Abstract Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19), a highly contagious disease was first identified in Wuhan Province of China in December 2019. COVID-19 created incalculable loss to human life as well as the economy worldwide. The present study made an attempt to explore the impact of COVI-19 on tourism industry in Assam. Assam, a state in the North Eastern Region of India is famous for its natural beauty, wild life, tea tourism and places of cultural and religious importance. The state is called the gateway to North East India. It has huge prospects of tourism industry which can generate both income and employment. The study used data of arrival of both domestic and foreign tourists in Assam before and during the pandemic and found that inflow of both categories of tourists substantially reduced during the pandemic period in the state. This implies that revenue earned by the Govt. from this sector would reduce as a result of decrease in the inflow of tourists in the state during the pandemic. To boost the tourism sector especially during post COVID period, appropriate measures are need of the hour in attracting more tourists in the state.

The 21st century is the age of science and technology. Education is an important tool that is used in this modern age of science and technology to achieve the goal of life. There have been great improvements in the delivery of education, especially with the advent of technology. Education has grown from traditional, regular classroom teaching to addition of distance education mode and now to online education thus, reaching more learners in a more effective and efficient manner with the help of technology. Thus, teachers' needs knowledge and be aware of alternative teaching and learning. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have been established a new benchmark in the online teaching learning environment. MOOCs are the future of education and source of lifelong learning. MOOCs provide the teacher for the learners across the country with ICT solutions to bridge the gap between urban and rural education. In the crisis of COVID-19 the world indeed suspended physical classrooms and shifted to online classes. The spread of COVID-19 has caused the closure of educational establishments all over the world. Such closure extended the improvement of the online learning environments within those institutions so that learning and teaching would no longer be disrupted. Initiatives like Digital India and more focus on online learning it is the need for the education system to synchronize with the emerging trends. With cutting-edge features like money transfers through mobile applications and QR codes, the mobile wallet's main goal is to make paperless money transactions practical. The main reason why the mobile wallet has become a need in daily life is due to its useful features that allow users to make quick payments from the same device while using an internet connection and a secure payment gateway. By using digital wallets loaded with coupons and offers, the current period is entering a new speed in the payment system. Many today are so busy that they rarely have time to sit back and unwind, which makes it difficult for them to complete personal tasks like shopping, paying their bills, or recharging their phones. Paytm has so been introduced as a new application to let users relax. This application is being used by more people on their mobile phones, which has made their lives easier. The use of the Paytm application, the effects of these new digital payment systems on users, and any issues that may have been encountered are the main topics of the current research report.

According to the study, APPLE CO. was able to conserve 8.61 lakh tons of copper, zinc and metal by not giving out charging adapters with its iPhones, the firm stated in its Environmental Progress Report. The main reason we thought of using solar panels in mobile phones is to reduce the usage (or basically remove) of power adaptors and make the world go free of adapters and count on natural resources. This way, it not only improves efficiency of resources and energy, but also reduces environmental pollution and maintains ecological balance. This study will help us to understand and establish research on solar energy that can be used in phones and other small devices. This way a lot of materials like zinc, copper, and other materials can be conserved. And the process in which adapters are made leave out harmful gasses causing a greenhouse effect, which can also be stopped. The research indicates the perception of people towards solar charger. The findings reveal that almost 80% that is the majority of responses indicates that there is a general awareness of solar power devices and compatibility with mobile phones. The respondents also seem to be well aware of various benefits, both monetary and environmental aspects of the concept.

The vigorous development of e-commerce breeds cybercrime. Online payment fraud detection, a challenge faced by online service, plays an important role in rapidly evolving e-commerce. Behavior-based methods are recognized as a promising method for online payment fraud detection. However, it is a big challenge to build high-resolution behavioral models by using low-quality behavioral data. In this work, we mainly address this problem from data enhancement for behavioral modeling. We extract fine-grained co-occurrence relationships of transactional attributes by using a knowledge graph. Furthermore, we adopt the heterogeneous network embedding to learn and improve representing comprehensive relationships. Particularly, we explore customized network embedding schemes for different types of behavioral models, such as the population-level models, individual-level models, and generalized-agent based models. The performance gain of our method is validated by the experiments over the real dataset from a commercial bank. It can help representative behavioral models improve significantly the performance of online banking payment fraud detection. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to realize data enhancement for diversified behavior models by implementing network embedding algorithms on attribute-level co-occurrence relationships.

