 Abstract

Gamification, is the transformative movement into education that introduces features from game design like rewards, challenges, and feedback, to make learning even better. All these- the engagement, interest, and knowledge retention of the student- are deeply influenced in cases where game-based digital platforms have been applied. Interactive tools and strategies, through gamification, transform traditional learning methods into dynamic and participatory experiences, making education more appealing and impactful for diverse learners. The study analyses whether the gamified learning tools have positive effects on active learning, academic results, and holding the interest of the learners in the long term. Critical elements like leaderboards, badges, storytelling and real-time feedback will be compared to determine if they may really motivate learners and lead to understanding of subject matters more intensely. This paper provides analysis of the possible benefits or challenges that may be connected with gamification in any learning environment by making research into the depth. These findings would find it most useful for researchers, particularly those seeking inputs to make their curriculum designing more effective, policymakers striving to back new and emerging methods of teaching, as well as developers working upon leading edge educational technologies. The research brings the fusion of technology and pedagogy to the forefront underlines that gamification offers great promise in transforming a more interactive, personalized, as well as effective experience from the standpoint of learning as age in digital.

 Abstract

Ensuring clean and safe water is vital for human health, environmental balance, and sustainable development. Increasing pollution caused by urbanization, industrial discharge, and agricultural runoff has made water quality monitoring a critical challenge. Traditional assessment techniques rely on manual sampling and laboratory testing, which are often time-consuming, expensive, and unsuitable for continuous monitoring. To address these limitations, this study presents a machine learning-based approach for water quality prediction and classification using physicochemical parameters. The proposed framework utilizes key indicators such as pH, turbidity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity, and total dissolved solids to evaluate water conditions. Data pre-processing and feature analysis are applied to enhance model reliability, followed by the implementation of supervised learning algorithms for prediction and classification of water samples into safe and unsafe categories. Experimental results demonstrate that the machine learning models achieve accurate and consistent performance, proving their effectiveness over conventional methods. The study highlights the potential of intelligent data-driven systems for real-time water quality monitoring, early pollution detection, and sustainable water resource management.

 Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has revolutionized conventional work into a digitalised one and reshaped the ways in which employees and their workflow are managed by organizations. Flexible working, remote or hybrid models, technology-enabled supervision, AI-based people tools and outcome-based performance management all established themselves as key contributors to organisational efficiency in the modern workplace. Simultaneously, work-life balance has become a key concern because of long hours in front of the screen, blurred lines between working life and personal life and higher work demands. The article explores the contribution of creative management practices to overcoming work-life balance in the digital workplace. The contribution of the study is to explore how empowerment, autonomy and technology-based managerial control affect employees work-family balance. The paper draws on a critical review of existing research, organizational reports and evidence-based literature in relation to digital work culture and employee well-being. The research suggests that companies who embrace employee-led, flexible management are happier at work and less stressed than their counterparts. But it also shines a light on fairness of digital tool usage when it comes to burnout and work saturation. The study highlights that the evolving digital workplace stresses on well-crafted creative management practices to ensure sustainable work-life balance.

 Abstract

Efficient allocation and utilization of healthcare resources--beds, staff, operating rooms, and medical equipment -- is critical to hospital performance, patient outcomes, and operational cost. Traditional (non-AI) resource management relies on rule-based scheduling, human planning, and queuing heuristics; these methods are robust and interpretable but can struggle with uncertainty, dynamic demand, and scale. Artificial intelligence (AI) approaches--especially predictive analytics and optimization augmented by machine learning--promise improved forecasting, dynamic allocation, and prescriptive recommendations. This paper presents a comparative analysis of healthcare resource management systems with and without AI. We define evaluation metrics (accuracy of demand forecasting, utilization efficiency, waiting-time reduction, robustness to uncertainty, and implementation cost/complexity), synthesize findings from recent literature, and summarize benefits, limitations, and adoption barriers. Our analysis shows AI-enabled systems consistently improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency but introduce challenges in integration, data quality, transparency, and clinician trust. We conclude with recommendations for hybrid adoption strategies and directions for future research. (PMC).

 Abstract

This article examines prior studies on job stress and job satisfaction in the pharmaceutical industry as well as other key industry sectors. The review investigates the impact of stress and satisfaction on employee performance, turnover intention, and organizational outcomes, using secondary data from journals and research articles. Research findings consistently show a significant inverse relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. In the pharmaceutical sector, particularly among medical representatives, stress is generated by factors such as sales targets, role ambiguity, long working hours, and performance pressure. Conversely, satisfaction is shaped by compensation, organizational support, and work-life balance. The review pinpoints essential deficiencies, such as dependence on cross-sectional designs, a scarcity of integrated models, and studies with limited geographical scopes. It wraps up by stressing the necessity of thorough, sector-specific studies to gain a deeper insight into stress-satisfaction dynamics and enhance employee well-being and retention

