Automatic airport extraction in remote sensing images (RSIs) has been widely applied in military and civil applications. An efficient airport extraction framework for RSIs is constructed in this letter. In the first step, we put forward a two-way complementary saliency analysis (CSA) scheme that combines vision-oriented saliency and knowledge-oriented saliency for the airport position estimation. In the second step, we construct a saliency-oriented active contour model (SOACM) for airport contour tracking, where a saliency orientation term is incorporated into the level-set-based energy functions. Under the guidance of saliency feature representations obtained by CSA, the SOACM can acquire well-defined and highly precise object contours. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed extraction framework shows good adaptability in remote sensing scenes, and uniformly achieves high detection rate and low false alarm rate. Compared with three state-of-the-art algorithms, our proposal can not only estimate the location of airport targets, but also extract detailed information of the airport contours

Immunization against COVID-19 has been an integral part for government health services in India. In developing countries, current vaccination status of COVID-19 is recorded in a paper, which is ineffective in many ways: information which may go missing, process of looking up data is tedious. The main objective of proposed work is to use biometric traits (fingerprint) of a person to store their vaccination schedule details, thereby automating the vaccination schedule for the user. Biometrics traits are used since fingerprint of user have great potential to accurately record immunizations and helps greatly in efficiently searching the data. The proposed method aims at developing an application which provides to alerts on a regular basis to parents and Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) workers based on the stored vaccination schedule information

Education is a powerful instrument of social change and often initiates upward movement in the social structure & helping to bridge the gap between the different sections of society. Thereby, Inclusion is an effort to make sure that diverse learners those with disabilities and normal children get education together under a roof in the same compound and same class room irrespective of their strengths and weaknesses. It is clear that education policy in India has gradually increased the focus on children with special needs, and that inclusive education in regular schools has become a primary policy objective. Inclusive education is about how we develop and design our schools, classrooms, programs and activities so that all students learn and participate together. Inclusive education provides the places and the catalyst through which general and special teachers, students and parents come together to create quality democratic schools. Inclusion is an educational approach and philosophy that provides all students with community membership and greater opportunities for academic and social achievement. Inclusion is about making sure that each and every student feels welcome and that their unique needs and learning styles are attended and valued .In this research paper researchers pointed out some barriers in meaningful inclusive education system and suggested some measurers to overcome from these challenges. These barriers are such as positive involvement of parents, lack of well- educated teachers, curriculum, resources, good infrastructural facilities, awareness, positive attitude, plans; policies are creating hurdles for extending the concept of inclusive education in India. Though there lie several obstacles and challenges to promote inclusive education it is not impossible to attain success in inclusive education in country through effective strategies and policies. To make inclusion appropriate teacher preparation for inclusive education must be made compulsory in all teacher education programmes irrespective of elementary or secondary level. Further quality resources, faculties and facilities must be supplied to each teacher education institution to make inclusive education programme successful.

Most of the reinforced concrete buildings failed due to earthquake strikes in that region. So, it is important to choose an effective lateral load resisting system. In the RCC frame, greater importance is given to making the structure safe against lateral load. To resist lateral load acting on the building different types of steel and RCC bracing systems are provided. Bracing systems have a significant effect on the performance of the structure. The use of RCC bracing has a potential advantage over other bracing like steel bracing is economical, easy to erect, occupies less space, and has the flexibility to design for meeting the required strength, stiffness, and stability. A present study aimed to evaluate the different types of bracing systems such as X, V, Inverted V, and Diagonal bracing for G+20 story reinforced concrete buildings, and provide a Base isolation system to prevent & minimize damage to building an earthquake. This technology can be used for both new structure design & seismic retrofit. On this basis prepare a model by using ETABS software. The results of the various bracing system such as X, V, Inverted V, and Diagonal bracing were compared with the bare frame, and V and Inverted V were compared with different methods on E-TAB software. The results showed that X and Inverted V braced frames are more efficient and safer at the time of the earthquake. Using X-bracing proved to be a safe method for building against collapse. Story shear is reduced after the LRB & X-bracing are provided as a base isolation system. Base shear is also reduced after providing LRB & X-bracing which makes the structure stable during earthquakes. Point displacements are increased in every story after providing LRB & X-bracing. Finally, it is concluded that after LRB & X-bracing is provided as a base isolation system it increases the structural stability against earthquakes and reduces reinforcement.

