Access to clean, safe water is essential for human health and well-being. Water quality in Chhattisgarh, a state in central India, has been a source of worry owing to industrial activity, agricultural runoff, and poor sanitation. This project will investigate the physiochemical and microbiological quality of water in various areas throughout Chhattisgarh, giving critical information on the overall water quality state. Physiochemical parameters such pH, turbidity, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, and heavy metal concentrations were investigated. Microbial tests were also performed to detect the presence of coliforms, Escherichia coli, and other infections. Water samples were collected, kept, and tested using predetermined processes. To capture water quality oscillations, samples were gathered from a range of sources, including rivers, ponds, wells, and tap water, throughout various seasons. Preliminary studies show considerable differences in physiochemical parameters and microbiological contamination levels between locales. Industrial and agricultural regions are highly polluted, including high levels of heavy metals and microbiological pollutants. These findings have significant consequences for both human health and the environment. Contaminated water sources increase the risk of waterborne infections, compromising community health and economic output. This comprehensive study of water quality in Chhattisgarh provides a foundation for policymakers, environmental agencies, and community stakeholders to develop targeted activities for water quality management and pollution reduction. Watershed management, industrial effluent treatment, and public awareness campaigns are essential measures for conserving water resources and ensuring that all Chhattisgarh residents have access to clean drinking water

Land ownership in India has historical significance, with millions relying on land for livelihood. The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (LARR Act, 2013) ensures participative and transparent land acquisition, providing better compensation and rehabilitation for affected landowners. Historically, property rights in India were enshrined as fundamental rights under Articles 19(1)(f) and 31 of the Constitution. However, the 44th Amendment in 1978 reclassified these rights as constitutional rights under Article 300A, permitting compulsory acquisition for public purposes. The Supreme Court of India has upheld fair compensation as essential, recognizing property rights as both constitutional and human rights. Key rulings, such as Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala, have balanced public necessity with individual rights. This evolution highlights the importance of just compensation and rehabilitation in land acquisition.

There is a growing need to evaluate potential planning approaches from an economic vantage point due to increasing demands on healthcare funding. Concerned individuals, groups, non-governmental organizations, volunteer agencies, and people's organizations--representing the entire community but notably the poor, whose rights and privileges have been seized by an exploitative class that controls the political and economic power--must take the lead in the struggle. The need to rationalize health care finance has given rise to a number of new models, including local health cooperatives, partial health insurance coverage, limited partnerships, joint ventures, health cess, public-private cost sharing, and taxable and tax-exempt bond financing. Immediate action is required to address financial concerns and explore significant alternatives. Medical treatment and its financing are about to undergo a sea shift as a result of current trends in the health care industry. Sufficient medical services in a budget-conscious market have been gaining prominence, rather than high quality at any cost. Government and corporate participation in health care decision-making may moderate high-tech and high-finance options.

The banking system claims that everyone's primary source of income comes from loans. A bank's primary source of revenue is, therefore, loans. One of the greatest threats to a bank's viability and profitability in today's cutthroat market is the difficulty of accurately assessing the risk associated with a loan application. Many individuals visit different banks every day to seek for loans. Every applicant does not get approval. Most banks utilize their risk assessment and credit scoring systems to determine whether or not to approve a customer's loan application. Getting a loan approved is a tedious process for bank employees. A more efficient, accurate, and quick loan approval procedure is possible with the use of modern technologies like machine learning models. Predicting whether or not a borrower will get a loan is an important yet long-standing problem for the financial services sector. Historically, banks and other lenders relied on manual processes and subjective criteria to evaluate loan applications, which often led to inconsistent decisions and increased risk of loan defaults. With the rise of ML algorithm, there is now an opportunity to create more accurate and reliable predictive models that can help financial institutions make better lending decisions. This research uses ML techniques to identify trends in a shared dataset of loan-eligible individuals. The dataset is prepared by performing exploratory data analysis and data balancing. The explored algorithms include Cat Boost, Gradient boosting and XGBoost. Preprocessing data, selecting features, balancing data, training and testing, classification, and comparing performance using accuracy and precision as classification metrics are the main goals of the project. Recall and f1-score. Following Gradient Boost Classifier (86.39%) and XGBoost (84.61%), the results reveal that Cat Boost Classifier had the greatest accuracy at 88.16%. The findings show that ML algorithms have the ability to make loan approvals better and decrease the likelihood of defaults.

