Kolkata has always been a great hub of education for ages, not only in West Bengal but in the entire country. The history of Kolkata is reflected by its rich heritage sites as obviously. It was also the birthplace of modern Indian literary and artistic thoughts Many institutions have emerged in this Kolkata city. Among the various Institutes that arose in Kolkata is "Kolkata Asiatic Society". It was established on 15th January, 1784 by the efforts of Sir William Johns. He was a famous orientalist, poet and a judge of the Supreme Court at Kolkata. He studied several European languages, knew several Asiatic languages, and had a great curiosity about Asiatic civilizations. The aims of this society are research in history, antiquities, civilization, nature, arts, science and Asian literature. The manuscripts preserved in the Asiatic Society are of special importance because of their antiquity and richness. The manuscript collection has four sections. One of them is Perso-Arabic Section. The PersoArabic and Urdu collection of the Asiatic Society is one the best in the country. Some of the manuscripts, it may be recalled, belonged to the Mughal Imperial Library, Tipu Sultan's Library and the Library of the Fort William College. Some of them are indeed very rare, rich and varied in their textual contents and contain beautiful specimens of calligraphy.

Law is the best law of any country; it forms the basis of all other laws and protects the spirit of freedom and human rights. The Constitution of India is a written document consisting of several Articles and Articles. On the other hand, English law is the set of laws and regulations that establish the institutions of the country and the rules regarding the relations between these institutions. English law is not sealed in any way. In this study, human rights dimensions related to law are discussed. Unlike many countries in the 19th century, Britain did not always have a revolutionary interest. As a result, Britain's democracy was reformed over the years, not overnight. Civil rights and political organizations law is an important step towards freedom for new countries like the United States and Australia. Surprisingly, since the UK did not write a constitution, some countries have written model laws. A constitution is necessary for the administration of the law and the administration of the principles on which the law is based. The law of a country is the best law of that country, so no other law can violate the principles of law. 2 It gives confidence to the principles of law and guarantees the rights of the citizens of the country. people. It is based on the protection of people's human rights and reduces the risk of government action. This article aims to examine whether unwritten laws are more effective in promoting human rights through a comparative analysis of British and Indian laws. In this study, the structure of the law in the two countries, its principles, judicial review, separation of powers were examined, and a comparative Scan was made from the human rights resources specified in India and Indian written law. The unwritten law of Great Britain was given.

Social media platforms have firmly established themselves in our daily lives. However, traditional social media platforms are centralized, which means they have complete control over users' data and content. In recent years, there has been a growing demand for decentralized social media platforms that are more transparent and secure. In this paper, we present a decentralized social media application built on the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) that integrates a NFT marketplace.

Cricket is constantly getting better. One of the main causes of this progress is the development of sports technologies. One such technological advancement that has been applied to cricket is Hawk Eye. This technology has greatly contributed to the quality of the game by offering a great deal of support, and as a result, it has gained a lot of public popularity. However, fewer studies have been done on this subject, therefore the general public's perception of the technology is still very much governed by law. So, the purpose of this essay is to explore the Hawk Eye's basic idea, its several cricket-related applications, the system's accuracy and dependability, and to make suggestions for its potential future development.

Botanists must recognise and classify the enormous variety of plants that exist in nature. It is necessary to recognise a plant by one or more traits and associate that recognition with a name, either a common or scientific name, in order to identify it. Image processing is used to create a system that autonomously recognises plants based on their leaf structure. Additionally, plants are undergoing evolutionary change, which has an effect on categorization and identification. Botanists travel to remote locations and forests to identify and classify plants. As a result, an effort is made to create an automatic identification system where a person can take a picture of a leaf and submit it to a website to learn more about the plant. Our goal in this effort is to use neural networks to digitally identify different plant species using an image of a single leaf. Convolutional neural networks, Tensorflow, and Keras will be used to approach our assignment. The aforementioned method produces outcomes that are satisfactory and highly accurate.

The paper presents a real-time facial emotion recognition system using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and OpenCV. The system processes video frames in real-time to detect faces and recognize emotions from the facial expressions. The CNN model is trained on a large dataset of facial images and emotions, and the results demonstrate accurate and fast emotion recognition performance. The integration of OpenCV with the CNN model enables real-time processing of video frames, making the system suitable for various practical applications. One use of machine learning is the identification of facial expressions of emotion. That were extracted from an image based on the features,it assigns a face emotion image to one of the facial emotion classes. Among the classification techniques, convolutional neural network (cnn) also pulls patterns from a picture. In this study we used the CNN model to recognize the facial expressions. To increase the precision of facial emotion detection, the wavelet transform is then used. There are seven different face emotions represented in the facial emotion image dataset that was gathered from Kaggle. The accuracy of the experimental facial emotion recognition utilising the CNN and wavelet transform increases.

