ABSTRACT: Now-a-days banking sector acts as the backbone of modern business. Development of any country mainly depends upon the banking system. A bank is a financial institution which deals with deposits and advances and other related services and receive money from those who want to save in the form of deposits and it lends more to those who need it. The 1990s saw partial liberalization of the banking industry and the emergence of new private sector banks as well as international banks. Liberalization brought out the best in the industry by inducing competitive spirit among various banks. Since then some of the new private sector banks have grown a lot and are challenging even the existing by public sector banks. The present paper is an attempt to evaluate the growth and performance of selected three newly private banks in India. For the purpose of the study, secondary data from the annual reports of the banks under study for the period of ten years i.e. 2010-11 to 2019-20. Various financial ratios are selected for the present study and some statistical tools used i.e. mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variance etc. The study is set out to apply growth rate of evaluate performance of selected banks through different variables like deposits, advances, total income, total expenditure, net profit and check the efficiency of the banks through different ratio. The study revealed that the financial performance of the HDFC Bank is continuously in good condition due to leading bank in the terms of deposits, advances, total income, total expenditure, followed by ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. ICICI Bank stood first in advance return on advances and had lowest cost of deposits and lowest net non-performing assets to net advances followed by Axis Bank and ICICI Bank. In order to improve the profit, the bank should control the non performing assets.

Skin conditions like eczema are frequently treated using a variety of medicinal plants. In many parts of the world, traditional herbal treatment is used extensively. Most people believe that herbal therapies work well and rarely have adverse effects. There is currently a lack of controlled clinical trials in humans for herbal medications. Clinical study on herbs hopefully opens up new treatment options. The term "eczema" refers to a group of medical diseases that irritate or inflame the skin. Due to numerous issues with the traditional treatment of steroidal molecules, a transdermal drug delivery system for steroidal drug molecules through the development of a niosomal gel is required for an improved drug delivery system. The aim and objective of the study was to develop herbal drug loaded niosomes as topical gel by using thin film hydration technique using Span series 20, 60, 80 and cholesterol has been successfully revealed. Niosomes addressed the problems of drug insolubility, instability, low bioavailability, and rapid degradation. This study provides an overview of niosomes preparation techniques and their uses in the pharmaceutical industry.

Our research focuses on molten salts and their potential as a heat transfer fluid. Molten salts have been used in high temperature applications such as coal gasification medium, waste oxidation at high temperatures, thermal energy storage medium, and heat transfer fluid (HTF) in Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) systems. They are particularly useful as a heat transfer fluid in a CSP due to their main characteristics such as low vapour pressure, wide operating range, low viscosity, and high volumetric heat capacity. Molten salts are compared to conventionally used HTFs, as well as other low temperature fluids such as water and experimental fluids such as liquid metals and their eutectic mixtures. The molten salts chosen for this report are primarily binary, ternary, or quaternary mixtures containing alkali and alkaline earth metal nitrates such as sodium, potassium, lithium, caesium, calcium nitrate, and sodium nitrite. The thermophysical properties of the salts were compared. These are melting point, density, viscosity, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity. The effect of using molten salts as a heat transfer fluid on plant performance and economics has also been discussed. The fluids under consideration have great potential for current and future applications in renewable energy storage and transformation processes.

