 Abstract

One of the most crucial aspects of our daily lives is electricity. For the full and proper use of our electricity, it must be done in the right manner. However, despite the fact that the country has a surplus of energy in many locations, there are still a large number of places that cannot even get access to it. Our goal is to lower monthly bills by using wireless technology and sending payments from remote locations straight to the electricity billing office. By doing this, we can cut down on the amount of time and effort now needed to visit every home in our system. The disadvantage of our existing bill payment system, which is a postpaid system, is that users' electricity use is not under any kind of user control. We intend to create a prepaid system for bill payment in order to reduce errors, as well as an IOT-based energy meter. This paper allows you to obtain the electricity bill, electricity providing days, and the previous bill. Our presented framework focuses on the part of smart grid parameter monitoring and calculation using IoT enabled smart meters (SMs). Our proposed system's first concept is that the load will consume the unit of energy and a bill will be generated based on the number of units consumed. The webpage will also provide real-time analysis. With the help of LCD displays, we can precisely determine the amount of energy consumed in the consumer node. In the second notion, we can observe the number of units consumed by the consumer side and, if they don't pay the Appropriate amount, we can use an IoT relay to disconnect the power supply. The third idea is to update to IoT while monitoring the current transformer of how much power the user uses.

 Abstract

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a pregnancy-specific disease defined as 'diabetes that is first diagnosed in the 28 th week of pregnancy of pregnancy that is clearly not overt diabetes' The occurrence of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM), has been linked to obesity, GDM in earlier pregnancies, older maternal age, ethnicity and multiparty as well as family history of diabetes. Obesity is a known risk factor of GDM. The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) varies in direct proportion with the prevalence of type 2 diabetes. We examined socio economic status, health and nutrition status a total of 522 women visiting community health centers (CHC) in Moka(94) and Torangal(428), were screened for GDM. In phase one the screening of the pregnant women for prevalence of GDM by one step procedure assessing plasma blood sugar values. In the present study (n=127) where having impaired glucose tolerance. The rural women diagnosed with impaired tolerance after screening were about 48.8 percent (62) in the age group of 20-21 years. A higher percentage of the subjects (79.5) predominantly belong to joint families. The family size of 2-4 members in the house hold was 42.5 percent and 35.4 percent were 5-6 members in a household. The age group in this study is lower because the subjects were primigravida. About 26.8 percent of them attained menarche at the age of 12 years and 11.8 percent of the respondents attained at 14 years. The age at marriage was found to be 59.1 percent in the age group of 18-19 years this indicates that the respondents were married in their teenage years in most of the rural households. The pre pregnancy weight was measured at the first antenatal visit 18.9 percent of the respondents were in the range of 39-42kg and 35.4 percent of the respondents were in the range of 43-47 kg and only 15 percent of the respondents were above 53 kg. 10.2 percent of the subjects were in very good health among all age groups and only 7.1 percent were having fair health status. However, the findings established the non significant association between age group and general health condition (x2 = 2.41NS). 86.4 percent of subjects in 21 and above years were not suffering from common ailments in the past 3 months. The association was significant (X2 = 6.17*). Subjects of nuclear family were having less incidence (15.4%) of common ailments when compared to joint family (37.6%) subjects, which was significant(X2 = 4.62*).On the whole the data reveals that association of age with incidence of maternal Diabetes is statistically significant ( X2 = 6.68*).

 Abstract

In today's world, fundamental rights are necessary, and each person has rights that make his or her life easier. The rights that are granted to an individual by the constitution are what constitute a person's fundamental right. The fundamental rights of people in two nations, India and the United States of America, will be discussed in this paper. There will be a discussion about how both countries ensure that the country's laws are properly enforced and understand the needs of its citizens. There will be a discussion about how India and the United States of America share fundamental rights. The few rights that exist in the two nations are also going to be the subject of discussion. Understanding the differences between the two major democracies in the world is the primary objective of this paper.

 Abstract

Cerebral autosomal recessive arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CARASIL) is a single-gene disorder caused by mutations in the HTRA1 gene, which codes for HtrA serine peptidase/protease 1. (HTRA1). CARASIL, along with cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy, is the second known genetic form of ischemic, nonhypertensive, cerebral small-vessel disease with an identified gene (CADASIL). The exact prevalence of CARASIL is currently unknown, but approximately 50 patients have been reported to date, the majority of whom were from Japan and two from China. Because no founder haplotype has been identified genetically, the disease is expected to be more widespread. The most common clinical manifestations of CARASIL are ischemic stroke or progressive deterioration in brain function.

