The wages and employment policies relating to the unorganized workers and in particular the issue of minimum wages paid to them had been a subject of considerable discussion among union leaders and labour experts in India. Minimum wages act 1948 is a law that set minimum wages that skilled and unskilled workers must be paid in India. While the minimum wage legislation has to a large extent been effective in providing protection to workers in organised sector, with periodic revision, this has not been the case with the unorganised workers who largely remain outside the purview. This paper highlights the issues and concerns relating to Minimum Wages Act, 1948 in India.

With the rise of serverless computing, new and compelling frameworks for serverless applications have emerged, which are helping to drive the trend toward container and microservice applications. This points to the fact that serverless computing is becoming more vital to business gatherings, conferences, blogging, and development. Key generation time (minimum, average, and maximum), encoded key size, and signature time are some of the security parameters that undergo experimental investigation. Serverless network metrics like as latency, average throughput, average response time, error rate, load distribution, and cost-efficiency are also used for testing. But there was hardly any excitement among academics. Simulation findings on serverless network metrics reveal that, in comparison to identity-based cryptosystems and attribute-based encryption, filter-based security utilizing fuzzy logic delivers better average throughput while reducing average response time, error rate, and load distribution. Additionally, when compared to attribute-based encryption and identity-based cryptosystems, testing on security metrics reveals that filter-based security employing fuzzy achieves lower encoded key size, signature time, and key generation time with reduced minimum, average, and maximum time. The research also demonstrates that fuzzy filter-based security is cost-effective. An important part of making decisions in cloud computing management is analyzing the many kinds of elements that affect the costs of cloud computing services.

This paper evaluates a fractal antenna based on Koch curve geometry. The antenna uses Ansys HFSS (High- Frequency Structure Simulator) software for simulation. The antenna is designed on a 1mm thick FR4 dielectric. This Koch curve antenna is designed to achieve resonance at 868MHz. The frequency choice is made as it is the approved frequency for ISM band in India and is used for LoRa communication in India. It is also used for other RFID [Radio Frequency Identification] and IoT [Internet of Things] protocols. A return loss of -15dB is obtained for 868MHz resonance frequency. A bandwidth of 60MHz is obtained considering -10dB return loss threshold. The antenna is designed on a substrate with dimension of 110mm x 20mm x 1mm. Simulated values of other parameters such as radiation efficiency and Gain are evaluated.

Abstract Introduction: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a versatile clinical condition affecting 6%-10% of fecund women, having a notable adolescent predominance. Defined by disturbances in metabolism, endocrine function, and reproductive processes, PCOS stands as a primary factor contributing to infertility, comorbidities linked to obesity, and increased pregnancy-related risks. Lifestyle modification, focusing on calorie restriction, physical activity, and dietary changes, serves as the first-line therapy, demonstrating improvements in metabolic and reproductive aspects. However, adherence to these modifications poses challenges. This article delves in the complex landscape of PCOS, emphasizing the crucial role of physiotherapists in implementing effective lifestyle interventions and shedding light on the interplay between exercise, insulin sensitivity, and reproductive function. Method This study, conducted at Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth 'Deemed to be University' Karad, assessed awareness of PCOS and lifestyle modifications among rural women aged 18-35. Ethical clearance was obtained, and participants provided written consent. A validated questionnaire covered demographics, PCOS perceptions, information sources, symptom awareness, emotions, and understanding of a physiotherapist's role in exercise recommendations. Results The research findings elucidate that a significant portion of individuals, amounting to 53%, lack awareness of the term "PCOS," while 20% of women primarily rely on doctors for information. Moreover, a notable 54% of individuals lack information altogether, highlighting a disparity in awareness of treatment options, with a majority of 64% lacking awareness. Additionally, a substantial 52% of women demonstrate unfamiliarity with the term "lifestyle modification," and a significant 72% have not received any guidance on lifestyle changes. Furthermore, 67% of women assert lack of knowledge about the role of physiotherapists in recommending exercises for lifestyle modification. These findings underscore the pressing need for targeted efforts to enhance awareness and understanding of PCOS and its management among women. Conclusion It is imperative to raise awareness about polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and implement lifestyle modifications among rural women. This research underscores the urgent need to empower them with knowledge and tools to manage PCOS effectively, thereby enhancing their health and quality of life. Physiotherapists are pivotal in educating, motivating, and facilitating lifestyle changes, thereby contributing significantly to the well-being of rural women affected by PCOS. The Hunger Games film franchise, adapted from Suzanne Collins' bestselling novels, has garnered significant attention for exploring power dynamics, social stratification, and rebellion in a dystopian society. While much scholarly attention has been paid to the protagonist, Katniss Everdeen, this paper focuses on the nuanced portrayal of female supporting characters and their evolving roles within the narrative. Through a feminist lens, this paper examines the trajectory of the female supporting characters such as Effie Trinket, Rue Bennett, Johanna Mason, President Alma Coin, and Primrose Everdeen from mere supporters to fully fleshed characters in their own right. Utilising a combination of textual analysis and feminist theory, the paper investigates how these characters navigate gendered expectations, agency, and empowerment within the oppressive regime of Panem. Furthermore, it explores how their interactions with Katniss and the Capitol's power structures shape their identities and relationships throughout the series. By analysing key moments and character arcs, this paper seeks to shed light on the complex interplay of gender, power, and resistance depicted through the experiences of female supporting characters in The Hunger Games film franchise. Ultimately, it argues that these characters serve as powerful symbols of resilience and defiance, challenging traditional notions of femininity and subverting dominant power structures in their quest for survival and liberation.