 Abstract

Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is a digital form of sovereign money issued by a central bank to serve as legal tender alongside cash. CBDCs are viewed in many emerging and developing economies as a way to expand financial inclusion by lowering transaction costs, easing access to digital payments, and providing a safe, public alternative to cash and privately issued e-money. India has introduced retail and wholesale pilots of the digital rupee (eINR), guided by a detailed concept note and phased testing strategy by the Reserve Bank of India. This review paper examines how CBDC could support financial inclusion in emerging markets, with an emphasis on India. It synthesises international evidence and Indian studies on possible inclusion channels--such as offline use, simplified wallets, and better targeting of government transfers--as well as key risks related to digital divide, literacy, privacy, cybersecurity, and bank funding. It is concluded that CBDC can be a useful complementary tool for inclusion if it is carefully designed, integrated with wider digital public infrastructure, and supported by strong consumer protection and education measures.

 Abstract

Online retail is not what it was used to be. Earlier when store owners would guess what customers wanted and hope for the best sale? Now every click, every abandoned cart (Aaker, 1997), every return is telling retailers exactly what to do strategies next (Aggarwal & Kumar, 2024). This paper looks at how Indian online clothing stores like Amazon, Ajio, Tata cliq, flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa fashion turned piles of online shopping data into completely data curated ways of doing business. Traditionally it was simple counting how many shirts traditional weekly and monthly then according to that inventory will maintain (Desai & Patel, 2023). Now they're predicting according the browsing pattern, buying history, which age group will want linen kurtas before Diwali, suggesting exact products to email specific customers, through recommendation and even designing data driven clothes based on what people keep returning (Gupta & Singh, 2025). Companies went from wasting 35% of their marketing budget on bad guesses to hitting 85% accuracy on who will actually buy what they promote (Kumar & Sharma, 2024).. Through study we have found three big changes currently happening right now in the market. First, online stores stopped thinking the traditional method of selling everyone the same thing and started treating every customer like they have their own shopping personality. Second the inventory which used to sit around for months now moves in days, cutting traditional stock by 42% and excess inventory by 30% (Sharma & Jain, 2023). Third the prices of the products now change by the hour based on whose shopping and what similar items are doing (Singh & Gupta, 2024). In this research we had gone through the six major Indian shopping sites and tracked their journey from basic spread sheets to data command centres. What surprised the most was how fast this happened. Companies that took years to upgrade in the 2010s now rebuild their entire data systems in 6-9 months using cloud tools, AI recommendation & digital marketing. The gap between the sites who were following the traditional method to data curated era of data revolution is huge, data-savvy stores keep 22% more customers, make 18% better profits, and react to trends 3X faster. For managers, this is not only about the numbers but the data is literally rewriting their business criteria. Data savvy leaders now ask, "What should we make that our data says customers want but nobody's selling in the market?" instead of "How many T-shirts can we push?" This shift requires insight based skills like understanding analytics, getting marketing and inventory teams to jointly do the planning and making big decisions based on last week's shopping patterns instead of last quarter's sales reports. The paper lays out a practical roadmap based on what actually worked. Five things separate the stores printing money from those struggling are seeing every customer as one person across all touch points, real-time dashboards which everyone can understand, inventory predictions that actually work, marketing that feels personal but scales high, and designing products based on returns data instead of designer instincts. What really caught the attention was how the smaller regional players often beat the big sharks of the market. They focused on their specific customers instead of trying to be everything to everyone and their data strategies paid off faster. In a market growing 25% every year, knowing exactly what your customers want rather than how you win.

 Abstract

This research paper investigates the effectiveness of instructional strategies within hybrid learning classrooms in the post-pandemic higher education landscape (2020-2025). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the impact of various hybrid modalities--including the Flipped Classroom, HyFlex, and the Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework--on academic performance, student engagement, and institutional sustainability. The methodology employs a systematic synthesis of multi-national meta-analyses and quasi-experimental data, specifically analyzing standardized mean differences (SMD) and path coefficients across diverse academic disciplines. Key findings reveal that hybrid models significantly enhance academic performance, with theoretical and skill-based scores exhibiting moderate to high effect sizes, particularly in the sciences (ES=2.099). However, a critical "digital training gap" was identified, where only 24% of educators report receiving effective training on the technological resources available to them. The study concludes that the success of hybrid learning depends on the intentional design of social and teaching presences that foster active, collaborative inquiry rather than mere technological substitution. Recommendations for future institutional policy emphasize data-driven faculty upskilling and the adoption of student-centered, flexible participation models to ensure long-term pedagogical resilience and equitable learning outcomes.

