The banking sector plays a major role in the development of the economy, as it mobilizes deposits and provides credit to various sectors across India. In India, the banking sector collects surplus funds from customers/depositors in the form of deposits and channelizes them to borrowers in the form of loans. Job satisfaction is a psychological phenomenon which explains the state of mind of the workers related to their job. Psychological mental state of the workers in relation to their job may be positive or negative. While a set of workers in any organization have positive job satisfaction, others may have negative job satisfaction in their job. Therefore, in every organization there are workers with positive and negative job satisfaction. . The objective of the study is to identify the level of job satisfaction among private sector employees in Chennai City. This based on both primary and secondary data and Simple random sampling technique was employed in the study, in order to remove any possible bias creeping in to the study, considering the small sample size of 120. From the study findings are: most of them working in the private sectors banks because of private banks are providing high pay and promotion in their career. It concludes that for those individuals with high expectation, there must be enough challenges available in their job, for them to derive satisfaction, and if this criterion is not met, it leads to them being dissatisfied with their job.

Mutual funds are Financial Intermediaries concerned with mobilising savings of those who have surplus income and channelisation of these savings in those avenues where there is demand of funds. These institutions employ their resources in such a manner as to afford for their investors the combined benefits of low risk, steady return, high liquidity and capital appreciation through diversification and expert management. By playing the role of financial intermediation mutual funds provide a convenient and effective link between savings and investment. Well managed mutual funds would be mutually beneficial arrangement. While, on the one hand, they help the investing community by offering share of corporate growth, on the other they have a salutary impact on the stock markets. By blending caution with aggression and analysis with intuition, the funds can successfully convert market opportunities into lucrative returns for the investors.

XML format applied in system configuration, custom settings, web service and software metadata etc., Confidential XML data required to protect by encryption. RSA is a proven asymmetric encryption algorithm. Asymmetric encryption uses separate keys for encryption and decryption. Encrypting entire XML document leads performance degradation. Balancing between performance and security is a key parameter. Encrypting confidential data and other node value save as original format. This approach improves the searching performance.

After the theory of the four moods which had its full development with Hippocrates at the end of the fifth century and beginning of the fourth century BC and recovery then reinforced centuries later, including Galen, doctor and philosopher of the times that followed. Through the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, these people speculated on the four temperaments that result from these moods and their correspondence with the four ages of man. There was talk of a "sanguine" youth, a "choleric" maturity (up to 40 years), a "melancholy" period (40 to 60 years) and a "phlegmatic" old age.

This study was identified the prominent anthropometric factor among University level men kho-kho players in the Sangli district. A total of 30 kho-kho players were selected for the study and the age of the subject range from 18 to 20 years. The subject was selected from the Sangli district. Descriptive analysis was done on all the selected anthropometric variables namely; weight, height, sitting height, arm length, leg length. In this study, the principal component method was selected for the primary solution of factor analysis. Since there was very less study on anthropometric variables done on kho-kho players. The scholar has started this study to explore the importance of anthropometric variables among Kho-kho Players. The length factor (factor 1) comprises of height, arm length were highly loaded items, the index factor (factor 2) which comprises the ponderal index was heavily loaded item, another loaded factor of girth factor (factor 3) which comprised of thigh girth and calf girth were heavily loaded items among male Kho-kho players. The present study that the length factor(factor 1) comparison of height, arm length were heavily loaded items, the index factor (factor 2) which comprises the ponderal index was heavily loaded items, another loaded factor of the great factor (factor 3) which comprised of thigh girth and calf girth were heavily loaded items among male Kho-kho Players.

Transmission of electrical energy with High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) has provided the electric power industry with a dominant means to transmit a huge quantity of electricity over very long distances. To investigate the performance, a well-developed current source converter based HVDC transmission system model is projected, in which the AC system is represented as damped LLR equivalent and is equipped with a double-tuned harmonic filter to mitigate the AC-DC harmonics, and the DC system is secured with a rectifier current control, inverter current control and inverter voltage control. The MATLAB/Simulink-based simulation results validate the step response of the HVDC transmission link connected to very weak AC system with various controllers.

The personality profiles of 200 students pursuing B.Tech & M.B.A course have been compared in the present study. Cattell's 16 PF Questionnaire was used to study the personality differences among students with respect to their academic background. The hypotheses examined were students with Engineering degree and not significantly different from those with an Management. Results showed that there were no significant differences among students in the personality profiles based on academic background except for measures of sensitivity and perfectionism. The implications of these findings are discussed for educationists and subject experts with respect to course content, delivery and counseling of students.

Although having a great geo-political significance, Kashmir also served as a vacationer destination for the Mughal rulers. The geographical location of this region provided it a great opportunity to carry on trade and commerce with the different regions of the world. Kashmir was also naturally rich in trade routes which further augmented its economic progress. Kashmir had always been famous for its unique products that were produced in this region by the local people. Some articles attained an eminence due to their best quality and remained always in great demand. A large number of commodities were imported from different regions which helped the local industries to flourish. The present paper is an attempt to study the commodities of export of Kashmir that were locally produced and were exported to the diverse regions of the world during the Mughal period.

Short Story is a minor functional genre but difficult one to handle. Although many define it to be short and there is no fixed definition of the short story. In the words of E.M/Forster both story and the novel are interrelated. Story is often said to be the essence of the novel. It could be narrative, or psychological or full of vivid description but with a significant incident in the life of a fictitious character, it is very popular because its wide appeal and limited time to read and appreciate

Mushrooms are highly valued for their nutritional values. But these contain large amounts of bioactive compounds like polysaccharides. Polysaccharides can be used for treating various incurable diseases like cancer, diabetes etc. The chemical structure of polysaccharides and its connection with their antitumor activity and immunomodulating effect are analysed in this paper.