Face recognition, as a biometric-based technology, involves the mathematical mapping of an individual's facial features, storing this data as a unique face print. This technique entails saving facial information mathematically or in graph format within a database for subsequent face detection purposes. Within our system, a face recognition model is employed to ascertain matches within the database. Upon a positive match, notifications are dispatched to both law enforcement and the individual's guardian. In this paper, we propose leveraging TensorFlow, a Machine Learning (ML) framework, to enhance face detection accuracy for locating missing persons.

The main advantage of these types of bridges Box lies in the high torsional stiffness available because of the closed box section. Torsional stiffness provides stability and load distribution characteristics and makes this form particularly suitable for the separation of levels. Double cell box type bridges have been used worldwide because they resist heavy earthquake load and live load. Deflection is important criteria of double box cell system and therefore geometry or configuration is important. A double box cell bridge girder is a bridge in which the main beams comprise girders in the shape of a hollow double box cells. The double box cell type bridge may be rectangular or trapezoidal in cross-section. Double box cell type bridge girder is generally used due to because of its better stability, good aesthetic appearance, serviceability, structural efficiency, economy (less cost) etc. In this research work use three cases for analysis a beam with different section like 45 degree, 90 degree, triangle, inverted triangle and last one is single box. In first case use IRC Loading for study. In second case use response spectrum for study and in last third case applies combination of response spectrum and IRC loading for study. ETABS 2018 used for modelling and analysis work. "In this study, the form and shapes of two boxes Cell Bridge are modified to study for economy and better structural stability".

In This Paper Soil Stabilization is one of the important requirements before construction of any road pavement specially in sub grade, it is a technique which improves the stability of weak soils. stabilization is carried out by using various binders which are mostly waste materials. Many times, the sub grade soil does not have good engineering properties so binders act as a stabilizing agent for improving the properties of soil. In the project the waste product used is Sugarcane press mud. Sugarcane press mud is compressed sugar industry waste produced during filtration of cane juice which is contains micro nutrients (calcium, sulphur, magnesium and Iron) and macro- nutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus and potash). Sugarcane press mud is a sustainable, easily available and low-cost soil stabilizer used for improving soil properties. For the purpose of soil stabilization virgin soil is mixed with the stabilizing agent (i.e., press mud) by using water. To investigate the resulting improvement in soil strength is carried out by using California bearing ratio, Atterberg's limit test, Un-confined compressive test, Specific gravity test, Sieve Analysis, Modified proctor test carried out by addition of 5%, 7.5%, 10%, 12.5%, 15% of press mud to soil samples. The results obtained were satisfactory for improving the soil strength at 15% addition of sludge. Keywords: Lime, Bamboo Fibre, California Bearing Ratio, Unconfined Compressive strength, Modified Proctor, Black Cotton Soil, Pavement design.

The fundamental idea behind food security is to guarantee that everyone has access to essential foods for an active and healthy life at all times. It is defined by the food's stability, accessibility, use, and availability. The UN has set "Zero Hunger" as the second Sustainable Development Goal for 2030. India has a serious hunger level and is ranked 107th out of 121 nations in the 2022 Global Hunger Index. "Food and nutritional security in human life cycle approach by ensuring access to adequate quantity of quality food at affordable prices to people to live a life with dignity" is the stated goal of the 2013 National Food Security Act (NFSA) of India. The eastern Indian state of Odisha has frequently made news in the past because of incidences of starvation and hunger that result in deaths from starvation. Although the state has made significant progress in addressing the issue, it is more severe in the western regions of the state, where the frequency of these instances is particularly high. In light of this, the current empirical study--which aims to concentrate on the Act's implementation in an underdeveloped district in the Indian state of Odisha--is extremely important.

The science and practices surrounding the collection, identification, and evaluation of adverse event data are known as pharmacovigilance. Pharmacovigilance's primary goal is to assess a drug's benefit-risk profile in order to improve its efficacy and safety for patient usage. Pharmacovigilance, which gives information regarding adverse drug reactions observed in patients, is crucial to the judicious use of drugs. The Indian pharmaceutical sector ranks third globally in terms of volume and thirteenth globally in terms of value. Local regulators do not yet require a real-time updating of a drug's cumulative safety profile, despite the global focus on the Development Safety updating Report. Attention must be paid to issues including the need for disclosing general trial results, pregnancy disclosure, and the lax deadline for incidents that result in death or serious injury. Lastly, it is imperative that comprehensive local pharmacovigilance guidelines be developed in accordance with international standards.
