Individuals are formed because of their emotional and psychological experiences. We are all products of our childhood experiences and parenting plays a crucial role in it. Effectively dealing with negative outcomes of past childhood incidents and learning to not let it hamper our cognitive emotion regulation strategies as an adult is important. An insight on another parenting phenomena called parentification and its relation to maladaptive and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies are studied in this research. Parentification is referred as the role reversal in the parent child subsystem where the child takes up parental roles and experience pseudo maturity. Data was collected for 240 (N=240) young adults with equal number of males and females (males=120, female=120) to study the cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Findings concluded that maladaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategy has a relationship with parentification.

In many experiments, it is important to be able to separate a mixture into its chemical components in order to isolate one compound or to assess the purity of the mixture. Thin layer chromatography (TLC) is one of the easiest and most versatile methods of doing this because of its low cost, simplicity, quick development time, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility. TLC is used by many industries and fields of research, including pharmaceutical production, clinical analysis, industrial chemistry, environmental toxicology, food chemistry, water, inorganic, and pesticide analysis, dye purity, cosmetics, plant materials, and herbal analysis. In its simplest form, glass plates are coated with a uniform layer of silica gel (SiO2). The dissolved sample is placed on the plate, and the plate is inserted into a screw-top jar containing the developing solvent and a piece of filter paper. When the solvent has risen to near the top of the plate, the plate is removed, dried, and visualized using UV light. Variations on this protocol are used for different purposes, including pretreating the sample, changing the sorbent, plate material, the solvent system, the development techniques, and method of detection and visualization or by coupling TLC to other techniques.

The natural colorants are widely used in food, cosmetics, and other products. They are also being investigated for their potential health benefits, including their ability to inhibit cell proliferation occurs due to synthetic colouring agent There is some evidence that certain food coloring agents may be linked to cancer. For example, a study published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention found that people who ate the most artificial food coloring were more likely to develop bladder cancer. Additionally, a study published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives found that children who were exposed to high levels of artificial food coloring were more likely to develop ADHD. This review discusses the effects of isolated natural colorants on cell proliferation in vitro. The results of these studies suggest that some natural colorants, such as anthocyanins, catechins, and curcumin, can inhibit cell proliferation in various cell types. These findings suggest that natural colorants may have potential as cancer chemopreventive agents. However, more research is needed to confirm these findings and to determine the optimal doses and delivery methods for natural colorants.

Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) as a construction material has come into use for the last one century. In India, RCC has been used extensively in the last 50-60years.During this period, we have created large number of infrastructural assets in terms of buildings, bridges, sports stadium etc., which are lifeline for the civilized society. These have been created with huge investment of resources. We cannot even dream of recreating such assets out of limited national resources. It is there more essential to maintain them in functional condition. Since, deterioration of RCC is a natural phenomenon and has started exhibiting in large number of structures, a systematic approach is needed in dealing with such problems. Identification of the causes of deterioration and consequent repair/rehabilitation strategy at optimum cost needs a scientific evaluation and solution. Concrete constructions require proper care in the form of regular maintenance If buildings remain for several years without proper attention then, various factors like water stagnation, paint peeling, plaster break- off, fungus growth, cracking of external surfaces will affect the building. Penetration of moisture into reinforced concrete components promotes corrosion process and further damages the concrete cover. It has been observed that the deterioration phenomena of RCC are not realized by majority of practicing civil engineers. As a result, the factors considered necessary for durability of RCC buildings are many times not given due importance during construction and/or during maintenance. The durability provisions have been given emphasis in the revised Code of Practice on Plain and Reinforced Concrete' (IS: 456-2000). In the international scenario also, deterioration of CC had been drawing attention of the practicing civil engineers for quite some time. They have accordingly, made certain advancement in the field of protection, repairs, rehabilitation, strengthening and retrofitting of the existing RCC structures taking advantage of the advancement in the materials science, more particularly the polymer science. The knowledgeas UPV, rebound hammer, pH, carbonation, corrosion test, delamination, and cover metre tests were undertaken.

Thai traditional medicine has relied on the herbal ball to treat a variety of ailments, including acne. However, using the herbal ball in actual practise is difficult and time-consuming. The goal of this research was to create a gel using a herbal ball extract in order to improve the effectiveness of the herbal ball as an acne therapy. The Benchalokawichian cure and powdered stem bark were combined to create a herbal ball. To get the extract, the herbal ball was heated and squeezed.Based on a carbomer gel, gel form ulations containing the herbal ball extract at strengths of 0.1, 1 and 5% w/w were created. The herbal ball extract had minimal bactericidal concentration, antioxidant, and antiactivity. With an inhibitory zone value of 5, the 5% w/w gel formulation demonstrated antibacterial ef ficacy against P. acnes. This suggests that the gel formulation that was produced may be useful for treating acne. The use of herbal ball extract in the form of gel ought to be easier to use than the conventiona l way of using herbal balls.

