 Abstract

In India, the cow is worshipped as a god called 'Gaumata,' indicating its nourishing nature like a mother and Panchgavya can also give back to mother nature by promoting soil fertility, earthworm production, protecting crops from bacterial and fungal infections and is also recommended for a variety of diseases viz., asthma, flu, allergies, cardiovascular diseases, renal disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, leucoderma, wound healing, leucorrhoea, hepatitis, dietary and gastrointestinal tract disorders, obesity, tuberculosis, ulcer, chemical intoxication, other bacterial, fungal and viral infections etc. Panchagavya represents milk, urine, dung, ghee, and curd, which is also an ancient traditional medicine in India. There are many research's on Panchagavya as a single or with multiple herbs or combined with herbal drugs. This review is about the human usage of Panchagavya or 'Panchagavyachikitsa' or 'Cowpathy'. Panchagavya like milk and curd are rich in nutrition, amino acids, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and hormones. cow urine is recommended for a variety of diseases viz. allergies, cardiovascular diseases, renal disorders, rheumatoid arthritis etc. Similarly Cow dung has demonstrated that it can kill the malarial parasite and Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The anti-fungal activity can be observed against Corprophilous fungi . Smoke liberated on burning of cow dung causes eye irritation and tears, which can help vision enhancement. Ayurveda also supports the co-administration of ghee along with other remedial treatments. Ghee-based formulations, i.e., Ghrita, are developed for targeted delivery and enhanced bioavailability of hydrophobic botanicals. For example, Brahmi ghrita for cognitive function, Vasa ghrita for the respiratory problem. These products are known to cure several human diseases and enhance immune power and also good for animals, which provides rich nutrition and helps to boost the immune system. This paper shows the Scope of Panchagavya in Therapeutics and Pharmaceutics.

 Abstract

Social work is a broad and diverse field that encompasses a wide range of activities aimed at promoting social change, empowering individuals and communities, and enhancing the overall well-being of people in society. This abstract will focus on social work with reference to the specific context of India. In India, social work has a long and rich history, with its roots in the traditional practices of helping and caring for others that have existed in Indian society for centuries. Over the years, social work in India has evolved into a more formal profession, with a focus on addressing the social, economic, and other challenges faced by individuals and communities across the country. Social workers in India operate in a range of settings, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), hospitals, schools, and community organizations. They provide a range of services, including counselling, advocacy, community organization, and policy development, among others. Social work in India is driven by a commitment to social justice and equality, and social workers strive to promote the dignity and worth of all people, especially those who are marginalized or disadvantaged. They work to address issues such as poverty, discrimination, gender inequality, and social exclusion, and to promote greater access to resources and opportunities for all members of society. Despite the important role played by social workers in India, the profession faces numerous challenges, including limited resources, inadequate training and education, and a lack of recognition and support from the wider society. Nevertheless, social work continues to be an essential profession for promoting social welfare and addressing social problems in India, and it is an important vehicle for creating a more just and equitable society.

 Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate consumer attitudes and preferences towards local and international brand purchases against a background of factors like purchase intention, quality, brand love, brand coolness, social status and price. It was found that the quality of global brands was perceived to be generally higher and superior and symbolic to local brands. Most purchasers are also associated with greater accessibility of foreign brands in the Indian market. As companies become global, a thorough understanding of the attitudinal and behavioral characteristics of emerging consumer markets should be done because what is known about consumers in one part of the world and is not applicable to consumers in other parts of the world. A survey design was employed to collect data for this research. A total of 167 questionnaires were collected from young adults within the campus area of Lovely Professional University. However, for the purpose of this research, young adults will be defined as those aged between 18 and 33 because young adults in this age range are more likely the earning generation and tend to indulge in status seeking consumption of brands. To collect data, digital approach was adopted, and questionnaire was distributed to the people online via media platforms.

 Abstract

The development of irrigation and agriculture is a crucial factor in the economic growth of any state. The state government plays a significant role in ensuring the growth of this sector by implementing policies that support the expansion and sustainability of irrigation and agriculture. The state government is responsible for providing the necessary infrastructure, such as irrigation facilities, roads, and storage facilities, to enable farmers to access markets and transport their goods efficiently. The state government can also create policies that encourage private investment in agriculture and irrigation. For instance, tax incentives can be provided to companies that invest in irrigation and agriculture, and regulatory frameworks can be developed to protect small-scale farmers from exploitation by large corporations. In addition, the state government can also promote research and development in agriculture by collaborating with academic institutions and other stakeholders to come up with innovative and sustainable farming methods. This can lead to increased productivity, higher yields, and reduced environmental impact. Furthermore, the state government can ensure food security by implementing policies that ensure a steady supply of food at affordable prices. This can be done by promoting local production of food and investing in the development of markets that connect farmers with consumers.

