Abstract The Nata Sankirtana style of singing which was introduced during the reign of Rajarshi Bhagyachandra (1748-1799 A.D.). The great masters and scholars of that period composed and sang the padavali strictly after the Bhagavata tradition and other major Vaishnavite text and based the composition also on the traditional Ragas and Raginis of classical music tradition. Modern research has discovered a lot of regional overtones in the architecture of the particular Ragas and Raginis. The Manipuris call the Nata Sankirtana singing their own and it is clearly a form of collective prayer, a Mahayajna as they call it, lasting for about 5 hours at a stretch with a lot of rituals, movements and rhythmic pattern, strictly after the vaishnavite faith. Nata Sankirtana is a composite version of music, dance and tala; a Sangeet in the true sense of the term. It is also Drishya Kavya, a poem made visible. Nata Sankirtana is a very important aspect in the lives of the people in Manipur. It is because when our end is near, people listen to Hari-naam to relieve us from all the wrong doings that we have done before, so that we die peacefully. After death the family members would take the dead body for the last rites. In the shraddha ceremony, the Nat Sankirtan will start with raga. Before the invocation of the god and prayers start, Pinda- dan cannot be offered. After offering the Pindadan , the owner of the ceremony will have a bath and wear washed clothes. He will then come and offer his respects towards the end of the Sankirtana when Raga Bijay is being performed. The Shraddha ceremony comes to an end with the guardian of the Mandap sending the departed soul to beikuntha dham. In case of any death in a house, Naam Sankirtan plays an important role. In the ten days of mourning or Dashahan, the ritual will start with Naam Sankirtana and other rituals like reading Shrimad Bhagavat Gita will follow. The particular person who mourns, known as the Gira thangba, will only offer Pindadan after the Sankirtana starts. Even in asti sanchai or the ritual of picking up the remains from the grave, Sankirtana is performed along with Parikrama around the Hari mandir. In this manner, for Meitei Vaishnavites living in the society today, Nata Sankirtan Mahayajna was become an indispensable event in the lives of the people since time immemorial. In short, Nata Sankirtana is the only highest karma for the Meitei society. This paper attempts to understand the important role of Nata Sankirtana in Manipuri society. the goal of causal event extraction in natural language processing is finding and extracting causal links between the events or activities stated in text. The goal of this challenge is to automatically recognize cause-and-effect links, which can be helpful in a variety of applications, including knowledge graph creation and information retrieval.Advanced deep learning algorithms like LSTM and Causal BERT are needed, as well as a number of techniques including semantic role labelling. A structured representation of the causal linkages between events is the result of the causal event extraction method. Due to the richness of natural language, causal event extraction is a difficult operation, but it has the potential to offer important insights into the connections between events and actions. For causal event extraction, unsupervised algorithms can be employed since they don't need labelled training data. They might not, however, perform as well as algorithms that are trained on labelled data and are supervised. We analyze a corpus that was created by expanding the annotations of the SemEval 2010 task 8 dataset in the experiment. We concentrate on extracting all causal triplets from natural language texts, and a key component of our task is correctly identifying the tags "C" (cause), "E" (effect), and "Emb" (embedded causality), which denote the semantic roles of causal events.

The subject of arbitrability has become a central concern in the constantly changing field of intellectual property (IP) law, capturing the interest of academics, practitioners, and legislators in equal measure. Parties involved in intellectual property issues have an alternative to traditional litigation: arbitration, a private dispute settlement process. Nonetheless, there has been much discussion and disagreement about whether arbitration is compatible with the complexities of intellectual property rights, legal requirements, and public policy issues. In the global economy, intellectual property is becoming more and more important. The fact that no nation is self-sufficient in technology adds to the intellectual property's globalization. Because of this, industrialized nations buy and export large amounts of technology, which contributes significantly to the volume of global intellectual property transactions. A trademark's capacity to safeguard and enhance a market image across linguistic and cultural distributors of goods and services has increased, even as the demand for patent protection has increased due to a growing reliance on technology in the production of goods and the rise of high-tech industries. This paper establishes the background by outlining the core ideas of intellectual property law and arbitration. Based on the ideas of procedural efficiency and party autonomy, arbitration enables opposing parties to settle their differences out of court, frequently more quickly and discreetly. Conversely, intellectual property law covers a wide range of rights, including as trade secrets, copyrights, patents, and trademarks, and it is intended to balance the conflicting interests of consumers, artists, and the general public while encouraging innovation and creativity. Unique opportunities and problems arise when arbitration and intellectual property are combined. These include concerns concerning the preservation of statutory rights, the enforcement of arbitral rulings, and how to strike a balance between the demands of public policy and private interests. The arbitrability question has many facets, including legal, economic, and sociological aspects, as this introduction demonstrates. The goals and structure of this research paper, is mainly to offer a thorough examination of the arbitrability of intellectual property conflicts. By analyzing academic literature, legal precedents, and comparative jurisprudence, this study aims to clarify how various countries are changing in their views about the arbitrability of intellectual property issues. In addition, it looks at how arbitration could affect parties' substantive rights and remedies in practice as well as how it might affect the IP ecosystem's innovation, competitiveness, and accessibility to justice. This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of the arbitrability of intellectual property disputes by exploring these complexities, controversies, and emerging trends. The insights provided will be useful for scholars, legal practitioners, and policymakers who are tackling the difficulties of deciding IP rights in the twenty-first century.

Detecting toxicity on websites, considering both children and adults, entails recognising hazardous or distracting information. When it comes to children, the emphasis is on protecting them from explicit language, violence, and mature themes, which necessitates a comprehensive review of content to guarantee it satisfies ageappropriate standards. For adults, undesirable distractions may include abusive language, violent speech, or sexual content, which might detract from the intended user experience. Toxicology levels can be quantified and classified by constructing a toxicity detection system that uses web scraping, LSTM, and vectorization. This technology method allows users to make informed decisions about whether a webpage is appropriate for a certain audience, resulting in safer and more focused online environments. Through dynamic content analysis, the system provides insights.

The miscibility gap phenomenon in Zinc-Bismuth (Zn-Bi) alloys, a crucial aspect influencing the microstructure and properties of these alloys. The miscibility gap refers to the region in the phase diagram where two components of an alloy system are not fully soluble in each other, leading to the formation of distinct phases. Understanding the miscibility behavior is essential for tailoring the properties of Zn-Bi alloys for various industrial applications. This paper discusses the simple experimental method which was used to fabricate the Zn-Bi samples , examine the miscibility gap and also discusses the surface study of samples by using proper etchant on the Zn-Bi alloys. The density of etch pits more at the separation region than at centre with average density of 103 /cm2.
