Since independence India is growing by adopting various initiations like five years plans, industrial revolutions, green revolution, new economic policy etc., which lift up India by socially and economically. But still after 75 years of its independence India is categorized as developing country and poverty is still prominent issue which play its despot role in hunger and malnutrition. Public expenditure made by the government on various development activities which results to declining rate of poverty in India but at the same time state wise poverty rate disparity is increasing continuously. Literature reviews found that distinction in public expenditure on development especially lack of invest in infrastructure, education and health among Indian states are the reasons behind this disparity. In this background, the present study is attempted to analyze status and state wise disparity of poverty in India. Further it studies the public expenditure on development expenditure especially on social service and economic activities. This study is purely based on secondary data, which collected by government reports, journal articles and employed average, percentage, coefficient of variation (CV) and GIS (Geographic Information System) to show the state wise disparity and analyzing the data. This study found out that India's poverty rate is declining and at the same time state wise disparity is increasing which is caused by the differentiate in public expenditure on developmental expenditure. It also found that northern states of India are categorized as highly poor states compared to southern states. Therefore, the study recommends that the government should spend money on social overheads and it should release poverty related data to prepare appropriate policy to alleviate poverty.

Collusion between revoked users and cloud service providers can pose a threat to the security of cloud storage data. If the original legitimate users cannot be revoked securely, it will lead to the leakage of shared data, thus affecting the security of cloud storage. In this project, we combine vector commitment and anonymous revocation of group signature to propose an integrity audit scheme for cloud storage data that can support data medication. The anonymity of the group signature ensures that users' privacy information will not be snooped by the server. The proposed scheme supports the dynamic operation of stored data by legitimate group users besides data owners. When the user behaves improperly, the membership can be revoked by the group manager. After the user modified data is stored in the cloud, whether the cloud server correctly stores the data can be audited by a trusted third party. Security analysis and experimental results demonstrate that our scheme is secure and efficient.

Glucose in blood is the most frequent analyzed parameter in a clinical chemistry laboratory. In Armed Forces Laboratories, copper reduction method (Modified Folin Wu) is commonly used. Here we have compared this method as well as O-Toluidine and GOD-POD method with reference UV-Hexokinase method. Both Modified Folin Wu and O-Toluidine showed upward deviation with substantial imprecision (CV=4.9% - 3.5% and 6% - 5.8% respectively) and inaccuracy (Average deviation = 5.76% and 10.68% respectively). GOD-POD method was found linear (up to 500 mg/dl), with good precision (CV=0.7% to 1.4%) and accuracy (Average deviation= -0.97%). This method is simple, rapid, economical and sensitive, and can be adapted to a routine colorimeter.

Assessment techniques are typically used to assess student progress and adjust lesson plans. If some kids are developing more slowly than others, they can receive individualized instruction. If the entire class runs beyond schedule, the teacher can modify the curriculum. There are many techniques to assess a student's comprehension of the material. There are fundamentally two forms of evaluation: peer assessment, where students reflect on the work of their peers, and self-assessment, where students consider success factors connected to realizing their own objectives. This paper provides an overview of various assessment methods in addition to our suggested 3-2-1 strategy for student assessment and evaluation. We concentrate on the 3-2-1 strategy in this paper because some of them involve paper and pencil assessments and others ask students to give a thumbs up or down. 3-2-1 is a method of formative evaluation that aids students in determining what they have learned in class as well as how new information fits into their existing knowledge. It provides teachers with immediate feedback regarding their students' understanding so that you can make changes before the beginning of the next exam. The pupils can also discuss what they have learned and what they don't understand. It fosters open communication between students and teachers and increases mutual respect between them. Additionally, it assists you in identifying patterns and trends relating to your students' comprehension of the course material. The paper describes about 3-2-1 technique in section A, literature survey in section B, different techniques of assessment in C, proposed technique in D,Results and Discussion in E.

This Wildfires are the most deadly and dangerous accidents. Many lives are lost, and billions of worth of property damages occur in wildfire every year. Wildfires are fueled and accelerated by several different factors, such as weather, climate, vegetation types, land cover, and human activities. We propose a systematic way to make fire risk prediction and detection models that analyses satellite data, weather data, and historical fire data to predict fire. In this project we are implementing wildfire prediction and detection system. For prediction we are using four different types of dataset which are fire-history, weather, remote sensing and vegetation. The main aim of the project is to answer the possibility of fire on a given date and a given location. This answer will help firefighters and the public to take necessary precautions at any time. The fire prediction takes three different factors to account - the weather, the land cover, and the fire history of the place. We can obtain new insights by combining all these data and have divided the datasets into weather-based data and remote sensing-based data. Then, we applied the machine learning models to these different datasets, and finally, we used an ensemble model to predict the fire Prediction. For detection we are using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) from video or image which detect fire as well as smoke using camera. After the detection of fire or smoke it sends message to near fire station.
