Pharmacovigilance (PV) plays a key role in the healthcare system through assessment, monitoring and discovery of interactions amongst drugs and their effects in human. For safety of medication ADRs monitoring required for each medicine throughout its life cycle, during development of drug such as pre-marketing including early stages of drug design, clinical trials, and post-marketing surveillance. PV is concerns with the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of ADRs. PV analysis conducted in Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III clinical trials gives drug companies' data on the drug's safety profile. On the basis of different criteria such as commercial availability, selling of drug we select the ant diabetic drug from BCS classification (Biopharmaceutical Classification System) and identify that the Sitagliptin is medicine which is prescribed widely from this class by approaching pharmacy stores. And also monitor the ADR of selected sitagliptin medicine and prepared a ADR monitoring form. We visit the nearest hospital and take a patient interview for identification of unreported ADR.

Regulations are a common way for governments to exert control over the activities of individuals, businesses, and communities in order to promote the common good. Regulations can be for any area of society, such as environmental wellness, water or air quality, public health, or data privacy for internet safety. RI has the ability to play a significant role in assisting various stakeholders in better understanding existing regulations, their gaps and duplications, and recommending methods to strengthen them in order to streamline decision-making. Regulation Intelligence is the term we use to describe the difficulty of enabling improved comprehension of regulations. Also, Regulations are introduced as the well-being, safety, and other societal needs of citizens and enterprises. Governments also create programs aiming to improve awareness about and compliance with regulations. Goal models have been used in the past to conceptualize regulations and to measure compliance assessments. Regulations are a source of evolving requirements for products and organizations. Regulatory intelligence has gained significant importance with increasingly global considerations for product development, clinical trials, and submissions to ensure market access in key regions. The regulatory intelligence profession, tasked with providing strategic input to ensure regulatory compliance, evolved to fulfill the additional needs of various departments. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced governments worldwide to adopt remote work to ensure the continuity of their operations while maintaining public health guidelines. Remote work, however, requires robust and reliable information technology (IT) infrastructure, which many public sector organizations need to be equipped with. Cloud computing technologies provide an excellent solution for public sector remote work needs, as they offer flexibility, scalability, and security, allowing public sector organizations to operate more efficiently and effectively. This paper describes how cloud computing technologies can transform public sector remote work standards post COVID-19. It examines the key benefits of cloud computing, such as reduced IT costs, increased agility, and enhanced security, which make it an attractive option for public sector organizations looking to transform their remote work standards. The paper also discusses the potential challenges of cloud computing adoption and key benefits, such as data privacy concerns and the need for new IT skill sets, and proposes strategies for mitigating these challenges. The point of view will demonstrate cloud computing technologies can significantly transform public sector remote work standards post COVID-19. The paper also discloses that data privacy and security concerns, as well as the need for new IT skill sets, are the primary challenges of adopting cloud computing in the public sector. Finally, the paper concludes with recommendations for public sector organizations looking to adopt cloud computing technologies for remote work and a starting point for where to start if an organization has not yet adopted these technologies.

Lithium-ion batteries are widely used in various applications, and it's crucial to manage them effectively to ensure performance and safety. A battery management system (BMS) is necessary to accomplish this task. In electric vehicles, the BMS plays a critical role since the battery pack stores a significant amount of energy. The BMS monitors battery characteristics, estimates the state of charge (SoC) using different methods, and balances cells. To estimate SoC, Coulomb Counting, Extended Kalman Filters, and Unscented Kalman Filters are commonly used. The estimates from these algorithms are compared to ensure accurate SoC estimation. Overall, the BMS is a crucial component in ensuring dependable operation and prolonging battery performance.

Two crucial technological areas that are uniting the world are machine translation and natural language processing. The barrier to communication with others who speak a different language is removed via machine translation. Finding the word's native language and then translating it into the target language are the foundations of machine translation. If each letter in the word can be recognized, determining the language of the word may be simpler. We now arrive at "Character Recognition." This thesis focuses on evaluating the available techniques for handwritten character identification using deep learning and those techniques to recognize handwritten characters. The intriguing thing about machine learning is that the computers that are programmed to interpret, say, Chinese, can also be programmed to translate, say, Hindi or Telugu. This is a key characteristic that the thesis seeks to investigate because it is so potent. Beyond just detecting the characters, modern technology can also translate such characters between different languages. Depending on the character, the machine learning model created for this thesis can accurately identify the character or alphabets with a 70-90% rate of success. All data is saved and documented in datasets for further sharing and project usage. A large database of handwritten numbers is nee ded to train different methods for analyzing im ages.the MNIST database, which is frequently u sed. The database is commonly used for developing and evaluating machine learning algorithms. It was created by recombining samples from the initial runs.2017 saw the publication of EMNIST, an expanded dataset that is identical to MNIST and contains 240,000 training photos and 40,000 testing images of handwritten numbers and characters.

