Goods & Services Tax (GST) is one of Indias biggest tax reforms since independence. It will subsume virtually all indirect taxes levied by state and central government and make a significant impact across industries. The Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is likely to see a significant impact once the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill is passed as the companies set up warehouses across the states in a bid to have a more tax efficient system. Even from the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, the sheer efficiency of goods and services tax (GST), if the design is such that the credits do not stick to the business and are passed on in the value chain, there will be benefits even from an efficiency perspective for a FMCG industry. Retail is one of the major industries in India and also one of the largest in the world. The Indian retail industry is expected to reach 1.3 trillion USD bIn y 2020 at a compound annual growth rate of 16.7%. GST is, as usual, applicable to almost every retail supply, affecting the cost for the end consumers. Lets find out the details about the impact of GST on retailers.

Tectona grandis L a highly appeciated timber for centuries , Teak is indigeneous to the Indian Peninsula. Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) primers were designed to evaluate the level and pattern of genetic diversity in two populations of Wyanad Seed Production area. 12 RAPD primers yielded 90 amplification products with different sizes, of which 83 (91.20%) were polymorphic. A high species-level genetic diversity was detected with Neis (H = 0.2491) and Shannons diversity (I = 0.3009). In contrast, the population-level genetic diversity was relatively lower (PPB = 44.25%, H = 0.1336, I = 0.1851). Coefficient of populations differentiation (GST) was 0.5055, indicating that Intra-population and intra-population variation contributed 50.45% and 48.44% respectively to the total genetic variability. This corresponding ratio of variation was supported by AMOVA analysis, limited gene flow (Nm = 0.5122), habitat disintegration and geographical disconnection possibly capable for the population structure of that particular population. UPGMA cluster analysis classified the two populations into twogroups which signifies no notable relationship between the genetic similarity coefficient and geographic origin but showed distingished consociation with morpho-physiological characters. The results of the study provide species-level and population-level genetic profiles for further exploitation and conservation of genetic diversity of Wyanad SPA.

Yoga is very much concern today. Yoga is the science of life and the art of living. Yoga arose in the age of the Vedas and Upanishads. It is India's oldest scientific, perfect spiritual discipline. Yoga is a method of training the mind and developing its power of subtle perceptions so that man may discover for himself the spiritual truths on which religion, beliefs and moral values finally rest. The yogic activities provide immense help in assisting an individual to seek his all-round growth and development. Present world use to practice yoga for maintaining good health. Investigators, in this paper try to explore the role of yoga to maintaining good physical and mental health. Yoga in its original sense was devised as a method of spiritual awakening but of late it is being accepted as a science of health. Currently yoga is being taken as a therapeutically agent for health. It not only prevents and cures the disease but also helps in maintenance of positive health. Yoga lays great emphasis on strengthening inherent defensive mechanisms of human body and mind rather than attaching and eradicating individual offending factor. It develops immunity and resistance in human body and helps the body and mind in attaining homeostatic balance. The strengthening of defense mechanism and harmony between mind and body prevents onset of disease. The aim of yoga therefore is also the attainment of physical, mental, social and spiritual health.

Since the Primitive age, country like India, discrimination on the basis of caste, religion & gender remain active and found in every religion, one can not ignore it. Most dominantly, it works out by the Sawarn Hindus. Although, Government & even people are saying that now a days the un-touchability has been removed, there is no difference between a upper caste people and a lower caste man, yet it can be seen in every where in every filed like; at the time of birth of a child (in the sanskara time i.e. Naam karma sanskara), during the study time while studying in Schools, Colleges & even in the Universities, after study as Government servant in his offices & local temples of the nation. In this study, I would like to explain and discuss almost all the aspects of this discrimination with the argument that all the fake assertion of removing this ill practice of untouchability can be seen in every part of India at the time:

