Hundreds of users have combined social network sites (SNSs) like MySpace, Facebook, and YouTube into their normal lives, resulting in attracting millions of users to social media platforms. There are hundreds of networking sites that have varied practices and interests and offer a variation of technological features. However, the influence of social networking sites is expanding, affecting everything from social and educational to commercial and economic activity. Aside from its many other positive effects, social networking sites are reportedly playing a bigger role in today's enterprises. In order to clarify how SNSs affect enterprises, the goal of this study is to give a literature evaluation and classification scheme for research works in this area. Businesses have learned that internet marketing is a potential advertising strategy that may, give that there are over 4.5 billion internet users worldwide, they may find it easier to reach their target audience. People use the internet to find solutions to problems ranging from restaurant recommendations to grammar lessons. E-commerce has taken over the retail industry. According to Statistics, e-commerce will account for nearly 20% of global retail sales in 2021. According to projections, by 2025, these online stores will account for nearly a quarter of total retail sales worldwide. The COVID-19 pandemic was a significant factor in the growth of this online shopping mode. While people stayed at home to avoid the virus, they turned to online shopping. According to the Census Bureau, "e-commerce sales increased by $244.2 billion, or 43%, in 2020, the first year of the pandemic" (Brewster, 2022). 'From $571.2 billion in 2019 to $815.4 billion in 2020,' the economy's GDP will rise. As the number of online stores has grown, so is the requirement to distinguish oneself from other competitors. As known that the e-commerce experience is simulated, the way to distinguish one from the other is by optimally utilizing social media and developing digital marketing strategies.

Shakespeare has numerous strong female characters; nonetheless, it is impossible to analyse these characters in terms of social or political background. They occasionally exploit their spouses' support to pursue their own political ambitions in clandestine ways. Shakespeare can also use the Elizabethan theatrical habit of women passing for males to represent some women in a way that permits them to be taken seriously. The women always return to the traditional female role after the plays where he does that, and the resolution is marriage and declarations of their subservience to men. However, every guy in those civilizations is surrounded by women, some weak but many powerful. Even if she may be dressed in clothing that denotes her subservient status, such as head and face coverings, complete body wraps, etc., every man has a grandmother, mother, sister, or daughter who he knows to be powerful. Shakespeare's representation of powerful women is one of his most intriguing themes. This essay focuses on ten of the plays' most fascinating female characters.

This paper attempts to analyze the status of Women Today the empowerment of women has become one of the most important concerns of 21st century. But practically women empowerment is still an illusion of reality. We observe in our day to day life how women become victimized by various social evils. Women Empowerment is the vital instrument to expand women's ability to have resources and to make strategic life choices. Empowerment of women is essentially the process of upliftment of economic, social and political status of women, the traditionally underprivileged ones, in the society. It is the process of guarding them against all forms of violence. The study is based on purely from secondary sources. The study reveals that women of India are relatively disempowered and they enjoy somewhat lower status than that of men in spite of many efforts undertaken by Government. It is found that acceptance of unequal gender norms by women are still prevailing in the society. The study concludes by an observation that access to Education, Employment and Change in Social Structure are only the enabling factors to Women Empowerment. Women empowerment is a debatable subject. At earlier time they were getting equal status with men. But they had faced some difficulties during post-Vedic and epic ages. Many a time they were treated as slave. From early twenty century their statuses have been changed slowly and gradually. In this regard, we my mentioned the name of the British people. After then, independence of India, the constitutional makers and national leaders strongly demand equal social position of women with men. Today we have seen the women occupied the respectable positions in all walks of the fields. Yet, they have not absolutely freed some discrimination and harassment of the society. A few numbers of women have been able to establish their potentialities. Therefore, each and every should be careful to promote the women statuses.

Since the beginning of time, people have practiced euthanasia. And it has always been divisive and the subject of heated arguments. Numerous modifications have been made in this industry over the past few decades, and numerous practices that had previously only been carried out secretly have gradually come to light and been controlled. In order to effectively illustrate the arguments used by civic organizations and authors to support or oppose the liberalization of euthanasia, this essay first clarifies the language and concepts commonly used in the discussion about euthanasia. Second, it depicts the legal & social climate around euthanasia, where court rulings and legislation have called for increased societal understanding. Thirdly, it makes an effort to contrast the euthanasia laws of a few different nations. Finally, it examines how to make the current situation better and develop better ways to regulate euthanasia. It is imperative to remember the tenets of our culture(s) as well as a society when engaging in such a discussion where ethical, moral, and religious reasons and convictions are invoked. As a result, while this paper focuses on the legal parts of this argument, it also seeks to consider some non-legal issues that are equally important and without that it is impossible to fully analyze this subject. In the end, this essay does not try to take a neutral stance since legal experts shouldn't always confine themselves to a technical and objective examination of legal laws.