 Abstract

This paper proposes a novel framework of reversible data hiding in encrypted JPEG bit stream. We first provide a JPEG encryption algorithm to encipher a JPEG image to a smaller size and keep the format compliant to JPEG decoders. After an image owner uploads the encrypted JPEG bit streams to cloud storage, the server embeds additional messages into the cipher text to construct a marked encrypted JPEG bit stream. During data hiding, we propose a combined embedding algorithm including two stages, the Huffman code mapping and the ordered histogram shifting. The embedding procedure is reversible. When an authorized user requires a downloading operation, the server extracts additional messages from the marked encrypted JPEG bit stream and recovers the original encrypted bit-stream losslessly. After downloading, the user obtains the original JPEG bit stream by a direct decryption. The proposed framework out-performs previous works on RDH-EI. First, since the tasks of data embedding/extraction and bit stream recovery are all accomplished by the server, the image owner and the authorized user are required to implement no extra operations except JPEG encryption or decryption. Second, the embedding payload is larger than state-of-the-art works.

 Abstract

After the legislature, executive, and judiciary, the media is widely regarded as the "fourth pillar of democracy." It is critical in raising awareness and changing people's perspectives in society. As a result, free and independent media is required to ensure democracy. Part 3 of India's Constitution does not expressly mention press freedom. However, the Supreme Court has ruled in several cases that the freedom of speech and expression guaranteed by Article 19(1)(a) of the Indian Constitution also includes freedom of the press. The primary goal of journalism has always been the same: to hold up a mirror to society, no matter how ugly the reflection is. With the advancement of technology and mobile applications, the publication of newspapers in almost every regional language, and the advent of the internet, news and information are now available to everyone through these various mediums. This enormous influence raises people's awareness of global events and keeps them up to date on current events. However, the role of the media is frequently criticized nowadays, particularly in the reporting of high-profile cases where the media attempts to sensationalize news and distort facts in order to capture people's attention and compete in the pitch. This undermines the media's actual purpose as a fourth estate and undermines its credibility. Under the guise of investigative journalism, the media occasionally goes beyond its purview and acts as judge and jury. This interferes with the functions of the court. As a result, the question arises, "Should the media stop reporting such cases that directly or indirectly interfere with court powers?" According to the literature on the subject, a trial by media is a dynamic process in which the parties are exposed to public opinion and condemned without being heard. This study examines the impact of such media trials, which are frequently reduced to a public spectacle, as described by analysing some infamous media trials. It aims to shed light on the environment of accused shaming created by the media, which mocks the tenets of there freedom as an institution. The primary goal of this research paper is to examine the role of the media in the Indian criminal justice system, both positive and negative.

 Abstract

Remote work is a form of location-based flexibility in which employees are permitted to do their duties outside of the office. In a 'hybrid' work arrangement, employees spend some time working from home and some time in an office or shared work space provided by their company. The majority of person and household variables were shown to have a weaker correlation with the end measures of productivity and job satisfaction than were organisational and work variables, according to the available research. This is important for businesses since processes and HR policies are much more effective at altering organisational and job-related characteristic variables than are individuals' work styles and personal situations. During the work-from-home trial phase brought on by the pandemic, it became clear that a large number of businesses have the resources to implement remote work permanently, and that employees strongly value the opportunity to do so. In contrast, it demonstrated how much we've missed our coworkers and how much we need to be back at the office after a year away.

 Abstract

Background of the study: The hospital environment can be frightening for children, leading to a lack of cooperation during medical procedures. Play therapy is an effective method of preparing children for nebulization. It will aid in reducing young children's anxiety about nebulization and other hospital procedures. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of play therapy on anxiety levels in children undergoing nebulization in selected hospitals in Panipat. Methodology: A quasi experimental post-test only control group design was used, with 60 samples (30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group) drawn from Rainbow and Magnus hospitals. Purposive sampling was used to select samples. The Modified Spence Children Anxiety Scale was used to assess anxiety levels in children. To test the hypothesis, the data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The independent 't' test was used to assess the effectiveness of play therapy on the level of anxiety in children undergoing nebulization, and the chi-square test was used to determine the relationship between the level of anxiety in children and their demographic variables. Results: The post-test mean and standard deviation anxiety score in the experimental group was 38.17 + 13.31, while the post-test mean and standard deviation anxiety score in the control group was 68.73 + 18.80. The average difference was 30.56. For the degree of freedom 58, the obtained independent 't' test score was 7.267. It was statistically significant at a 'p' value of less than 0.02. This demonstrates that play therapy was effective in reducing anxiety in children undergoing nebulization. Conclusion: The study's findings revealed that play therapy was highly effective in reducing anxiety levels among children undergoing nebulization in the experimental group. There was a significant relationship found between anxiety level and birth order, history of hospitalisation, and previous exposure to play therapy.

