The paper outlines a project involving new smart glasses that help the mobility of the wearer and provide access to it by detecting obstacles in real-time and changing the text to the speech. The glasses rely on computer vision and natural language processing to project voice and visual prompts that the user may hear and read around the environment. For obstacle detection, the system employs sensor technology to locate barriers ahead before they can become hazards to the user. Sensor data is examined by deep learning technologies and the objects are classified as well as distance is predicted thus generating warning signals in time for imminent dangers. Individuals who normally have problems seeing or who are in situations where they have to cope with unknown settings can specifically benefit from that operation. Apart from that, inclination to the glasses is a TTS module is provided. The optical character recognition technology recognizes the visible characters using a video camera on board and then extracts positions of the information from the information using algorithms. The resulting text will be subject to the TTS system, processed, and outplayed by the audio speaker, which is provided in the glasses. UI Taggers provide this opportunity for blind users to access text-based content by listening to the text via voice assistance or braille readers. Hence, the Internet becomes more accessible to blind users, and the world has no boundaries. The paper presents an idea and describes how the smart goggles will be designed and implemented including the hardware choices, software development, and algorithm optimization. The demonstration of the successfulness of both target detection on the obstacle and the obstacle first is presented on the results page of the evaluation. Thereafter, this paper ends by pointing out prospects and further lines of research that can be done for this technology in different fields, such as assistive technology, augmented reality, and information access.

This research delves into the nuanced interrelationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Sexual Consent (SC) within the context of intimate partnerships. The primary aim was to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence on the negotiation and comprehension of sexual consent among romantic partners. A sample of 132 participants, comprising 66 females and 66 males, ranging in age from 18 to 65 and engaged in romantic relationships, contributed data through structured questionnaires: the Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT) and the Sexual Consent Scale, Revised (SCS-R). Utilizing SPSS software for analysis, the study unveiled a statistically significant positive correlation (r = .285, p = .001) between emotional intelligence and sexual consent. This correlation underscores the vital role of emotional skills in fostering transparent and mutually agreed-upon communication about intimacy, particularly in the sensitive domain of consent negotiation. The findings illuminate the potential for emotional intelligence to serve as a fundamental element in cultivating mutual respect and understanding within romantic relationships. Moreover, the study suggests that educational programs integrating emotional intelligence training could enhance the communication of consent, potentially reducing instances of miscommunication and non-consensual encounters. Future research endeavors should explore the role of emotional intelligence in diverse cultural contexts and relationship types, while also implementing targeted interventions to promote healthier and more respectful intimate relationships. In essence, this study provides valuable insights into the intricate interplay between emotional intelligence and sexual consent, offering implications for relationship counseling, sex education, and public health initiatives.

Asthma is a prevalent chronic respiratory condition requiring long-term management, often involving the use of inhaler medications. While these medications are vital for controlling asthma symptoms, they can contribute to various dental complications. Dental erosion, primarily caused by the acidic pH of inhaler medications, poses a significant risk to oral health, leading to tooth sensitivity, enamel erosion, and increased susceptibility to dental caries. Additionally, inhaler use may decrease salivary flow, further exacerbating oral health issues. This review explores the complex relationship between asthma, inhaler usage, and dental complications. It discusses the etiology, clinical manifestations, and treatment modalities for addressing dental complications associated with asthma and inhaler use. By enhancing awareness of these dental concerns, healthcare providers can implement preventive strategies and comprehensive management approaches to mitigate the impact of asthma and inhaler use on oral health.

This paper aims at the possibility of creation of a VM Migration as a Service (CCCVMMaaS), which supports migration of VM from one CSP to another as well. The CSPs use their preferred and proprietary hypervisor technologies wherein specific features are provided as USPs on the business front. Hence, live migration of VMs across different hypervisors has not been provided even though different Cloud Service Providers (CSP) provide VM Migration tools from on-premise or from within their CDCs to migrate VMs via various options. SDN across CSPs (and/or Multi-Cloud technologies coming into picture here) may help to retain network pool(s) across the CSPs. For the VM Migration, our idea is to have a specially named "VMExportSubnet" and "VMImportSubnet" (hard coded) subnets for an opensource hypervisor in each of the CSPs, out of or into which the VMs will be migrated. This subnet will act as an intermediary and the CSP in question may run automated tools to import/export VMs to or from this hypervisor subnet. Our novel idea will facilitate VM Migrations across CSPs very easily. Currently, for obvious business reasons CSPs do not collaborate. If they do, and just provide intermediary subnets, then VM Migrations can be democratized.

