This research work focuses on the investigation of various bird species that can be found in the agricultural areas around the semi-urban area of Gwalior District. Our study aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of the bird communities thriving in this unique environment by conducting systematic field surveys and collecting data. Through the use of observational methods and scientific techniques, we have identified and documented the different bird species present, taking into account factors such as seasonal variations and habitat preferences. Through our study, 90 species of birds have been recorded under 13 families and 30 orders. By establishing a baseline understanding of avian diversity in this specific context, our research aims to provide valuable insights for promoting sustainable agricultural practices and conserving wildlife. Ultimately, this study not only enhances our understanding of the complex relationships between bird communities and agricultural landscapes but also serves as a basis for making informed decisions regarding land management and biodiversity conservation in semi-urban areas of District Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. Variances are also seen in different seasons.

Cloud storage services are being used more and more, protecting the security and privacy of data stored in the cloud is becoming increasingly important. Using encryption techniques to encrypt data before uploading it to the cloud is one way to solve this problem. However, because the data must first be decrypted, typical encryption techniques make it more difficult to search for and retrieve certain information from the encrypted data. The effectiveness and utility of cloud storage solutions are hampered by this restriction. This study suggests a novel method for keyword search on encrypted data in cloud storage that makes use of the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption technique to get around this problem. One popular symmetric encryption technique that is well-known for its reliability and effectiveness is the AES algorithm. The suggested solution guarantees the privacy of data saved in the cloud by utilizing AES encryption, which also makes it possible to conduct effective keyword-based searches without requiring decryption. To facilitate effective data search operations on the encrypted data, the suggested method combines index structures and other cryptographic approaches, such as AES encryption. During the encryption process, a safe index is created that makes it possible to efficiently retrieve encrypted data associated with keywords. Since only authorized users have the decryption keys needed to access the plaintext data, the encrypted data is kept private. The data owner may designate access permissions during data outsourcing according to their user identification. Accessing data from the cloud requires a unique identity and a decryption key for users. Here, the owner of the data can also set a time limit for cloud data access. The findings show that utilizing the AES encryption technique, keyword search on encrypted data in cloud storage strikes a compromise between data privacy and search functionality. The solution provides a practical way to safely store and retrieve data from the cloud while making sure that private data is shielded from unwanted access.

Abstract: This comprehensive analysis explores the impact of social media on the hospitality industry in India and its future prospects. Social media platforms have become central in shaping visitor experiences, managing hotel reputations, and enhancing customer engagement. User-generated content on these platforms holds significant trust among consumers, often influencing their decisions more than official hotel information. The study emphasizes the importance of hotels actively participating in social media to connect with potential customers and monitor guest feedback. The Indian hospitality sector is adapting to provide high-quality services at competitive prices, with many hotels establishing dedicated social media management teams. Social media not only attracts new customers but also boosts customer loyalty, satisfaction, and word-of-mouth marketing. The paper highlights the impact of social media on hotel reputation through content generation, aggregation, and consumption, emphasizing the role of user-generated content. Furthermore, the study discusses how social media is an essential tool for marketing in the hospitality industry. It facilitates two-way communication with customers, contributing to brand building, public relations, and customer service. While measuring the return on investment in social media remains a challenge, many companies are increasingly using these platforms to promote their businesses. Entry of new firms in life insurance industry has increased competition over the last few years. It is due to increased innovations among the new entrants. If the life insurance companies want to maintain their position in this competitive market, then developing a competitive advantage alone is not enough, rather its sustainability is the critical element. Today, companies should create attractive offers as compared to their competitors and only then they will be able to create the sustainable relations with the customers. Therefore, there is need that management should devote more time by using critical thinking on this issue. Competitive advantage is the attribute that allows an organization to outperform its competitors. It is a value adding strategy that is not being implemented by potential competitors and can hardly be duplicated by competitors. Efforts to duplicate competitive advantage need to have been rendered futile. An organisation is said to have competitive advantage if its profitability is higher than the average profitability for all companies in its industry. The aim of this paper is to analyse how a company can create competitive advantage to capture the more market that will ultimately help to create sustainable competitive advantage. The study uses largely of a secondary data that is descriptive in nature. It is concluded that in order to maintain sustainability in the market, the industry should explore new opportunities in the new market.

Partition as an idea is used to solve diverse kinds of conflicts such as ethnic, national, religious etc. In the context of India, partition has led to formation of postcolonial states of India and Pakistan. It is a historical event that we study in our textbooks but often within the nationalist framework of Hindu and Muslim majority thereby overlooking the accounts of diverse marginalized groups, communities. Chakmas are one such community whose lived experiences due to partition have been overlooked and must be taken into account. This paper shall discuss the historical trajectory that led to migration and statelessness among Chakmas in Arunachal Pradesh and attempt to understand how various categorizations and labels such as 'refugees', foreigners', 'illegal migrants, 'statelessness' etc have altered and shaped the lives of Chakmas in Arunachal Pradesh over the time.

