability of vast computing capacity necessitates an increase in recognition accuracy and deserves additional exploration

ABSTRACT: The present study was conducted in Yadgir district of Karnataka state, purposively in the year 2019-20. Two taluka of viz. Shorapur and Shahapurfrom Yadgir district were selected purposively. From each taluka one village was selected randomly and fifty farm families from each village were selected, thus making 200 families and total 400 respondents (husband and wife from each family). Interview schedule was used and data were collected personally, frequency and percentage were used to interpretation and analysis. Data regarding problems faced by respondents in cotton cultivation were climatic, seeds, fertilizer, irrigation, plant protection, shortage of labour and marketing.

The bi-layer tablet represents a new age in the production of controlled release formulations with a variety of features to ensure effective drug delivery. Bi-layer tablets can be a good way to prevent chemical incompatibilities between APIs and create different drug release profiles by physically separating them. A bi-layer tablet can be used for the sequential release of two drugs in combination, as well as for the continuous release of a tablet in which one layer is for immediate release as a loading dose and the second layer is for the maintenance dose. The following article discusses bi-layer tablet technology, challenges in bi-layer tablet manufacturing, various tablet presses used, quality and GMP specifications for their production, various bi-layer tableting techniques, and recent developments in the field of bi-layer technology.

Human life has evolved out of the struggle to survive and look for better prospects. Human beings have faced constant challenges due to the fast-growing development in the world to strike a balance in the personal and professional life. But the one who endures challenges and overcomes adverse situation has key to be successful. Year 2020 impacted the entire world, COVID 19 virus crippled many booming economies and the world barely is managing to survive in these unprecedented times. However, many managed to thrive is this situation and this could be possible because of those who denied to give-up and continued to be agile in difficult and unfavourable situations. This is an attempt to write a conceptual paper to unfold the human responses in the crisis-situation that has led to new ways of functioning and beating adverse situation. Human race is bestowed with many cognitive skills that has been instrumental in the development and progress of the human civilization. Throughout the history human have endured toughest times and sustained life and this unique quality emerges from the most complexed organ called brain that has several complexed functions that are instrumental in the evolution and progress. Research in the field of psychology and behavioural science have stated that the success of a person does not alone lie in Intelligence Quotient but also Emotional Quotient, Social intelligence and Adversity Quotient contribute greatly. This paper attempts to highlight the EQ And AQ determinants that facilitate in developing a resilient approach to face any adversity or challenges and be successful.

ABSTRACT We are pleased to present Smart Street Lightning System that will ease out the process of handling light automatically with respect to environmental condition like fogyish, haze conditions etc. As the world is growing a bit faster people are being attracted to this word smart. India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world taking this as a factor we are implementing a switch to smart technique - Namely Smart street light system. The manual streetlight system lights powered from sunset to sunrise with maximum intensity even when power is available. The Saved energy can be utilized in various purposes like residential, commercial etc. This is done by using the LDR sensor. Considering the intensity of light, we can turn a light on/off. Every city need to have street light system which is essential. In order to save the energy, we are using the project through an IOT module.
