The first 'Vidyasagar Ratna' awardee in the state, the veteran academician of Tripura, Ananta Krishna Dhar and his wife Induprava Dhar had nine children. Bijan Dhar was the eldest one. The entire Dhar family and the lineage are dedicated to the honesty, empathy for The people from every sphere of life irrespective of caste, creed, gender, haves- have nots, religion. The family is well-educated and multi-talented. Anantakrishna Dhar was a hard-nut to crack in his external personality, but very soft in his interior. The sense and sensibilities towards everybody in the society. Dhar family maintains it consistently till the date which they inherited from the nature and instinct of their mother Induprava and their grandmother Surabala Dhar. In 1964, Ananta Krishna, an H.M of Dhaka Pilot school became compelled to leave the - then East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) with the deep mental injury of partition. Ananta Krishna himself was a playwright, singer-composer, journalist and footballer and a famous academician, and very importantly his lineage towards left ideology reflected prominently through his works. Such a man chose a mohammedan village in Sonamura, its not surprising. He never believed in institutionalised religion but in humanism. His children inherited all his thoughts and philosophy very naturally. The family is no more living in the village, but still the 'Sura kutir',the name of the house is still well-preserved by the generous mohammedan villagers. Now, when there is a hatred in the name of religion in the society, this is one of the best examples of humanitarian bonding and love between Dhar family and the villagers. The old grandmother Surabala Devi lived there alone amongst the villagers with utmost care and respect. In this ambience, Bijan Dhar got nourished and grew up.

The most important healthcare questions affecting present-day human people are those related to mental health. Young adults and individuals of working age are more inclined to experience these troubles that have a detrimental effect on the person, his or her family, job, society, and economy. Nowadays mental health services are doing well but struggle to keep up with the increasing number of people who need help. Chat bots are like talking robots that have been made to help with mental health issues. They're new but really good at giving basic support to people who need it. Compared to face-to-face consultations, people are more forthcoming in online chats. Nowadays, sentiment analysis and consoling may not be effective with adolescents because they are often reluctant to express their negative emotions in personal interactions. As a result, this project places a firm attention on utilizing virtual programs to recognize depressing or anxious symptoms in individuals and control their stress. The goal of our work is to raise awareness about tools that can help people manage their overall mental wellness and to provide a straightforward and readily available platform where individuals can quickly reach out for support if they are distressed or need to talk about their intrusive and negative thoughts. The platform will have many features which will engage the user to know about various mental disorders as well as users will also get the tips and advice from the chat bot and blogs. Our platform is dedicated to helping people identify their depressive or anxious symptoms, manage their stress, and prevent the onset of mental illness. So on this platform users can chat with our AI agent and read up on various articles designed to help them navigate their emotional and psychological state. It is developed from scratch with the intention of helping people in regulating their moods and eliminating distorted and negative thinking. We will also provide a facility to book an appointment to the nearest psychologist so they can get professional help.

This current compilation of "Human Rights Best Practices Relating to Criminal Justice in a Nutshell" primarily assists the legal system, law enforcement, and prosecution teams. Integrating human rights considerations into comprehending and applying criminal procedure standards is the compilation's main concept. According to the Preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, human rights must be safeguarded by the rule of law, "if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression." According to Article 9 of the same Declaration, "no one shall be subjected to arbitrary detention, arrest, or exile."The Constitution of India also contains various provisions guaranteeing the rights of the accused in all circumstances. While Article 14 guarantees equality before the law and equal protection of the laws, Article 21 states that "no person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law." Article 22 of the Constitution guarantees protection against arrest and detention in certain cases. It states that no person who is arrested shall be detained in custody without being informed, as soon as may be, of the grounds for such arrest nor shall he be denied the right to consult, and to be defended by, a legal practitioner of his choice. Human rights are focus on life, liberty, and human dignity; without them, people would live more unhappy lives than animals. The adopted procedural and criminal legislation ought to align with the principles of the Constitution and human rights. The criminal justice system includes judges, prosecutors, law enforcement officials, advocates, and litigants. Numerous procedural and criminal statutes control how the cases are handled. However, the core of the legal system in democratic nations controlled by constitutions is the application of the same stricto sensu safeguarding the rights of both the guilty and the victims.

In ancient times, land was controlled as it was held to support the people's lives and their livelihood. Social groups started forming, acquiring land for living their life and defending the territory they had occupied occasionally. The groups had also, as lenders, allotted land to the individual for the utilization of the lands. This is the beginning of showing the rights over the land. With the progress of time, the concept of rights over the land, the land allotment and acquisition system has also flourished. Thus, it seems that land acquisition is not an area which can be restricted in terms of boundaries and need . As land is required for development, likewise, it is needed for agriculture, and the poor farmers have the rights to cultivate, hold and acquire the land along with the growth of industrialization, urbanization, modernization, food, gains, and vegetable production are also important for survival . In this context, whenever it appears that land needs to be acquired for the construction of infrastructures suitable for fastening the growth of urbanization or for other required purposes, it is also necessary to check and balance the situation so that the interests of the landowners are adequately protected. Furthermore, it is also essential to ascertain whether all the needy people are getting fair compensation. In this context, the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 may be considered. The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, applies to India. This instant paper has been written to evaluate the relevancy of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, along with specific suggestions.

