 Abstract

ABSTRACT Lichen planus is a long-lasting, inflammatory, autoimmune condition affecting the skin, oral mucosa, genital mucosa, scalp, and nails. While the precise cause of LP is currently unknown, it is noted that the autoantigen XVII collagen (COL17) is linked to its development. According to Ayurveda, the skin is the body's primary defense. Diseases manifesting in its seven layers are considered twak roga, involving twaka, rakta, mamsa, and lasika. Ayurveda categorizes nearly all skin ailments as Kushta Rogadhikara. The Brihatrayee mentions 18 types of kustharoga, including 7 mahakustha and 11 kshudrakustha. Kitibha Kusta falls under kshudra kustha, sharing similarities with lichen planus in signs and symptoms. In kusta, "Bahudosha Nirharana" (aggressive purgation) is cautioned against as it may further weaken the body by aggravating Vata [1]. Virechana, a cleansing therapy, is recommended in Pitta and Rakta predominant disorders, including various skin conditions. Although Kitibha is a Vata-Kapha disorder, its primary cause is Rakta Dhatu and Tridosha vitiation. This article aims to assess the effectiveness of Virechana / shodana in managing lichen planus.Materials and methods: A 38-year-old patient presented with complaints of skin lesions all over the body since 2 years. Virechana is an ideal method for Pitta and Rakta dushti. Result: The subject showed marked improvement in symptoms.Discussion: Virechana was administered to treat the root cause of the disease and the underlying cause with internal medicines for which the patient got significant relief from the symptoms. Conclusion : High-potency topical corticosteroids, antihistamines, oral retinoids, and immunosuppressants are first-line treatments. However, corticosteroids can have adverse psychological effects, affecting patients' quality of life. Ayurveda suggests addressing the root cause of the disease and reversing the pathology by removing deep-seated toxins. Treatment according to Ayurveda involves toxin removal, metabolism correction, increasing ojus production, and immune system correction. Additionally, Shaman Yoga and Bahirparimarjan Chikitsa are administered after Shodhana therapy to provide further relief and aid in eradicating lichen planus.

 Abstract

This study investigates the knowledge, skills, and attitude (KSA) of Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) in the context of rural healthcare delivery, focusing on Uttar Pradesh (U.P.), India. ASHAs play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between healthcare services and rural communities, particularly in resource-constrained settings. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to comprehensively assess the KSA of ASHAs. Quantitative data is collected through structured surveys administered to a representative sample of ASHAs across different regions of U.P., evaluating their knowledge of key healthcare topics, proficiency in essential skills, and attitude towards their role and responsibilities. Qualitative interviews provide deeper insights into the challenges faced by ASHAs in executing their duties effectively, as well as factors influencing their motivation and engagement in healthcare delivery. Public health services in India face challenges such as a shortage of medical staff and medicines, and attitudes and beliefs of healthcare recipients. Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) are crucial in promoting healthy behaviors and connecting communities with healthcare systems. However, ASHAs face challenges such as insufficient training and low motivation. A study evaluated ASHA's knowledge level on maternal health, family planning, and non-communicable diseases, showing that they have good understanding but room for improvement. The findings of this study aim to inform policy-makers, healthcare administrators, and stakeholders about the strengths and areas for improvement in the training, support, and empowerment of ASHAs, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and impact of rural healthcare delivery systems in U.P.

 Abstract

Novel Arylidene derivatives of 2-(Thiazolidinone-2')imino-3-allyl-4-thiazolidinone were synthesized. To enhance solubility, ?-cyclodextrin was utilized to form inclusion complexes. The presence of mixes and inclusion complexes was confirmed by analyzing the analytical data and spectrum properties. We used a cup-and-plate experiment to measure the antibacterial and antioxidant effects against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Proteus vulgaris. When compared to the parent chemicals, the inclusion complexes showed far better antioxidant and antibacterial capabilities.

 Abstract

Examining how government regulations affect the expansion of the cryptocurrency market in India. Indians are becoming more and more interested in cryptocurrency since it has become a booming financial option. This essay explores how national rules have impeded the development of the cryptocurrency industry in the nation. The Indian government has resisted regulating cryptocurrency trading despite its recent notable development and appeal to investors, citing issues with security, terrorism, and possible effects on the country's currency. The study also intends to evaluate traders' reactions to the cryptocurrency market, forecast the future course of cryptocurrency in India, and analyse government legislation pertaining to it. Investor feedback was gathered countrywide through the use of purposive sampling techniques combined with a non-probability sample strategy. The results of the poll show that although a large number of investors are aware of the cryptocurrency market, they are reluctant to make investments because of regulatory concerns. Investors generally believe, meanwhile, that the Indian government's decision to legalize cryptocurrency trading will spur tremendous expansion in the industry. Regarding the future of cryptocurrency in India, they are still upbeat and predict significant demand in the near future--that is, if risk, security, and terrorist issues are sufficiently addressed.