 Abstract

In these generation of concrete world, there is a over extensive use of conventional concrete as a advantageous physical properties of it. As these concrete provides the structural rigidity at a glance with lower cost along with locally available material. As the consumption of material is more for conventional concrete day by day the hike in rates of material for conventional concrete is increasing. Hence its necessary to find out the alternative which is sustainable & compares the properties of material as same as conventional material. Conventional concrete is extensively used material world wide approximately up to three billions tones placed per year worldwide. The concern for emission of CO2 for manufacturing process. Hence there has been pressure by various environment protection agencies to reduce consumption of cement with intention to increase the inventions for usage of alternative mineral admixtures. Metakaolin looks to be promising supplementary material to the cement in conventional concrete by its properties along with availability of metakaolin in abundance in country is itself a advantage for these Green concrete. Here the substitution of metakaolin for cement is varied in proportions of 0%, 10%, 30%, 50%, 70 % by weight of cement. A cube casting for various proportions where done to determine the compressive strength of concrete. Hence the test result were evaluated and compare with various proportions to decide the percentage for addition of metakaolin as a additive material with cement for moving society toward Green concrete.

 Abstract

A market in which the prices always fully reflect available information is called 'efficient'. Event studies are the cleanest evidence that is present on semi-strong form efficiency. In 1969, Fama et al., undertook the first ever study and their results lend considerable support to the conclusion that the stock market is efficient. The event study method has become popular because it obviates the need to analyze accounting-based measures of profit. Event studies are based on the assumptions that markets are efficient, the event was unanticipated and there are no confounding effects during the event window.

 Abstract

This study aims to comprehend the disparities and causes associated with secondary school dropouts in Odisha as a result of COVID-19. Due to the pandemic, the school dropout rate in rural and tribal areas of Odisha, especially among underprivileged children, has soared at an unprecedented rate. Despite the State Government's implementation of online education for students it is difficult for rural and tribal students to participate in e-learning due to the lack of access to mobile phones, internet connections and electricity. In addition, the precarious financial situation of parents due to the pandemic has been cited as one of the leading causes of student absenteeism. The situation is worsening among the students of ST and SC communities of Odisha, where the dropout rate is considerably high.

 Abstract

A review of non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures for the assessment of composites is given. The review takes into account the capabilities of the most popular techniques used in composite NDT applications, including Visual Testing (VT or VI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Thermography, Radiographic Testing (RT), Electromagnetic Testing (ET), Acoustic Emission (AE), and Shearography Testing, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each technique. Additional techniques are categorised based on their inherent qualities and applicability. Typically, an NDT evaluator performs the evaluation using just one non-destructive test method. Using just one test technique is allowed if the scope of the job is simple. A mixture of several test methods is necessary because there are situations when a single test method does not give sufficient information about the material integrity Following that, approaches were grouped according to their inherent qualities and applicability. Non-destructive testing is frequently used in power plants, the aerospace, nuclear, military, and defence industries, as well as storage tank inspection, pipe and tube inspection, and the characterisation of composite flaw. The extent of NDT use for composite materials is the primary emphasis of this paper.

 Abstract

Despite number of initiatives for improving living conditions of the tribals, the progress is not up to the mark. The forests are depleting at faster rate, though the government records do not reflect the reality at ground level. These forests are in no way sustaining food requirements of forest dwellers through their traditional means of hunting and gathering. Mostly they are dependent on agriculture either as cultivators or agriculture labourers. They are malnourished, poor, largely illiterate and rank miserably low in all sorts of health indicators despite of their wealth of traditional knowledge of keeping healthy. Their literacy levels are not adequate to compete with the general population and at the same time they decline to do any work in their native places. In this paper, an attempt is made to bring out general economic conditions, health issues and role of NGOs. Some of these issues are discussed based on two research works: one on Yerukula tribe, a Dispersed Tribal Group (DTG) inhibiting in Prakasam, Nellore and Chittoor districts of Andhra Pradesh and a baseline survey (for CARE-STEP) of tribes inhibiting in jungles in North coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh.

This study applies queuing theory to hospital management. The purpose of this study is to describe and categorize issues of urgency in medical cases with respect to patient allocation issues. It employs first-come-first-served, queue-discipline, Poisson arrival of patients and exponential service time, first-come-first-served, queue-discipline. A queue model used to estimate patient wait times, service consumption, model system design, and reservation system ratings. A queuing system helps minimize patient wait times and reduce server load. H. Doctors, nurses, hospital beds, etc. Queues are not new, but hospitals have recently started using them effectively.

 Abstract

This paper proposes an authentication system that combines One-Time Password (OTP) and Quick Response (QR) code technologies to enhance security and user experience. The system generates an OTP and a unique QR code for each authentication attempt, which can be scanned using a mobile device to complete the authentication process. The QR code contains encrypted information about the user's identity and the OTP, which is verified by the server. The proposed system provides a secure, convenient, and efficient method for user authentication, which is crucial in today's digital world. An e-authentication system that uses OTP and QR code technology is a secure and efficient method for authenticating users in online transactions. This system combines the benefits of OTP and QR code technology to provide a two-factor authentication mechanism that is convenient for users and effective in preventing unauthorized access. This system aims to address the vulnerabilities of traditional username and password authentication by providing an additional layer of security through two-factor authentication. the system aims to prevent unauthorized access to online services and transactions. The system aims to provide a user-friendly and convenient authentication method that can be easily integrated into existing online platforms. It protect sensitive information and ensure that only authorized users can access online services and transactions.
