Bacopa monnieri (L.) WETTST. commonly known as Brahmi is an important medicinal herb. It is widely used as a brain tonic to enhance memory development, learning and concentration and to provide relief to patients with anxiety or epileptic disorders. The bioactive components like bacosides present in this herb make it highly valuable in pharma industries. Plant tissue culture is an important tool for mass production of any plant species from a single individual in a relatively short time. It is also cheap source to get secondary metabolites in bulk quantity. In present study, different growth regulators were tried with MS medium to standardized protocol for shoot initiation, shoot multiplication, root initiation and callus induction of Bacopa from different explant.

Indian higher education can boast of being one of the torch bearers among many developing nations for its rich plethora of dynamic content. Due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, in all the higher educational institutions, which includes universities, standalone institutes, and colleges, a total of about 10 million academic hours are compromised, which will be rather difficult to compensate. The University Grants Commission through its advisory instructed all the institutes to continue classes in online mode as per feasibility and engage ICT tools available for use in academic discourse. Many institutions have been using different social media platforms for the dissemination of knowledge. The Covid 19 crisis has turnaround the entire higher education scenario of the country through videoconferencing based online learning since there's no other option to compensate for the compromised classroom academic activities. The study aims at exploring the kind of platforms used to disseminate learning resources to the students, and the impact it is crafting on their educational loss. It also elucidates the effectiveness of online classes, e-learning pedagogy, and its outcome through structured qualitative analysis.

--Microblogging is a new form of communication in which individuals write brief descriptions of their present condition, which are then shared via email, the internet, instant chats, or mobile devices. By examining the topological and geographic characteristics of the social network of Twitter, one of the most well-known microblogging platforms, we provide our observations of the microblogging phenomenon. We have discovered that people mostly use microblogging to discuss their daily activities and to seek out or exchange information. We provide a taxonomy that groups the fundamental purposes behind users' microblogging posts. We demonstrate that users with related intents connect with one another by averaging the apparent intentions of users in implicit communities generated from the data.

Digital papers containing textual information quickly add together to produce enormous amounts of data. Most of these papers are unstructured, meaning that they are free-form text that has not been arranged into conventional databases. As a result, processing documents is a menial task, largely because of a lack of standards. Implementing computerised text analysis tasks has consequently grown to be incredibly challenging. In order to comprehend this ever-growing, challenging-to-handle amount of information, Automated Text Summarization (ATS) can aid by compressing the text while keeping relevant information. Recursive neural network methods are what I'm employing in this case for ATS. The author first summarises the current state of the art before going into detail on the primary issues with ATS, as well as the challenges and community-provided remedies. The paper discusses recent developments in ATS as well as present-day uses and fashions. The methods used are symbolic, linguistic, and statistical. Also, a number of examples are provided to help clarify the theoretical ideas.

Background of the study: Nursing students face tremendous stressors during their community training periods that lead to physical and mental health problems and poor academic performance. But evidence relating to stress, anxiety and depression in this population in India is limited. Methodology: The study design was non - experimental, descriptive survey research design. Setting of the study was Bhai Surender Kumar Memorial Nursing College - Jind. Haryana. Samples were recruited for this study through non - probability convenience sampling technique. Size of the sample was 60 B. Sc (N) II - Year students. Tool for collecting data includes State - Trait Anxiety Scale and Checklist for exploring the factors causing anxiety among samples during the time of their community postings. Data collection technique was self - reporting questionnaire method. Collected data was analysed through descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: In this study, second majority reason for causing anxiety among subjects was 50 (83.3 %). Third leading factor was Community health nursing requirements are burden to me 48 (80 %). Majority of the study subjects were with moderate level of anxiety 37 (61.7 %). Those who had mild level of anxiety were 23 (38.3 %). Severe anxiety was not seen in any of the subjects in the study. In this research significant ass0ciation between level of anxiety and the following contributing factors such as Organizing any community awareness program during my training period was a big challenge (?2 = 0.588, df = 1, 'P' value = 0.05), I feel very hard in interacting with community health officials during my visit to CHC / PHC / SC (?2 = 4.926, df = 1, 'P' value = 0.026), Environment and Sanitation in the area of my community is causing more bitter experience (?2 = 4.926, df = 1, 'P' value = 0.027) Conclusion: Due to the compulsory training of nursing students in the community area, most academic institutions around the country have been forced to send the students for community health training program. The sudden shift to exclusive hands-on hands practical experience methods has raised anxiety levels in nursing students, especially those in their second academic year. The highest anxiety levels were associated with contributing factors such as Organizing any community awareness program during my training period was a big challenge, being in the second year of the nursing degree.

Due to the use of LWA in concrete the weight of concrete member reduces by 30% which makes the load bearing member slender which leads to economical design of structure but the compressive strength also reduces by 45% so, on addition of NS on concrete by an optimum amount of around 3% it partially compensate the strength reduction by increasing the strength of LWAC by 14.2% & also due to addition of NS in cement it reduces the expansion behavior of cement because Nano-silica is highly pozzolanic material It react with free lime(cause expansion) present in cement which gives it cementitious properties and as a result gives strength to concrete by producing more C-S-H gel and make cement sound. Incorporating a small amount of nanoparticles in concrete can modify the Nano-structure of cementitious materials and can enhance mechanical and durability properties of concrete. While use of light weight aggregate helps in reduction in dead load of structure & the foamy nature of pumice stone makes this stone more durable to shock hence can be used in earthquake resisting structure.

