Even as the mindscapes of many strategic analysts are deciphering the just-concluded, top-class diplomatic blitzkrieg of PM Modi at "Howdy Modi" with Trump in tow and "the full Jaishankar" in the US, the countdown to another high voltage, high stakes diplomatic encounter has already begun. The world will now be witnessing a grand, media spectacle- the second "informal" summit between Modi and China"s supreme leader Xi Jinping on October 11-12 in Mammallapuram, near Chennai, also a site symbolizing their civilization and historic linkages. Similar to the first summit held in Wuhan, China on April 27-28 last year, this summit too will be enmeshed with deep, long personal conversations between the two without any pre-scripted agenda and outcomes. That these two leaders are meeting again in this format-an original, innovative contribution to global diplomatic practice by the two- signals most importantly that both see this informal summitry based purely on personal chemistry as the best diplomatic track to "manage" the bilateral relationship. In Indian eyes, both leaders saw Wuhan as an "opportunity for direct, free and candid exchange of views offered by the Informal Summit and agreed on the utility of holding more such dialogues in the future" as "the forward-looking dialogue raised the level of strategic communication about the perspective, priorities and vision that guide their respective policy choices domestically, regionally and globally. The Wuhan summit constituted "strategic

The basic principle of co-operation is voluntary association of people to serve their common interests. The International Labour Organisation (ILO) gave a comprehensive definition in the following terms; 'A co-operative organisation is an association of persons, usually of limited means, who have voluntarily joined together to achieve a common economic end through the formation of a democratically controlled organisation.' Self help groups (SHGs) form the basic constituent unit of the micro finance movement in India. SHG is a group of five or more than five members, who pool their savings in to a fund from which they can borrow as and when necessary. The SHG members are usually poor and often women. The membership of a SHG shall not exceed 20 members. The SHG is linked with a rural co-operative or commercial bank, where they maintain a group account. Over time the bank begins to lend to the group funded out of the savings generated by the group members themselves called inter loans. It builds financial discipline and credit history that encourages banks to lend to them in certain multiples of their own savings and without any demand for collateral security. SHGs play crucial role in economic empowerment of poor people in the rural areas. In addition to the financial help, SHGs provides enough opportunities for the overall development of women in the rural areas. In this context an attempt has been made to analyse how co-operative sponsored SHGs involved in the empowerment of women

Avifaunal Diversity is one of the most important ecological indicators to evaluate the status of habitats. Birds are the crucial animal group of an ecosystem which maintains a trophic level. Therefore, detail study on avifauna and their ecology is important to protect them. They are one of the biological control tools to control pests in gardens, on farms, and other places. They encourage pollination of plants. Birds are also good seed dispersal. The study is performed in four areas of Bareilly city during October 2016. Bareilly covers the 123.46 km2 area and provides breeding grounds to multiple populations of flora and fauna. Surveys were carried out and observations were made along line transects with the aid of binoculars and camera. Habitat wise classification reveals that many of birds were dependent on aquatic habitat and some depend on the terrestrial habitat, which shows that the Bareilly is an important abode of many birds. Food preference of birds showed that maximum species were insectivorous. Frequently disturbed areas like streets, highways etc., were not so rich in avifauna. Birds observed during night hours or nocturnal birds needed a critical eye to detect, and the usually included owl, crane, night hawk, night heron etc. Vultures were observed rarely near butcher shops of Azamnagar near Kumar theatre. Distribution of birds were found frequent and good near natural habitats

The most important challenge in arrangement and execution of a digitization project relate to mechanic call imitations, budgetary constraint, copyright consideration, lack of rule guiding principle and lastly, the collection of materials for digitization. This paper studies the digitization initiatives of Digital Library of India, National Library. It focuses on Digitized Knowledge Documents in India like total number of digitized books, total number of digitized pages. The study also highlights the Center of Digitization and Digital Library of India, National Library, Krishikosh, Digitization, E-Granth Project. Digitization a archive in print or other physical media makes the record more valuable as well as more available. It is conceivable for a user to conduct a full-text search on a archive that's digitized. It is conceivable to make hyperlinks to lead a peruse to related things inside the content itself as well as to outside assets. Eventually, digitization does not cruel supplanting the conventional library collections and administrations; or maybe, it serves to improve them. A report can be changed over into advanced organize depending on the objective of digitization, conclusion client, accessibility of funds, etc.

The management of financial matters by the University, including rising of money, vesting of funds, creation and approval of budgets, and other financial-related issues. The knowledge resource center's responsibilities include determining its own financial needs, creating a budget for its programmed, functions, and activities, managing and allocating funds within the allotted time frame, keeping track of accounts, and preparing financial reports and information. The default research paper's concentration is on the university library's mission, as well as its functions and services, as well as its financial management, financial management principles, and funding allocation. The creation and execution of numerous programmed are concerns of financial management. A financial manager uses scientific methods and procedures to assess financial data in order to increase a library's efficiency. The health of a library depends on educated and capable financial management. This would allow such an institution to stay away from taking on services or products that are outside of its scope. It makes ensuring that money supports effective day-to-day operations and also makes long-term goals attainable.

