Mergers and Acquisitions is considered as one of the strategies for growth which have emerged as a natural process of business restructuring throughout the world. Companies intensely working in competitive business environment have to change fast as per the evolving dynamics in their industry of operation. The principal benefits from mergers and acquisitions can be listed as increased value generation, increase in cost efficiency and increase in market share. Mergers and Acquisitions may generate tax gains, can increase revenue and can reduce the cost of capital. Mergers and Acquisitions have gone up manifold with unprecedented pressure because of falling margins leading to an unparalleled restructuring in the manufacturing sector- RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD and RELIANCE PETROCHEM LTD is experiencing a continuing mind-boggling figure of combinations. The present study is an attempt to find out the difference in post-merger financial performance compared with pre merger in terms of profitability and generating more value than the separate firms, resulting in consolidation, refocusing and restructuring of the industry with a motive of faster mechanism. Mergers result in the combination of two or more companies into one, wherein merging entities lose their identities. No fresh investment is made through this process. However, an exchange of shares takes place between the entities involved in such process. Generally, the company that survives is the buyer which retains its identity and the seller company is extinguished. Horizontal Merger: A horizontal merger occurs when two companies operating in the same industry and at the same stage of production combine their businesses. The aim is to achieve economies of scale, increase market share, reduce competition, and enhance overall profitability. For example, if two automobile manufacturers merge, it would be considered a horizontal merger. Vertical Merger: A vertical merger takes place when two companies operating at different stages of the supply chain or production process merge together. This type of merger aims to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and gain greater control over the supply chain. For instance, if an automobile manufacturer merges with a tire manufacturer, it would be a vertical merger. Conglomerate Merger: A conglomerate merger occurs when two companies operating in unrelated industries or with diverse product lines merge together.

In an age marked by rapid technological advancement, seamlessly integrating new technologies with existing infrastructure is crucial. One notable effort in this direction focuses on enhancing data access, optimization, and organization by merging traditional technology with cutting-edge concepts. This start-up specializes in big data analytics and edge computing, aiming to shape a brighter future. Security concerns, particularly in areas with abandoned properties due to demanding responsibilities, are paramount. To address this, CCTV cameras are widely deployed to safeguard homes during owners' absence. Additionally, in smart cities, surveillance cameras play a vital role in collecting evidence for crime prevention and investigation. This project introduces a novel surveillance approach that combines conventional video monitoring with advanced motion-based sensing technology. Unlike typical systems that merely record footage, the proposed system utilizes sensor cameras to identify and analyze visible object motion, facilitating proactive responses to potential security threats. Its ability to capture only moving frames through motion detection represents a significant breakthrough, optimizing system resources. By integrating prior background intensity inference into frame analysis, the system enhances its ability to detect and respond to physical movements accurately. This research and development initiative not only advances security systems but also showcases the successful fusion of traditional and modern technology to tackle contemporary challenges. The suggested motion-based surveillance system presents a viable alternative for efficient and resourceful security monitoring in both residential and urban environments.

The stability of a company's financial position is linked to its fundamentals. The fundamentals offer details about a company. A company's fundamentals are strong if it is growing profitably, at a healthy rate, has few debts, and has adequate cash on hand. To ascertain a company's fundamentals, one must do a thorough analysis of its financial statements rather than concentrating on the day-to-day variations in its stock price. Equity researchers usually utilize fundamental analysis to ascertain the intrinsic value of a company's shares. If the stock of a corporation trades for more than its fair value or intrinsic value, it is overvalued. If the price of a stock is lower than its intrinsic worth, it is considered undervalued. Nonetheless, the bulk of firms' share prices if you closely monitor the stock markets, it never aligns with the fair value. Day traders and other investors who want short-term investing opportunities often invest in those stocks regardless of the companies' long-term growth prospects. However, long-term investors usually ignore short-term share price volatility and choose to invest in companies with solid fundamentals. a variety of ratios, including gross profit, quick, debt-to-equity, and current ratios.

A country with an ever-booming economy such as India, requires a well-developed and efficient transport system. With road transport remaining the primary mode of transport for most of India's businesses and citizens, it is crucial to have a technological emergency response system that can help to aid and mitigate road accidents. In this project, we bring forth an advanced Accident Detection and Alert System (ADAS) that uses the leading-edge YOLO (You Only Look Once) V8 algorithm, which can analyze the video footage captured by AI traffic cameras that are deployed across the Indian roadways. This algorithm has been trained to detect incidents such as vehicle crashes during mobile road traffic. Upon identifying an accident, the system promptly triggers an SMS alert message with the help of a cloud communication platform (Twilio) to relevant contact numbers such as contact numbers of emergency response departments like the police force, fire and safety, and ambulance services.

The stock market is a crucial component of any economy in the world. It is a way for companies to gain capital for its day to day functions. It enables stock brokers to trade securities, bonds and equities in a market. Once a share is listed on the stock market, it can be bought and sold by traders, investors or the general public. Recently, a lot of work has been done to predict the movement of the market. Forecasting the movement of the stock market is gaining momentum among various researchers, investing communities and enthusiasts as it provides better guidance with respect to investing. Predictability is one of the major factors which, the profitability of trading in stock and investing is dependent on. The profits earned by investment and trading in the stock market depend on the predictability of the stock, to a large extent. If any system is developed which can consistently predict the trends of the dynamic stock market, would make the owner of the system wealthy. Moreover, the predicted trends of the market will help the regulators to make corrective measures to stabilize the market. Many expert practitioners and researchers have put forward several models using various technical, fundamental and analytical techniques to give a prediction on the stock market pattern. Stock prediction focuses on estimating the future price movement in a stock, which is generally perceived as a challenging task due to the non-stationarity and volatility of the stock data. Dynamic stock market price variation and its chaotic behavior have increased the price prediction problem.

Abstract The relationship between Music and Religion is closely linked and is known as being a "complex and diverse" one. Music is commonly known for being a universal part of religion in a pleasurable way. For centuries music has been a huge part of the religious culture and has helped to 'promote' and 'influence' religion by engaging and embracing people in religion. An important reason why music is used in religion is to promote religious values by associating music with religious texts such as singing songs in God/s or Prophet/s names. Singing also shows a great deal of respect and appreciation for life and what happens after death depending on what you believe. Music is a universal medium used is almost all religions. There are many similarities in the ways it's incorporated into the religion as well as many differences. It is an essential and powerful element that enables worshippers to express their beliefs, their innermost thoughts and emotions. Music, when used sensitively, can create an atmosphere of worship, though if it is used insensitively the atmosphere can be destroyed. Composing music, taking part in the performance or simply listening and reflecting evokes a sense of spirituality. This paper tries to discuss on the Intimate Relationship between Music and Religion.