Speech and text is the primary medium for human communication. A character wishes vision to get admission to the information in a textual content. However, the ones who've terrible imaginative and prescient can accumulate statistics from voice. This challenge has been built through the usage of Node MCU microcontroller. It is controlling the peripherals like Camera and headset which act as an interface among the device and the person. Optical Character Recognitions (OCR) is carried out on this task to recognize characters which might be then read out through the device through a headset. The camera is set up on spectacles/head tool; it captures a full view of the paper into the device. Its miles ensured that there are correct lights conditions. The content on the paper ought to be written in English and be of accurate font size. When some of these conditions are met the gadget takes the picture, techniques it and if it acknowledges the content material written on the paper it will announce at the Bluetooth headset speaker that the content material at the paper has been correctly processed. After this it speaks out the content that was transformed in to textual content format inside the machine from processing the photograph of the paper. A major global health issue with a high morbidity and mortality rate, chronic kidney disease (CKD) also causes other diseases. Patients frequently overlook the disease in the early stages of CKD since there are no evident symptoms. Early diagnosis of CKD enables patients to receive effective treatment in time to slow the disease's progression. Due of their rapid and precise recognition performance, machine learning models can help physicians attain this goal in an efficient manner. In this paper, we suggest a machine learning approach for CKD diagnosis. The Irvine(UCI) machine learning repository provided the CKD data set, which contains a significant amount of missing values.. Although patients may overlook particular measurements for a variety of reasons, missing data are frequently observed in real-world medical settings. Six machine learning algorithms (logistic regression, random forest, support vector machine, k-nearest neighbour naive bayes classifier, and feed forward neural network) were used to create models after the incomplete data set was successfully filled in. Of these machine learning models, random forest had the highest accuracy. We created an integrated model that combines logistic regression and random forest by employing perceptron, which has the best accuracy; as a result, we hypothesised that this methodology may be used to more complex clinical data for disease diagnosis.

Human lungs use the reverse pressure generated by means of contraction motion of the diaphragm to suck in air for breathing. A contradictory motion is used by a ventilator to inflate the lungs by way of pumping type movement. A ventilator mechanism has to be able to supply inside the variety of 10 - 30 breaths consistent with minute, with the ability to adjust growing increments in units of 2. Along with this the ventilator need to have the capacity to regulate the air volume driven into lungs in each breath. The final however now the least is the placing to alter the time period for inhalation to exhalation ratio. Apart from this the ventilator need to be capable of display the patient's blood oxygen stage and exhaled lung stress to avoid over/beneath air pressure concurrently. The ventilator we here layout and increase using arduino encompasses most of these necessities to increase a dependable but low-priced ventilator to help in times of pandemic. We here use a silicon ventilator bag coupled pushed by servo motor with one side push mechanism to push the ventilator bag. Our machine uses blood oxygen sensor along side touchy heart Beat sensor to display the important vitals of the patient and show on a webpage the usage of IoT. To alter the time duration for inhalation the choice command given in the IoT application to set. Coma is a nation of unconsciousness where the patient fails to respond. These sufferers need utmost care and 24*7 observations. We introduce a gadget which have non-stop monitoring and recording of patient facts without human intervention. If there are any unexpected changes arise within the everyday range of body parameters such as body temp falls or upward push, coronary heart beat boom or lower, monitors blink motion of eye continuously the use of eye blink sensor. Then it has facility to mechanically alert the clinical character, if there exist any variations inside the above parameter. As comatose losses their sensation for urination, clinical character wishes to constantly screen urine output, as a consequence we are using urine level sensor to test the urine stage. Medical character can preserve the tune of patient the usage of login to the IOT cayenne app inside the machine.

Vatarakta is a variety of Vataroga , as the name suggests it occurs due to the vitiation of Vata Dosha and Rakta Dhatu . It is an illness where both Vata and Rakta are afflicted by distinct etiological factors.1 In this condition the normal flow of Vata is obstructed by Rakta leading to symptoms starting from Paada (foot) and Hasta (hands) mula . Panchakarma is a unique module of management which can eliminate the causative pathogen from the system for complete eradication of disease process. Various Panchakarma procedures and Ayurvedic drugs have been proved useful for this disease. Basti is one of them, which is also called as Ardha chikitsa by Acharya Charaka. Here is a case of Vatarakta, which was treated with a combination of Ksheera Basti and Shamana chikitsa. The condition was treated with 8 days schedule of Yashtyahvadi Niruha Basti along with Sarvanga abhyanga and Nadi sweda. Patient's condition was assessed for symptoms of Vatarakta and marked improvement in signs and symptoms were seen. After observation and discussion we concluded that Yashtyahvadi Niruha Basti is effective in management of Vatarakta.
