Amlapitta is a lifestyle related disease prevalent all over the world. Amlapitta is a disorder caused by habitual, irregular diet schedule and activities but also as a result of psychological and physiological aberrations. Amlapitta disease has been first described by Acharya Kashyapa, later has also been described in Madhavnidana, Yogaratnakara and Bhavaprakasha. Amlapitta has been mentioned as a separate entity in Madhav Nidana. The similar conditions have been mentioned in text like Charaka, Sushruta and Vagbhata while describing the Grahani roga and vidhagdhajirna. The ruling features of Amlapitta are Avipaka (indigestion), Urodaha (Burning in the chest), Utklesha (Nausea) Aruchi (Anorexia) and Tikta-Amlodgara (sour and bitter belching) have been described in Ayurvedic classical texts. A 30-year-old male patient came in OPD with the following complaints Tikta-Amlodgara, Urodaha, Utklesha, Aruchi. During Examination, the vitals are normal. The patient was treated with Gulduchyadi Kashaya, Avipattikara churna and Kushmanda avaleha. The patient was advised to follow up every 15th day. Along with medication, the patient was also advised to follow diet and lifestyle restrictions.

For disaster recovery, data backup is crucial. Modern cloud-based services provide a secure infrastructure. While the data is hosted on a single cloud, data privacy is not guaranteed. Using Multi-Cloud technology is a different approach. Although employing many clouds to store lesser amounts of data can increase data privacy, doing so comes at the expense of the edge device managing various accounts and managing connectivity with numerous clouds. Due to these shortcomings, this technology was hardly used. Using cutting-edge Multi-Cloud and encryption techniques, we propose Drop Store in this paper as a user-friendly, highly secure, and dependable backup system. Drop Store uses a locally hosted device called "the Droplet," which is entirely maintained by the user, to offer an abstraction layer for the end-user to hide any system complexity. As a result, the user does not rely on any unreliable parties. Utilizing fog computing technology, this was accomplished. The combination of Multi-Cloud and Fog Computing principles gives Drop Store its distinctiveness. The system implementation is online and open-source. Performance outcomes demonstrate that the suggested method enhances data protection in terms of dependability, security, and privacy preservation while preserving a straightforward and user-friendly interface with edge devices.

The desire to create is a sign of a sensitive mind's need to fulfil its potential. According to humanistic psychology, this is a manifestation of the drive for ego fulfilment. When coming from a writer, the results of this reaction take the form of works of literature, which is where the satisfaction lies. The purpose of this thesis is to show that the desire for self-fulfillment is a primary impetus for imaginative writing. Adrienne Rich (1929-2012) spent much of her early career devoted to upholding these norms. The phallogocentric theory of subject creation impacted her thinking. She adopted this male-dominated language in an effort to gain credibility as a writer, but eventually she came to see that it did nothing to encourage women to speak out and share their unique perspectives.

Social anxiety disorder is less of a SAD expression & more of a SHY expression. It is a chronic debilitating mental illness characterized by a marked & persistent anxious fear related to one or more social or performance situations involving reflection of negative facial expressions & exposure to familiar or unfamiliar situations with people followed with embarrassment & avoidance. The aim of the study that was completed at DIPR, DRDO is to study the concept and literature of social anxiety disorder. To understand application of social anxiety questionnaire for adults (saq-a30), test anxiety inventory for analysis of social anxiety among patients. To understand the continuum and relation of social anxiety with suicidal ideation attributes scale & beck's hopelessness scale. To understand the application of homeopathic treatment as intervention in social anxiety disorder using homeopathic repertoire / rubrics evaluation & case taking. To understand the psychological interventions including mindfulness and applied relaxation / yoga techniques and social skills training in social anxiety disorder. The test subjects/patients were obtained from various hospitals and polyclinics from district Gurugram. After following up with each case the inferences were drawn thus obtaining average scores from both test anxiety inventory and SAQ A30 including both pre and post treatment. They were given homeopathic medicines along with various psycho therapies including mindfulness log sheets. The prevalence ratio was found to have females suffering from social anxiety more as compared to males. The graphs obtained revealed patients need proper counselling over a long period of time especially to go for social skills training. Practicing mindfulness and applies relaxation techniques was found very much beneficial and have overall improved major stress level and quality of life.

This dissertation involves the study of the behavior of soft story located at intermediate level in high rise building under seismic loading. Unfortunately, open first floors are an inescapable aspect of many urban multistory structures in India nowadays. The main reason for adopting this is to make room for parking or reception lobbies in the first story. The goal of the current analytical study is to determine how certain parameters affect a structure with soft story behavior. The aspect of difference in performance of a building with a soft story under seismic forces is described in this thesis, specifically for different places of the soft story along the height of the building structure. This thesis examines a twelve-story moment-resisting RC-framed building for zone V. The fourteen models of the twelve-story RC-framed building are prepared. Bare frame model, infill & other twelve versions of infill frame are studied, each with one Soft Story (one story at a time from bottom to top, by removing the masonry infill in that Story). The computer program ETABs is used for modelling the whole building. The analytical findings are discussed in terms of base shear, lateral displacement, lateral forces and maximum bending moment.