Fair trials are guaranteed by Article 21 of India's Constitution and are based on the presumption of innocence. Everyone is treated equally by the law, and fair trials are a core part of legislation that guarantees equality. They are also guaranteed by many international treaties and laws, including the European Human Rights Convention's Article 6. To conduct a fair trial, an impartial and independent tribunal must be established. The Indian legal system guarantees the right to a fair trial, a fundamental aspect of justice. This includes the right to legal representation, a fair and impartial judge, and the right to present evidence. However, challenges such as delays in the judicial process and lack of access to quality legal aid can impact the effective realization of this right. Balancing the principles of justice and ensuring fair trials for all remains a complex and ongoing endeavor in the Indian legal framework. Furthermore, the use of technology in the legal system is also being explored as a means to improve access to justice and streamline court proceedings. Online platforms for case management, virtual court hearings, and digital evidence presentation are some of the technological advancements being implemented to enhance efficiency and transparency in legal processes. By embracing innovation and modernizing legal practices, India is striving to uphold the right to a fair trial while adapting to the evolving needs and complexities of its legal landscape.

This project addresses the challenge of ransomware detection, involving process monitoring and data analysis. The aim is to develop a robust and practical detection method for ransomware executed on a virtualized computer (VM). For the whole VM, data gathering concentrates on particular CPU and disk I/O events.Leveraging machine learning (ML), particularly a random forest (RF), the project aims to create an effective detection model. The proposed method demonstrates resilience to variations in user workloads, overcoming a common challenge in ransomware detection. By avoiding continuous monitoring of every process on the target machine, the model remains adaptable to different user scenarios. The project's effectiveness is measured across various user workloads and 22 ransomware samples. In this project additional enhancements were introduced, incorporating Convolutional Neural Network 2D (CNN2D) and an ensemble model with a voting classifier to further improve ransomware detection accuracy. This project addresses the challenge of ransomware detection, involving process monitoring and data analysis. Linux is used in a large variety of situations, from private homes on personal machines to businesses storing personal data on servers. This operating system is often seen as more secure than Windows or Mac OS X, but this does not mean that there are no security concerns to be had when running it. Attackers can crack simple passwords over a network, vulnerabilities can be exploited if firewalls do not close enough ports, and malware can be downloaded and run on a Linux system. In addition, sensitive information can be accessed through physical or network access if proper permissions are not set on the files or directories containing it. However, most of these attacks can be prevented by keeping a system up to date, maintaining a secure firewall, using an antivirus, making complex passwords, and setting strong file permissions. This paper presents a list of methods for securing a Linux system

Background: Menstrual abnormalities are problems that affect a woman's normal menstrual cycle. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines adolescent as any person between ages 10 and 19. This age range falls within WHO's definition of young people, which refers to individuals between the ages of 10 and 24. Dysmenorrhoea and pre-menstrual syndrome, is a common problem, yet it remains poorly understood and is not taken into consideration when assessing adolescent health problems. Aims: To assess the prevalence of menstrual abnormalities among the undergraduate students in selected colleges of Guwahati Kamrup (M) Assam. Methods: A descriptive research design was used to accomplish the objectives. Study was undertaken on 250 undergraduate students of age group 18years and above in selected colleges of Guwahati Kamrup Metro, Assam by using multi-stage sampling technique and quantitative approach was adopted to achieve the study objectives. Undergraduate students were selected on the basis of inclusion criteria. A pre-tested, semi-structured questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. Data was analysed using frequencies, percentages, mean and chi-square/fisher exact p-value at the significant level of p<0.05 by using SPSS version 20 software. Results: The findings revealed that prevalence of menstrual abnormalities i.e 18(7.2%) undergraduate had an average duration of menstrual flow >7days (not good) and only 17(6.8%) had <2days (not good), 26 (10.4%) undergraduate had <=20 days of menstrual cycle length and only 19(7.6%) had >=36 days of menstrual cycle length, 48(19.2%) had irregular monthly period flow, 42(16.8%) had suffered from menorrhagia, 97(38.8%) had suffered from metrorrhagia, 48(19.2%) had suffered from amenorrhoea. Out of the 48(19.2%) undergraduate students who had the suffered from amenorrhoea. Majority i.e 32(66.7%) undergraduate students had <3 months duration of missed periods and only 16(33.3%) had >=3months duration of missed periods, 205(82%) undergraduate students had suffered from dysmenorrhea, 221 (88.4%) undergraduate students had premenstrual syndrome. The association was statistically tested and result showed that there was significant association observed between average duration of menstrual flow, menstrual cycle length, monthly period menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, amenorrhoea and dysmenorrhea with their selected demographic variables. However, there was no association between premenstrual syndrome and duration of missed period. Conclusion: Study revealed that Premenstrual syndrome were highly prevalent among undergraduate students followed by Dysmenorrhoea. Hence there is a need for implementing educational programs on menstrual health, screening programs for early diagnosis, which would show a great impact on their reproductive health and also lower the risks for future disease.