One of the developments in computer vision is the exploration on mortal face recognition. One of the executions of the mortal face recognition system is used as an attendance system. There are different types of attendance systems like Biometric- grounded, Radio frequency Card grounded, face recognition grounded and paper- grounded attendance system. Out of them all, a Face Recognition Based Attendance System is more secure and time- saving. We've projected our idea to apply an "Automated Attendance System Grounded on Face Recognition". The operation includes face identification, which saves time as well as being purely software grounded, it can be flagged as eco-friendly as it reduces the use of paper. Hence, this system can be enforced in a field where attendance plays an important part. The algorithm used in the system is grounded on image comparison on the base of the decoded values of the face from the image from database with the image recorded by the system in run time.

The study's background: Body positioning refers to manipulating the influence of gravity on cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular function to optimise O2 transport. Positioning should be an integral component of respiratory care, particularly when prevention is the objective. Turning intensive care patients supine to lateral to prone to lateral at least hourly can make the difference between life and death. Positioning enhances gas exchange and decreases atelectasis. The purpose of this study: was to assess the effects of prone versus supine positions on oxygenation levels in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome who were using ventilators in experimental groups I and II. Methodology: Quantitative research was used. The quasi-experimental approach assessed the effects of prone and supine positions on ventilator use in acute respiratory distress syndrome (Non -Equivalent Control Group Design). The researcher collected data from Dr. PremHospital in Panipat, Oscar Hospital in Panipat, and Gajaraj Hospital in Gohana. Convenience sampling recruited the subjects. Each group included 30 non-random samples from 60 total. Group I was prone, while Group II was supine. Modified Apache-II and an observational methodology measured physiological parameters. The experimental group was prone and the comparative group supine. Following six hours, physiological and biophysiological parameters measured post-test oxygenation (Modified Apache-II Score). Positions changed every two hours. Descriptive and inferential statistics analysed data. Result: Results In the experimental group, the mean post-test Level of Oxygenation score and standard deviation were 6.57 + 1.598. In the control group, the mean and standard deviation scores on the post-test were 5.67 + 1.155. The mean score difference was 0.9 The obtained independent t-test score for the 58th degree of freedom was 5.253. It was statistically significant when the value of 'p' was less than 0.001. Thus, we can conclude that the level of oxygenation differed significantly between two positions, such as prone and supine. Conclusion: The comparative study compared prone and supine positions on oxygenation in ventilator-dependent ARDS patients. The study found that recumbent oxygenation was better than prone. To optimise oxygenation, intensive care nurses must use positioning.

Every economy's growth is viewed as dependent on capital. Domestic capital in a growing country like India is insufficient to satisfy the economy's demands. Foreign investment is considerable in this case. Foreign money comes in two forms: FDI and FII. FDI is considered to be a more stable kind of foreign capital than FII. In contrast, FII inflows and outflows have a direct influence on the stock market. As a result, FIIs have risen to prominence in India's stock market. This research examines the FII flow trend and pattern in India, as well as the FII-Sensex link. The research takes into account data from the previous 17 years. Because it is the most systematic stock market indices and is widely used by market players for benchmarking, the Sensex was chosen to study the impact of FII on the Indian stock market.

The usage of vehicles has greatly increased in modern times. Since more people are driving, there is more traffic, which has led to an increase in traffic accidents. Accidents are occurring more frequently now. Every hour, there are about 17 accidents. Due to the lack of immediate preventive measures and immediate preventive and safety facilities, this damages the property and results in human life loss. Our project's primary goal is to prevent accidents that result from driver intoxication, sudden sleepiness, Rash driving, and engine overheating. However, even in the unlikely event that an accident results from a different cause, the used electronic devices will be able to communicate a victim's precise location to emergency personnel and send out spontaneous messages. Many car accidents are caused by driving too fast, driving while intoxicated or fatigued, driving recklessly or rashly, and breaking the law. While cars greatly reduce the amount of time we spend traveling, they also raise the possibility of an accident occurring. To reduce this risk, we can apply extra sophisticated technologies. We are using sensors, electronic modules, and a microcontroller unit in our project. This supports us in providing accident prevention, recognizes the accident if it happens despite the precautions, and alerts the ambulance service.