In India cricket is the most popular sport. The required electricity for the stadium which is generated by conventional source is very costly. So, by making it more energy efficient and environmentally will be suitable for masses. This research paper focuses on the design and implementation of a solar tracking system for a cricket stadium which aims to maximize the energy output of the solar panels installed on the stadium roof by tracking the sun's movement throughout the day. The solar tracking system is powered by a combination of solar panels and batteries, ensuring that the system operates even during power outages. With the implementation of such solar tracking system, its output is 32% higher than fixed solar panel. The paper concludes by highlighting the potential for similar solar tracking systems to be implemented in other sports stadiums and large-scale facilities

One of the leading causes of death is lung cancer. The majority of the time, a delayed diagnosis and subsequent therapy result in lung cancer death, claims a study. In a very small percentage of cases where lung cancer is discovered early, it can be treated. Thus, improving the patient's survival depends greatly on the early identification of lung cancer. Based on generative adversarial networks (GANs), this study suggests an approach to lung segmentation accuracy that is more accurate. We may employ GANs and capitalise on their capacity to change images to achieve image segmentation. The ability of generative adversarial networks (GANs) to synthesise globally and locally coherent images with object shapes and textures that are indistinguishable from genuine images is one of the fundamental issues still to be solved. In this study, we offer lung segmentation using U-net, one of the popular deep learning architectures for image segmentation [1]. Therefore, this process is required to remove extra information from lung CT pictures. Based on a limited image collection that includes a few hundred manually segmented lung images, our network accurately segments the data.

Distillation is a very ancient method of separation used for splitting a mixture of liquids into its individual components. It is speculated that distillation has been around from 2000 BC and its origins lie in the Mesopotamian region. Distillation is based on thermodynamics, and liquid separation is achieved by adding and withdrawing heat. Distillation was a batch procedure used to produce drinks and alcohol prior to the industrial revolution. The primary goal of the work is to improve the physical performance of the batch distillation column pilot plant. Performance of the available plant can be categorised as either an increase in product quality, such as purity, a decrease in batch operating time, or an increase in the amount of product extracted from feed. The goal of the work is to combine these three potential outcomes. Advanced control techniques, such as MPC, will improve product purity while shortening the time needed for the procedure. The steps in the design of a distillation column are as follows: Specify the level of isolation necessary: establish product requirements. Choose the batch or continuous operation type and operating pressure. Decide whether to use plates or packing as the contacting device. Calculate the number of equilibrium stages and the stage and reflux requirements. Column dimensions: diameter and actual stage count. Create the plates, distributors, and packing supports for the interior of the column. Internal fittings and the vessel's mechanical design

Secondly, it has been depicted that 145(29%) had poor level and only 13(2.6%) had good level of knowledge regarding prevention of dengue fever. The distribution of the samples according to the post- interventional knowledge score regarding prevention of dengue fever among the adults. It has been critically analyzed that among the 500 samples, majority of the samples, 245(49.0%) were in good category of the knowledge. It was followed by 183 (36.6%) had been in the excellent category. Further on, 70(14%) were found in the average category and only two (0.4%) were in the poor category level It shows comparison between pre interventional and post- interventional Knowledge score. Pre interventional Knowledge score is Poor (0-7) 29%. Average (08-15) 68.4% Good (16-23) 2.6%.excellent (24-30) 0% after video assisted module Poor (0-7) 0.4%. Average (08-15) 14% Good (16-23) 49%.excellent (24-30) 36.6%. This data shows after video assisted module improved knowledge regarding prevention of dengue among adults. Hence, the video assisted module has been a good strategy to improve the cognition among the prevention of dengue fever among the adults.

Kidney disease also increases risk of having heart and blood vessel disease. These problems may happen slowly over a long time. Early detection and treatment can often keep chronic kidney disease from getting worse Research Approach : In this study Pre-experimental research approach was selected to assess the effectiveness of Self instructional modules on knowledge and attitude regarding home care of post hemodialysis patient. Research Design: In this study pre-experimental one group pre test and post test only research design was used. Sample: The sample of present study consists of 60 patients with post hemodialysis. Sampling Technique: In the present study non probability purposive sampling technique is used. Sample Size : In the present study 60 patients with post hemodialysis in B.M. Shah Hospital, Bhilai(C.G.) It was conducted among 10 samples for a period of one week. The pilot study was conducted from 22/08/2022 to 04/09/2022 to assess the feasibility of the study and to decide analysis plan. The pre-test result of this study showed that the hemodialysis patients had inadequate knowledge and attitude. Self instructional modules was given for 45 minutes and the post-test was conducted on the 7thday. The post-test score showed a significant increase in the knowledge and attitude regarding the home management of hemodialysis patients. The pilot study revealed that the present study was feasible to conduct. Reliability:- Items of the tool were coded and the reliability was calculated by using "Split half method". The score was 0.09. This tool was highly reliable.

Due to a paucity of data and efficient statistical methodologies to characterise complex natural processes and anthropogenic activities, it is difficult to understand spatial and temporal patterns of groundwater geochemistry at the regional scale over a long period of time. This study employs hierarchical cluster analysis to investigate the clustering behaviour of groundwater quality parameters. The study utilises a comprehensive dataset comprising groundwater samples collected from different locations of Niali and Kantapada block. It helps to know about the Genesis and distribution of ground water flow in a geological formation. The groundwater quality parameters considered in the analysis include chemical constituents such as pH, electrical conductivity and major ions. From pipers trilinear diagram it is revealed that the dominant hydrochemical facies of Niali and Kantapada are Ca - Mg - CI - SO4 (I) followed by Ca - Mg - HCO3 (IV). Which simply mean alkaline earth dominating alkalis and strong acid dominating weak acids. These parameters are indicative of water quality and can provide insights into the potential contamination sources and hydrogeochemical processes governing the groundwater system. Groundwater plays a crucial role in sustaining ecosystems and fulfilling human water needs. Understanding the spatial variability and clustering patterns of groundwater quality parameters is essential for effective water resource management and environmental planning. Hence the changes in groundwater geochemistry in the study area may be a short- or long-term disintegration or decomposition process of rock and/or anthropogenic activities. We also noticed indirect ion exchange reaction between host rock and water along flow system.
