 Abstract

Background: effective communication skills are necessary for establishing and maintaining effective relation between radiographer and patient. Communication skills are a core element in medicine, nursing and allied health. Effective communication skills prevent misunderstanding between patient and healthcare practitioner. Aim: The main aim of this study is to identify the cause of image retake. Method: A patient based survey has been conducted in radiology department for evaluation of effective communication skill, total(n=80) patients of different age group were included in this study. Result: Effective communication pattern was categorised as 1. Greeting and introduction, 2. History taking, and 3. And procedure explaining. The study has been completed by comparing the data obtained from pre- and post-assessment. Patient experience in radiology department improve after guideline introduction but has negligible effect on image quality. Discussion:As observed in this study, the image artifacts before guideline introduction was 55%, the image artefacts had not been significantly reduced from 55% to 52.5% 1 months after introduction. Increase workload in radiology department was a serious stress factor which often led to sub-optimal communication between patient and radiographer. It was observed that time constraint is common in radiology department, more time is needed for healthy communication. Conclusion: Proper handling of imaging equipment and QA/QC programme are necessary to obtain good image quality.

 Abstract

Blog Space is a simple yet a powerful medium to share thoughts and ideas. Blogs are a latest and interesting means of communication and personal expression. Blog is a informational website which displays information in reverse chronological order. Researchers have just started to understand the importance that these media present as sources of data for communication. This project aims to create a platform for the students to express their views and collaborate. We created a space for enthusiasts and students. Students can read the blog and comment their opinions on others blogs. A friendly user experience and easy accessibility helps users to use the platform with convenience. In a study, writing for a motive has inspired users to create language more articulate and focus about accuracy, which leads us to contemplate blogs as a promising tool for the enhancement of knowledge of the users. The main idea of this project is to enable this platform as a tool for education and knowledge. The website enables users to create and manage blogs of themselves and view others' blogs. This platform creates a space for its users to get perspectives from one another about their opinions and experiences about any topic of interest via posting blogs. It is not just about the description but also enables users to add images to their posts to add colour and make them more engaging. We can get access to all functionalities provided by the platform just by creating an account by providing a username, email, and password. We can log into our account by providing the same credentials used during the account creation. Moreover, the management of the institution can login, post related content and do a regular check-up on the content posted by the students. The result is a website that allows the general public to convey their thoughts. This platform creates an edge to its users to get to a consensus from other users of the platform about their views and experiences about any event or place, simultaneously it's other users to share their experiences and thoughts via posting blogs.

 Abstract

 Abstract

Skin is an extra ordinary human structure. There are various types of skin cancer. And people are unaware about it. There are large number of skin diseases and some of them are most common. Due to lack of medical facilities available In remote areas, patients usually ignore it. The diagnose of this skin cancer also take the longer time. Melanoma skin cancer detection at an early stage is crucial for an efficient treatment. Recently, it is well known that, the most dangerous form of skin cancer among the other types of skin cancer is melanoma because it's much more likely to spread to other parts of the body if not diagnosed and treated early. The non- invasive medical computer vision or medical image processing plays increasingly significant role in clinical diagnosis of different diseases. Such techniques provide an automatic image analysis tool for an accurate and fast evaluation of the lesion. The steps involved in this study are collecting Dermoscopy image database, preprocessing, segmentation using thresholding, statistical feature extraction using Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM), Asymmetry, Border, Color, Diameter, (ABCD) etc., feature selection using Principal component analysis (PCA), calculating total Dermoscopy Score and then classification using Convocation neural network (CNN After using the publicly accessible data set, an accuracy of 89.5 percent and a training accuracy of 93.7 percent were reached..