The slotted discs are important structural elements in engineering application. The turbine, brake disc and diaphragm clutch spring are the well-known examples of industrial application of annular disc with radial slots. Rotor discs with uniform radial slots are extensively used in the construction of aircraft, ships, automobiles, flywheels, circular saw plates, pressure vessel, missiles, ship structures and liquid containers. The knowledge of natural frequencies of components is of great interest in the study of response of structures to various excitations. Hence one of the application of rotor disc i.e. tile cutter with central hole fixed at inner edge and free at outer edge is chosen and its dynamic response is investigated in this present work. The natural frequencies are detected by hitting the disc with impact hammer; the response at a point is measured with the help of accelerometer. The Fast Fourier Transform analyzer analyzes the response given by accelerometer. The Finite Element Method software package (ANSYS) is used for vibration analysis of tile cutter of the same ratio of inner to outer radius having different number of teeth and different slot end hole diameter with the same boundary condition for determining different parameters such as natural frequency and mode shapes. The analytical and experimental results obtained are compared.

Children constitute 39% of the population of India which is quite a major bulk and there is a lot of aspiration and hope to make this country a developed one in coming future. They are our future human resources and therefore getting them ready to face the challenges ahead is one of the visions of the country as a whole. The present study focuses on ensuring each child his/her rights to use the maximum potentialities to thrive. As per the mandate of United Nations Convention of Rights of the Child (UNCRC), the identification of the child rights is required. Then only the visibility of violation of child rights in families will be clear. Parents being the first custodian of the child and family play an important role in understanding child rights and promote to practice child friendly rearing style. The objectives of this current research are to internalize and sensitize the child rights congregated with rights based counseling approach in enhancing the childs strengths. In this light, the case study of a girl child is discussed. Parental involvement in maintaining child rights and the implication of rights based counseling approach brought positive changes and improved self-esteem, confidence, positivity, self acceptance, self respect and resilience in the child. Child rights being part of human rights need to be understood and to be exercised by each child irrespective of class, caste, race, religion, region etc .and genuine care and commitment are solicited from both micro and macro levels to function for the best interest of the children.

The highly competitive globalized environment results in increase in job pressure which lead to distract work-life balance among employees in corporate world. Retention, salary and job satisfaction are not only the reasons for employee to leave a company. Apart from that there is consequent intention in leaving the organization was employees struggle between their work and life. Work-life balance is the relationship between time and space of work & non-work in societies where income is predominantly generated and distributed through labour markets. Nowadays many of the organization started realizing it and the employers were providing work life assistance programs to enrich them further. The main purpose of this research is to study how employees manage their corporate and social lives including family. Work-life balance, in its broadest sense, is defined as a satisfactory level of involvement or fit between the multiple roles in a persons life (Hudson, 2005). In this study the paper reviews the work life balance policies impact towards employees work life balance, their performance and productivity as well as job satisfaction. This study try to bring out some of the salient features of the smoking patterns in India with the help of multinomial logistic regression model. The study showed that there is a positive association between smoking and age. Another factor that influences the smoking habit is the average number of years spent in school, as the study showed that the chance of being heavy smoker or light smoker decreases as the average number of years spent in school increases. One of the important implications of this result was that, educating people about dangers of smoking can have significant positive impact on, people convert from smoking to not smoking at all. Study also established few interesting association between smoking habits and the employment status.

The leading function initiates action and it is from here actual work starts. There are three elements in leading namely, motivation, leadership and communication. The Government of Mizoram through its industrial policies identified agro-based industries, handloom and handicraft industries, sericulture industries, electronic industries, village and cottage industries and selected consumer industries as priority industries to be developed in the State. Consistent with this, the Government of Mizoram set up five Public Sector Undertakings(PSU). However, these PSUs have failed to achieve the objectives for which they have been incorporated. The PSUs suffer from poor managerial efficiency which has an adverse impact on the financial and operational performance. This article looks into the leading function of the PSUs to identify the problems that ails its effective application.

