: A large area of land is required to build individual houses. But to build high-rise buildings smaller areas will be sufficient. A high-rise building consists of more than two floors. A building is an active system for thermal variations. Thermal variation in the outdoors brings out thermal changes in the indoors. The roof of a single-story building receives solar radiation directly and in the case of a multi-story building, the top floor alone receives it. Whatever the building type, the walls receive solar radiation directly. The heated roof or wall emits heat into the building space. In a high-rise building the indoor ambient temperature rises slowly to a steady state. Even if the outdoor temperature falls, the indoor temperature of the building does not decrease. There exists a time lag for the rise and fall of the outdoor temperature. This study measures the inside roof, inside walls humidity, and indoor temperatures of the different floors. It has been observed that the roof, walls, and indoor temperatures vary from floor to floor. The temperature rise affects the comfort of the inmates. Those who live in concrete buildings do not enjoy the comfort of living except the safety.

Abstract: As women challenge established gender norms and contribute to revolutionary social change, women entrepreneurship has emerged as a key driver of economic growth and societal empowerment. The present study explores the complex relationship that exists between women entrepreneurship and empowerment, with a particular emphasis on how it may improve women socioeconomic standing, agency, and autonomy. Utilizing an extensive array of scholarly works, empirical data, and policy frameworks, the study delves into the intricate variables influencing women involvement in entrepreneurship, specifically within the framework of India's dynamic economic environment. This research unlocks by emphasizing the paradigm shift in how society views women entrepreneurs, recognizing their potential to propel economies across nations and bring about constructive social change. It highlights the crucial connection between women entrepreneurship and empowerment, stressing the part that financial independence and corporate involvement play in upending long-standing gender stereotypes and promoting women agency. An in-depth analysis of the obstacles and prospects encountered by female entrepreneurs in India clarifies the complex interactions affecting their involvement in the economy. Women entrepreneurship in India has faced significant obstacles, including restricted access to credit, networking opportunities, and information, as well as persistent social conventions and gender biases, despite advancements in regulatory measures and the growth of female-led firms. The research highlights the wider consequences of female-led entrepreneurship for all-encompassing prosperity, stressing its pivotal function in promoting parity between the sexes, reducing poverty, and fostering enduring economic expansion. The economic potential of women entrepreneurship is highlighted by empirical evidence from international reports and studies, and estimates show that increased female workforce participation will significantly raise GDP. Moreover, the research explores the transformative potential of women empowerment, going beyond financial considerations to include wider social and cultural aspects. Women entrepreneurship provides a platform for dispelling gender norms, encouraging the growth of leaders, and motivating other women to follow their dreams. Policy initiatives like NITI's WEP platform are intended to encourage gender-inclusive economic growth and revive female entrepreneurship in India, where women labor force participation rates have decreased. To fully realize their potential, women entrepreneurs must still overcome structural obstacles and create an environment that supports them. In its conclusion, the study makes the case for women empowerment through a multifaceted strategy that takes into account sociological, educational, and economic factors. Societies may promote a more fair and sustainable future in which gender equality is not only morally required, but also strategically necessary to achieve inclusive development and prosperity for all by empowering women entrepreneurs.

Agriculture contributes one-third of India's gross domestic product, and a large portion of the population depends on agriculture for subsistence. The farmers faces a difficulty in protecting their crops from rain, wind. Heavy rainfall can lead to water logging and soil erosion which further leads to soil degradation, since it reduces crop yields. Considering a statistical survey of farmers on the proportion of crop damage caused by rain and in existing system. The proposed system in which the rain is detected and the protective shield is used to covered the fields, the rain sensor, an intelligent micro controller and a servo motor are used. The rain sensor of such drying shed which protect the crop against rain and getting wet. To automate this task, a rain sensor senses the rain and data is passed to the micro controller. The micro controller processes the data and activates the DC motor control circuit and a protective shield is deployed on the top of the field. So we would like to present a project to implement a IoT Based crop protection shield, in that system in which the rain is detected and protective shield is deployed on the field. Stores the rain water for other agricultural purpose and also allows air circulation for the wellness of the crops.

In the age of information overload, discerning fact from fiction has become a critical challenge. Sifting through fiction means critically evaluating information to distinguish fact from falsehood. This paper tries to explore the role Indian libraries can play in combating fake news. However, the study shows there is no national initiative; some libraries organize occasional information literacy events. Different Strategies taken in India for identifying fake news are also shown. But no initiatives run consistently, except fact-checking websites. Due to the digital divide in India, information literacy initiatives do not reach a wider population. Linguistic problems also play a significant bad effect in this regard. By analyzing the information landscape in India and outlining key aspects of information literacy, this paper proposes a framework for information literacy programs for what libraries can do to combat fake news.

Gender inequality has a significant impact on women's rights, and a study has been conducted to explore this issue in depth. The study reveals that gender inequality negatively affects women's rights, leading to various challenges that hinder their progress in life. It is crucial to address this issue to ensure that women have equal opportunities and are not held back by gender biases. The study highlights the need for action to be taken to promote gender equality and empower women to achieve their full potential. The Gender Inequality Index (GII) is an inequality index.