The paper presents the problem of three-dimensional free convection flow past a vertical porous plate in a rotating system when the whole system is in a state of solid body rotating with a constant angular velocity about an axis normal to the plate. The applied magnetic field has considerable strength so that the Hall effect on the flow could not be neglected. The plate is subjected to constant heat flux. The coupled non-linear equations of velocity and temperature are solved by series method. The effect of Hall parameter, magnetic parameter and heat flux are show on velocity and temperature fields, skin-friction and Nusselt number graphically or tabular from and are discussed. It is being observed that the increase in Hall parameter decrease both primary as well as secondary velocity. On the other hand the increase in magnetic number increase secondary velocity and decrease primary velocity.

ABSTRACT: "There is no chance of the welfare of the World unless the condition of women is improved. It is not possible for a bird to fly on one wing - Swami Vivekananda" There is no doubt that we are in the midst of a great revolution in the history of Women. The evidence is everywhere; the voice of women is increasingly heard in parliament, courts and in the streets. While women in the west had to fight for over a century to get some of their basic rights like the right to vote, the constitution of India gave women equal right with men from the beginning unfortunately, women in this century are mostly unaware of their rights because of illiteracy and the oppressive tradition. We need to think big and scale up rapidly in each and every area be it in education, infrastructure, industry, financial services or equality of both genders. For around two centuries, social reformers and missionaries in India have endeavored to bring women out of confines in which centuries of traditions had kept them. This present paper trying to highlight the need for empowerment of women in National and International level

This paper aims to specify that to be successful in marketing, producers need to be careful about planned strategies for managing their components of their product. A product is the set of all components offered for sale by a company. The following points are majorly considered in this paper related to important role of Components of Product for Competitive Advantage in Marketing like the strategy of classification of goods and services a firm provides to the customers. Finding the right product is not at all a solution but to concentrate on the components of the product is the biggest challenge. Management's capability to bring attention to a product and to differentiate it in such a way from similar products goes long way toward determining that product's revenue. In this paper it is proved that the primary thing is to develop strategies like what products to introduce, managing existing products over time, and dropping products and also decisions must be made regarding branding, packaging, and other product features such as warranties.

Complexes of the type [Cp2Ti(pddtc)Cl], [Cp4Ti2{pz(dtc)2}Cl2], where [pz(dtc)2] = piperazine bisdithiocarbamate, [pddtc] = piperidinedithiocarbamate, Cp = cyclopentadienyl have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, electronic, 1HNMR spectral data and conductivity measurements. The spectroscopic evidence suggests that both the complexes have five coordinate geometry around the metal ion. The conductivity measurements data (1mmol solution) implies non-electrolytic behavior for both the complexes as evident by their low conductivity values obtained at room temperature. A symmetrical bidentate coordination has been observed for the dithiocarbamate moiety rendering the metal five coordinate.

The joining of different materials is required for industrial application to utilize the hydride structures with attractive advantages such as superior strength to weight ratio, low cost, high tensile strength and less weight of the component. Specifically, Al-Cu composite material is widely used in foil conductors of a transformer, electrical connectors, foil windings in capacitors and tubes in heat exchangers. However, joining or spot welding the Al parts to Cu parts are significant challenge owing to variation in mechanical properties and chemical compositions of joining materials. In this present research work, the friction stir spot welded process (FSSWP) is carried out to join the Al and Cu materials. Further, microstructure and mechanical properties of friction stir spot welded specimens (FSSW) are studied at different tool rotational speeds likely from 1000rpm to 1500rpm. The microstructural study is carried out using scanning electron microscope images at the interface and overall welded region. The tensile strength of both single and double spot-welded specimens is analyzed using a universal tensile test machine. The output of this study states that the optimal tool rotational speed is 1500rpm for both single and double spot-welded specimens. Moreover, the double spot-welded specimen exhibits more tensile with a crack-free spot-welded surface than that of the single spot-welded specimen. The tensile strength double spot-welded specimen has a 6.8% higher strength than that of a single spot-welded specimen. Based on the present study, it is concluded that the double spot-welded specimen can be used for different industrial applications to replace Cu material with this Al-Cu material that gives added advantages to those components.

The political party in power tries to follow policies to encounter adverse effects of second job holding (moonlighting) prior to elections for vote maximization. This tendency is accountable for formation of Political Business Cycle of Moonlighting. This paper is aimed to examine whether the dynamic behavior of moonlighting growth is influenced by political decisions and thereby form Political Business Cycle of Moonlighting in Slovenia. By estimating time trends for regimes between two election periods of the National Assembly in terms of spline functions, this paper shows empirically that there is no evidence of change in moonlighting growth rate between the two election periods in Slovenia. Therefore, it is concluded that there is complete absence of political cycles of moonlighting in Slovenia.
