The Indian automobile industry stands as a cornerstone of the nation's economy, making substantial contributions to manufacturing GDP and overall economic growth. Notably, it accounts for 49% of the manufacturing GDP and approximately 7.5% of the total GDP, indicating its significant economic footprint. Fueled by skilled and competitive firms, the industry drives innovation, infrastructure development, and substantial employment opportunities. Despite facing challenges such as economic fluctuations and global competition, the industry demonstrates resilience and potential for sustained growth. Within financial management, liquidity and profitability emerge as pivotal factors for success, intertwining short-term survival with long-term sustainability. Addressing a research gap regarding the liquidity-profitability relationship, the study meticulously examines this nexus within the Indian automobile industry through panel data analysis. Results reveal a nuanced correlation, with liquidity positively associated with stringent measures like the quick ratio and operating cash flow, but negatively correlated with broader measures such as the current ratio. These findings underscore the critical role of liquidity management in enhancing performance and competitiveness within the industry, offering valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Having the Opportunity to conduct a study, I thought to use my knowledge to understand the social circumstances and problems in my country. In order to prepare for the study, I looked into diverse issues regarding social problems and personality problems in India. I got interested in the issues around the hijra community, as they face a lot of social exclusion in that society. To be honest , compared to other social and personality problems around India. I was quite unaware about this community and had lack of knowledge regarding their vulnerable situation. There was only a small amount of studies that explored the problems around the hijra community. Nevertheless, the information from those few studies illustrated various aspects of the extreme marginalized situation of the hijra, the complexity of their gender identity, HIV risks and at the same times the negligence of their problems by the entire society and the state. However, these articles also showed that recently some NGOs and CBOs have started to acknowledge this community's social needs, and to work from a human right's perspective, as will be explained at the end of this chapter. Accordingly, all these circumstances have motivated me to learn more about their social situations. Therefore, I have chosen to study the issues the hijra community faces, not because of a special interest in gender issues, but because of my interest in understanding the social difficulties they are facing in their daily lives and find ways to prevent these.

The conception and creation of a non-invasive, AI-driven cholesterol monitoring system are presented in this study. Because high cholesterol is a major risk factor for cardiovascular illnesses, it must be regularly monitored in order to effectively manage and prevent these conditions. Invasive blood tests are a common component of traditional cholesterol monitoring techniques, which can be painful and inconvenient for patients. We suggest a brand-new, non-intrusive monitoring system that makes use of cutting-edge artificial intelligence methods to overcome this difficulty. Through AI(artificial intelligence) networking, data gathered by the NICMS(Non-invasive cholesterol monitoring system) is effortlessly sent to a secure cloud-based platform. This technology uses sophisticated machine learning algorithms to evaluate the data and provide accurate and real-time cholesterol level readings. A user-friendly mobile app or online interface gives users access to their cholesterol data, giving them a tailored and educational summary of their health state. Through the platform, medical personnel may also remotely monitor the condition of their patients, enabling prompt interventions and customized treatment regimens. The NICMS has a number of strong benefits. By doing away with the necessity for intrusive and painful blood tests, it improves user compliance with cholesterol monitoring. When cholesterol levels fluctuate, continuous monitoring makes it possible to identify them early and help people take proactive measures to lead healthier lives. AI connection makes data transfer secure and accessible from any location in the globe. To sum up, the Non-Invasive Cholesterol Monitoring System, which employs AI technology and the BPW34 pin photodiode, has the potential to completely transform the way cholesterol is managed. This novel method combines machine learning, Internet of Things connection, and non-invasive sensors to provide data-driven and user-centered cholesterol monitoring. This approach may lessen the prevalence of cardiovascular illnesses, which might enhance the standard of treatment generally and encourage preventative medical interventions.