The debate surrounding women's right to abortion is a contentious issue, both nationally and globally. There is ongoing confusion regarding whether the right to terminate a pregnancy holds more significance or if the right to life of an unborn child is paramount. This persistent debate has presented numerous challenges for women seeking to terminate unwanted pregnancies. Despite efforts to make laws concerning women more compassionate and practical, abortion laws have remained contentious and rigid across the world. The ongoing debate between pro-choice, which advocates for women's right to make independent abortion decisions, and pro-life, which emphasizes the State's interest in protecting the fetus's life, has gained traction in India following the amendment to the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971. While the amendment has received some praise and support, it is not without shortcomings. It still lacks a rights-based approach to abortion and does not acknowledge abortion as a fundamental reproductive right. The increasing incidents of sexual crimes in the country highlight the urgent need for an inclusive law that removes conditions and respects women's bodily autonomy without imposing specific conditions for permissible abortions. While abortion remains a delicate and stigmatized subject, it is critical to understand that laws develop over time and may need to be revised when they become obsolete in order to properly serve society's best interests. This study seeks to assess both the benefits and drawbacks of the newly passed Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2021. This research paper also looks into the effects or implications of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment) Act, 2021 on the reproductive Health of Women. Furthermore, it makes a number of ideas that might be pursued further to improve the law, ease the issues that stakeholders encounter, and ultimately make it more advantageous to everyone involved.

This paper presents the block chain technology to create a secure and trustworthy platform for time stamping and verifying digital documents. The system ensures the integrity and immutability of timestamps, making it virtually impossible for anyone to tamper with the timestamps or the documents themselves. Users can rely on this system to prove the existence and authenticity of their digital documents at any given time, providing a reliable and efficient solution for digital notarization. The block chain-based digital notary system offers several key benefits. First, it eliminates the need for traditional notary services, reducing costs and streamlining the notarization process.T he system's tamper-proof nature prevents unauthorized alterations to time stamped documents, safeguarding their integrity and legal validity. This makes the system suitable for various applications, such as contract management, intellectual property protection, and legal document verification.

From ancient times, the sun has been a major source of energy for life on earth. Solar energy is a clean, freely available, and abundantly available renewable energy. It is also the most important of the non-conventional sources of energy since it's a non-polluting and therefore helps decrease the greenhouse effect. Solar energy is used for drying clothes, curing an agricultural product, storing food, etc. Even today, the energy we get from wood, gasoline, paraffin, hydropower, and even food comes from the sun. Solar power is almost limitless. The amount of energy we get from the sun satisfies our needs. Since the industrial revolution people have been relying on oil, electricity and wind power. Due to the continuous increase in the cost of fuel and the effect of emission of gases from the burnt fuel into the atmosphere, this necessitated the use of solar energy from the sun as a source of power. Talking about grass cutters that uses fuel for working, they emit gases contributing to the greenhouse effect as well as contributing to air pollution. Grass cutters operated through electric power also need manpower to operate. So, the best way to put an end to these problems is to use a grass cutter that uses renewable energy resources for its charging as opposed to an electric cable extension. Traditionally, grass cutters often clunky pieces of machinery that involve a lot of strength and energy to use. Most of the grass cutters used with gasoline and also need a lot of human effort. Grass cutters equipped with motors contribute to both noise pollutions due to their loud operation and air pollution from the emissions produced during ignition. Additionally, motorized engines require regular maintenance, including oil changes. In contemporary times, pollution poses a significant global concern affecting every corner of the world. Pollution, predominantly of human origin, is observable in our everyday experiences. The solar grass cutter serves as a mechanical implement employed for grass cutting, utilizing solar energy instead of electricity. The dangerous emissions generated by the gasoline spillage and that of the internal combustion engine into the atmosphere are eliminated. The solar powered grass cutter will help to reduce air pollution.

In light of the rapid advancement of information technology in recent years, data has proliferated across various sources, including sensor data, social media posts, images, and raw unstructured data. This inundation of information presents a significant challenge for current data management systems, particularly in handling large volumes of unstructured data, commonly referred to as Big Data. In this study, we delve into the fundamental concepts and frameworks of Big Data tools, algorithms, and methodologies. Our focus lies in comparing traditional data mining algorithms with those specifically designed for Big Data processing, utilizing CSP/MapReduce as the fundamental scalable algorithmic framework. To empirically evaluate the performance, we implemented K-means and A-priori algorithms on a 5-node CSP (Cloud service provider) cluster with CSP / MapReduce. We use MongoDB as an example to explore NoSQL databases for semi-structured, massive data scaling. Finally, we show the performance of these two algorithms between HDFS (CSP Distributed File System) and MongoDB data storage.

The recent railway system is a huge micro grid assembling multiplex structure with distributed active loads, sources and storage devices. The active load represents the train. The sources are a micro grid based on renewable energies. The big problem of the most of electrical train is that they can't recover energy recovery during regenerative breaking phases. Another problem of the electrical train is the long charging time from the stations. This paper suggests a techno-economic process for the energy storage by using SCs in the train, with the aim to reduce the energy consumptions. The proposed design of railway station use PV and wind sources, and batteries for energy storage system (ESS). For the train, SCs are implemented to the ESS Where they are alimented breaking phases and from stations by a pantograph installed in an air power line in each stop. SCs are distinguished by high characteristics power and a wide number of charge/discharge cycles, they provide low particular energy and a fast charging time. An energy management approach is suggested to control the DC bus by voltage and the buck-boost converter by current. The Sizing of PI controller used for the stabilization of the DC bus of train and station is given.
