The term "clinical research" refers to the entire bibliography of a drug/device/biologic, in fact any test article from its inception in the lab to its introduction to the consumer market and beyond. Once the promising candidate or the molecule is identified in the lab, it is subjected to pre-clinical studies or animal studies where different aspects of the test article (including its safety toxicity if applicable and efficacy, if possible at this early stage) are studied. Pharmacovigilance (PV) plays a key role in the healthcare system through assessment, monitoring and discovery of interactions amongst drugs and their effects in human. Pharmaceutical and biotechnological medicines are designed to cure, prevent or treat diseases; however, there are also risks particularly adverse drug reactions (ADRs) can cause serious harm to patients. Thus, for safety medication ADRs monitoring required for each medicine throughout its life cycle, during development of drug such as pre-marketing including early stages of drug design, clinical trials, and post-marketing surveillance. PV is concerns with the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of ADRs. Pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics are an indispensable part of the clinical research. Variation in the human genome is a cause of variable response to drugs and susceptibility to diseases are determined, which is important for early drug discovery to PV.

This local bus transportation management system is in charge of ensuring the perfect solution for the passengers. To accomplish this, organisations must form different teams to handle the many tasks related to the transportation process. Nevertheless, manually completing operations like order segregation, order mapping with an appropriate vehicle, route planning, and others cannot ensure accuracy and speed in the process. In this project, we offer a solution for predicting the number of bus allocations using a machine learning algorithm to solve these issues. ESP32 and IR sensors were used in the module of the hardware kit. Infrared sensors will be used to count bus entry and exit and will analyse the data with the previous data for the allotment of the bus in real time in a frontend.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a syndrome of chronically elevated glucose level in the blood either due to insulin resistance, insulin deficiency or both. In addition, it may occur due to defective metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. There are 3 main types of DM: Type 2 DM is more prevalent in adults and is typically due to relative insulin deficiency, deficiency of insulin in children leads to DM type 1; and lastly, gestational diabetes occurs during pregnancy resulting from an imbalance of placental hormones. Insulin, Biguanides and Sulfonylureas are some of the drug classes used to treat DM. However, their use is complicated by numerous side effects, such as; hypoglycemia & weight gain from insulin and sulfonylureas; lactic acidosis, vitamin B12 deficiency and gastrointestinal upset with metformin. Route of administration and cost are also important factors to consider when prescribing. It is for this reason the quest for newer, safer and easier to administer drugs is ongoing.

The concept of ultrasonic pulse velocity method are used in concrete to self-sense and cracks through the measurement of quality of concrete. The recycled concrete obtained from recycling the concrete waste by the help of crushing and providing new concrete but there should be changing the compressive strength and internal damage occur inside the concretes. This paper conducted the literature review on ultrasonic pulse velocity method that determine the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete. The further result affect the durability and compressive strength in the recycled concrete. The strength of concrete is determining by destructive and non-destructive method. As compare both method non-destructive method of ultrasonic pulse velocity consumer less time and less cost. This test determine the modulus of elasticity, quantity, defects, crack and honey comb void that present in the specimen. The pulse velocity depend upon concrete properties like length, path length of specimen, temperature and moisture content. This paper also discussed the recycled concrete and ultrasonic pulse velocity method which used to determine the internal damage and quality of concrete. The ultrasonic pulse velocity use in recycled coarse aggregate to determine quality of concrete and also measure the damage in concrete. The ultrasonic pulse velocity done by different method such as direct, indirect and semi direct method. The fundamental concepts Ultrasonic pulse velocity, recycled coarse aggregate and damage detection base on ultrasonic test are review in this paper. Further, it is also highlighted the differences in the current state of knowledge between RCA and Ultrasonic pulse velocity and offer several future research suggestions. This review will be provided more knowledge about recycled coarse aggregate and different method of ultrasonic pulse velocity.

This is an overview of stereotypic geste in autistic diapason complaint(ASD). This repetitious, inoperative, fixed pattern of geste is associated with autism inflexibility but it isn't specific for ASD. There are a wide range of actions mentioned as stereotypies. It generally starts in early nonage and its inflexibility is associated with issues and inflexibility of autism in adolescnce and majority. It's usually comorbid with other psychiatric problems and its pathophysiology isn't exactly known. operation is most likely behavioral. still, promising new ideas and substantiation are arising from neurobiology and experimental psychology that identify neural adaption, lack of environmental stimulation, thrill, and adaptive functions as crucial factors for the onset and conservation of confined and repetitious actions(RRBs). This design consists of accelerometer detector, cock detector, gas detector, heart detector, Arduino Uno microcontroller, buzzer motor with help of motorist relays and IoT module. The accelerometer and cock detector are used to descry the child exertion and epilepsy continuously. The detector values are fed to Arduino Uno (ATMEGA 328) microcontroller. However, the vibration detector the child and voice(music) will be play while in autistic diapason complaint, if detector values crosses the threshold value. The IoT is used to cover the child exertion continuously.
