After 1991 society and economy is changing in fast face. Role women is also increasing in all business activities. Women entrepreneurs are accessing to fresh capital for new projects, research goals, startups and fluctuating inventories. women who manage to secure a loan also receive smaller sums than male borrowers as result there will be less bad loans. Sometime women entrepreneur is to struggle for obtain Startup credit, which is a necessary part of being competitive in any market. Economists, sociologists, and market analysts have examined many factors to learn why women entrepreneurs struggle to obtain credit. Some researchers believe that women may be more averse to financial risks than men, and others state that women simply apply for lessor amount of loans. This paper made an attempt to understand women entrepreneurship and startups.

Myths have been playing a significant role in shaping and enriching the aura of Indian literature. Throughout the ages, the Indian authors have made use of the mythical tales from the epics, the Puranas, the Panchatantra and the Jatakas in their writings while designing their narratives. As a typical Indian author, R.K. Narayan has also used them abundantly in his novels and short stories. In the novel The Man-Eater of Malgudi, the author has re-visited multiple myths ranging from the Bhasmasura myth to the recurring deva-asura war, sometimes to reproduce them as tokens of collective unconscious, while on some other occasion to appropriate myth to reality.

ABSTRACT A series of novel nickel(II) complexes [Ni(Abmene)X2] where X= Cl- , NO3 - , ClO4- or CH3COO- has been synthesized by the template method and characterized by elemental analysis , molar conductance , magnetic , electronic and infrared spectral measurements . Abmene stands for the ligand 1,5,8,12-tetraaza-6,7:13,14-dibenzo-2,4,9,11-tetramethylcyclotetradeca-1,4,8,11-tetraene which has been derived by Schiff base condensation of acetylacetone and orthophenylenediamine in equimolar proportion in ethanolic medium of high dilution in presence of nickel salts .The low molar conductance values of the complexes indicate their non electrolytic nature . Magnetic and electronic spectral data suggest the complexes to have octahedral stereochemistry . Infrared spectra confirm coordination of the macrocyclic Schiff base ligand through all the azomethinic nitrogens . Anions have been found to behave in an unidentate manner . Macrocyclic effect and electron delocalisation over the entire molecular framework seem to play significant role in providing stability to the complexes .

A professor at Harvard University named Robert Kaplan and a consultant from the Boston David Norton developed a new performance Measurement system - Balance Scorecard. Both of them did research study on many companies with the objective of exploring new methods of performance measurement (Kaplan and Norton, 1990). The focus for the study was that performance based on financial measures was unproductive for the modern business. These companies also believe that only financial measures in performance measurement system do not create value. There are various alternatives available but the best alternative is Balance scorecard, featuring performance measures financial and non-financial - customer issues, internal business processes, and employee activities. Both the private and public sectors banks have used this concept and implemented it to improve performance. Many organizations believe that Balance Scorecard is a performance measurement system which includes both financial and non-financial parameters, whereas Kaplan and Norton claim that a Balance Scorecard is linked with vision and mission of the organization and not only collection of performance measures. The current study was undertaken after taking a note of the existing literature and finding the research gaps and intended to study and identify the practices under balanced scorecard specific to banking industry and more specifically to the private sector banks. The present study studied, identified and explored the Internal process perspective of balance scorecard practices in private sector banks. The undertaken quantitative research was exploratory cum descriptive cum diagnostic in its nature. The survey sample consisted of 200 bank executives from middle and top management of 10 private sector banks having retail operations in India. Secondary as well as primary sources were used for the data collection and standard statistical tools were used for the analysis. The findings revealed that all the practices of customer perspective of balanced scorecard are significantly implemented to the private sector banks in specific and the whole banking sector in general.

