The purpose of this paper is to investigate business visitor behaviour at trade shows and to propose a complementary view based on the experiential perspective in marketing. The paper reports an ethnographic study conducted in the context of ten international trade shows in the textile-apparel industry. The study sheds light on the nature of the experience provided by trade show exhibitors and organizers and on visitors' lived experiences. Trade shows immerse industrial buyers in a physical and cognitive experience that requires their active participation. Under such circumstances, industrial marketers who employ experiential marketing techniques are likely to increase their trade show performances. The paper adopts a new perspective that sees business visitor behaviour from an experiential standpoint and discusses the managerial implications that highlight the interplay of exhibitors and trade show organizers in designing and setting valuable experiences for visitors.

Abstract Women's health has become a crucial topic of discussion in recent years, particularly due to high maternal and infant mortality rates. The field of women's health is multifaceted, encompassing various aspects such as providing access to nutritious food for growing girls and expectant mothers, educating them about their bodily changes throughout life, offering guidance on personal hygiene, pregnancy, and childbirth, and prioritizing preventative measures over treatment. Reproductive health constitutes a vital dimension of women's overall well-being, encompassing the proper functioning of the reproductive system, sexual health, maternal health, and access to healthcare services. However, women globally, including those belonging to tribal communities, grapple with numerous challenges related to reproductive health, such as limited healthcare access, cultural and social taboos, and insufficient knowledge and awareness. To foster reproductive health, women require comprehensive reproductive healthcare services, sex education, awareness initiatives, and access to family planning and safe abortion services.Tribal women residing in Odisha's Koraput district, confront diverse reproductive health challenges, including restricted access to healthcare services, entrenched traditional beliefs and practices, and challenging socioeconomic circumstances. Early marriage and childbearing practices among tribal women further contribute to elevated maternal and infant mortality rates in the region.

The 18th and 19th centuries Industrial Revolution significantly changed societies, economies, and the overall global order. While rapid technological progress, urbanization, and the development of capitalism improved standards of living and economies of many countries, it also demonstrated the devastating effects of the unregulated industrial process such as social inequality, labor rights violation, and environmental destruction. This dissertation explores the lessons learned from the Industrial Revolution and their enduring relevance in today's socio-economic contexts. It highlights the importance of balancing technological progress with ethical considerations and social responsibility. As modern societies continue to experience technological advancements and automation, it is essential to ensure that these developments benefit society as a whole and address concerns such as labor practices, exploitation, and social inequalities. Furthermore, the industrial revolution stressed both the aspects of sustainable development and green technologies as the environmental issue derived during that period forces us to adopt green technologies with the focus of sustainable development. Attaining the right balance of economic growth in the present while still not compromising the future of the upcoming generations is imperative through wise utilization of environmental resources. The dissertation also emphasizes the enduring relevance of the debates surrounding social justice, labor rights, and the role of technology in shaping future societies. The emergence of labor movements and advocacy for workers' rights during the Industrial Revolution continue to resonate today as we grapple with economic inequality and the evolving nature of work in the modern gig economy. By drawing insights from the successes and shortcomings of the Industrial Revolution, this article seeks to provide guidance for navigating the complexities of contemporary socio-economic landscapes.

IoT is an extensively used technology moment. In metropolitan areas, chancing a suitable parking system has come an important issue. In present era, traditional parking systems are less efficient and effective. Parking space tracking is an essential component. Finding a parking space is a critical challenge, notably for users who want to park their car in a densely populated area. The conventional method of finding a parking space is to look for an empty spot on your own. This fills up more time and energy for users and ended up causing congestion. This paper proposes an intelligent parking system that detects and locates consumer vehicle parking positions as well as detects obstacles in parking lanes. The system detects vehicles in the parking lot and detects obstacles in the parking lane using Arduino, infrared, and ultrasonic sensors. Use a Wi-Fi module with a local Wi-Fi connection to update lane busy/empty via the obtained IP address.

Menopause is a phase of life surrounded by myths and taboos, where women spend a significant portion of their lives. While some women tolerate menopausal symptoms well, others find them troublesome, impacting their overall quality of life. Severe symptoms can significantly compromise the well-being of those affected. In India, many times women do not talk about all their symptoms because of cultural beliefs and social norms. This can lead to a lack of complete information about their health when seeking medical help. A study conducted in various areas of Cuttack, Odisha aimed to compare the health-related quality of life between pre- and post-menopausal women aged 45-49 and 50-54. Interestingly, the research revealed that pre-menopausal women had a better health-related quality of life compared to those in the post-menopausal stage. These findings shed light on the various factors influencing women's quality of life during different stages of menopause, offering valuable insights into this aspect of women's health.
