In Southeast Asia, Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) has recently been portrayed as a serious menace to cattle. The early, observable clinical indications of this deadly illness are lump-like nodules in the skin and mucous membranes, along with fever and swollen lymph nodes. It is frequently an arthropod-borne infectious disease, and as a result, it spreads non-vector through bodily discharge and infected formice. Reduced milk production and quality, udder infections, thinness, poor-quality hides, loss of draught power, abortion, infertility, restrictions on meat consumption, increased morbidity, etc. all contribute to a severe socioeconomic collapse. Any age and gender of animal is prone to the illness. The frequency and immune condition of the animals affect the morbidity rate.

Coalition Politics is a reflex of continuous and living interaction between a political party's natural and hence ultimate quest to come to power by itself, the expedient and perhaps essentially transitional interparty collaboration to capture reins of power. Coalitions are formed mainly by two participants. However, there may exist more than two participants in a coalition. India, the largest democracy of the world has witnessed the formation of coalition ministry in the states as well as in the centre. During the first three quarters of 20th century, coalitional politics in Odisha bears the records of several events of kaleidoscopic changes and is marked with the activities of various leading personalities which required an analytical study for proper assessment. The present paper attempts to explore the background of the formation of second coalition ministry (1967-1971) in Odisha after the independence and its achievements. This paper also briefly highlights the pre-poll alliance of Swatantra Party and Jana Congress Party and role of two prominent leaders of the coalition, Rajendra Narayan Singh Deo and Harekrushna Mahatab respectively. The reason behinds the fall of this coalition ministry are also touched.

There may not be a dearth of laws protecting women in India. For their own protection and advancement, our Constitution grants women special protections. In addition, the IPC, CrPC, and Evidence Act all have active provisions concerning women's protection. The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act of 2005, the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act of 1956, the Dowry Prohibition Act of 1961, the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act of 1986, and the Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION, and REDRESSA) Act of 1997 are just a few of the laws we have in place to ensure that women's rights are effectively enforced. Humans are awarded rights by society not only because they are citizens of a state, but also because they are human; nonetheless, women's rights are frequently violated not just in the political sphere, but also in daily life, in the family, in households, and in the public sphere. Through the ages, women have always been a part of literature. Unfortunately, they have frequently been portrayed as weaker, inferior, unable to subsist on their own and unable to do In India, however, these objectives are far from being accomplished. In truth, women in India are frequently denied their fundamental right to dignity, let alone gender equality. As a result of India's patriarchal society in which men are always viewed as superior to their female counterparts, the condition of Indian women is inferior to that of men. In every aspect of life, they have faced prejudice, unfairness, and dishonour due to their gender. Despite the fact that the Indian Constitution provides some special provisions for women's empowerment and overall development, the condition of women in India is quite miserable due to the fact that the vast majority of Indian women are unaware of their rights; consequently, they face discrimination, harassment, and various forms of exploitation. The legislature and policymakers of India have enacted numerous laws, rules, and regulations protecting the rights of women, but they are ineffective because they are limited to 'Act' rather than 'Action'; this is the reason why Indian women are mistreated and subjected to physical and psychological harassment. Regardless, the purpose of this study is to examine the significance of women's rights in India in relation to the Human Rights applicable to women. Linear equations are fundamental in mathematics and have applications in various fields, including physics, engineering, and finance. In this paper, we present a novel algorithm to solve linear equations using only integer numbers, which is both efficient and accurate. Our algorithm is based on the Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT), which provides a way to solve a system of linear congruences with coprime moduli. We use CRT to find a unique solution to a system of linear equations with integer coefficients. Traditional methods for solving linear equations involve using matrix algebra, which involves real numbers and can be computationally expensive. In recent years, there has been growing interest in developing algorithms that use only integer numbers to solve linear equations. Our algorithm is one such method, which has the potential to be faster and more accurate than traditional methods. To use our algorithm, we first express the system of equations as a set of linear congruences, where each congruence has an integer coefficient. We then use CRT to find a unique solution to the system of congruences, which provides a solution to the original system of equations. Our algorithm is particularly useful for solving systems of linear equations with large coefficients, as it avoids the computational complexity associated with real numbers. Our algorithm has potential applications in various fields, including physics, engineering, and finance, where solving large systems of equations with integer coefficients is common. Future work includes further research on the efficiency of our algorithm and its potential for optimization.

According to a new WHO report, cardiac problems are becoming more prevalent. Due to this, 17.9 million individuals pass away annually. It becomes more challenging to diagnose and begin treatment at an early stage as the population grows. Heart is an important organ of all the organisms. The diagnosis and prognosis of heart-related diseases require greater accuracy, perfection, and correctness because even a minor error can result in exhaustion or even death. Deaths due to cardiac diseases are common, and the numbers of these deaths are increasing day by day. In this study, we use the Irvine repositories dataset for training and testing to assess the efficacy of machine learning techniques for predicting heart disease; KNN, SVM and other related supervised algorithms have been employed. The accuracy of the algorithms have been verified and finalized to develop a predictive system. As a decision support system, this predictive model can therefore be used by medical professionals as analytical, diagnostic and prognostic tool in cardio-pathology domain.

