The DC-DC converter has been focused as a very important part in different topologies in various applications. In recent years, DC-DC converters have become a popular device in electric vehicles, trolley cars, marine hoists, photovoltaic (PV) systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and fuel cell systems. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the design of a functional prototype of a DC-DC boost converter that can be used for 9-24 V and 9-48 V. DC-DC boost converter is basically a step-up converter that gives higher output voltage (Vo) compared to input voltage (Vin). It steps up the input voltage in order to achieve a higher output voltage. The boost converter, also known as a switch mode regulator, is popular due to its high efficiency and low cost. The voltage source and duty cycle play a crucial role in determining the output voltage. The boost converter circuit is crafted with MOSFET, resistor, capacitor, inductor, and diode. The boost converter's working principle is based on the inductor's ability to resist changes in current as its components. The Pspice software program is used to simulate and analyze the boost converter. The converter circuit model, with a specification of output power of 50W, input voltage of 9V, and operating frequency of 46kHz, was simulated to validate the designed parameters. The simulation results of the boost converter are assessed against the theoretical results.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease of unknown origin, characterized by tissue damage caused by autoantibodies and immune complexes. Dysfunctional T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells contribute to the production of autoantibodies. Key features include the activation of dendritic cells and continuous secretion of IFN-alpha (1). Diagnosis requires the presence of four or more symptoms among malar rash, discoid rash, photosensitivity, oral ulcers, non-reactive arthritis, pleuritis/pericarditis, renal disorders, neurological and hematological manifestations, and positive ANA tests (2). In Ayurveda, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is likened to Gambheera vatarakta, as the symptoms closely resemble those of SLE (3). Vatarakta is a disorder resulting from the imbalance of Vata and Rakta due to various factors. Dietary and lifestyle factors causing Vata imbalance lead to the obstruction of Vata in the circulatory system, resulting in Vatarakta. There are two types of Vatarakta: Uthana vatarakta, affecting superficial tissues with symptoms like skin and joint issues, and Gambheera vatarakta, a more severe stage impacting deeper tissues, including blood, bones, and joints. Gambheera vatarakta is characterized by systemic illness and joint pathology. The primary Dosha involved is Vata, and the affected tissues include Rasa, Rakta, Mamsa, and Twak. Ayurvedic treatments, including Panchakarma procedures and internal medicines, are considered effective for managing this condition (4) (5).

To study red mud for the making of self-compacting concrete (SCC) is to explore and assess the feasibility, performance, and environmental impact of incorporating red mud as a supplementary material in SCC mixtures. Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is a flowing concrete that does not require vibration and, indeed, should not be vibrated. It uses superplasticizers and stabilizers to significantly increase the ease and rate of flow. It achieves compaction into every part of the mould or formwork simply by means of its own weight without any segregation of the coarse aggregate.

This study aims to generate evidence on a sustainable vegetable production model that will be key to regulating GAP in Chhattisgarh state. The vegetable production sector provides immediate income, nutrition, and food security and contributes significantly to the economy of India. In recent decades, the sustainability of the vegetable sector has been challenged due to the unsystematic use of agrochemicals for commercializing production. Adopting Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) could reduce the use of agrochemicals in commercial vegetable production. This study conducted the assessment of GAP in Bilaspur, Mungeli, and Janjgir- Champa districts. A mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, was adopted for the study, which included farmers' surveys, key informant interviews, and in-depth interviews. The vegetable sector provides immediate income, nutrition, and food security and contributes significantly to the economy of Chhattisgarh. In recent decades, the sustainability of the vegetable sector has been challenged due to the unsystematic use of agrochemicals for commercializing production. Adopting Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) could reduce the use of agrochemicals in commercial vegetable production. The results showed that farmers were adopting different GAP, such as cropping practices, livestock integration, soil fertility management practices, and integrated pest management practices. Upon adopting these practices, farmers reduced agrochemicals' use by more than 40%. The study's findings imply that adopting GAP helps reduce the use of agrochemicals, consequently motivating farmers toward safe and sustainable vegetable production. The study recommends market-based solutions such as creating mass consumer awareness, ensuring premium prices with quality assurance mechanisms for making the GAP-based production profitable, and promoting its wider adoption. This is supported by facilitating farmers' access to government subsidies, price incentives, and insurance services and increasing access to GAP inputs.

Text to face creation is a subdomain of text to image reconstruction. It affects not only a wide range of use cases in the field of public safety, but also novel research areas. There is very little study on text to face synthesis since there are no datasets available. Up until now, the maximum of the work done on text-to-image generation has relied on partly trained Gan's, where the input sentence's semantic properties are extracted using a pre-trained text encoder. These semantic traits were later used to instruct the decoder for images. To produce realistic and organic visuals, we present a completely trained GAN in our study. To provide more precise and effective outcomes, Both the picture decoder and the text encoder were trained concurrently. Apart from the suggested approach, another addition is the creation of the dataset through the combination of LFW, CelebA, and locally generated dataset. Additionally, the collected data or information is labeled using our predefined classifications. It's been demonstrated through a variety of studies that our model performs better than others by producing high-quality pictures from the input phrase. Furthermore, the visual findings, which produced the facial images in response to the provided inquiry, further enhanced our experiments.

This study delves into the intricate relationship between arbitration and intellectual property (IP) disputes within commercial transactions, focusing on the arbitrability of such disputes in the context of Indian law. Despite ongoing uncertainties regarding the arbitrability of IP conflicts, there is a discernible shift towards arbitration as a preferred method of resolution, particularly in contractual IP disputes. Arbitration offers several distinct advantages over traditional litigation, especially in the realm of international commerce, owing to its unique features. Arbitration's appeal lies in its ability to provide a neutral and efficient forum for dispute resolution. Unlike litigation, which may entail biases or unfamiliar legal landscapes in foreign courts, arbitration offers a level playing field for parties from different backgrounds. This neutrality is bolstered by the selection of arbitrators who are often subject matter experts and chosen based on their impartiality. Moreover, arbitration provides flexibility and confidentiality, allowing parties to tailor the process to their specific needs and maintain the privacy of sensitive information. In the context of IP disputes, where proprietary information and trade secrets are often at stake, this confidentiality is paramount. Additionally, arbitration streamlines the resolution process by consolidating multi-jurisdictional claims into a single procedure, minimizing costs and procedural complexities. Despite these advantages, challenges remain, particularly concerning the enforceability of arbitral awards and the complexities inherent in navigating different legal regimes governing IP rights across jurisdictions. Nevertheless, the growing popularity of arbitration in resolving international IP disputes underscores its efficacy in meeting the evolving needs of the global marketplace.
