Among all the renewable energy sources, the Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based wind turbine generator system with variable-pitch control, variable speed scheme is most popular in power industry. This system can be operated either in grid connected or standalone mode. For study of complete WECS, i.e. the modeling, control of DFIG based WECS is required in both operating modes during steady state and dynamic state to operate it for better performance. In this paper, a DFIG-based wind turbine generator model connected to a constant source voltage and constant frequency grid is modelled in the MATLAB/SIMULINK and its corresponding generator and turbine control structure is implemented. Control structure of WECS is explained. The steady state behavior of the overall wind energy conversion system is studied. In this paper rotor side converter (RSC) and grid side converter (GSC) are controlled by stator voltage oriented control with PI controller.

This paper aims to tackle the challenge of predicting stock market trends using artificial intelligence (AI) strategies. The prediction process involves two primary analyses: technical and fundamental. In the technical analysis, regression machine learning (ML) algorithms are utilized to forecast the stock price trend based on historical price data by the end of a business day. On the other hand, fundamental analysis employs classification ML algorithms to assess public sentiment derived from news and social media. For the technical analysis, historical price data is extracted from Yahoo Finance, while fundamental analysis involves the scrutiny of public tweets on Twitter related to the stock market to gauge the impact of sentiments on market forecasts. The findings indicate a median performance, suggesting that, given the current state of AI technology, it is premature to assert that AI can outperform the stock markets.

Driver fatigue remains a significant cause of road accidents globally, necessitating the development of effective drowsiness detection systems to enhance road safety. This project presents a prototype for a non-intrusive real-time drowsiness detection system utilizing an Arduino Nano board and infrared (IR) sensor technology. The system focuses on monitoring the driver's eye movements, particularly eye blinks, as indicators of drowsiness. By analyzing the frequency, duration, and intensity of eye blinks, the system triggers an alarm and sends warnings to the driver if prolonged eyelid closure is detected, signaling potential drowsiness. Leveraging computer vision techniques, including facial landmark detection and eye aspect ratio calculation, the system provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for mitigating the risks associated with driver fatigue. Validation through real-world testing and integration with existing driver assistance systems further demonstrates the system's potential to contribute to overall road safety and accident prevention.

Now in Modern days because of global warming and climate changes various challenges were faced in coal mines. In response to the urgent need for mitigating environmental challenges and enhancing operational efficiency in coal mines, the integration of advanced technologies becomes imperative. This project proposes an innovative approach by implementing a Smart Coal Mine System using IoT principles and MQTT protocol, centred around a Raspberry Pi controller. The system is designed to intelligently monitor and manage critical parameters within the underground mine environment, including temperature, humidity, gas levels and visibility in mines. By employing low-power and cost-effective Raspberry Pi, coupled with state-of-the-art sensors, the project aims to provide real-time data on the mine's climate conditions. In the event of an anomaly, such as a sudden increase in temperature, humidity, gas levels, and less visibility the system triggers a response mechanism. As a proactive measure, if there is any sudden increase in any of those sensor values along with the data log it is sent to the server's mail of the subscriber.

Abstract Human trafficking, a crime that involves deceit, coercion, and exploitation, poses a significant threat to global civilization. The process of globalization, deeply embedded in the world economy, has amplified this threat. Globalization, characterized by increased integration, cross-border transactions, technological advancements, and investment flows, has inadvertently fueled the growth of human trafficking. This is particularly evident in the widening socio-economic disparities it creates, which traffickers exploit for their gain. The globalized economy has facilitated the expansion of human trafficking networks, especially in exploiting women and children. The rise of social networking platforms and advanced applications has made it easier for traffickers to engage in sexual exploitation on a global scale. Furthermore, improvements in transportation and communication have led to the establishment of red-light areas along highways, often disguised as small restaurants, further perpetuating this illicit trade. Despite these developments, much of the exploitation remains hidden due to the sophisticated operations of traffickers. This paper aims to analyze the impact of globalization on human trafficking for sexual exploitation in India. By examining the demand and supply dynamics in the global trafficking market, the paper identifies the factors contributing to both demand and supply chains. Additionally, it sheds light on the inevitable consequences of this nefarious market, emphasizing the urgent need for action and intervention.

Introduction: Endometriosis is the presence of endometrial- like tissue outside the uterine cavity, which most commonly affects peritoneal surfaces, ovaries and uterine ligaments. Even it is quite rare, endometriosis may affect the vulva, vagina, rectovaginal septum or perineal region, generally secondary to obstetric or surgical trauma. In this case report, we present a patient with perineal endometriosis in an episiotomy scar. Case report: A 37 years-old women, with a history of three spontaneous miscarriages and an episiotomy after vaginal delivery. presented with a painful mass in episiotomy scar, six months after normal, not complicated vaginal delivery. Physical examination found a firm nodule in the episiotomy scar. Pelvic MRI revealed a suspicious right perineal lesion extending to the ana margin and infiltrating the sphincter. Surgical excision of the mass was performed. the specimen was sent for histopathological examination. The final diagnosis was that of perineal endometriosis. Conclusion: Perineal endometriosis remains a rare condition, it should be considered in all patients with an anterior vaginal delivery and a painful perineal mass during menstrual cycle, a wide excision of the affected tissue remaining the best option for a permanent cure.

The oxidative decarboxylation of phenylsulfinylacetic acid (PSAA) and substituted PSAAs by H2O2 in the presence of oxovanadium(IV)- salophen complex has been studied spectrophotometrically in 100% acetonitrile medium under the influence of ligand oxides like pyridine N-oxide (PyO), picoline N-Oxide (PicNO) and triphenylphosphine oxide (TPPO). Kinetic results reveal that the reaction rate is strongly retarded by all the three ligand oxides. The reaction involving hydroperoxo species and an electrophilic attack of sulfur atom of PSAA on the nucleophilic peroxo oxygen of the vanadium complex is proposed as the mechanistic pathway. The linear Yukawa-Tsuno plot demonstrates that the ground state stabilization of PSAAs through resonance interaction is the cause for the observed non linearity in the Hammett plot
