The implementation of a back-propagation neural network to classify the MNIST handwritten digit database is shown in this research. Here, we assess the neural network's performance using the plot of loss during training and classification accuracy. The outcomes of the experiment indicate that back-propagation neural networks can be used to real-world categorization problems to a certain extent. Additionally, we attempt to use Autoencoder to produce picture compression and analysed its results. Reducing the size of the network helps to speed up the neural network and enhance performance. Though several causes are listed, the accuracy rate cannot be guaranteed. Next, we attempt to convert the original neural network into a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) by changing its structure. According to the findings, CNN can be utilized to enhance performance while tackling image identification tasks. Additionally, we build a Conv Autoencoder structure by combining CNN and Autoencoder, and we run various tests.

For long ago, biometric authentication has been performed for high-security applications like bank lockers, private places. Here studies made on the physiological attributes of an individual can be represented with his finger print, iris, etc. Among those finger vein identification is a new methodology in the biometric recognition system. Here, finger vein patterns can be used to give authentication to an individual for accessing high- security applications. In this paper, we are going to perform finger vein recognition Quadrature Discriminant analysis method. Finger vein images are subjected to preprocessing steps for making the image more stable for further processing. Then QDA process has been applied, followed by the Minimum Distance Classifier.

Some of the Ayurvedic classics and texts in medieval period have classified all the poisons in to two categories as Mahavisha and Upavisha based on their toxicity and potency. Upavisha are the group of drugs which were less toxic in nature but produce certain toxic symptoms on consumption or administration. Nerium oleander most commonly known as oleander or nerium, is a shrub or small tree cultivated worldwide in temperate and subtropical areas as an ornamental and landscaping plant. It is the only species currently classified in the genus Nerium, belonging to subfamily Apocynoideae of the dogbane family Apocynaceae. Nerium contains several toxic compounds, and it has historically been considered a poisonous plant. However, its bitterness renders it unpalatable to humans and most animals, so poisoning cases are rare and the general risk for human mortality is low. So, this article is focusing on the Nerium upvisha mentioned Agadtantra of Ayuveda.

In recent years, the rise of obesity and related health issues has sparked a growing interest in technologies aimed at promoting healthier eating habits. In this work, we propose a unique method that combines deep learning and image processing techniques to recognize food and estimate its calories. Our method integrates YOLO v8 for image segmentation and DenseNet 121 for image classification, enabling accurate identification and categorization of various food items from images. We propose a two-step process: first, employing YOLO v8 for precise segmentation of food items within images, and then utilizing DenseNet 121 to classify these segmented regions into specific food categories. This hierarchical approach allows for efficient processing and accurate recognition of diverse food types, overcoming challenges such as occlusion and varying image qualities. Furthermore, we discuss the implications of our approach in promoting healthier lifestyles through personalized dietary recommendations and calorie tracking. By providing users with accurate information about their food intake, out system empowers individuals to make informed decisions regarding their diet, ultimately contributing to improved health and well-being. Overall, our work contributes to the intersection of deep learning, image processing, and nutrition science, offering a scalable solution for automating food recognition and calorie estimation tasks.

Social engineering attacks have posed a serious security threat to cyberspace. However, there is much we have yet to know regarding what and how lead to the success of social engineering attacks. This paper proposes a conceptual model which provides an integrative and structural perspective to describe how social engineering attacks work. Three core entities (effect mechanism, human vulnerability and attack method) are identified to help the understanding of how social engineering attacks take effect. Then, beyond the familiar scope, we analyze and discuss the effect mechanisms involving 6 aspects (persuasion, social influence, cognition & attitude & behavior, trust and deception, language & thought & decision, emotion and decision-making) and the human vulnerabilities involving 6 aspects (cognition and knowledge, behavior and habit, emotions and feelings, human nature, personality traits, individual characters), respectively. Finally, 16 social engineering attack scenarios (including 13 attack methods) are presented to illustrate how these mechanisms, vulnerabilities and attack methods are used to explain the success of social engineering attacks. Besides, this paper offers lots of materials for security awareness training and future empirical research, and the model is also helpful to develop a domain ontology of social engineering in cybersecurity.

The aim of this paper is to empirically study how social media affect the decision-making processes of consumers. A quantitative survey examines how much experience changes with the help of social media. Opinions from customers on products and administrations are now more and more controlled by outsiders in the advanced space, which then affects the conclusion in the disconnected space. As purchasers drive a larger amount of the buying process through web-based social networking, marketers may exert control over the content, timing, and recurrence of online conversations amongst buyers. The outcome demonstrates social media use and that it impacts buyers' satisfaction at the evaluation of alternative and information search; the satisfaction intensifies as the consumer makes its progress through the process towards the decision of final purchase and post-purchase evaluation.
