Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) constitute a diverse family of RNA molecules that regulate various cellular processes, with implications spanning from basic molecular biology to clinical applications. This review explores the multifaceted roles of ncRNAs in gene regulation, focusing on their involvement in cancer biology and potential applications as diagnostic and therapeutic targets. NcRNAs encompass a wide array of molecules, including microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and others, each exerting regulatory effects on gene expression through various mechanisms. MiRNAs, for instance, regulate mRNA transcripts via sequence-specific interactions, while lncRNAs modulate gene expression at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. In cancer, dysregulated expression of ncRNAs contributes to tumorigenesis, metastasis, and drug resistance, highlighting their potential as biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis. Liquid biopsies, utilizing circulating tumor-derived ncRNAs, offer less invasive alternatives to traditional tissue biopsies for cancer detection and monitoring. Additionally, advancements in RNA sequencing technologies enable comprehensive profiling of ncRNAs, aiding in the identification of cancer-specific signatures. Therapeutically, ncRNAs hold promise as targets for innovative treatments, such as RNA-based gene silencing therapies. Clinical trials investigating ncRNA-targeted therapies have shown encouraging results in diverse cancer types, although challenges remain in ensuring efficacy and safety. Overall, the burgeoning field of ncRNA research offers insights into the complex regulatory networks governing cancer biology and presents opportunities for the development of novel diagnostic tools and therapeutic interventions.

University is largest form of society. If welfare schemes will be implemented in the University, then the society will also benefit. Therefore, to raise the health level of the society. It is necessary that an effective program of health education and yoga education be implemented in the University. There is enough truth in this statement that "a healthy brain resides in a healthy body". Therefore, if the brain of the students is to be strengthened, then it is necessary that the body is also strengthened. If the student is healthy and wealthy, then his mind will take enough to read and write, and he will also be able to do enough mental labour. If health education will be provided to the students and they are made aware of the rules of health and yoga practices, then they will be aware of their health and will not have any inconvenience in doing labour. The society expects its teachers to send their students to university, that we should make efforts to develop mental, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, social and moral and personal values of their students. Formal education is imparted to students in University for this type of development. Many University have made arrangements for intellectual development, physical education, sloka, physical training etc., sports activate for all round development of students. But only by subject study and physical education, the body development of students will be in a certain direction; nothing can be said as such. For the development of personal values for the development of moral values and social upliftment of students, giving "Yoga education" is also important today. Physical and mental development is done by yoga. Mental stability is achieved through yoga. Along with the physical health of yoga, the mind of the seeker is positive, pure and introverted. This increases moral and personal decision making abilities. With the practice of meditation, silence, posture, etc., the senses and the senses develop with a positively and all this is possible only through yoga. Rites can be developed through yoga. Only after creating good values in students, moral and personal values are created in them. In every person or students, stress, feeling of ego, anger and some inferiority are affected by it. All these can be taken out by yoga

Segmentation of water bodies from remote sensing satellite images is crucial for processing and analysis. Efficiently extracting water body features is essential for various real-time applications such as water resource allocation, ecological services assessment, monitoring systems for water resource protection, and identification of flooding disasters. The interpretation of satellite images and the random extraction of water bodies are emerging tasks in remote sensing. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) have shown promise in various remote sensing applications, including efficient segmentation of water bodies from satellite images. Several CNN-based approaches have been proposed for this purpose. Multi-scale Water Extraction CNN (MWEN) stands out as a particularly effective method for segmenting water from Geo-Fan-2 (GF-2) sensing satellite images. However, addressing the automatic extraction of water body segmentation from satellite images remains challenging due to the sparse arrangement of boundary pixels and the large number of training samples required. To enhance the performance of automatic water body segmentation from satellite images, we propose a Novel Optimized Multi-Feature Contour-based Hierarchical Neural Network (NOMFCHNN). NOMFCHNN incorporates expanding neural network features and layers inspired by inception models, which provide crucial information about network localization. This approach employs pixel matching with extended feature extraction. Extensive experiments on combined satellite image repositories demonstrate that our proposed approach improves segmentation accuracy and other key parameters compared to state-of-the-art methods for remote sensing satellite images.

The educational landscape is constantly changing, spurred by developments in cognitive science and pedagogical approaches. This paper introduces "Synaptic Symphony," a new framework in Neuro-Pedagogy for orchestrating a harmonious blend of cognitive concepts and educational techniques. The major goal is to examine the impact of Synaptic Symphony on improving learning experiences in 21st-century education. Our analysis of the available literature emphasizes the need for novel techniques in Neuro-Pedagogy. While various research have looked at the connection of neuroscience and education, there are still gaps in practical applications that address the diverse cognitive demands of today's students. This paper uses a mixed-methods approach to try to fill up these gaps. Synaptic Symphony is being implemented in a few educational settings as part of the project, and instructor and student input is being taken into account. A thorough knowledge of the framework's effectiveness is provided by the data gathered through surveys, observations, and interviews. Promising patterns in the preliminary data indicate that Synaptic Symphony has a favourable impact on student engagement, retention of knowledge, and general process satisfaction. Using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the data analysis provides insights into particular areas of Neuro-Pedagogy that are touched by the Synaptic Symphony framework.