Education is a direct and powerful indicator of the status of population and has a contributing effect which causes variations in both the levels of fertility and infant mortality. Female education is directly related to the status of women, their age at marriage, decision making power and the capability to access health care services. That means female education has its impact on their demand for children and the survival of their children. The present paper aims to study female education in India and its effects on fertility and infant mortality in India. The entire study is based on secondary data obtained from census data and SRS statistical reports. It is clear from the results that the general fertility rate and the infant mortality rate decreases with the increase in the level of education of females.

After the tsunami so many people died, injured, physical problem, health problems, livelihood affected, damage house, boats, socio - economic conditions is affected. Drinking water is in very short supply in some area, due to contamination by polluted and salt water. The risk of disease increased substantially acute disease and chronic disease. The coastal area of Tamilnadu was mostly affected because of Tsunami. The most affected region is Nagapattinam district. So the study has taken the Nagapattinam District as the area. Out of which Vadakkupoyyur was selected as highly affected region and Prathabaramapuram is selected as less affected region. The objective of the study is to find the morbidity of (Prathabaramapuram ) less tsunami affected and (Vadakkupoyyur) high tsunami affected respondents in the study area. The total number of respondents selected for the study is 240. Out of which hundred and twenty samples are from highly tsunami affected village Vadakkupoyyur in Nagapattinam district and another 120 respondents are from less tsunami affected village Prathabaramapuram in Nagapattinam district. Among the highly tsunami affected village population and less tsunami affected village (Prathabaramapuram) population the study has taken 4 categories in such a way that the respondents are given equal weight age. In the tsunami affected area under different categories such as Fish Catches (F.C), Fish Sellers (F.S), Fish Catches Cum Government employees (Fc.G) and others (O) are explained. The acute diseases like malaria, dengue, jaundice and cholera. The chronic disease are diabetes , heart problem, leprosy, cancer, asthma. The immediate needs are enormous, as are the of the longer - term tasks such as rebuilding damaged infrastructure , and providing psychological support to the individuals and communities. The Primary Health Concerns are clean drinking water, food, shelter medical care for injuries.

On 26th December 2004 the earthquake occurred near Sumatra island of Indian Ocean. The coastal areas of island, mainland , natural and man made environment are affected by natural disaster is called Tsunami. Most of the population died, injured and mentally affected because of this disaster. The Prime objectives of the post-disaster migration is health care of those people who are affected the most. The Healthcare facilities for vital to avoid mortality and morbidity in the disaster affected regions. Every individual in the region is should be provided with medical care. In such a situation, this paper tries to analyse the accessibility of medical facilities in the tsunami affected regions of Nagapattinam District, Tamilnadu .This study also tries to compare high affected and less affected region among the different categories of population. The health care practices of the coastal population is also categorize different parts. The government and Private Health Care practices are also taken into consideration to study the deprived population group and to understand the nature of approaches of different Health Care practices available to them. This study collected data information from Nagapattinam district Tamilnadu. The study is on tsunami high affected area is Vadakkupoyyur and Tsunami less affected area Prathabaramapuram. The study suggests that the health care awareness program must be implemented in the tsunami affected villages. The reason behind it is that the people are needy and poor compared to other regions. Since the people affected by the natural disaster are most vulnerable both economically and socially. Hence this set of population should be provided with free medical facilities such as diagnosis of diseases treatment of chronicle diseases and mental treatments at free of cost.

In response to the challenge and an opportunity that the Indian government sees in its booming youth population, the Indian government is attempting to ramp up VET. The National Skills Development Policy in 2009 set the target of upskilling 500 million workers by 2022 to meet the impending skills gap; it is worth noting, however, that the government currently estimates training capacity to be 7 million per year. A more recent estimate from the Institute of Applied Manpower Research argues that 291 million additional workers are needed for the same period. This is particularly pertinent to the building, construction and real estate industry, the auto and auto components industry, and the textiles and clothing industry. The lack of skills supply is characterised by the government as a key issue for the economy: The country presently faces a dual challenge of severe paucity of highly-trained, quality labor, as well as non-employability of large sections of the educated workforce that possess little or no job skills
