A Comprehensive Interview Platform for Streamlined Technical Recruitment This paper presents a novel interview platform designed to enhance the technical recruitment process. Existing video conferencing tools used for interviews lack functionalities crucial for effective candidate evaluation. This platform addresses this gap by integrating a suite of features specifically tailored for software development interviews. The core functionality includes a collaborative code editor supporting multiple programming languages. This allows candidates to showcase their coding skills in familiar environments and facilitates real-time interaction for code review, debugging, and problem-solving with interviewers. Furthermore, the platform incorporates an interactive whiteboard powered by Socket.IO. This enables real-time collaboration where both parties can visually represent ideas and concepts, fostering clearer communication and a more engaging interview experience. To provide additional flexibility in the interview structure, a chatbot functionality is implemented. This chatbot can be programmed to deliver pre-defined questions, handle basic queries, or even administer automated coding challenges. This frees up the interviewer's time for in-depth technical discussions and candidate assessment. Finally, seamless face-to-face interaction is facilitated through WebRTC technology, enabling video and audio communication for a more human interview experience.

The aim of this review is to describe about therapeutic use and adverse effects of Risperidone- induced respiratory depression in a neonate through breast milk. Strategies are discussed to limit infant exposure to a medication while effectively treating the nursing mother. Risperidone is commonly used in postnatal mothers for depression and psychotic symptoms in spite of little data on its safety profile in neonates. It is previously reported that 6 mg/day can be used in mothers without having any untoward in breastfed neonates. Excretion of risperidone is dependent on the enzyme CYP2D6 whose activity varies as per individual phenotype. Maximum therapeutic levels are achieved at 2hr of administration of the drug. Risperidone works by inhibiting dopaminergic neurotransmission. This medication increase prolactin in women may result in unwanted breast milk, stopped menstrual cycle or difficulty becoming pregnant. When psychotropic medication is used during breast-feeding, it is strongly recommended that the infant's pediatrician be involved in monitoring the infant.

The project is aimed at developing a Time Table Generator for Colleges. Timetable generation is a very well-known problem that is faced in every educational institution. The problem occurs when there are clashes among the preferences given by the staff. Colleges are supposed to make timetables for each semester which used to be a very tedious and painstaking job. Students are eligible to view their timetables once they are finalized for a given semester. When the timetables for a particular semester and class period are finalized, staff members are also permitted to inspect them. The objective of the Time Table Allotment was to develop an application that enables allotment subject to staff as well as classes for students. Biodiversity worldwide is currently confronted with escalating challenges such as habitat degradation, overexploitation, and climate-related concerns. Among the various species, pangolins belonging to the order Pholidota stand out as the sole scaly mammals globally, and unfortunately, they are highly sought-after wildlife commodities, primarily for their scales and meat, making them the most trafficked wild mammals worldwide. The Indian pangolin, specifically the (Manis Crassicaudata) species found in the Uttarakhand region, remains one of the least researched members of this order. Limited knowledge exists regarding their ecological response to environmental and human-induced factors, as well as their spatial distribution patterns in the northern regions. Our study aimed to enhance the ecological understanding of Indian pangolins by investigating the environmental factors associated with the presence of suitable habitats for this species within a protected and favourable area in the lower Himalayan region of Uttarakhand. Through the utilization of primary surveys, GPS data collection, and employing a maximum entropy (MaxEnt) modelling approach, we explored the habitat suitability of Indian pangolins across three districts of Uttarakhand. The results of our model demonstrated a high level of accuracy, as indicated by the average test area under the Receiver Operator Curve metric. Furthermore, the jackknife test highlighted that the slope, normalized difference vegetation index, and elevation played crucial roles as predictors in determining the distribution of pangolin burrows. In conclusion, our study underscores the significance of habitat suitability modelling for comprehending the distribution patterns of pangolins, and it further emphasizes the importance of employing such models in conservation planning and prioritization efforts for this species.

An IOT- grounded smart stick is a technologically advanced mobility aid designed to help individualities with visual impairments in navigating their surroundings. This smart stick is integrated with IoT( Internet of effects) technology, allowing it to connect to the internet and interact with other bias. The smart stick utilizes a range of detectors to descry obstacles, environmental conditions, and other material information. This data is transmitted to a centralized system or a mobile operation, which processes the information and provides real- time feedback to the stoner. The stoner can admit audio or haptic feedback, or indeed visual cues, through a companion device like a smartphone or a devoted wearable. This technology empowers individualities with visual impairments by enhancing their situational mindfulness and safety during diurnal conditioning. It offers a more comprehensive and interactive result compared to traditional white nightsticks, eventually promoting independent mobility and a advanced quality of life for its druggies.
