Twentieth-century revival of Buddhism in India was influenced by the contributions of Bhadant Anand Kausalyayan (1905-1988) as a translator, teacher and organizer. In addition to its many other dimension, the Kausalyayan's translations into vernacular languages, his public pedagogy (lectures, travel writing), and his organizational activities had a significant influence on the transformation of Buddhism from being largely a monastic/scholarly tradition to becoming a movement that was accessible, literate, and institutional in nature, especially in the context of post-conversion that followed B.R. Ambedkar's followers. Based on textual analysis of Kausalyayan's published translations and essays, archival bibliographies, and secondary literature on modern Indian Buddhist movements, the paper will show how Kausalyayan's translations functioned as a form of cultural infrastructure in providing the basis for study circles, catechesis, and community formation. The paper concludes with some reflexive thoughts regarding the translational politics of Kausalyayan's translations and recommendations for future reception and comparative studies.

Social media has become an integral part of modern life, influencing communication, behavior, and overall well-being. While it offers significant benefits such as global connectivity, information sharing, and mental health support communities, excessive and unregulated use has raised serious concerns regarding psychological, emotional, and physical health. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the dual impact -- both positive and negative -- of social media usage on human health. It explores key areas including mental health disorders, sleep disruption, self-esteem issues, addiction, and physical health consequences, alongside beneficial applications such as awareness campaigns, telemedicine, and support networks. The study also highlights analytical comparisons, real-world observations, and future directions to address emerging challenges. The findings indicate that social media acts as a "double-edged sword," where balanced usage determines whether outcomes are beneficial or harmful.

India's real estate sector, one of the largest contributors to the national GDP and a key driver of urban growth, continues to face persistent challenges including limited pricing transparency, fragmented property information, and inadequate user support. The absence of helpful tools and secure transaction approaches in existing digital platforms results in poor decisionmaking, bad experience and reduced trust among property buyers and sellers. This project presents the design and implementation of RealNest - A Smart Real Estate Platform, developed to simplify property listing, automate inquiry tracking, and improve user experience through an interactive, scalable, and feature-rich web-based platform. The platform provides users with access to property listings, integrated government housing scheme eligibility checking (including schemes under PMAY - Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana), and an AI-powered chatbot for instant support. A machine learning-based price prediction features is incorporated to analyse market trends and estimate accurate property values, enabling data-driven decision-making. Advanced search filters and security first approaches further enhance usability and reliability. The system is implemented using a LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) architecture, including with Python-based AI and machine learning libraries, Bootstrap-based responsive UI components, and JavaScript-based responsiveness. Security mechanisms include HTTPS-encrypted communication, bcrypt-based password hashing, prepared statements against SQL injection, and input sanitization to mitigate cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. Payment processing is handled via Razorpay - one of India's leading payment gateways, supporting UPI, net banking, and card payments, which follows RBI digital payment guidelines and PCI-DSS standards. The platform is deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS EC2) and has scalable and cloud platform-independent design to make sure it can be used and supported by other cloud platforms. Project Testing ensured robust security, data consistency, and high security. The outcome demonstrated that the web-based property management systems built on open-source technologies can effectively reduce manual overhead, enhance client-agent communication, and serve as a digital foundation for modern Indian real estate businesses operating under the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) framework.

This paper seeks to establish that Nirupama Borgohain has made a significant exploration of the colonial Assamese woman as transmitter of culture and bearer of change thus offering an alternative perspective that challenges the traditional views of women's role and agency. Chandraprova is seen since her childhood as one who always stood for the rights of a person. She would always raise her voice for equal opportunities for women and at a very young age she started a school for girls in her village. Her journey to selfhood begins from her childhood when she was old enough to understand the discrimination against women in the society. In order to situate the Assamese women in the backdrop of social ills against women, the task remains with the postcolonial writer to rehistoricise the texts and re-present the colonial woman in the context of today. Therefore, this paper would explore this very rebel woman who questions the very essence of being a woman as immortalized by Nirupama Borgohain in the novel Abhiyatri. It makes a significant study to probe into the acceptance of a rebellious woman in the society who trespassed all the societal norms to instigate women to realize their self-consciousness.

Efficient patient discharge processes are essential for improving hospital throughput, optimizing bed utilization, reducing patient dissatisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency. However, discharge delays remain a persistent challenge in many hospitals due to administrative, clinical, and coordination-related bottlenecks. This study aimed to evaluate the discharge process in a tertiary care multispecialty hospital in India using a time-motion observational approach. A total of 35 planned inpatient discharges were studied over a two-month period. Time was tracked across multiple discharge stages including nursing clearance, laboratory clearance, radiology clearance, pharmacy processing, billing, insurance approval, and final patient exit. Results revealed that 62.85% of discharges required more than six hours for completion. Nursing clearance showed the highest average internal delay, while billing and insurance approvals were major contributors to prolonged discharge turnaround time. Laboratory clearance demonstrated high variability due to occasional outlier delays. The study identified poor interdepartmental communication, delayed documentation, insurance dependencies, and inadequate advance discharge planning as key root causes. Recommendations include implementation of digital discharge dashboards, pre-discharge planning protocols, dedicated discharge coordinators, and automated alerts. Improving discharge efficiency can significantly enhance patient satisfaction, bed turnover, and hospital productivity.

