 Abstract

This research paper discusses about the use of 3D animation and computer graphics in the educational environment. The purpose of this research is to study the advantages and restrictions in the use of 3D animation and Computer Graphics (CG). Specifically, this study aims to understand the challenges in the current educational scenario. Case study method was used to study the current educational scenario and the possibility of incorporation of 3D animation in the educational material. The outcome of the research shows that 3D animation is a effective tool for learning, particularly when it comes to visualizing complex concepts and processes. 3D animation simplifies the visualization of complex abstract concepts, For example, 3D animations help learners understand the anatomy of the human body and the structure of complex molecules, or the inner workings of a machine. 3D animations can be engaging and captivating, making learning more enjoyable and memorable. They help learners retain information better by providing a multisensory experience that stimulates both the visual and auditory senses. Interactive 3D animations can provide learners with an immersive learning experience that allows them to interact with the subject matter. This can help learners develop a deeper understanding of the material by allowing them to explore and experiment with different scenarios. 3D animations can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, making them an ideal tool for distance learning and remote education. These research findings show that 3D animation enhances learning by providing learners with a visual and interactive experience.

 Abstract

The term "clinical research" refers to the entire bibliography of a drug/device/biologic, in fact any test article from its inception in the lab to its introduction to the consumer market and beyond. Once the promising candidate or the molecule is identified in the lab, it is subjected to pre-clinical studies or animal studies where different aspects of the test article (including its safety toxicity if applicable and efficacy, if possible at this early stage) are studied. Pharmacovigilance (PV) plays a key role in the healthcare system through assessment, monitoring and discovery of interactions amongst drugs and their effects in human. Pharmaceutical and biotechnological medicines are designed to cure, prevent or treat diseases; however, there are also risks particularly adverse drug reactions (ADRs) can cause serious harm to patients. Thus, for safety medication ADRs monitoring required for each medicine throughout its life cycle, during development of drug such as pre-marketing including early stages of drug design, clinical trials, and post-marketing surveillance. PV is concerns with the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of ADRs. Pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics are an indispensable part of the clinical research. Variation in the human genome is a cause of variable response to drugs and susceptibility to diseases are determined, which is important for early drug discovery to PV.

 Abstract

This local bus transportation management system is in charge of ensuring the perfect solution for the passengers. To accomplish this, organisations must form different teams to handle the many tasks related to the transportation process. Nevertheless, manually completing operations like order segregation, order mapping with an appropriate vehicle, route planning, and others cannot ensure accuracy and speed in the process. In this project, we offer a solution for predicting the number of bus allocations using a machine learning algorithm to solve these issues. ESP32 and IR sensors were used in the module of the hardware kit. Infrared sensors will be used to count bus entry and exit and will analyse the data with the previous data for the allotment of the bus in real time in a frontend.

 Abstract

Cancer remains a Major cause of death encyclopedically. Cancer is characterized by proliferation of cells that have managed to shirk central endogenous control mechanisms. Cancers are grouped according to their organ or towel of origin, but decreasingly also grounded on molecular characteristics of the separate cancer cells. Due to the rapid-fire technological advances of the last times, it's now possible to dissect the molecular makeup of different cancer types in detail within short time ages. The accumulating knowledge about development and progression of cancer can be used to develop more precise diagnostics and further effective and/ or lower poisonous cancer curatives. In the long run, the thing is to offer to every cancer case a remedial authority that's acclimatized to his individual complaint and situation in an optimal way. Now a day's cancer is the most current life hanging complaint which is spreading because of the life we're living. Cancer is due to unbridled growth of cell which can be cured if diagnosed in early stage of life. Treatment of cancer depends on the colorful internal and external factors causing cancer. Cancer is screened by different webbing test and a number of treatments are now available these days similar as gene remedy, chemotherapy, surgery, radiation remedy, immunotherapy etc. In future up to 2030 around22.2 million cases are anticipated to be diagnosed for cancer.

 Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a syndrome of chronically elevated glucose level in the blood either due to insulin resistance, insulin deficiency or both. In addition, it may occur due to defective metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. There are 3 main types of DM: Type 2 DM is more prevalent in adults and is typically due to relative insulin deficiency, deficiency of insulin in children leads to DM type 1; and lastly, gestational diabetes occurs during pregnancy resulting from an imbalance of placental hormones. Insulin, Biguanides and Sulfonylureas are some of the drug classes used to treat DM. However, their use is complicated by numerous side effects, such as; hypoglycemia & weight gain from insulin and sulfonylureas; lactic acidosis, vitamin B12 deficiency and gastrointestinal upset with metformin. Route of administration and cost are also important factors to consider when prescribing. It is for this reason the quest for newer, safer and easier to administer drugs is ongoing.

