Mass media campaigns for the environmental development are organized by the government alone. Private organizations are not showing enough interest in these types of activities because the expensive is at the higher end. In order to motivate the corporate, government should offer Income Tax exemption to firms that give MMC for environmental friendly activities. This will attract many organizations to enter into environmental safety campaign through mass media. Government should assist in all aspect of the programme to the corporate by asking the local government or organization to support with the corporate in bringing the campaign a success. It is high time we act upon immediately and contain the damage. Organizations should come forward to launch innovative mass media campaigns for environmental development. Let us create a better and cleaner environment for the next generation.

To achieve the purpose of the study twenty students studying in the government higher secondary school, Mayiladuthurai were selected as subjects. The age of the selected subjects ranged between 15 to 17 years. Experimental group was called yoga training group. yoga training group underwent one hour yoga training for six evening session per week for eight weeks. The data were collected prior and immediately after the training programme on Resting pulse rate and Breath hold time. All the tests were carried out with standardized procedure. The collected date of experimental group pre and post test was statistically analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, standard error and t-test. The level of significant was fixed at 0.01 level of confidence. The results of the study reveals that due to effect to eight weeks yoga training on selected physiological variable such as Breath hold time and resting pulse rate of the school girls has significantly altered.

Government job is considered as a secure and permanent job that is why everyone wants to get that. But in India job opportunities are very less for one single post thousands of students are competing to each other because of over population. Due to that students are entering in a new academic and competitive world where they are confronted with multiple transition challenges. The challenges are compounded as they experience higher academic work load and family expectations. These challenges are coupled with the stress which covered a person for the future security of life. Due to their immaturity and future uncertainties, they seem not to have any control over the situation. The present research investigated the stress of such students those are preparing for upcoming government jobs declared by central and state government. A sample of 300 students was drawn randomly from the Kavya, Lakshya, Dronacharya, Soni, Saakar, Yuvaam, Pioneer and Mahalaxmi coaching institutes for competition of Kota city. Self- prepared Students Stress Inventory (SSI) was administered to get information from the subjects. The result of the present study revealed that students are affected by self-inflicted, parent inflicted, and peer inflicted stress and they also experience a high amount of these stresses.

Advance difficult to machine materials such as ceramics motivated researchers and engineers from manufacturing industries to develop newer methods of machining of such materials. Advanced machining processes such as electrical discharge machining and electrochemical machining are being effectively used in industries but for electrically conducting materials only. Ceramics such as alumina is electrically non conductive material and have superior properties and wide spread applications such as cutting tools, electrical and thermal insulators, turbine blades etc. Hence the machining of alumina ceramic material becomes very important. But due to electrically non conductive property of alumina, advance machining processes such as Electrochemical machining (ECM) and Electrical discharge machining (EDM) cannot be applied and other machining operations like ultrasonic machining and ion beam machining have their own limitations. So in the present research paper, a hybrid machining process, electrochemical spark machining (ECSM) setup was designed, fabricated and utilized for experimental investigations to find the suitability of developed set up for machining of non conductive alumina ceramic. The effect of various machining parameters such as DC supply voltage, electrolyte concentration, Pulse-on-time, pulse-off-time and inter electrode gap on different response characteristics such as material removal rate, overcut and taper generated during machining of hole was investigated and suitable range of the process parameters of the developed set up was determined.