Abstract: The rise of Gandhi, a towering figure in Indian history and a global symbol of nonviolent resistance, is a multifaceted narrative of personal transformation, strategic activism, and moral leadership. Born in 1869 into a devout Hindu family in Porbandar, India, Gandhi's upbringing instilled in him a deep commitment to truth, nonviolence, and simplicity. His education in law in England and experiences in South Africa, where he confronted racial discrimination, played a pivotal role in shaping his advocacy for social justice and equality. Gandhi's ascent to prominence was marked by his leadership in the Indian independence movement, where he mobilized mass support through civil disobedience campaigns, boycotts, and nonviolent protests. Central to his philosophy was Satyagraha, the principle of truth-force, which emphasized moral persuasion and passive resistance in confronting injustice and oppression. Through iconic acts of civil disobedience such as the Salt March and Quit India Movement, Gandhi galvanized millions of Indians to challenge British colonial rule and demand self-governance. Gandhi's moral authority, personal charisma, and unwavering commitment to nonviolence earned him the title of Mahatma among his followers. His emphasis on self-reliance, community empowerment, and spiritual renewal resonated deeply with the Indian masses, fostering a sense of collective identity and purpose in the struggle for independence. Gandhi's vision of a pluralistic and inclusive society based on nonviolence, tolerance, and social justice continues to inspire movements for peace and justice worldwide. The enduring legacy of Gandhi's ideas and methods of resistance can be seen in the civil rights movement in the United States, the anti-apartheid struggle in South Africa, and various movements for social change globally. Gandhi's message of nonviolent resistance as a potent tool for social transformation remains pertinent in today's world marked by conflict, inequality, and injustice. Reflecting on Gandhi's life and legacy underscores the transformative power of moral courage, compassion, and solidarity in the pursuit of a more just and peaceful world.

The fruits accessible ordinarily will have different assortments and shape all things considered. Individuals can perceive the sort of natural item by seeing their shape and assortment without any problem. Here a conventional strategy has been introduced in this paper to bunch the regular item pictures considering the Assortment , Shape and surface of the natural item. One hundred three pictures were taken from the standard Fruit360 dataset for the examination; the dataset contains Apple, Pears,Banana, Black_berries and Blue_berries . The color_moment and condition of the natural products were considered to eliminate the components from different regular item pictures. In this proposed work, three part vectors are created. In the color_moment feature extraction, here quantifiable components, for instance, mean and standard deviation of three-assortment channels (RGB) are enlisted. The binarized pictures of natural products were used to isolate shape-based features, and a multifeatured vector involving color_moment and shape Elements were used. The SVM,KNN,Decision tree (DT)and Ensemble classifiers are utilized for the arrangement cycle. The acknowledgment precision of 99.98% has been accomplished utilizing the DT and Ensemble classifier.,The following are the exactness accomplished with various classifiers SVM accomplishes around 50%,similarly KNN got exactness with a normal 80%,Decission tree with 95% and Gathering with 100 % all above accuracy of classifier with role of predicting fruits obtained using a confusion matrix.

The value of entrepreneurship is increasing, and it is no longer thought to be a solution to issues with unemployment. Due to the characteristics and trends of entrepreneurship compelling them to reevaluate their business practices, many organizations have incorporated the concepts of entrepreneurship. Corporate entrepreneurship has emerged as a result of this acceptance. Examining the principles of corporate entrepreneurship as well as current developments in the area in an Indian context is the aim of the current study. A research framework was developed to ascertain the ways in which corporate entrepreneurship components impacted Indian enterprises, and the literature analysis supplied sufficient details on the emergence and progression of this industry. The investigator employed a positivist framework and carried out a main survey that comprised working people from both public and commercial companies. The elements of corporate entrepreneurship were taken into consideration, including organizational performance, innovation, competitive aggression, and proactiveness. After the study's hypotheses were put to the test, it was discovered that competitive aggressiveness, innovativeness, and proactiveness all improved organizational performance in both the public and private sectors. The organizational performance of the firms under consideration was also greatly influenced by a number of organizational characteristics. Regression analysis was used to assess the results, and the survey's results were found to be trustworthy. The research's importance and its potential future ramifications are also covered in the article, along with how corporate entrepreneurship affects society and the nation's economic development.

Harlequin ichthyosis is congenital skin disorder which is characterized by thick, scaly keratin skin. The main cause is mutations in the lipid-transporter Adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette A12. It is a skin condition that covers nearly the entire body of a baby and carries a high risk of serious, maybe fatal infection. The incidence of harlequin ichthyosis is about one in every 5,000 individuals. Both sexes are equally susceptible to this illness. The survival rate of affected babies varies from 10 months to 25 years, with the majority not making it past the first week of life. This condition, which causes a thick, dry fish-scale pattern all over the body, has no known cure. HI is still a difficult condition with a high death rate, especially in the neonatal period, despite advancements in medical care. For those with HI, better management and a higher quality of life may result from early discovery, suitable interventions, and a better knowledge of the underlying molecular pathways. The main purpose of this review is to give basic idea of the Harlequin ichthyosis, its symptoms, causes, complications and diagnosis and treatment.

The " IVigilance -Intravenous Drip Monitoring and Controlling System for Hospital Using IoT" project presents an IoT driven solution designed to modernize and enhance intravenous therapy management within healthcare institutions. Intravenous (IV) drips play a pivotal role in patient care, yet their manual oversight poses potential risks, including medication errors and inefficiencies. This project leverages IoT technology to create an automated system that continuously monitors and regulates IV drip operations. By incorporating IoT sensors and microcontrollers into the IV drip infrastructure, real-time data on flow rates and drip status is collected. This data not only ensures precise medication and fluid delivery but also enables remote control and adjustment by healthcare professionals. The system's benefits are twofold. First, it reduces the likelihood of human error, significantly improving patient safety. Second, it provides data-driven insights that empower healthcare institutions to optimize resource allocation and make informed clinical decisions. In summary, the "Intravenous Drip Monitoring and Controlling System for Hospital Using IoT" project offers a transformative approach to IV therapy management. It promises to enhance patient care, streamline hospital operations, and usher in a new era of healthcare technology, where IoT-driven automation ensures the accuracy and safety of intravenous therapies, benefiting both patients and healthcare providers.