Abstract: Dropping out of school is being absent from school for several days without a valid reason. Addressing this challenge requires a thorough understanding of the underlying issues and effective planning of interventions. Over the years, machine learning has attracted a lot of attention to address the problem of early school leaving. This is because machine learning techniques can effectively facilitate the identification of at-risk students and the timely planning of interventions. To collect, organize and synthesize existing knowledge in the field of machine learning to combat dropout; Literature in scientific journals, books and case studies was examined. The survey shows that several machine learning algorithms have been proposed in the literature. However, most of these algorithms have been developed and tested in developed countries. Therefore, developing countries face a lack of research on using machine learning to address this problem. Additionally, many studies focus on tackling college dropout using student-level datasets. However, due to limited resources, developing countries must include school-level datasets. Therefore, this paper provides an overview of machine learning in education with a focus on techniques to predict dropout. In addition, the paper reveals open challenges for future research directions.

Video surveillance in dynamic scenes is a great and useful system to meet the current and future challenges of security across the word. Because many forms of inhuman activity, such as terrorism and theft, etc., are beginning to pose a threat to the global community, security in public spaces has become more and more important in recent years. Tracking people in crowded environments is one of the most challenging tasks in a public security system because continuous human object tracking is very essential for public security to reduce human criminal activities. A very basic and critical task in any human object tracking system is the detection of moving objects in captured video sequences. Background subtraction method (BSM) is one of the most popular approaches to detect foreground objects. The key issue is that during foreground segmentation, the shadow merges with moving objects and could be mistaken for a foreground object. The recognition and elimination of shadows is an important pre-processing step to improve the performance of human object tracking systems, because the presence of shadows affects the reliability of human object tracking system. The existing gradient-based shadow removal approaches are discussed in this paper in order to improve the multiple human object tracking system's accuracy.

In modern technology, face recognition system has received great attention. Several desktop, web and mobile applications make use of face recognition for security purpose. A major point of concern is the ability of the face recognition system to prevent an authorised person from having access to the application. Face spoofing through pictures and videos often threatens the system module of a face recognition system by disguising as a real image. A detection technique for face spoofing attack must be such which could be relied on against different mode of attacks. A novel approach to detect spoofed images needs to be developed to reduce and eradicate the effects of spoofing. Several researchers have proposed detection techniques. Some of these past attempts have been reviewed in this paper. I propose in this study, an ensemble machine learning approach for detecting face spoofing. Random forest algorithm an ensemble learning and neural network were used for face spoofing detection. Neural network gave a better classification result.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic disease of unknown etiology with variable course and prognosis. Lupus nephritis (LN) is an important disease manifestation of SLE that has a significant impact on patient outcomes. Immunosuppression therapy has allowed the disease to be controlled while improving life expectancy and quality of life. Various studies conducted around the world over the last few decades have clarified the role, dose, and duration of immunosuppressive agents currently in use, as well as provided evidence for new agents such as mycophenolate mofetil, calcineurin inhibitors, and rituximab. However, there is still a need to develop new and more targeted therapies with fewer side effects. In this review, the current evidence of the treatment of LN and its evolution, and new classification criteria for SLE has been discussed. In addition, the rationale for low-dose intravenous cyclophosphamide as an induction agent, followed by azathioprine as a maintenance agent, with an emphasis on an individualized and holistic approach, has been provided.

The bioefficiency of plants and their derivatives has recently received renewed attention. The purpose of this study was to compare the Phytochemicals, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity Of curcuma caesia and micropropagated curcuma caesia. A variety of phytoconstituents, including flavonoids, terpenoids, alkaloids, proteins, carbohydrates, tannins, and glycosides, were found in the plant extracts taken from the rhizome by means of qualitative chemical analysis. Plant derived secondary metabolites make up a significant segment of natural product based pharmaceuticals especially from the herbal medicinal plants. Secondary metabolites screening done by using HPTLC at wavelength 366nm, different separation band on TLC plate were found. The antioxidant activity is performed with reducing power assay Which have reduction potential react with the potassium ferricyanide to form potassium ferrocyanide, which then react with ferric chloride to form ferric-ferrous complex that give absorbance at 700nm. Higher the concentration of the plant extract higher the antioxidant. Curcuma caesia have phenolic compounds which an act as antimicrobial agents. in present study it can measured by the disc diffusion method against the gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria and Candida albicans fungal.

Employees are much more worried about how they will prosper financially in this time of economic transformation and are striving to excel professionally. This has led to the addition of secondary job with additional remuneration with a different company on top of their primary job. This practice is called as employee moonlighting. In the teaching profession, holding multiple jobs is more frequent. This research paper is descriptive in nature and studies the concept, types, causes and consequences of moonlighting practices with the help of existing literature and attempts to give new insight regarding moonlighting practices among teachers.

In this paper, the designing of Systolic array archi- tecture multiplier is provided. The evolution of computers and the Internet has brought demand for powerful and high-speed data processing, but in such a complex environment fewer method can provide perfect solutions. To handle the above addressed issue, parallel computing is proposed as a solution. This paper demonstrates an effective design for the Matrix Multiplication using Systolic Architecture on Reconfigurable Systems (RS) like Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). The relevant topics and literature regarding the elements in a systolic array architecture system have been studied and reviewed. A system with less path delay and more data processing speed, is being designed in Xilinx.