Since edge computing allows for the implementation of more image processing tasks on the decentralized network layer of the surveillance system, smart video surveillance at the edge has recently become popular in the development of security apps. As a result, when the camera network system is expanded to a greater extent, many security applications, including behavior identification and prediction, employee safety, perimeter intrusion detection, and destruction limitation, can minimize their latency or even process in real-time. One of the difficult uses of computer vision is object recognition, which has been extensively used in a variety of fields, such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, surveillance, guiding visually impaired people, etc. Numerous algorithms were advancing the connection between video analysis and image comprehension as deep learning advanced quickly. With various network architectures, each of these algorithms accomplishes the same task of finding multiple objects within a complicated image. It is crucial to use our technologies and train them to assist blind people whenever they need it because the lack of visual impairment restricts movement in an unfamiliar environment. Technically, one of the most important steps in the execution of these apps is human detection. Deep learning techniques have been extensively used on edge devices to detect human objects due to their high detection rates. However, it is difficult to use these techniques for real-time applications on edge devices with limited resources because of their high computation costs. from the You Only Look Once (YOLO).

Methotrexate remains a cornerstone in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and other rheumatic diseases. Folate antagonism is known to contribute to the antiproliferative effects that are important in the action of methotrexate against malignant diseases, but concomitant administration of folic or folinic acid does not diminish the anti-inflammatory potential of this agent, which suggests that other mechanisms of action might be operative. Although no single mechanism is sufficient to account for all the anti-inflammatory activities of methotrexate, the release of adenosine from cells has been demonstrated both in vitro and in vivo. Methotrexate might also confer anti-inflammatory properties through the inhibition of polyamines.

'Pica' is an eating behavioural disorder that includes the purposeful consumption of inedible and non-food material. It sounds like very causal and weird about this disease but it is as fatal as other behavioural disorders. In this disease, the digestive system along with the immune system and nervous system plays a supreme role. Some inedible substances consumed in this disease cause toxic and harmful effects on the body. This disease triggers the temptation with concern with non-food material, which boosts the curiosity to know the taste of it. It also challenges the mental health of a person which creates a bad impact on society and also influences others to act like a victim of this weird disease. It is indirectly linked to hazardous diseases like lead poisoning, sickle cell anaemia & micronutrient deficiency. The craving for non-food materials is mostly seen in children, pregnant women, the homeless population & intellectually impaired. It can coexist with schizophrenia, trichotillomania & Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Typical pica is reported for the criteria if the individual is more than two years and continues the consumption of non-food materials for at least 1 month. It can cause life-threatening consequences & result in death due to toxic material consumption present in non-food material. About four to twenty-six percent of the population in the world is suffering from pica. Present review focuses on all the details about Pica.

The sudden pandemic among several communicable diseases is having an extremely damaging effect mostly on lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals. These conditions have put a lot of pressure on our medical system and other basic public services, but they have also put pressure on the economy, researchers, and governments as they work to find responses to the economic crisis, develop vaccines, and maintain community expectations, appropriately. The most common infections that really can damage anyone, no matter their gender or age, are acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs). Before the biggest Chinese celebration at the end of the year, a variety of dangerous diseases attacked. Our capacity to fight the threat of highly contagious viruses, mainly coronaviruses, which are known to be highly dangerous to human beings, has been challenged by one of the most current ARTI (acute respiratory tract infection) using such, COVID-19. Even though the coronavirus has already been identified disease since 1960s. SARS-CoV-2 is actually a part of the Coronaviridae family, which is a subdivision of the Nidovirales order. Although such a pharmaceutical cannot currently successfully treat COVID-19, broad-spectrum antivirals and other medications are showing some promise in treating SARS-CoV-2 infections. More than 15 different medications were employed in order to investigate actual identification of COVID-19 infections.Like bevacizumab, fluvoxamine, lopinavir, ritonavir, tocilizumab, and sarilumab. Patients having COVID-19 have just a wide range of challenges due to the absence of effective medicine to deal with the problem. As the population is growing, medications will be essential in the hopes of maintaining and minimizing the financial damage imposed on by the disease. Common human coronaviruses, such as subtypes 229E, NL63, OC43, and HKU1, were also generally responsible for the prevalent cold as well as other mild to moderate upper respiratory tract symptoms. Usually people contract this virus at some period within their lifetimes. Normally, these symptoms last for two weeks. Human coronaviruses were generally spread because of an infected person sneezing and coughing towards people who inhaled in the air. Avoid travelling, Wash your hands properly and apply sanitizer,During cough and sneezing use mask.