 Abstract

Skin is the most delicate and vulnerable part of the human body, thus it is essential to protect it. Skin preparations include gel lotion, ointment, cream, peel of mask, and so on. Peel-off masks are dosage forms that are delicately applied to the facial skin surface and then peeled off after a few minutes. Herbal formulations are becoming increasingly popular on the global market. Herbal face masks are used to improve blood circulation, which helps to retain skin suppleness and eliminate debris from skin pores. The major advantage of herbal cosmetics is that they are non-toxic and decrease allergic responses. It is used as a cure to treat face skin problems such as tightening of skin, moisturising of skin, removing tan from the skin, glowing of skin, and removing dirt from skin pores. In this post, we created a bael fruit peel mask and tested it using several test methods. In this post, we created a mask out of bael fruit peel and tested it using several ways. Following its application, the formulation produced astounding results. The active ingredients in this composition include bael fruit pulp powder and aloevera. Using it as an active component in a peel off mask increases its value by improving the peel off mask's role in absorbing dust particles and moisturising the skin.

In addition, researchers have pointed out that these skills are imperative to career success, particularly in an increasingly competitive market. Furthermore, employers are placing a greater emphasis on these abilities when recruiting new hires. Therefore, it is essential that authors conducting a review of literature carefully consider the various factors of soft skills and evaluate the impact of soft skills on organizational performance and outcomes.

 Abstract

In today's era, vehicles are integral part of day-to-day life. Vehicle owners can minimize any problems or issues by regularly maintaining/servicing vehicles. Due to busy schedule of vehicle owner as well as long waiting time on service centre it is very difficult to get service of their vehicles within manageable time. By keeping the tight schedule of vehicle owner as well as service centre, we have developed a web application to automatize the entire service process. We have done thorough study of existing body of knowledge to evaluate the day-to-day activities/operations and transactions carried out within service centres. The researchers collected preliminary data and concluded that most of the service centres/garages still rely on traditional manual transactions. In this paper, authors have proposed an effective and efficient web-based portal for vehicle maintenance/service which can automatically control the entire manual process performed in the service centre while monitoring the repairs and services. Regular vehicle servicing is necessary to carry out checks different component of the vehicle in order to make sure proper and efficient operation of the vehicle. This system is beneficial for garage owners / admin user, mechanics and customers.

 Abstract

One of the greatest inconveniences of building a world house is the exorbitant cost of the structure. The significant expense of building houses beneath the destitution line is quite possibly of the main human issue. Then again, expanding urbanization increments squander, particularly non-inexhaustible ones. A fitting way to deal with such a circumstance is to utilize a piece of the family squander as important materials for the development of the house, and furthermore to guarantee an agreeable space and satisfactory intensity for the occupants of the house. A plastic jug is viewed as a family squander that has strength properties and can be utilized as a material in house development rather than an ordinary material like block. The motivation behind this paper is to explore the utilization of plastic jugs as [1,2] civil waste in one structure and how this can prompt supportability. It likewise makes reference to far to set up and protect them concerning intensity and sound, and a few positive focuses that this material has over others. At last, it was reasoned that plastic jugs can be more productive contrasted with some regular structure materials, for example, block, concrete and ceramic block as far as different factors, for example, lead time, cost, conveying limit, adaptability, waste and energy proficiency.[5,6]

 Abstract

The effects of global warming make it difficult to plant in an uncontrolled environment. In the traditional way of farming, farmers require quality soil with natural mineral strength. It also requires labour costs for ploughing and weeding, and also requires a large amount of space and water. In the case of seasonal crops, the yield does not meet the needs of customers and the expectations of farmers in terms of productivity. For these reasons, a management method is needed that requires less cost factor requirements and is also easy to maintain and control important factors such as light, water temperature and humidity throughout the year. This proposed work presents a hydroponic style of farming, which is a way of growing plants without soil or sunlight. In this method, plants are grown with only the roots exposed to a mixture of ash fertilizer and water instead of underground soil. This method is a type of indoor farming style that is independent of the weather and also avoids the cost of ploughing and labour. Irrigation and humidity control is done using a microcontroller kit connected to a wireless sensor network with internet that senses humidity, temperature and water level. Using this IOT technology, an authorized person could monitor the growth status of plants in real time from a remote location. This technology helps effectively in the development of agriculture with minimal use of resources. Key words: - IOT, Intelligent Hydroponic Style, Wireless sensor Network