In the present study, a G+9 (10 storey) RC building with floating column is considered and modelled with shear wall at different locations using STAAD. Pro software. Static analysis of earthquake is performed by using Equivalent static method. Different types of building models are created for the analysis. This research paper mainly concentrates on analyse the behaviour of structures and comparing the parameters like base shear, storey displacement, story drift. For the study total 6 models are considered. All models are considered as floating column building. Model 1 will be considered as shear wall located at centre of building, Model 2 will be considered as shear wall is provided as L-type shape, Model 3 will be considered as shear wall is provided as T-type, Model 4 will be considered as shear wall is provided as W-type, Model 5 will be considered as shear wall is provided as C-type, Model 6 will be considered as shear wall is provided at middle (outer side). The static analysis of building is carried out by using IS 1893 (Part 1) 2002 & also load combination is taken for the study is as per IS 1893 (Part 1) 2002. For the study Zone III will be consider. The whole analysis is done on STAAD. Pro V8i software.

- Prevention is better than cure. Preventing crime from happening is better than investigating crime. Just as vaccines are given to a child to prevent disease, in today's world with such high crime rates and violent crime, it is important to have a crime prevention program in place. By vaccinating the community in crime, it refers to various methods such as public education, public awareness, skills development and police vigilance and other prevention measures. Predicting crime incidents relies heavily on crime history and a variety of geographical and demographic knowledge.

Several healthcare providers use electronic personal health records (PHRs) to enable individual patients to handle their own health data in a resilient and scalable environment, thanks to the high flexibility and accessibility of data outsourcing environments like cloud computing. PHRs, on the other hand, contain highly sensitive information about which security and privacy concerns are paramount. Furthermore, PHR owners should be able to create their own access policy for their outsourced data in a flexible and secure manner. Existing commercial cloud platforms typically include symmetric or public key encryption as an optional feature to enable data secrecy for its tenants, in addition to the basic authentication feature. However, due to the significant key management overhead of symmetric encryption and the high maintenance cost of maintaining multiple copies of ciphertext for public key encryption solutions, such traditional encryption algorithms are not ideal for data outsourcing environments. In this research, we design and construct a secure and fine-grained access control mechanism for outsourced PHRs that includes lightweight access policy updates. The ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) and proxy re-encryption are the foundations of our proposed approach (PRE). We also provide a policy versioning approach to support full policy change tracing. Finally, we conducted a performance evaluation to show that the proposed strategy is effective.

This article features on jobs played by worker complaint dealing with methodology in an association and recognizable proof of Indian work regulations which give rules, screen just as worked with grievance instrument. Complaint implies genuine or envisioned reason for grumbling, particularly out of line treatment. It is a sensation of hatred over something accepted to be off-base or unreasonable particularly in the work place and in business conditions as setting to complaint of representative. Representative's grievance can be over the compensation and pay, working hours, state of work premises, business conditions and so forth Prior reasons for complaint among workers were normal in nature yet as rivalry is developing and firms are working around the world it prompts battle of ability in the work market so complaint causes are likewise being unique in nature. Accordingly in this article exertion has been made to recognize arising area of complaint hypothetically in information economy. Formal complaints dealing with component fill in as a discussion for correspondence of data. Numerous specialists had set up solid connection between worker complaint and representative execution alongside representative turnover aims, work fulfillment and so forth on the off chance that complaint isn't mange appropriately it might affect on usefulness and effectiveness of the association straightforwardly or in a roundabout way. Subsequently it should be settle or forestall appropriately by the association to get by and to do dominate on the lookout.

In the world today, individuals consistently fake their certificate to get a job or to present where and when required. The best way to single out those fake certificates is through verification. Notwithstanding, the paper verification sets aside a long process to handle certificate verification on the grounds that the certificates need to return to the issuing institutions which is tedious and time wasting. To this end, the certificates end up not getting verified or are delayed due to long process. Hence, in this paper, a certificate verification system utilizing QR code is created for simple check of the certificate authentications. This paper talks about the development of a certificate verification system, design a Quick Response code utilizing Advanced Encryption Standard method that will then be executed into the certificate of the students. The purpose behind the Advanced Encryption Standard Technique is on the terms that it is the most secure type of encryption technique in the world today. It is the most regular security protocol utilized for various wide applications. Overall, the implementation of Advanced Encryption Standard and Quick Response Code gives great execution, production, light, and fast responses in a certificate verification system
