Vitiligo is an acquired disorder of pigmentation, caused by decreased production of melanin as a result of dysfunction of melanocytes. Hair and, in rare cases, eyes may also lose their colour. Vitiligo is a fairly frequent dermatological condition that has been documented since antiquity. The cause of vitiligo is uncertain however an autoimmune pathophysiology appears to be the most likely explanation. Because vitiligo can have a significant impact, Treatment can be considered and should preferably begin early when the disease is diagnosed because it has an impact on quality of life. The current therapy approaches are aimed at slowing the disease's course and achieving a cure repigmentation. Treatment is similarly problematic; allopathic medications are just suppressive, not therapeutic. A number of novel therapies have shown to have a lot of promise. Therapies include corticosteroids, topical immune modulators, photo (chemo) therapy, surgery, combination therapies and repigmentation of normally pigmented skin. Traditional Chinese medicine appears to be more successful than the modern vitligo treatment. Vitiligo, melanin, repigmentation, treatment, dermatology are some of the terms used to describe the condition.

Both energy and information measure are scarce resources in detector networks. Within the past, the energy economical routing drawback has been extensively studied in efforts to maximise sensor network lifetimes, however the link information measure has been optimistically assumed to be abundant. As a result of energy constraint affects however knowledge ought to be routed, link information measure affects not solely the routing topology, however additionally the allowed rate on every link, which in tum affects the time period. Previous analysis that concentrate on energy economical operations in sensor networks with {the sole the solely the only real} objective of increasing network time period only think about the energy constraint ignoring the information measure constraint. This thesis shows how ever impracticable these solutions are often once information measure will gift a constraint. It provides a brand new mathematical model that address each energy and information measure constraints and proposes two economical heuristics for routing and rate allocation. Simulation results show that these heuristics offer additional possible routing solutions than previous work, and considerably improve output. A technique of distribution the slot supported the given link rates is presented. The cross layer style approach improves channel utility considerably and completely solves the hidden terminal and exposed terminal issues

BACKGROUND: The neck pain involving the upper trapezius mostly is the result of repetitive movement or constant holding of the neck in a fixed position for longer period. Due to which the upper trapezius develops tightness and results in reduced range of motion and ultimately developing neck pain. AIM: To compare the immediate effects of the muscle energy technique (MET) and myofascial release (MFR) technique on upper trapezius muscle in individuals with neck pain. METHOD: 74 patients with neck pain, aged between 20 years and 40 years in 2 groups as Group A (n=37) and Group B (n=37). Patients were evaluated at baseline and immediately after the intervention on the basis of NPRS and Cervical Goniometry. RESULT: Patients in both the groups did not have any significant difference in the baseline characteristic data (p>0.05). Following the treatment both the groups showed significant decrease in the pain and improvement in the cervical range of motion. In comparison between the two groups there was no statistical significance which showed that both the intervention techniques are individually effective on neck pain. CONCLUSION: The study showed improvements in reduction of pain and improvements in cervical range of motion in both groups, which suggest that use of MFR and MET can be implemented individually to reduce neck pain involving upper trapezius and have shown no harmful effects in any individual. But, Statistical significant difference was not found between both groups- group A and group B in the post intervention pain intensity and cervical range of motion.

Road accidents were always a calamity with a continually growing pattern. According to the Indian road safety campaign, a road accident happens every minute in India, more than 17 people die in road accidents every hour. There are several kinds of automotive incidents, including rear-end, head-on, and rollover collisions. State-recorded police reports, commonly termed as FIRs, are records that contain information regarding accidents. The people may report the occurrence themselves or the state police may record it. The frequency patterns of car crashes are estimated using Apriori and Nave Bayesian approaches in this paper. This pattern will aid the government or non-governmental organisations in improving road safety and taking prevention action in high density areas. At this era, street mobility security is one of the most severe social issues in the world. For every death as a result, there are expected to be approximately four handicap injuries, like damage to the brain or neurological line, 10 genuine wounds, and 60 minor injuries. The rate of crashes occurring on a daily is also growing at an alarming rate owing to the exponentially growing number of automobiles on the road. With the rising traffic accidents and death these days, the transportation department's ability to predict the accident rate over a duration of time is critical for making scientific decisions. In this case, it would be beneficial to investigate the causes of road accidents such that we can create methods to reduce them. Several stakeholders, but are not limited to government civil works departments, contractors, or other automobile industries, can gain from the results of this study in better designing highways and automobiles depending on the values predicted.

Management of working capital becomes more important than the management of long-term funds because the day-to-day operations of any business largely depend upon this source of finance. Many firms have been seen in the past closing down for the want of short-term finance. The profitability of any business to a larger extent is affected by this source of finance due to efficient management of current assets and current liabilities. The key objective of working capital management is to ensure a smooth operating cycle. It means the working capital cycle should never stop for the lack of liquidity, whether for buying raw materials, salaries, tax payments, etc. In seasonal industries have a liquidity crunch at one point in time and excess liquidity at another. At the time of excess liquidity, the management should have good short-term investment avenues to take benefit of the idle funds. Shortage of funds for working capital has caused many businesses to fail and in many cases, has retarded their growth. Lack of efficient and effective utilization of working capital leads to earn low rate of return on capital employed or even compels to sustain losses. Considering the prerogative of working capital in business this study has been taken to analyze the trends of different factors for working capital management. To attain the objectives this study, consider the data of 203 non-financial BSE 500 listed companies in India during the period of 2012-13 to 2016-17.

Every person has his/her own unique signature that is used mainly for the purposes of personal identification and verification of important documents or legal transactions. There are two kinds of signature verification: static(offline) and dynamic(online). Static verification is the process of verifying an electronic or document signature after it has been made. Offline signature verification is not efficient and slow for a large number of documents. To overcome the drawbacks of offline signature verification, we have seen a growth in online biometric personal verification such as fingerprints, eye scan etc. In this project , offline signature verification using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is proposed. CNN is a type of neural network model which allows us to extract higher representations for the image content. CNN takes the image's raw pixel data, trains the model, then extracts the features automatically for better classification . The main advantage of CNN compared to its predecessors is that it automatically detects the important features without any human supervision also it has the highest accuracy among all algorithms that predicts images.

BACKGROUND The relationship between circadian rhythms and pandemics remains poorly understood. Prolonged poor regulation can cause sleep disorders, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety and other adverse health outcomes. Currently, there are limited therapies and no early intervention or prevention strategies readily available. This study gives the Indian population data during COVID-19 for circadian rhythm research. MATERIALS AND METHODS A general survey was conducted to analyse the prevalence of poor sleep habits and mental health in Indian population during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. RESULTS The research data presented here is in agreement with current literature and highlights the complexity of pandemics, sleep cycles and the convergence of unregulated sleep habits and mental health including lifestyle and psychosocial stressors causing symptom manifestation in Indians. CONCLUSION An effective long-term intervention should reduce negative health outcomes. This goal has not been achieved and current solutions reduce symptoms only temporarily and fail to provide help for every group in the population affecting psychological wellbeing and the quality of life. Further needs exist for public awareness, determination of risk factors and initiation of preventive measures, in addition to development of new and easily accessible options for the vulnerable population providing better quality of life.