Birds are natural bio-indicator of the richness of biodiversity of any area. But due to extensive progression of urbanization, use of chemicals for fulfilling food demands of rapidly increasing population there is a rapid decline of natural habitat of birds which has critically damaged the nesting and feeding grounds of birds. Besides it, increasing number of game hunting and commercial exploitation of the birds are also affecting the avian diversity. Urban habitats are totally different from nonurban or "natural'' habitat. Anthropogenic activities transform natural green areas into anthropogenic structure are major causes of habitat destruction. Birds are forced to either accept or avoid the new conditions to survive in the city's housing. New urbanized condition has changed avian diversity dramatically, which losses local biodiversity. Urban housing is a major threat to biodiversity. Urbanization and deforestation destroy the natural habitat. These are along with pollution are major threat to birds. Many birds were seen with some sort of plastic or wrapper in their beak. This leads to death of birds and ultimate result in birds decline. Saran district (Bihar) reflects a moderately healthy biodiversity due to Ganga River basin. Nearly 158 species of birds both resident and migratory belonging to 53 families were recorded. But this area is also affected by urbanization and pollution that are finally affecting the bird diversity in this area. So, to save this beautiful creature we should aware.

In ancient times, when no fossil fuel, mineral oil and coal were available, energy sources were available at that time, in which solar energy used to spread very well towards India and the world. But later the small (KW) plants at the micro grid/local grid level and the large (MW) plants at the national/state grid level can produce the electricity. Had oil and coal not been found as minerals, solar energy/renewable technology would have been developed? But its development was started much later, through which scope for good environment, good business, development, livelihood etc. started coming Along with this, due to the old sources of energy, a lot of pollution was spreading in the environment, whose effect is clearly visible on birds, animals, humans, but due to solar energy, our environment is also looking safe, today we are protected And to save the ecosystem, it is very necessary to reduce on solar energy. Innovations in low voltage power generation, mini grid/micro grid/local grid interaction and proper channelization of power system concepts are desirable aspects for the future. Life expectancy for today. In this paper, emphasis has been laid on achieving maximum growth

A wide range of substances that serve as carriers can be suspended or captured by the Microsponges Delivery System (MDS), which can then be included into a designed product like a gel cream or powder. The formulation's primary goal is to get the desired medication concentration in the blood. Microsponges are a type of porous medication delivery device for small particles. They are tiny, spherical particles that resemble microscopic sponges and have a broad porous surface. In addition, they may increase stability by altering the drug's release pattern while minimizing negative effects. The serious condition impacting social life is acne vulgaris. Acne can be involved; alternation of follicular keratinization seldom causes significant systemic issues, but maturity, especially for women, which leads to drugs assist to reduce the production of sebum, which is mostly responsible for reducing the formation of acne on the skin. The use of microsponges as carriers for medications that target acne vulgaris is currently receiving more attention in research that focuses on illness detection and a brief to target acne vulgaris. Acne vulgaris is a serious condition that is currently affecting people's social lives. Increased sebum production, bacterial involvement, altered follicular keratinization, and altered follicular barrier are all characteristics of acne. Microsponges carriers is gaining access in current drug delivery. The current review is focused on the microsponges as carriers for the drug targeting the acne vulgaris, brief discussion on the present and future aspects of the microsponges to targeted acne vulgaris.

Every day in our society, there are children, youth, young women, the mentally handicapped, the elderly with dementia, etc. Countless people go missing. Although the police department filed a lawsuit against them. Often times they are very difficult to find. According to the current system, if a person is found missing, we must report his whereabouts to the nearest police station. After the complaint, the police will start an investigation by obtaining the necessary information. This is a time-consuming process that requires a lot of effort. For this reason, we have prepared a project called "Using Face Recognition to Identify Missing Persons" to make our work easier. We will create a web application that can send missing persons information and store it in the database. If the disappearance of a missing person is caught on CCTV, the system can use facial recognition algorithms to capture it. When the system recognizes a match, it creates custom alerts and locations and sends them directly to family members and interested researchers. Also, if someone or the police see a suspect on the street, they can send that person's picture to the database.

Kuttanad silt is an important soil group, well known for its low shear strength and high compressibility. The typical Kuttanad soil consists primarily of silt and clay fractions. These soils are low strength soft clay or silt deposits and this study focuses on the influence of sustainable biopolymers on kuttanad silt. The natural water content of the soil here is very high and close to liquid limit. This paper discusses the stabilization of Kuttanad soil using biopolymer (Guar gum). A laboratory study was conducted on Kuttanad soil treated with Guar Gum, and variation in soil properties such as Unconfined compressive strength and hydraulic conductivity was analysed. The biopolymer was added in different concentrations so as to identify an optimum dosage.