In this digital era, a lot of information is conveyed through emails. The email service provider applications show the users their email data but do not process it further for more convenience of the users. Automatic event generation and detailed email classification are absent in the conventional email applications. In this paper, an approach for the classification of mails, summarization and automatic event extraction through emails is discussed. The emails are classified into multiple classes using Machine Learning and not only in spam and ham. Rule-based extraction is used for summarization. The date, time, subject and venue of the event present is extracted through emails using text mining. The application is evaluated over many emails and is providing satisfactory results.

Due to a limited number of offshore financial centres and the volume of transactions, offshore banking is a pervasive activity. Offshore banking has a wide impact on the financial system surveillance. The offshore banks are more vulnerable to solvency and foreign exchange risk then onshore banks due to the favourable regulatory frameworks in OFC. The regulatory framework for the onshore could be transmitted to the offshore banks in order to ensure the soundness of the same. Emerging economies which are more vulnerable to a reversal in capital flows, spontaneous accumulation of short-term external debt, and has exposure to currency fluctuations and selective capital account liberalization becomes a qualitative issue for offshore banking in these areas.A combined and focused effort is necessary to assist the emerging economies, to avoid financial crisis by disseminating internationally accepted regulatory standards which shall be adequate and appropriate for optional banking the standards will act supplementary to Basil Committees Core Principle and shall include the Basels Committees Minimum Standards along with their other related initiatives of the International Supervisory Community. Third, the Funds work on promoting good governance also takes a negative blood owing to these offshore banking. It is an obvious fact that offshore banking are not as transparent as normal cross-border transactions for the reasons such as of complex ownership structure and relationships among The jurisdictions that are involved in the transaction. This paper intends to throw some light on offshore banking with regards to the aforementioned considerations. The focus of this paper shall be offshore banking as it constitutes the major portion of offshore activities, keeping in mind that nonbanks, corporations etc also play a vital role in offshore markets.

The handicraft industry remained an important key in the economic development of J&K UT. Being environment friendly, these activities are best suited to the UT as they are more labour intensive and less capital intensive in nature, therefore having scope for employment generation at a large scale. Handmade products are exported all over India and other parts of the world. Kashmiri handicrafts eliminated financial crises among those people who are affected with the physical disabilities. After handicrafts gained foreign exposure with positive feedback, many youth made this, their profession. Kashmiri Handicrafts is the second largest and preferable industry after fruit in Kashmir Valley, and have earned worldwide fame for their attractive designs, functional utility and high quality craftsmanship. In absence of other manufacturing industries in the state, handicrafts remained a key economic activity from time immemorial. The present study focuses on employment and production of handicrafts in the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir state now a Union territory.

Expressions and manifestations of human neurodiversity tend to hold the key to manifold opportunities and challenges when translated into a special need or diversity. When on one hand, disability is subjected to denigration, social exclusion, stereotyped understanding and despise; on the other hand disability is also manifested in the form of different and unique expressions of boundless abilities. Specifically, evidential literature around the Globe have reflected the unflinching creative abilities of the children with special needs. The present study was undertaken to cross-cut through the existing challenges in teaching-learning environments pertaining to the Right to Creative Expression and addressing Neurodiversity among children with special needs; to curtail stereotypes of inability among the children and to foster a positive classroom environment with optimal grounds for expression of their latent talents, inclusivity and strengthening of Child Rights as a whole. The study variables included ability enrichment, metacognition and inclusive classroom ergonomics in a 2X2 quasi experimental single subject research design methodology. Results of the present intervention study indicated a positive and significant difference among the research variables at .05 and .01levels of significance. This further indicated that fostering neurodiversity and talents among children with special needs in teaching-learning environments enhance as well as enrich their Right to Creative Expression and Neurocognitive Learning abilities. The study also paved the way for cross-cutting through the existent stereotypes related to disability and Disablism among children with Special Needs. Both quantitative and qualitative results were suggestive of creating an enriching teaching-learning environment for children with special needs, in a synchronization with their Child Rights and neurodiversity-based cognitive disposition.
