Abstract: - An adverse drug reaction (ADR) is described by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as any reaction to a medicine "which is noxious and unintended and which occurs at doses used in man for prophylaxis, diagnosis, or therapy. This observational case were carried out in Manipal Hospital Baner, Pune. A 26-year-old pregnant woman. Her family history was not significant. She had iron iron deficiency anaemia (hemoglobin-8.7 g/dl) at the time of presentation. With the preview of anaemia, patient was started on Inj. Ferenject was planned to give with each day a dose of 500mg (one vial) intravenous over one hour. The patient developed breathlessness and myalgia half an hour after the first dose was completed. Half hour later patient had vomiting (one episode) non-projectile which was managed with an anti-emetic. A diagnosis to allergy to ferric carboxymaltose was made.

MGNREGA is one of the flagship programmes launched by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India, to eradicate unemployment and poverty in the country's rural areas. It is the world's largest social security plan, introduced under the MGNREGA Act of 2005. The Act's mandate is to give 100 days of guaranteed pay employment every fiscal year to every rural household whose adult members volunteer to perform unskilled manual work. The scheme's other goal is to create long-term assets and boost rural people's livelihood resources. This article attempts to conduct a comparative analysis of the performance of MGNREGA on rural people in scheduled and non-scheduled areas of Odisha, one of the country's backward states, in terms of livelihood generation and asset creation during the Covid19 Pandemic. This study evaluates various indicators such as employment generation under MGNREGA, Number of person days generated among various social categories and Households Completed 100 Days of work people in scheduled and non-scheduled areas of Odisha. The study finds there is a variation in the impact of MGNREGA on scheduled and non-scheduled areas of the Odisha. Non-scheduled areas of the state have benefited significantly better than scheduled areas. Even after more than a decade of implementation of the act in Odisha, a large section of the rural population in the schedule areas is yet to reap the benefits of MGNREGA in terms of employment generation and number of person days received through their active participation in the employment generation programme.

Thyroid disease has been on the rise during the past few years. Owing to its importance in metabolism, early detection of thyroiddiseaseisataskofcriticalimportance.Despiteseveralexistingworksonthyroiddiseasedetection, theproblemofclass imbalance is not investigated very well. In addition, existing studies predominantly focus on the binary-class problem. This study aims to solve these issues by the proposed approach where ten types of thyroid diseases are considered. The proposed approach uses a differential evolution (DE)-based optimization algorithm to fine-tune the parameters of machine learning models. Moreover, conditional generative adversarial networks are used for data augmentation. Several sets of experiments are carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed approach with and without model optimization. Results suggest that a 0.998 accuracy score can be obtained using AdaBoost with DE optimization which is better than existing state-of-the-art models.

This software makes use of a webcam to seize facial moves. We used a fixed of tools known as Dlib, which not only plays fast face recognition, but additionally predicts facial capabilities. Using those symbols, you may create appropriate features that allow you to stumble on particular moves, including eye blinks programmed as triggers to manipulate the mouse cursor. PyAutoGUI library is used to control the mouse cursor. This program allows someone to open and close folders, files and programs using a click mechanism. It allows people with disabilities to work on personal computers. Algorithms available within the Dlib toolbox include Support Vector Machine (SVM), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Histogram of Orientation Gradients (HOG). Compared to preceding projects, this machine, based totally on facial recognition, offers several vital differences and improvements: recognition of facial signals and moves, integration of several algorithms, PyAutoGUI for mouse manage. A smiling face always signals a positive and warm welcome in all apposite circumstances. Mostly it helps conversations to begin, to go on and to end in a smooth and effective manner. Here, this paper discusses the digital rendition of this smile and the initiating role of these happy faces in electronic communication which could take the conversation almost half the way leading to the gradual flow of dialogues. Emojis, especially the face emojis which convey positive and happy emotions, are these similar happy faces online, mainly used in text-based electronic communication. As Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) and henceforth the use of instant messaging applications and social networks are rising and spreading, it could be confirmed that the mobile phone users are using these 'stimulants' in their conversations for raising the warmth of their communication. Marcel Danesi (2017) by calling this function of emoji as 'utterance function' says that emojis add a positive tone to messages. Is it the same like 'First impression is the best impression?'... Yes! Thus, this study demonstrates that the emojis as a salutation could create the great impression at its first appearance in the beginning of a conversation and let the conversations endure and thus even let it done successfully.