The system consists of an RFID reader, a microcontroller, a buzzer and an LCD display. The RFID reader is placed at the entrance of the bus, and each passenger is given an RFID tag to carry. When a passenger enters the bus, the RFID reader reads the tag and sends the information to the microcontroller. The microcontroller then checks if the passenger has boarded the correct bus, and if so, activates the buzzer to alert the passenger that they have boarded the correct bus. The microcontroller also displays the bus number and destination on the LCD display for the passenger's convenience. This study discusses bus indication for blind persons utilizing RFID for visually challenged people to make transportation easy without relying on others. The RFID reader is located 100 meters from the bus terminal. When the bus arrives at a certain bus station, the RFID Reader reads the RFID Tag that is affixed to the bus. If it is discovered and identified, it is Communicated to the blind individuals in the bus station as a voice command. Since each bus has a unique RFID tag to identify, and the blind persons were recognized by an IR sensor (Infrared Sensor), which is indicated by a red light.

 Abstract

Influencer marketing is a type of advertising that involves collaborating with powerful figures in a certain market or sector to promote the goods or services. In order to reach a larger audience and raise brand recognition, influencer marketing makes use of these people's personal and professional networks. By promoting the goods or services to their followers, who are inclined to trust and appreciate their viewpoint, the influencer serves as a reliable middleman. Recently, influencer marketing has gained popularity, particularly in the digital era when social media platforms have established a broad network of influencers with sizable fan bases. This study's main objective is to ascertain the general influence of influencer marketing on consumers' intentions to make purchases and to investigate the role of trust, credibility and authenticity in influencer marketing. Descriptive research methodology was employed for the study, and both primary and secondary data were consulted. 110 respondents made up the study's sample, and the tools used were chi-square test and one way ANOVA. It was discovered that influencer marketing could have a big impact on consumers' intents to make purchases, but it is essential that influencers are real, reliable, and create high-quality material.

 Abstract

Background of the study: Premature babies, or those born very early, sometimes have complex medical issues. Generally, complications associated with premature birth differ. The premature infant is more susceptible to problems. Depending on the level of care required, the infant may likely require a longer hospital stay in a hospital's specialised nursery unit. A preterm birth poses several difficulties for the mother; consequently, it is important to be aware of her efforts and understanding regarding premature infants. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of Video Assisted Teaching on preterm infants' home care management knowledge among mothers in selected Panipat hospitals." Aims and Objectives: The study's objective was to evaluate the efficiency of video-assisted instruction in managing preterm infants' at-home care. Methodology: The quantitative research approach was used for this study, and the research design chosen for the current study was a quasi-experimental design. The study's settings were Hospital and Rainbow Hospital. The current study included 60 preterm baby mothers as participants. Out of 60 samples, 30 mothers from Rainbow Hospital were chosen for the experimental group and 30 mothers from Magnus Hospital for the control group. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique that was convenient. A self-structured questionnaire about home care management of pre-term babies was used to collect data. A pilot study was carried out at Dr Prem Hospital in Panipat to assess the tool's and research methods' feasibility. Data was collected from 15.05.2022 to 15.06.2022. During data collection, 35 - 40 minutes were spent collecting data. For 30 minutes, a video-assisted teaching programme on preterm baby home care management was presented. All subjects in both groups were given a pre-test on day one and a post-test on day seven. Data collected were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The post - test mean and standard deviation self - esteem score in the experimental group was 24.43 + 2.22. At the time of the post-test, the mean and standard deviation scores in the control group were 6.67 + 2.52. The average difference was 17.86. For the degree of freedom 58, the obtained independent 't' test score was 20.429. It was statistically significant when the 'p' value was less than 0.001. Conclusion: The conclusion of the present study is that mothers have insufficient awareness of premature baby health. The mother's education, the child's birth order, the mother's age at childbirth, and her socioeconomic level are associated with her knowledge.