Person-to-person contact during the epidemic was very dangerous for the specialist, medical staff, and patient. In each area, specialists are often expected to be present in medical clinics and crisis centres. Therefore, it is impossible for me to attend every single one and to be available at every location at the desired time. A Virtual Doctor system that enables an expert to essentially roam about any clinic space and have spoken conversation with patients helps with this problem. Such robots are used in healthcare settings to ensure assistance and to reduce individual-to-individual interaction. This may be accomplished by reducing the danger that the pandemic poses to clinical staff members and many other individuals who hold operational positions within the company. For professionals, this method has a number of benefits, including: In activity theatres, doctors will walk around. Various rooms will be visited by specialists RF based robot control system. The professional will control the mechanism using an IOT-based board. The mechanism controller receives the management orders given online. The device's Wi-Fi controller controls it.

Mergers and Acquisitions have been used as an effective corporate restructuring and expansion tool in the business scenario worldwide. They are an effective tool in the hands of the management to achieve greater efficiency through synergies and growth opportunities. A merger is the process through which two separate firms combine their operations to become a single entity. In a merger, which is also known as a takeover, the existing shareholders of both companies that are involved continue to have an interest in the new corporation. On the other hand, in an acquisition, the company that is doing the acquiring purchases a sizeable portion of the stock of the company that is the target of the acquisition, regardless of whether or not the target company is willing to sell. A banking merger, on the other hand, is when two banks combine their resources to form a single institution. The purpose of this paper is to study about the recent trends and reasons of mergers and acquisitions (M & As) in India.

Cisplatin is a platinum chemotherapeutic used in a variety of malignancies. The antineoplastic activity occurs from DNA cross-links and adducts, in addition to the generation of superoxide radicals. Nephrotoxicity is the most well-known and potentially most clinically significant toxicity. Unfortunately, the mechanism for cisplatin nephrotoxicity has not been completely elucidated; however, many theories have been developed. Other toxicities include gastrointestinal, myelosuppression, ototoxicity and neurotoxicity. Saline diuresis is currently the most accepted way to prevent cisplatin nephrotoxicity. Research has focused on pharmaceuticals and enzyme/molecular alterations as alternatives to long-term diuresis. No agents have currently been identified that can protect from all toxicities.

The advantages of health information technology (IT) include facilitating communication between health care providers; improving medication safety, tracking, and reporting; and promoting quality of care through optimized access to and adherence to guidelines. Health IT systems permit the collection of data for use for quality management, outcome reporting, and public health disease surveillance and reporting. However, improvement is needed with all health IT, especially regarding design, implementation, and integration between platforms within the work environment. Robust interoperability is critical for safe care, but this goal has proved elusive. Significant patient safety concerns already have been recognized; it is important to keep patient safety and quality as the primary focus. Precision medicine (PM) is an emerging approach that appears with the impression of changing the existing paradigm of medical practice. Recent advances in technological innovations and genetics and the growing availability of health data have set a new pace of the research and impose a set of new requirements on the different stakeholders. Some studies are available that discuss about the different aspects of PM. Nevertheless, a holistic representation of those aspects deemed to confer with the technological perspective, in relation to the applications and challenges, have been mostly ignored. In this context, this paper surveys the advances in PM from the informatics viewpoint and reviews the enabling tools and techniques in a categorized manner. In addition, the study discusses how other technological paradigms, which include big data, artificial intelligence, and the internet of things, can be exploited to advance the potentials of PM. Furthermore, the paper provides some guidelines for future research for a seamless implementation and a wide-scale deployment of PM based on the identified open issues and the associated challenges. As a result, the paper proposes an integrated holistic framework for PM motivating informatics researchers to design their relevant research work in an appropriate context.

A research hotspot that extends cloud computing to the network's edge is edge computing. The ability to integrate the locator/identity separation protocol (LISP) into edge networks has been made viable by recent advancements in end device computation, storage, and network technology. As a result, we incorporate LISP into edge routers at the edge network in this study, concentrating especially on the delay problem of mapping resolution and cache updating in LISP with the aid of edge computing. We initially examine how the locator/identity separation network communicates before considering applying the prediction approach to support this research in order to address the delay problem. We propose and develop a Fixed Identity Mapping Prediction Algorithm (FIMPA) based on collaborative filtering in order to get good prediction results, and we further confirm the efficacy of the proposed algorithm by experiments on real-world data.