 Abstract

This study examines the role of Industry 5.0 technologies in strengthening marketing strategies for Dhokra Bastar art, a traditional lost-wax metal casting craft practiced by tribal artisans in Chhattisgarh, India. Despite its cultural significance, the sector continues to face challenges such as fragmented markets, dependence on intermediaries, limited branding, and weak digital outreach, which restrict sustainable value creation. To address these challenges, the study develops a conceptual framework integrating human-centric Industry 5.0 technologies with marketing effectiveness, circular economy practices, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. Using dummy empirical analysis and regression techniques, the study demonstrates statistically significant relationships among Industry 5.0 adoption, marketing effectiveness, circular economy practices, and ESG outcomes. The findings indicate that Industry 5.0-enabled marketing strategies enhance transparency, market access, and sustainable value capture while emphasizing ethical safeguards such as informed consent, fair benefit-sharing, and data protection. The study contributes to the literature on sustainable marketing, indigenous entrepreneurship, and technology-enabled inclusive development.

 Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly evolved over the past two decades, driven primarily by advancements in machine learning. Today, leading organizations increasingly rely on AI to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and gain a competitive advantage. AI enables machines to perform complex cognitive tasks traditionally associated with human intelligence, such as reasoning, learning, and decision-making. Large corporations now integrate AI across various functions, including human resources (HR), where it streamlines processes, improves employee experience, and adds strategic value. Although surveys (e.g., McKinsey Global Survey) show that many companies are experimenting with AI, genuine widespread adoption remains around 30%. This descriptive study explores the expanding role of AI in modern HR practices, highlighting how machine learning tools help organizations work smarter, faster, and more accurately.

 Abstract

Passenger aviation has emerged as a significant force in transforming regional economies by improving accessibility, accelerating tourism movement, and opening new avenues for entrepreneurial activity. In developing regions, the interconnection between aviation, tourism, and hospitality has become increasingly important for fostering innovation-driven growth. This study investigates the contribution of passenger airlines to tourism expansion, hospitality sector development, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the Jalgaon region of Maharashtra, a Tier-III destination with growing economic and tourism prospects. The paper examines how enhanced air connectivity influences travel demand, visitor inflow, accommodation utilisation, and the growth of hospitality-related businesses such as hotels, eateries, travel services, and support enterprises. It further evaluates the role of passenger aviation in encouraging local entrepreneurship by enabling market access, stimulating service innovation, and strengthening linkages within the regional tourism ecosystem. The study also considers the impact of regional airport operations on destination branding and business confidence. A descriptive and analytical research approach is adopted, combining primary data collected through surveys and structured interactions with hospitality entrepreneurs, tourism stakeholders, and aviation professionals, along with secondary data sourced from official aviation and tourism publications. The findings reveal a strong association between passenger aviation development and increased tourism activity, which in turn supports the expansion and diversification of hospitality enterprises in the region. Improved connectivity has facilitated higher tourist arrivals, enhanced service quality, and the emergence of innovative small-scale ventures. The study concludes that passenger aviation functions as a strategic enabler rather than merely a mode of transport, playing a vital role in promoting tourism-led entrepreneurship and innovation within the hospitality sector of regional economies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers and planners seeking integrated approaches to sustainable regional tourism and enterprise development.

 Abstract

In the current dynamic and competitive economic climate, Maharashtra's manufacturing companies are under growing pressure to improve employee performance and operational effectiveness. Accurate insights for strategic decision-making and staff development have proven to be limited by traditional performance appraisal systems, which are frequently subjective and time-consuming. This study investigates the potential of Human Resource (HR) Analytics as a game-changing instrument for improving performance evaluation procedures in Maharashtra's manufacturing industry. In order to more objectively assess employee performance, spot productivity trends, and match personal aspirations with corporate goals, HR Analytics uses data-driven methodologies to combine quantitative measurements and qualitative insights. This study looks at how using HR analytics improves appraisal systems' dependability, equity, and transparency while lowering bias and fostering on going performance improvement. The study highlights important analytical measures, technical enablers, and implementation problems using a mixed-methods approach that includes surveys with HR professionals, interviews with plant managers, and case analysis of particular manufacturing units. Results show that HR analytics enhances strategic workforce planning, increases employee engagement, and supports operational excellence in addition to increasing the accuracy of performance reviews. The report ends with useful suggestions for manufacturing companies looking to include HR Analytics into their performance management systems, stressing the significance of data infrastructure, analytics proficiency, and leadership dedication

 Abstract

Digital finance has revolutionized financial services through innovations such as mobile banking, digital payments, fintech platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and digital lending. These technologies enhance financial inclusion, reduce transaction costs, and improve service efficiency. However, the rapid expansion of digital finance has also introduced new and complex risks, including cybersecurity threats, fraud, data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, regulatory challenges, and systemic financial instability. This research paper examines the relationship between digital finance and risk management, identifies major risk categories, and evaluates modern risk management strategies used by financial institutions and regulators. A conceptual and secondary-data-based methodology is adopted using existing research papers, reports, and regulatory frameworks. Findings suggest that while digital finance improves accessibility and operational efficiency, it increases exposure to operational and technological risks. The study recommends integrated digital risk governance, stronger cybersecurity frameworks, AI-driven fraud monitoring, and robust regulatory coordination to ensure secure and sustainable digital financial ecosystems.
