Watershed is a land surface bounded by a divide which contributes the runoff to common point. Watershed management basically involves management of land surface and vegetation so as to conserve and utilize maximum water that falls on the area of watershed and also conserve the soil for long term benefits to the farmer and his society. Watershed management implies wise use of soil and water resources so as to provide clean, uniform water supply for beneficial use and to control damaging overflow. Study area for these project work is Vejegaon village, which is comes in khanapur tehsil, Sangli district of Maharashtra state. It is facing a cute water scarcity problem due to insufficient rainfall every year. Watershed development techniques like check dams, vanrai bandhara, farm pond etc. Are suggested to make the village Self-sufficient in case of water demand.

The aim of this research was to develop and evaluate a topical hydrogel containing Halobetasol. Various gelling agents, including HPMC, Sodium CMC, and Polaxomer, were utilized at different concentrations to formulate the gel. Parameters such as drug release, drug content, pH, physical appearance, and rheological properties like spreadability and extrudability were examined for the prepared hydrogel formulations. In vitro drug release from the gels was evaluated using Franz diffusion cells with cellophane membranes and phosphate buffer pH 6.8 as the receptor medium. Compatibility between drugs and excipients was investigated using FT-IR analysis, revealing no interaction. Results indicated that all gel compositions met the required criteria and exhibited acceptable physicochemical and rheological characteristics. Higher polymer concentrations were associated with reduced drug release, with Polaxomer displaying superior drug release compared to HPMC and Sodium CMC in all gel formulations. The most potent antifungal activity was observed in Formulation F4. Factorial design was employed based on trial batches, with subsequent validation indicatingsignificant model performance. The optimized batch, F12, underwent thorough analysis and was found to be stable during a 1-month stability study. Therefore, F12 was determined as the optimized batch.

In present days of increasing software development environment sometimes it turns into challenging to mold the Product Lifecycle Management software as per requirement of clients. Most of the time user requires some simplified applications for its business solution and simplified process for their organization. To solve this problem client side customization is necessary means customize the client User Interface by using the Rich Architecture Customization and also used different Application Program Interface and Java language. Product Lifecycle Management is mainly concern about the data and through the Product Lifecycle Management we can integrate the data, people, processes and business systems. My aim is to import Legacy Data i.e. raw data present in form of physical files with different extensions to be imported in Teamcenter with same name of file to be given for Item Name, Revision Name and Dataset and I have also exported Workflow Inprocess Objects with Item ID, Item Name and Process Stage List i.e. Status from Teamcenter into MS Excel format. For this work I have used Teamcenter 12.0 along with Eclipse Photon tool, for client side customization. Data Exportation and Importation is an important activity in real-time implementation of Product Lifecycle Management which can be achieved through default functionality of PLM Teamcenter in xml format only. So, to export and import data according to client requirement in any format we have to use customization in PLM Teamcenter using API's provided by Siemens for client customization. By using the Eclipse plug-in project, I have made Swing Custom User Interface from that I can select file path in my computer where report is to be generated and by clicking export button data is exported in MS Excel format from Teamcenter.

This project presents an innovative method for precise bird species population estimation using sound recognition technology. Unlike traditional Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) which face challenges with time-frequency tasks like bird sound identification, our approach introduces a lightweight model with frequency dynamic convolution. This enhances feature extraction across various frequency bands. Model integrates Coordinate Attention and a feature fusion module, surpassing existing Lightweight CNNs in top1 and top5 accuracy with a 160-bird sound dataset. To boost the model's accuracy further, we applied a Hybrid Random Forest ensemble model. This method extracts features from the lightweight model and retrains them, achieving enhanced accuracy without using additional ensemble models.

Periodontal therapy is indicated in cases where there is a destruction of the periodontal ligament, the root cementum and the alveolar bone primarily caused by the bacteria found in the dental plaque. An ideal periodontal therapy aims to reduce pocket probing depth and gain in clinical attachment level. Conventional periodontal therapy results in attaining the above entities and reduces the inflammation but often results in gingival recession and the integrity of the papilla is usually not preserved. Hence, papilla preservation flaps were introduced, as it minimizes the post operative recession and preserves the integrity of the papilla. In this case report, conventional papilla preservation technique was done.

This project proposes a machine learning model based on the co-existence of static features for Android malware detection. The proposed model assumes that Android malware requests an abnormal set of co-existed permissions and APIs in comparing to those requested by benign applications. To prove this assumption, the paper created a new dataset of co-existed permissions and API calls at different levels of combinations, which are the second level, the third level, the fourth level and the fifth level. The extracted datasets of co-existed features at different levels were applied on permissions only, APIs only, permissions and APIs, and APIs and APIs frequencies.

Every year thousands of people in India lose their lives due to traffic accidents. The role of human factor plays a key role in the accidents. In general, the driver fatigue alone accounts for around 25 percent of the road accidents and up to 60 percent of road accidents result in death or serious injury. A main cause of fatigue is sleeplessness or insomnia. So, a drivers' drowsiness state is a major factor in severe road accidents that claims thousands of lives every year. The proposed system algorithm's robust performance in detecting drowsiness through face, the system also incorporates a unique feature to enhance its accuracy. By analyzing the orientation of the driver's head, specifically detecting instances where the head tilts either left or right, the system further refines its assessment of drowsiness. This additional parameter helps capture subtle signs of fatigue, such as the head nodding or leaning characteristic of drowsy driving. The system utilizes a facial land mark algorithm for face detection, minimizing the risk of inaccuracies associated with artificial feature extraction. Leveraging the Dlib toolkit, facial landmarks are identified, and the Eyes Aspect Ratio is introduced as a novel parameter for evaluating drowsiness. A fatigue state classifier, based on trained on Eyes Aspect Ratio data, contributes to the real-time monitoring of the driver. To gauge the gradual onset of fatigue, a variable is introduced, calculated as the number of drowsy frames per unit time. This dynamic assessment adds a temporal dimension to the drowsiness detection process, allowing the system to adapt to changing driver conditions. Simulated driving applications demonstrate the system's ability to quickly detect drowsiness in real-time from 640*480 resolution images at over 20fps, achieving an impressive accuracy of 98.80%.

Customer perception towards online and offline shopping can vary depending on various factors such as personal preferences, past experiences, convenience and accessibility. Offline shopping is known as brick and mortar shopping can offer customers the opportunity to physically examine and test products before making a purchase. It can also provide a more personalized shopping experience, where customers can receive help and advice from knowledgeable staff. However, offline shopping can be time consuming and may involve travel, and may not offer the same range of products and prices as online shopping. On the other hand, online shopping has gained immense popularity in recent years due to the convenience it offers. Customers can shop from the comfort of their homers, without having to physically visit a store. They can also easily compare prices and products from different retailers, which can lead to better deals and savings. However, online shopping can also be seen as impersonal, and there can be concerns around the security of personal and financial information.