U-clamps are widely used mechanical components for supporting and securing pipes, tubes, and cylindrical structures in various engineering applications. Despite their simple geometry, they are subjected to complex loading conditions that may lead to stress concentration, deformation, and possible failure. Therefore, a detailed structural investigation is necessary to ensure safe and efficient performance. In this study, a U-clamp is analysed using the Finite Element Method to evaluate its structural behaviour under different loading conditions. The analysis includes static structural analysis to determine stress distribution and deformation, along with modal analysis to study the vibration characteristics of the component. Two different cases are considered by varying geometric parameters such as diameter and mass to observe their effect on structural response. The results indicate that maximum stress occurs at the curved region of the U-clamp due to bending effects, while deformation increases with higher applied loads and lower stiffness. In modal analysis, the natural frequency is found to be dependent on the ratio of stiffness to mass, where an increase in stiffness raises the natural frequency, and an increase in mass reduces it. The mode shapes represent relative vibration patterns rather than actual displacement under loading. Overall, the study provides a clear understanding of the mechanical behaviour of U-clamps and highlights the importance of proper design selection. The findings can be used to improve structural strength, reduce failure risk, and optimize the design for better performance in real-world applications.

This paper examines the themes of both patriarchy and female awakening in the three-act play A Doll's House written by Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen. This focuses on how patriarchal system try to restrict women's freedom, identity, and individuality, at the same time it gives attention to exploring the way, a woman becomes aware of her own value and importance. This play gives the idea of how marital relationships shaped by social expectations and gender inequality. This critical study attempts to analyze the transformation of the protagonist of the play, Nora Helmer, from a weak and dependent wife into an independent and self-respecting individual. It primarily reviews existing critical interpretations of the play and examines how it is situated within the broader framework of feminist literary theory. The study also highlights the symbolic representation of society and the illusion of happiness that is sustained within patriarchal institutions such as marriage, family, and society. This paper further explores how brilliantly Henrik Ibsen challenges stereotypical gender roles and powerfully critiques the social beliefs of the nineteenth century. Nora's journey not only reflects women's awakening but also opens the door to feminist consciousness that questions the established structures of patriarchal society. The play occupies a timeless position in contemporary discussions of gender equality, identity, and freedom. It makes a significant contribution to the understanding of women's awakening and can be considered an important work in world literature that promotes social change and challenges traditional thought.

Workplace stress is a critical challenge in modern smart environments, affecting employee health, productivity, and organizational performance. Traditional detection methods -- primarily self-reported questionnaires -- are infrequent, subjective, and unable to capture real-time stress variations. This paper presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of a Human-Centric Stress Prediction Framework for Smart Workspaces that integrates Internet-of-Things (IoT) sensors, wearable biosensors, and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to provide continuous, non-intrusive, and personalized stress monitoring. The system collects multimodal physiological signals (Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Galvanic Skin Response, skin temperature), environmental parameters (noise, ambient temperature), and behavioral indicators (typing speed, mouse movement). A hybrid ML model combining a Random Forest classifier (87.3% accuracy) with a personalized LSTM fine-tuning layer (91.6% user-specific accuracy) classifies stress into Low, Moderate, and High levels. Real-time wellness recommendations, a web dashboard, and a mobile application compose the user-facing layer. Comprehensive testing across 146 test cases achieved a 95.9% pass rate, and User Acceptance Testing yielded a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 82.4, indicating excellent usability. The framework represents a scalable, privacy-preserving foundation for intelligent, human-aware workplace well-being systems.

Background: Nonspecific low back pain (NSLBP) is a common musculoskeletal disorder among surgeons due to prolonged standing and awkward postures. It contributes significantly to pain, functional disability, and reduced work efficiency. Positional Release Technique (PRT), a manual therapy approach, may provide an effective, non-invasive method to reduce pain and disability. Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of the Positional Release Technique on pain and disability in surgeons with nonspecific low back pain. Methodology: An experimental study was conducted on 50 surgeons with NSLBP, selected through simple random sampling. Participants were divided into two groups. Group A received PRT along with spine exercises, while Group B received conventional therapy with spine exercises. The intervention was provided for one week, with outcome measures including the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for pain and the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) for disability. Data were analyzed using paired and unpaired t-tests for intra- and inter-group comparisons. Results: The PRT group demonstrated a greater reduction in pain intensity and an improvement in functional disability (p<.001) compared with those receiving conventional therapy. Conclusion: The study established that PRT was more effective at reducing pain and disability among surgeons with nonspecific low back pain.

This study examines the manner in which visual stimuli specifically colour and product packaging shape consumer purchasing behaviour when viewed through the prism of Neuromarketing. Modern shoppers encounter hundreds of products daily, making subconscious cues a dominant driver of selection rather than deliberate rational evaluation. The research draws on the Stimulus-Organism-Response model, Dual Process Theory, and Colour Psychology to construct an analytical framework. Primary data were gathered from a sample of 120 respondents via a structured Liker-scale questionnaire; secondary data were sourced from peer-reviewed journals, industry reports, and seminal textbooks. Findings reveal that colour alone accounts for up to 90 per cent of a first product impression, while well-designed packaging triggers emotional responses that override logical cost-benefit reasoning. The combined visual effect of congruent colour and packaging is markedly stronger than either element acting independently. Demographic variables -- age, gender, and cultural background moderate these responses, and the growing importance of digital retail environments is noted. The study provides actionable guidance for MBA-level marketing practitioners seeking to leverage neurological consumer insights.