 Abstract

The concept of ultrasonic pulse velocity method are used in concrete to self-sense and cracks through the measurement of quality of concrete. The recycled concrete obtained from recycling the concrete waste by the help of crushing and providing new concrete but there should be changing the compressive strength and internal damage occur inside the concretes. This paper conducted the literature review on ultrasonic pulse velocity method that determine the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete. The further result affect the durability and compressive strength in the recycled concrete. The strength of concrete is determining by destructive and non-destructive method. As compare both method non-destructive method of ultrasonic pulse velocity consumer less time and less cost. This test determine the modulus of elasticity, quantity, defects, crack and honey comb void that present in the specimen. The pulse velocity depend upon concrete properties like length, path length of specimen, temperature and moisture content. This paper also discussed the recycled concrete and ultrasonic pulse velocity method which used to determine the internal damage and quality of concrete. The ultrasonic pulse velocity use in recycled coarse aggregate to determine quality of concrete and also measure the damage in concrete. The ultrasonic pulse velocity done by different method such as direct, indirect and semi direct method. The fundamental concepts Ultrasonic pulse velocity, recycled coarse aggregate and damage detection base on ultrasonic test are review in this paper. Further, it is also highlighted the differences in the current state of knowledge between RCA and Ultrasonic pulse velocity and offer several future research suggestions.  Abstract

This is an overview of stereotypic geste in autistic diapason complaint(ASD). This repetitious, inoperative, fixed pattern of geste is associated with autism inflexibility but it isn't specific for ASD. There are a wide range of actions mentioned as stereotypies. It generally starts in early nonage and its inflexibility is associated with issues and inflexibility of autism in adolescnce and majority. It's usually comorbid with other psychiatric problems and its pathophysiology isn't exactly known. operation is most likely behavioral. still, promising new ideas and substantiation are arising from neurobiology and experimental psychology that identify neural adaption, lack of environmental stimulation, thrill, and adaptive functions as crucial factors for the onset and conservation of confined and repetitious actions(RRBs). This design consists of accelerometer detector, cock detector, gas detector, heart detector, Arduino Uno microcontroller, buzzer motor with help of motorist relays and IoT module. The accelerometer and cock detector are used to descry the child exertion and epilepsy continuously. The detector values are fed to Arduino Uno (ATMEGA 328) microcontroller. However, the vibration detector the child and voice(music) will be play while in autistic diapason complaint, if detector values crosses the threshold value. The IoT is used to cover the child exertion continuously.

ABSTRACT: Now-a-days banking sector acts as the backbone of modern business. Development of any country mainly depends upon the banking system. A bank is a financial institution which deals with deposits and advances and other related services and receive money from those who want to save in the form of deposits and it lends more to those who need it. The 1990s saw partial liberalization of the banking industry and the emergence of new private sector banks as well as international banks. Liberalization brought out the best in the industry by inducing competitive spirit among various banks. Since then some of the new private sector banks have grown a lot and are challenging even the existing by public sector banks. The present paper is an attempt to evaluate the growth and performance of selected three newly private banks in India. For the purpose of the study, secondary data from the annual reports of the banks under study for the period of ten years i.e. 2010-11 to 2019-20. Various financial ratios are selected for the present study and some statistical tools used i.e. mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variance etc. The study is set out to apply growth rate of evaluate performance of selected banks through different variables like deposits, advances, total income, total expenditure, net profit and check the efficiency of the banks through different ratio. The study revealed that the financial performance of the HDFC Bank is continuously in good condition due to leading bank in the terms of deposits, advances, total income, total expenditure, followed by ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. ICICI Bank stood first in advance return on advances and had lowest cost of deposits and lowest net non-performing assets to net advances followed by Axis Bank and ICICI Bank. In order to improve the profit, the bank should control the non performing assets.