 Abstract

The world of children is most intriguing and warm. They have a vast kingdom of their own populated with images and experiences that are inconceivable to adults. Acquainting with their experiences and seeing the world of children as they see it is not easy but imperative for discussion. The development of children to adults is credited to the environment. They influence the shaping of the children's psyche. However it is the child's ability to transform those experiences to wisdom as they grow that will lead to their development. Their developmental process is widespread and tracing it requires an in-depth study of the individual and the environment. The multitudinous sources that contribute towards their growth should be recognized. How these sources influence the mental development and the thought process of the children is yet another area of research that is interesting and demanding at the same time for its very nature where, unlike adults who can verbalize their experience, a child cannot describe its experience in words. Undeniably any attempt at representing the world of children can only remain partial. As is the world of children inexpressible, so is the definition for Children's literature. The plausible explanation that could be given is that the children's literature is that which is written on children and for children. Their origin can be traced to the ancient storytellers.

 Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the expected loads and creating a technically viable design considering the properties of the formwork components. The concepts and methods for formwork analysis and design for concrete structures are presented in this study. Since every construction is different, the formwork needs to be specifically designed and manufactured for each job. The effort needed to create a strong formwork system is just as significant as the effort needed to create the ideal steel and concrete mix for the structure's structural system. For concrete constructions, formwork has a big influence on the project's final cost, schedule, and quality. The methods of analyzing different formwork components are presented in this project to help the designer create a formwork system for the construction project. The primary focus of this study is on the design of conventional formwork, taking into account the physical characteristics of the materials and their potential for development of stresses and deflection within the component parts. Formwork is used to securely support reinforced concrete until it reaches the necessary strength. This study results into a conventional formwork that is affordable, safe, and simple to assemble on the job site. The formwork has a major impact on the final project's overall quality.

 Abstract

Plating of food is a skill that a chef develops over years of training and involves creativity and technical knowledge. The influence of social media and foodstagram has taken the need to protect the rights of chefs to the next level as they tend to lose their right over the plate of food as soon as someone adds a post on Instagram or Facebook, These days, the trend has taken an elevating turn. Protection is granted to recipes and signature dishes of chefs, which raises the question of why it is not extended to the plating of food. The chef is adding their heart and soul to the dish when it is plated, and it is essential to find a way to protect it under copyright law, trademark, specifically trade dress, or even design patent. This paper delves into the problem of preserving the "Art of food plating" and how different realms of Intellectual property react to this subject. It analyses the complexities and lacuna in each law and also suggests the steps that can be taken to extend protection to the art of plating food. The paper also delves into the different cases in the past that have tried to break the orthodoxy surrounding the subject and have enabled the courts to interpret the law to be more accommodating. .

Recently, image processing techniques had been widely used in lots of scientific fields to beautify pics in early diagnostic and therapeutic tiers. There are one-of- a-kind sorts of cancer, including lung cancer, breast cancer, blood most cancers, throat most cancers, mind most cancers, stomach most cancers, oral most cancers and so forth. Lung most cancers is a ailment wherein cells grow abnormally and turn into tumors. Cancer cells can flow from the lungs into the blood or lymph fluid surrounding the lungs. In this undertaking we've got accessed the picture of cancer in MATLAB accumulated from distinctive hospitals wherein the paintings are finished and this photo is to be had in shade we have accessed the photo in MATLAB after which transformed it. Image satisfactory and accuracy are the primary factors of this study, the assessment and improvement of the image first- class relies upon on the optimization degree, which uses the least advanced methods in Gabor filters in the framework of the Gaussian rule.  Abstract

Aristotle's ethical philosophy, as expressed in his Nicomachean Ethics, is widely recognized for its focus on virtue and moral understanding as the fundamental basis for a fulfilling and exemplary existence. This research explores Aristotle's comprehension of virtue and moral cognition, investigating their interaction within the structure of his ethical framework. Aristotle's central idea is around the concept of eudaimonia, which refers to human flourishing. According to him, achieving eudaimonia is possible via developing virtuous character traits. According to Aristotle, virtue is not simply following laws or principles, but rather the outcome of developing habits and practical wisdom through experience and contemplation. Conversely, moral knowledge entails comprehending the ethical principles that govern virtuous behavior and being capable of implementing them in specific circumstances. This research thoroughly examines Aristotle's understanding of virtue and moral knowledge, analyzing their significance for ethical theory and practical ethics. This text explores the analysis and evaluations of Aristotle's ethical framework, emphasizing its lasting significance and possible contributions to modern moral philosophy. The primary objective of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of Aristotle's profound observations regarding the essence of virtue and moral knowledge. This will offer significant viewpoints for ethical investigation and contemplation in today's society.
