The COVID pandemic has resulted in the nationwide closure of educational institutions. As far as India is considered, there has been a wide acceptance and employment of technology and digital resources to transact curriculum and other learning activities to the students who are geographically separated from their teachers and school (Dhawan, 2020). The greatest challenge of the teachers is to address the needs of the pupil, especially Children with Special Needs (CWSN), to an extent to which it had taken place in brick-and-mortar classrooms. In this scenario, they are deprived of a great deal of attention, care and support from their teachers, peers and school authorities and it is important to uplift them as a part of the learning community similar to that of other students. This paper discusses the National Education Policy 2020 on inclusiveness, program offered by the Government of Kerala to address the special learners in this pandemic situation and also the perception of parents of CWSN about the influence of the government initiative on this marginalized class of students.

Andhra Pradesh is a predominant agricultural state and in agricultural state water and its distribution is very important. The minimal water utility is more concerned in the modern agricultural practices are very essential. In the present study, we attempted to study the district wise Seasonal variations of the precipitation, and Potential Evapotranspiration in the state Andhra Pradesh which largely affect crop production. The main rainfall season forAndhra Pradesh is the monsoon season(JJAS). In this study, we have observed the changes in the precipitation patterns within the season there will be a good impact on yield growth. The district-wise analysis will give the location and crop-specific effects on the growth and yielding. Changes in Rainfall and increase in temperatures are playing a crucial role in crop production because of climate change. In this study, we have seen the climate model prediction from the climate model. Understanding the district level precipitation analysis will help the crop management and micro-level climate classification also.

The protection of the Fundamental Right (right to life and dignity) should be the most basic duty of the state. Bureaucrats and police should be constitutionally mandated to perform this task. The dereliction of this duty should be punished severely but it is also necessary that state officials should be provided relative autonomy from their political masters while performing this duty. India in particular presents the typical example of failure of the police and criminal justice system. Democracies like India should sign and implement the Rome Statute in proper spirit which will further strengthen the Fundamental Right Indian citizen.

A sewage treatment plant is quite necessary to receive the domestic and commercial waste and removes the materials which pose harm for general public. Its objective is to produce an environmentally-safe fluid waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste (or treated sludge) suitable for disposal or reuse (usually as farm fertilizer).A study on domestic waste water characterization has been performed followed by the design of sewage treatment plant. The present study involves the analysis of pH value, total solids, total suspended solids, hardness, acidity, oils fats & greases, chloride, BOD and DO etc. The samplings of the domestic waste have been done in different times of the day to have an average data of the measured parameters. Depending upon the values of these parameters, calculations are done for designing the different units of a 30 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant and a preliminary layout is prepared for the same.

Packet generators are crucial components in performance evaluations of network equipment, but can often be very expensive tools for companies in need of these to invest in. This creates a need for a more cost-effective solution to be able to scale the performance testing into the everyday life of the developers at companies developing these products. This report investigates this by looking at how open-source packet generator software can be used together with off-the-shelf hardware to decrease costs compared to buying commercial systems using purpose-built hardware. The state of the art of packet generation is reviewed and the most promising solutions are evaluated in more detail. An implementation of a prototype system for packet generation using open-source software and commodity hardware is also presented to show both challenges and possibilities with this approach. A conclusion is reached that while the commercial products using purpose-built hardware still have use cases when they are the preferred choice, solutions using open-source software together with off-the-shelf hardware can fill the need for scalable and cost-effective packet generation in other situations.

Secure data transmission is a critical issue for wireless sensor networks (WSNs).Clustering is an effective and practical way to enhance the system performance of WSNs. In this project, we study a secure data transmission for cluster-based WSNs (CWSNs), where the clusters are formed dynamically and periodically. We propose two Secure and Efficient data Transmission (SET) protocols for CWSNs, called SET-IBS and SET-IBOOS, by using the Identity-Based digital Signature (IBS) scheme and the Identity-Based Online/Offline digital Signature (IBOOS) scheme, respectively. In SET-IBS, security relies on the hardness of the Dif?e Hellman problem in the pairing domain. SET-IBOOS further reduces the computational overhead for protocol security, which is crucial for WSNs, while its security relies on the hardness of the discrete logarithm problem. I have show the feasibility of the SET-IBS and SET-IBOOS protocols with respect to the security requirements and security analysis against various attacks. The calculations and simulations are provided to illustrate the efficiency of the proposed protocols. The results show that, the proposed protocols have better performance than the existing secure protocols for CWSNs, in terms of security overhead and energy consumption.

Video conference has recently become increasingly popular in all fields. With the rise in demand of the video conference it is necessary to improve this further. So, a hand gesture recognition system is proposed that allows the user to control the video conference using hand gestures. The hand gestures can be used to control the platform of video conference, in addition to this, hand gestures can be used to enable air writing in video conference. Hand detection is done by using media pipe. A specially designed software identifies meaningful gestures from a predetermined gesture library where each gesture is matched to a computer command for the conference. This way hand gestures become the input to obtain the outputs of the video conference. The proposed system also provides air writing feature using hand gesture recognition. Writing in air can be defined as to write digits or character in a virtual space by using a finger. The proposed system uses an air-writing character recognition using a convolutional neural network (CNN). For this, an air canvas will be built on which we can draw anything by just capturing the motion of a finger-tip using a camera.

The Indian government took a bold step by demonetising high-value currency denominations such as the Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes. Demonetization refers to the removal of a currency from circulation and its replacement with a new currency. It has had a significant impact on the Indian economy in several ways. However, it has been universally praised as a positive choice made for the public' welfare. This article examines the economic implications of this decision in India.

Caste is a very sensitive and comprehensive context that affects the lives of SC at every step of their life. This paper presents the findings of a qualitative study on the lived experiences of caste humiliation in educational institutions and its impact on identity of SC men living in and around Delhi. Although the participants of this study have displayed resilience and fought against their experiences, the argument of the paper is that for India to develop on the socioeconomic front, it must ensure an environment free from degradation and humiliation at those stages of life where a sense of achievement and competency is being established

Traditional way of fund raising is obsoleted because of getting less attention and delay in gathering funds. Online donation-based crowdfunding has brought new life to charity by soliciting small monetary contributions from crowd donors to help others in trouble or with dreams. Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of crowdfunding platforms among which the donation-based ones are becoming increasingly popular. The proposed System is a platform, which is designed in such a way that recipients can create their own profile, which is verified and displayed to donors. The proposed system offers more attention from donors. So, Fund raising can be done a bit faster.