 Abstract

Skin conditions like eczema are frequently treated using a variety of medicinal plants. In many parts of the world, traditional herbal treatment is used extensively. Most people believe that herbal therapies work well and rarely have adverse effects. There is currently a lack of controlled clinical trials in humans for herbal medications. Clinical study on herbs hopefully opens up new treatment options. The term "eczema" refers to a group of medical diseases that irritate or inflame the skin. Due to numerous issues with the traditional treatment of steroidal molecules, a transdermal drug delivery system for steroidal drug molecules through the development of a niosomal gel is required for an improved drug delivery system. The aim and objective of the study was to develop herbal drug loaded niosomes as topical gel by using thin film hydration technique using Span series 20, 60, 80 and cholesterol has been successfully revealed. Niosomes addressed the problems of drug insolubility, instability, low bioavailability, and rapid degradation. This study provides an overview of niosomes preparation techniques and their uses in the pharmaceutical industry.

 Abstract

As all of us know that agriculture play a critical role for growing agricultural society or united states. From the past century agriculture has been the primary profession of man however due to herbal aspect of climatic circumstance farmers are facing lots of problems which may additionally cause address critical problems in their existence so this paper gives the monitoring and control machine for greenhouse via the IoT module. Greenhouse is the technical method in which farmers in the rural regions can be benefitted via automatic tracking and manage of greenhouse surroundings replace the direct supervisions of the human. The paper makes a speciality of the primary idea universal structure which may be implemented for many other automation applications. The splendid needs are developing of plants with development of generation. IoT is a brand new developing generation. In this generation, more than one peripheral devices and sensors are connected and these devices and sensors can acquire and percentage the facts that's amassed by way of diverse of the sensor from one-of-a-kind environmental parameters. The parameter inclusive of temperature sensor, Level sensor, humidity sensor and soil moisture sensor. To get the most plant boom, it required that everyone the parameters which includes temperature, soil moisture, humidity and stage must be monitor occasionally and it should be controlled mechanically so the environment internal a greenhouse will be proper for the growth. In case soil moisture cost is odd then mechanically turn on the pump with assist of driving force and relay circuit. All environmental parameters are sent to the person through IoT conversation. Through IoT we can ship and tracking the existing records of all sensors to the consumer thru the mobile app/internet page. This hassle can be rectified, when we are able to Monitoring, and Controlling System using the micro controller Platform wherein the monitoring and controlling will be automatic

 Abstract

Traffic in our U. S. Is growing every day. Many humans aren't giving an excellent response for the site visitors policies in lots of locations. Mainly injuries happen due to over speed and careless riding. Especially, inside the school and the college region, human beings are hesitating for reducing the speed to its restrict. This is embedded task to indicate the over speed and to manipulate the automobile inside the over pace condition. This is constructed with the wireless communique. Given underneath is the block diagram of the mission. We are the usage of PIC16F877A that is Programmable IC microcontroller. To take a look at the tyre temperature, we have interfaced temperature sensor suggest the incidence of high temperature and alert the car driver via alarm. The coincidence records system will alert automobile owner relative or close by hospital thru IoT with the twist of fate vicinity the use of GPS. If the coincidence is a minor one, then driving force can press the reset transfer and pressure commonly. Brake failure sensor, will indicate if the brake twine is hooked up nicely or no longer, else alert the motive force. Accelerator, brake snatch and position sensor suggest the position of accelerator, brake seize respectively. We can reveal and manage all with the help of IoT module.

 Abstract

Our research focuses on molten salts and their potential as a heat transfer fluid. Molten salts have been used in high temperature applications such as coal gasification medium, waste oxidation at high temperatures, thermal energy storage medium, and heat transfer fluid (HTF) in Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) systems. They are particularly useful as a heat transfer fluid in a CSP due to their main characteristics such as low vapour pressure, wide operating range, low viscosity, and high volumetric heat capacity. Molten salts are compared to conventionally used HTFs, as well as other low temperature fluids such as water and experimental fluids such as liquid metals and their eutectic mixtures. The molten salts chosen for this report are primarily binary, ternary, or quaternary mixtures containing alkali and alkaline earth metal nitrates such as sodium, potassium, lithium, caesium, calcium nitrate, and sodium nitrite. The thermophysical properties of the salts were compared. These are melting point, density, viscosity, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity. The effect of using molten salts as a heat transfer fluid on plant performance and economics has also been discussed. The fluids under consideration have great potential for current and future applications in renewable energy storage and transformation processes.
