The agricultural sector in India, where land ownership is frequently dispersed among many people and hinders industry growth, depends heavily on agricultural loans to remain operational. By using the K-nearest neighbor and fuzzy logic method to create an agricultural loan recommender system, this research offers a workable solution. With the technology, farmers can obtain customized loan recommendations in addition to statistical and graphical data relevant to agricultural loans. By using this approach, farmers may choose the best bank to apply to for loans based on their specific needs and have a greater grasp of the loan application process. The effectiveness of the suggested system is assessed, especially with regard to the likelihood of a bank recommending the requested loan amount

This study investigates gender disparities in access to education and employment opportunities in urban and rural areas of Maharashtra, India. Utilizing data from surveys conducted across diverse socio-economic backgrounds, the study offers comprehensive insights into the prevailing disparities. Results indicate significant differences in educational attainment between genders, with urban areas generally exhibiting higher rates of female education compared to rural regions. However, despite improvements, disparities persist, particularly in rural settings where socio-cultural factors often impede girls' access to education. Moreover, the study reveals pronounced gender gaps in employment opportunities, with women in both urban and rural areas facing challenges in accessing formal employment. This is exacerbated by entrenched gender norms and limited opportunities for skill development, especially in rural contexts. Furthermore, the research highlights the importance of addressing socio-cultural barriers and investing in infrastructure and policies that promote gender equality in education and employment. Initiatives such as providing access to quality education, vocational training, and promoting women's participation in the workforce are essential for narrowing these disparities. Overall, this study underscores the urgency of implementing targeted interventions to address gender disparities in education and employment, particularly in rural areas where inequalities are more pronounced. By fostering an inclusive and equitable environment, Maharashtra can harness the full potential of its population and contribute to sustainable socio-economic development.

Building and Engineering functional systems at the atomic level is known as nanotechnology, which is an emerging field of study centered on the manipulation of matter on a nanoscale scale. Numerous innovative drug delivery systems, including liposomes, microparticles, niosomes, a nd proniosomes, have been developed as a result of nanotechnology. Liposomes and niosomes possess certain drawbacks, such as the ability to leak, fuse, aggreg ate, distribute, transport, and store. Proniosomes are a dry formulation of water soluble carrier coated with surfactant and drug e ncapsulated in proniosomal vesicles, which helps prolong the duration of retention of drug in systemic circulation and by reaching the target tissue shows its action which results in reduc ed toxicity. This helps overcome the drawbacks of both liposomes and niosomes. The primary focus of this review is the drawbacks of niosomes and liposomes.

The Covid-19 pandemic affected all aspects of life. The news media, in the process of bringing news to our home also witnessed serious blood bath in the form of massive retrenchment, drastic and sudden pay cuts, closing down of editions and sometimes even the entire newspaper. Ironically, the job loss and other related issues rarely find space in the news that is fed to us every day. The reporters and the camera men are also facing other challenges while reporting in the field. Many of them were out in the field reporting on the unprecedented movement of the migrant population post Covid-19 lockdown. Many of the journalists/ media workers contracted Covid-19 in the process. The apathy that the news organizations indulged in is horrific. Another issue plaguing the media industry, is the reporters and camera men being booked under many draconian sections as well as rampant attack on the journalists while they were reporting. Communal polarization of the newsrooms has affected the credibility of many journalists. This paper will attempt to contextualize the challenges faced by the media workers and its future implication for the media industry. The paper will analyze the secondary data available in the public domain and ratify those with interviews of eminent journalists who were directly affected by pandemic.

There's a famous quote by our First Prime Minister Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru in which he said the following ``You can tell the condition of a nation by looking at the status of its women''. Even our First Law Minister and Father of Indian Constitution Dr. Ambedkar also said that ``I will measure the progress of the Country by seeing the development of Women''. These two quotes by eminent personalities tell us about the importance of developing the status of women folk. No Country can progress if the condition of their women folk is not good. Because women are equal partners in societal development. It is important that necessary step should be taken to empower women in every fields. Likewise an empire of early medieval period will not considered developed and progressive if the condition of women during that time was in a very bad condition. Know in this article let us study about the condition of women in Vijayanagar Empire.

The present paper aims at tracing the existential approach in Girish Karnad's prominent plays. Girish Karnad was a modern playwright, who influenced the writing of western philosophical theory that expressed modern Indian society problems. He presented these dilemmas and problems in his plays deliberately. Existentialism is a contemporary twentieth-century philosophical movement that succeeded after the dreadful Second World War, basically it addresses the problems of individual human existence, which searches for our identity and meaning of life through our actions. Existentialism presents a philosophy of hope, ecstasy and exultation. It insists that philosophy should be connected with an individual's own life and experience. The promoters of existentialism philosophers are Albert Camus, Jean-Paul Sartre, Heidegger, Gabriel Marcel, and many more who have defined existentialism in their works. Inspired by them, Girish Karnad, an Indian English dramatist, started developing and taking out the theme of existentialism in his writings and creations. So, the present paper will mainly focus on the reflection of existentialism and the presentation of existential dilemmas of modern Indian society in Girish Karnad's plays like Yayati, Tughlaq, Hayavadana and Nagamandala.