Land tenure system in Malabar area had a long history. Its land tenure system had a bearing with agriculture and trade. The commercial activity of the people was rooted in its climate and geographical features. After the establishment of power in Malabar, the English East India Company (EEIC), a trading Company mainly focussed on trade and commerce. They depended on agricultural crops for the trading activity. EEIC rooted on Colonialism, expanded its area with the blessings of colonial rule. British authorities deconstructed the long existed economic system on the basis of land. The land revenue system implemented by the British administration was revised upwards every year by using tactics that did not require any official announcement. Through the newly established economy the land holders of Malabar were evicted from the soil.

Smart Blind Glass is a device designed to help guide the visually impaired by detecting objects and portray the information to them in the form of speech. This reduces the human effort and gives better understanding of the surrounding. Furthermore, it also provides an opportunity for visually impaired people to move from one place to another without being assisted by others. The aim is to aid people in need to "see" the surroundings. Since the field of artificial intelligence is doing great progress at present and features like object detection is getting easier and computationally feasible, these features are implemented in the project. The project focuses on object detection and classification on pictures which are captured by the device, whose information can then be relayed to the user in means of sound or speech.

The main purpose behind this project is "Test the natural frequency of the polymer composite with varying critical parameter'' composites 3D printing also known as additive manufacturing or rapid prototyping, is a popular manufacturing method used for creating prototypes in various industries such as aerospace, defence, medical, and automotive. Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a commonly used 3D printing technique that involves adding melted material layer by layer. FDM has several benefits over traditional manufacturing methods and various parameters such as speed, layer thickness, and nozzle diameter need to be considered while setting 3D printing options. PLA is widely used filament material for 3D printing, but it has drawbacks such as low toughness and flexibility. To overcome these composites are used, such as wood-PLA. PLA is degradable material hence it is used with other natural fibres. The 3d printing material is printed into a combination of varying parameters like speed and nozzle as (60, 80, 100) mm/sec and (0.4, 0.6, 0.8) mm respectively. The infill density and temperature is kept at 100% and 2100C respectively. For this we have used Taguchi technique L9 Orthogonal array. Further vibration analysis test is carried out, by this we will find natural frequency. Hence most affecting parameters are finalized and optimum combination parameters are selected.

Concrete is the majorly used material in the construction field, in which the materials like Cement, Aggregates and sand are used in prescribed ratios. The aggregates among these elements is the heaviest material which would increase the dead weight of the concrete which will make the job tougher in lifting the concrete for major heights. Getting into our project we use coconut shell which has similar mechanical properties as of aggregates to make the concrete lighter in weight and as we know that coconut shell wouldn't be as strong as aggregates, so we use steel fiber as the reinforcements to reduce the ability of cracks and hence there will be an increase in the toughness of the concrete. In this research work coconut shell has been replaced with coarse aggregate in volumes and added steel fiber of 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% ratio of concrete to match the strength and crack opposing properties of the concrete. At 1% of addition of steel fiber there is a large development in the strength of concrete than that of the other percentages of addition. This would enable us to develop a light weight concrete with greater strength. Along with mechanical strength and toughness parameters.

This system design of a premature infants monitoring system based on wireless technology. A prototype is developed which gives a reliable and efficient baby monitoring system that can play a significant role in higher health care kid. In the baby monitoring system, the necessary parameters of the infant like, gas sensor, ventilation system, and GSM module. Baby lungs use the reverse pressure generated by contraction motion of the diaphragm to suck in air for breathing. A contradictory motion is used by a ventilator to inflate the lungs by pumping type motion. A ventilator mechanism must be able to deliver in the range of 10 - 30 breaths per minute, with the ability to adjust rising increments in sets of 2. Along with this the ventilator must have the ability to adjust the air volume pushed into lungs in each breath. The last but now the least is the setting to adjust the time duration for inhalation to exhalation ratio. Apart from this the ventilator must be able to monitor the baby's blood oxygen level and exhaled lung pressure to avoid over/under air pressure simultaneously. GSM module is designed for wireless radiation monitoring through Short Messaging Service (SMS) will be displayed in the mobile through notification. If the readings seem abnormal, the caretaker along with the parents will get an alert message. This monitoring system is a highly efficient IOT based system for real-time monitoring with the best security measures and alerts.

The core of the Indian economy is agriculture. India is a developing country, and as such, agriculture and industries based on crop products are crucial to the country's economy. The majority of Indians work in and depend on industries and businesses that are centred on agriculture. One of the many farm mechanisations is the soil tiller and weeder. Consider non-conventional energy sources in order to address the issues with fossil fuels. Regarding this concept, a solar-powered electrical tiller was created for this project. The four-wheel drive vehicle can be utilised for small-scale agriculture. The primary goal is to minimise the workforce because it is difficult to find labourers in the current environment, and Its primary goal is to minimise the workforce because labour is so hard to come by in the current economy. It also shortens the working day.