This research paper endeavors to undertake a comprehensive examination and critical analysis of the legal concepts of culpable homicide and murder within the framework of criminal law. Through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates legal theory, jurisprudence, criminology, and moral philosophy, this study seeks to elucidate the intricate nuances and doctrinal distinctions inherent in these two closely related yet distinct criminal offenses. The paper begins by delineating the historical evolution and conceptual foundations of culpable homicide and murder, tracing their roots through common law traditions and statutory enactments. It explores the varying definitions and classifications of these offenses across different jurisdictions, highlighting the divergent legal frameworks and interpretative challenges that arise in their application. Central to the analysis is an examination of the mens rea (mental state) and actus reus (physical act) elements that underpin culpable homicide and murder. Through a nuanced exploration of case law and legal scholarship, the paper elucidates the complex interplay between intentionality, recklessness, and negligence in determining criminal liability for these offenses. It critically evaluates the role of subjective and objective standards of fault attribution, considering the moral culpability of the defendant and the foreseeability of harm in assessing blameworthiness. Furthermore, the paper delves into the legal defenses and mitigating factors that may attenuate or exculpate culpability in cases of homicide. It scrutinizes the doctrines of provocation, diminished capacity, self-defense, and necessity, evaluating their efficacy in tempering the harshness of criminal liability and ensuring a just and proportionate response to wrongful conduct. Moreover, the paper examines the socio-cultural, psychological, and systemic factors that influence perceptions of culpability and culpable homicide, shedding light on the intersectionality of race, gender, class, and power dynamics in the administration of criminal justice. It critically assesses the disparities and injustices inherent in the application of homicide laws, interrogating issues of bias, discrimination, and systemic inequities that pervade legal decision-making. In conclusion, this research paper advocates for a nuanced and context-sensitive approach to the adjudication of culpable homicide and murder cases, one that integrates legal principles with ethical considerations and social realities. It calls for a reevaluation of existing legal frameworks and practices to ensure fairness, equity, and accountability in the prosecution and adjudication of these serious criminal offenses. Ultimately, it underscores the imperative of a holistic and humanistic understanding of culpability in navigating the complexities of homicide law and advancing the cause of justice in contemporary society.

Road accidents have become very common nowadays. As more and people are buying automobiles, the incidences of road accidents are just increasing day by day. It is observed that the major cause of sugarcane tractor accident is "Rear end collision". Taking this into consideration, we have decided to address this issue. For, this we have done analysis as below. Generally, while driving sugarcane tractors with trolley it not possible to find in which direction this tractor will going to turn. Even though indicators are provided to the tractor does not trolley. So, when tractor driver gives signal for turning that signal is not visible for vehicle behind the sugarcane tractor trolley. When trolleys are loaded with sugarcane that are not visible at night from far distance. Also, when driver apply sudden breaks it is not possible to identify vehicle behind the trolley due to break light. So simple solution for this, providing indicator for trollies. But due to trolley get separated from tractor many times it is very difficult procedure to provide electric supply for indictor. So now, next challenge is how to provide supply for indicator.

One major issue contributing to this problem is the blockage of stormwater drainage systems, often caused by the dumping of solid waste like polythene bags. These blockages lead to overflows, sanitation problems, and health hazards. Manual clearing of these blockages is not only labour-intensive but also risky due to hazardous gases and contaminated water. To address this, a smart system utilizing sensors is proposed. This system comprises GPS, GSM, float sensors, an ESP32 board controller, LCD display, and the Blynk IoT application. The float sensor detects water levels in the drainage system, signalling potential blockages. When a blockage is detected, the system alerts authorities via text message, enabling swift action to be taken.

Pakshaghata is known as stroke or cerebrovascular accident (CVA), a debilitating neurological disorder that affects millions of people worldwide. In Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, Pakshaghata is considered a Vata Vyadhi, primarily involving the imbalance of the Vata dosha, leading to various symptoms affecting one side of the body. Panchakarma, a cornerstone of Ayurvedic therapy, offers a holistic approach to managing Pakshaghata by addressing the underlying dosha imbalance and restoring harmony to the body and mind. Pakshaghata is characterized by sudden onset paralysis or weakness affecting one side of the body, often accompanied by sensory disturbances, speech impairment, and other neurological deficits. According to Ayurveda, the vitiation of Vata dosha, either alone or in combination with other doshas, leads to the manifestation of Pakshaghata. Factors such as excessive stress, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, and genetic predisposition can contribute to the aggravation of Vata dosha, thereby increasing the risk of Pakshaghata.

Multi Charging Electric Vehicle Using Wind Energy is a very useful and innovative method for charging the batteries of an electric vehicle. The common problem of charging in EV's is battery efficiency, mileage, charging station, bulky heavy battery charger and wall socket. Now this all problem can solve by using new innovative method of charging system. The conversion of wind energy here acts as a charger, as the vehicle is in motion. The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) fans are having coin shape magnets mounted on their blades. As the wind strikes or drop on the blades of fan the magnetic force will convert into magnetic motion, as a result the fan start rotating and develop a power of 3.96 to 4 volts. Since this power is generated from a single fan. And the power develop from 25 fans will be 98 volt without considering losses. A Charge controller is installed between fan and battery which control the voltage and allow the suitable voltage pass to the respective load. Here load is Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDC).