Speech and text is the main medium for human communication. A person needs vision to access the information in a text. However, those who have poor vision can gather information from voice. This project has been built by using Node MCU microcontroller. It is controlling the peripherals like Camera and headset which act as an interface between the system and the user. Optical Character Recognitions (OCR) is implemented in this project to recognize characters which are then read out by the system through a headset. The camera is mounted on spectacles/head device; it captures a full view of the paper into the system. it is ensured that there are good lighting conditions. The content on the paper should be written in English and be of good font size. When all these conditions are met the system takes the photo, processes it and if it recognizes the content written on the paper it will announce on the Bluetooth headset speaker that the content on the paper has been successfully processed. After this it speaks out the content that was converted in to text format in the system from processing the image of the paper. In this proposed system, PC Based Reader for Blind helps a blind person to read a paper without the help of any human reader. It also achieves sound bite hearing system for both blind and deaf peoples, we will hear using vibrator when we bite it. It uses the Optical character recognition technology for the identification of the printed characters using image sensing devices and computer programming. It converts images of typed or printed text into machine encoded text. In this research these images are converted into the audio output (Speech) through the use of OCR and Text-to-speech synthesis. The conversion of printed document into text files is done using PC which again uses PyTesseract library and Python programming. The text files are processed & convert into the audio output (Speech) using GOOGLE Text-to-speech (gTTS) & python programming language and audio output is achieved. For visually and hearing impaired person, they can hear sound by using soundbite hearing system using vibrator. Object information using a deep learning object recognition technique. Object recognition algorithms are designed based on the You Only Look Once architecture, an object recognition deep learning model, to detect objects using a camera. In this dissertation, system analyzes accurate object information and obtain a location using a deep learning object recognition technique.

The term "surrogacy" refers to situations when couples who are unable to conceive a child rely on some other woman to bear their kid. The practice of surrogacy was first made public in 1980. and was made legal in India in 2002. Yet as the year went on, the GOI became aware of several shortcomings and abuses in commercialized surgery. In response, the ICMR put up several measures to stop surrogacy abuse. Many changes were made to the law throughout the years. The Government of India outlawed the practice of commercial surgery in the year 2015 and also prohibited Non-Resident Indians from engaging. India was named the "Global Capital of Surrogacy" and was referred to as the "Cradle of the World" in 2012. The famous case of Baby Manjhi Yamda vs. Union of India, in which travel permits for a child born to Japanese parents via an Indian surrogate mother was at issue, exposed various weaknesses in the surrogate bill and eventually led to the creation of several rules under the act. The most recent Surrogacy Regulation Act's main points have been facts like the revision of the definition of infertility, the outlawing of commercial surrogacy, the definition of the post-delivery period of 36 months during which the couple was required to take care of any medical complications resulting from the surrogate mother's pregnancy. India nevertheless has a long road ahead toward achieving its goal of reducing the prevalence of unlawful acts and the inappropriate use of surrogacy, despite the entire Act's modifications.

The dairy industry contains a large number of organic components. So that it is necessary to ensure the required treatment before release into the environment. Treatment is usually divided into aerobic and anaerobic. Due to rapid industrial growth, the world economy is improving with rapid growth, but it also has an impact in terms of environmental pollution. A large concentration of pollutants in terms of quantity and quality of liquid, solid and gaseous pollutants show harmful effects on flora and fauna as well as on many areas of the environment. An industrial wastewater treatment plant installed to meet regulatory standards governed by the Pollution Control Board. Every industry has a wastewater treatment plant that helps reduce the pollution level of wastewater discharged into the environment from industrial sites. According to the pollution board standards, the industry has to comply with the standards of discharge of waste water from land and streams. For effective treatment, industry should study wastewater characterization, treatability aspects and planning of suitable units. In this study, an effort was made to evaluate one of the ETPs provided for the treatment of wastewater produced by the dairy industry. The study was limited to evaluating the performance of an ETP plant in the dairy industry. In this research, it is briefly discussed what are the units involved in the dairy industry, what are the processes involved in it; the work done in these processes; from which processes we can get waste water and what are the sources of waste water in these units and the effect of this waste water on the environment. These industries discharge wastewater characterized by high chemical oxygen demand, biological oxygen demand, nutrients, and organic and inorganic content. Such effluents, if discharged without proper treatment, seriously pollute the receiving water bodies and disrupt the entire ecosystem. Moreover, the Government of India has put in place very strict rules and regulations for the discharge of sewage to protect the environment.

Cystinuria is a main hereditary aminoaciduria brought on by mutations in the genes encoding the two components of the amino acid transport system b0,+ (neutral and basic amino acid transport protein rBAT and b(0,+)-type amino acid transporter). This autosomal recessive condition prevents the proximal tubule from reabsorbing filtered cystine and dibasic amino acids. Few cases of this disorder demonstrate dominant inheritance. The loss of poorly soluble cystine, which precipitates to form stones, is what causes the disease's clinical symptoms. While cystinuria is uncommon, its frequency is high enough for the condition to significantly contribute to juvenile renal lithiasis, despite its rarity. A new classification of cystinuria and the awareness that certain cases result in stones have been made possible by a detailed understanding of cystine transport mechanisms during the past 15 years and the genetic defects responsible for the condition. While cystinuria is uncommon, its frequency is highenough for the condition to significantly contribute to juvenile renal lithiasis, despite its rarity.