People are sociable animals. To succeed in life, we require the company of others, and the quality of our relationships has a profound effect on our happiness and mental health. Maintaining social connections with others can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression; increase self-esteem; bring comfort and joy; avoid loneliness; and even lengthen one's life. Conversely, having few close social ties can be extremely harmful to your mental and emotional well-being. According to data from 2021, people spend an average of 142 minutes a day on social media platforms worldwide. That is more than two hours a day spent absorbing information that may influence our opinions, mental health, and general mood in a favourable or unfavourable way. Therefore, it is critical that we figure out how to make sure that there is a tonne of optimism in our news feeds. In essence, the amount of time we spend on social media greatly influences how we are affected by it. Being social beings, humans may spend more time interacting with one another in the modern world over a brief Facebook post or in response to a "story." Even while digital communication offers advantages, it is crucial that we develop relationships through face-to-face conversation. Overusing our phones to experience life can have a seriously negative impact on our mental health. In light of this, it's imperative that we reevaluate our online behaviours in order to move towards a more positive mindset and way of life. Social pressures and developmental obstacles can be present throughout childhood and adolescence. Social media can exacerbate mental health conditions such as anxiety, sadness, bullying, and low self-esteem in certain children. It may be tempting to just take away your child's phone or other gadget if you're concerned about how they're using social media. However, that can lead to more issues by cutting off your youngster from their peers and the advantages of social media. Alternatively, there exist alternative methods to assist your child in utilising Facebook, Instagram, and additional sites responsibly.

During COVID-19, quick advancements were made in the field of vaccines, which brought about the growth of several controversies about the safety of vaccines. Under the shadow of those controversies, we hypothesize that those who took vaccines could be higher risk takers and more pro-social as they took the vaccine decision to protect themselves and others. This study helps us determine "The Risk-taking Behaviour, Prosocial Behaviour, and Vaccination Hesitancy among Adults Who Took the Second and Booster Dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine". Purposive sampling was used to collect responses from 313 persons aged 18 to 40 on the vaccination hesitancy scale, prosocialness scale, and risk-taking scale, respectively. We conducted descriptive statistics, Spearman's correlation, the Mann-Whitney U test, and regression analysis. Results showed that there was no significant relationship between vaccine hesitancy and various doses of vaccines, and also no relationship between vaccine hesitancy and prosociality among adults who took multiple doses of vaccines; Interestingly, there was a negative relationship between vaccine hesitancy and risk-taking behaviour among adults who took various doses of vaccines. There was a negative relationship between vaccine hesitancy and the first dose; there is no significant relationship between vaccine hesitancy and subsequent vaccine doses.

The seed of a multipurpose plant of pharmacological interest is flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum L.), whose mucilage can be utilized as a natural matrix to create dosage forms with longer release and possibly replace synthetic polymers. The high concentration of ?-linolenic acid (ALA, omega-3 fatty acid), lignans, and fiber found in flaxseed is making it a popular addition in functional foods.Flaxseed may enhance the blood sugar-lowering benefits of several diabetes medications and may also lower blood sugar levels, according to some research. Blood sugar levels falling too low is a worry. Pay special attention to your blood sugar levels if you use flaxseed and have diabetes.According to some, it's among the planet's most potent plant-based foods. Using a cheap, naturally occurring flax seed polymer that is safe for use in fast-dissolving films is the goal of this work. The concept of Fast dissolving drug delivery system offers a solution for those patients having difficulty in swallowing tablets/capsules etc. This work investigated the possibility of developing rapid dissolving films allowing fast, reproducible drug dissolution in the oral cavity. Fast mouth dissolving thin film is a solid dosage form, which disintegrate or dissolve within 1 min when placed in the mouth without drinking of water or chewing. Oral film includes various ingredients for its formulation which includes polymers, active pharmaceutical ingredient, sweeteners, saliva stimulating agents, disintegration agent, plasticizer etc . but the first and far most a very essential ingredient which helps in film formation is a Polymer. Fast dissolving Film is prepared using hydrophilic polymers that rapidly dissolves on the tongue or buccal cavity, delivering the drug to the systemic circulation via dissolution when contact with liquid is made. Water-soluble polymers are used as film formers for fast dissolving films. Our current work is designed to manufacture oral thin films (the mouth dissolving film of domperidone) using the solvent casting method, taking into consideration the aforementioned factors. Using this procedure, an aqueous solution was created by dissolving HPMC in 25 milliliters of distilled water, and it was left for an hour to eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Afterwards, the mixed solution was placed on a petri dish and allowed to dry for a whole day at room temperature. Once the film had dried, it was carefully taken out of the petri dish, sliced into 2x2 sq cm strips, and stored in a desiccator. A innovative strategy to increasing consumer acceptance is the use of oral thin films of domperidone, which have several advantages such as quick disintegration, water-free self-administration, a high percentage of the drug, and a long mucoadhesion time.