This paper delves into the intricate web of challenges that children encounter in the digital space, such as cyberbullying, exposure to inappropriate content, and privacy breaches. With the internet becoming an inseparable aspect of their lives, the necessity for robust digital guardianship is emphasized. We critically examine the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in the context of protecting children's online privacy and personal data. Despite the Act's intent to safeguard minors, we argue that its implementation might be utopian due to vague definitions, lack of precise enforcement mechanisms, and the broad categorization of a 'child'. Furthermore, the paper discusses the contentious issue of defining a child in the digital era and suggests a more nuanced, age-graduated approach to consent and online participation. By scrutinizing the Act's stipulations and the broader societal and technological challenges, this research aims to shed light on the need for a forward-looking, adaptable legal framework that balances protection with the empowerment of children in navigating the digital world.

A key component in enabling the effective transit of items and services from manufacturers to end users. is supply chain management, or SCM. However, traditional SCM systems often suffer from transparency, traceability, and inefficiency due to their centralized control and manual procedures. Blockchain technology, which offers a decentralized, transparent, and immutable ledger for logging data and transactions between a dispersed network of users, has emerged as a viable remedy to these problems in recent years. The purpose of this abstract research is to discover supply chain management using blockchain technology in detail. It begins by explaining the basic ideas behind blockchain technology, such as consensus processes, decentralization, and cryptography concepts. It then examines the unique problems that traditional supply chain systems have, such as fraud, opacity, and inefficient practices, and explores how blockchain can help solve these problems. The study also explores several obstacles to overcome when integrating blockchain technology into supply chain management especially when it comes to protecting data security and privacy concerns in logistics and supply chain. These application cases show how blockchain enables improved supply chain operations, provenance verification, real-time tracking, and transparency. This abstract study offers important insights into the revolutionary blockchain can transform supply chain management methods by thoroughly evaluating and analyzing a body of existing literature, case studies, and industry reports. It highlights how critical it is for researchers, experimenters, and stakeholders to work together to fully realize the potential of blockchain to streamline supply chain operations, build participant trust, and accelerate innovation in international trade networks.

The present research study entitled - A STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SAHAJAYOGA MEDITATION AND LIFE SKILLS OF STUDENTS - belongs to the area of educational philosophy and psychology. This paper lays emphasis on importance of life skills in molding students for the future. Life Skills plays an important role in building a student for the real-world situation. India's education system stresses on acquisition of information and technical skills rather than psychosocial competence. The education system focuses on grades and is achievement oriented. It does not address the needs of all the children. Every student is unique and requires different set of Life Skills to become successful in life. With the NEP-2020, Focus is not on building Life skills along with technical knowledge. Sahaja Yoga Meditation helps in brining internal change among students so that they take up positive habits and balanced approach towards life. It helps students to stay alert, balanced, healthy and self-aware. The study revealed that if Sahajayoga meditation is practiced as a routine treatment then it helps in enhancing life skills among students.

Robots are better equipped to communicate through movement than through spoken language. Herein we propose a method of specifications of tasks for disabled people in terms of robotics service. This approach imposes an automatically operated machine that replaces the human effort so that disabled people could afford their activities on their own. The assistive robot helps the end users to be confident about the situations that they can do things on their own without other human interference. The proposed module depends on different phases with an economically reasonable solution that is implemented as a semi-autonomous control system. The user interface incorporates several functions that include navigation of the robot, target selection for picking and placing an object, obstacle detection and self-following assistive robot. This method evaluates the usability of end-users and gets to know about the user's interaction and awareness. Assistive robot ensures that no environmental assessments were affected and makes sure of this robot being user-friendly.
