The Y generation is heavily influenced by style and fashion and aspires to be a style icon. In fact, the availability of different beauty items has made their needs no longer be latent. With the invention of anti-aging creams and colourant solutions, the cosmetic industry has entirely revolutionized fashion and given vitality to even individuals who are becoming older. Because there are so many well-known, high-quality domestic and international brands, building strong brand loyalty is seen to be a difficult undertaking for a marketer participating in the thriving cosmetic sector. This study seeks to identify a certain cosmetic brand that, for any reason, is popular and a staple in young people's baskets. The results show that brand loyalty does not significantly correlate with the gender or location of cosmetic product users. Young people's residences and annual spending on cosmetics are both statistically independent variables. The findings also show that the majority of respondents highly rated a cosmetic brand's great quality, which was followed by customer satisfaction and brand name.

Abstract Professional adjustment is the sense whether teachers are fit for and happy in the job or not? Are they working willingly or toiling just for salary? Is this job their own initial choice or forced upon them by circumstances? Professionally adjusted teachers have pride in being in the teaching profession and have a desire for professional development. The present study focused that professional adjustment of secondary school teachers in vijayanagaram district of Andhra Pradesh with reference to certain variables like marital status and type of school.Teachers' professional adjustment inventory was constructed by Dr.A.HRiziv(2018) was used for collecting data. The sample consists of 600 secondary school teachers and adopted the survey method. The study revealed that secondary school teachers are found to have moderate level of professional adjustment. Languages are demanded to communicate information, studies, feelings, and knowledge. Since language is verbal, people with hearing or speech disabilities provide a multitudinous conditioning to interact with others. This exploration aims at the technology which is used to restate sign language into rudiments for those who have issues in communication. i.e., individuals who are deaf, have hail loss, and have speech difficulties. We're using sign language that can be restated into the ABC, one goes through a procedure to restate sign language into the ABC. The complexity and methodology of deep literacy algorithms are erected on a scale to replicate what people communicate. Deep literacy is a machine literacy and artificial intelligence( AI) system. SVM and LSTM use several ways to collect and gather the system's findings.

The effect of seismic forces on buildings with different vertical geometry arrangements have been analysed by utilizing ETABS software. ETABS is an engineering software product which is utilized for analysis and design of structures. Analysis and design are done as per IS 456-2000. M30 grade of concrete and Fe-500 steel is adopted. Load combinations are taken as per IS: 875-part 5 (2015). Live loads are taken as per IS 875-part 1. There are several concerns which affect the performance of structure from which storey shear and storey displacement play a crucial role in finding the behavior of structure against the seismic loads. Results are conveyed in form of tables, bar charts. Storey displacement increased with storey height.

Postcolonialism is a buzzword in literary criticism that happens to be another refined and convincing term replacing traditional arena such as Commonwealth Literature or Third World Literature. The discourse emerged primarily as a reactionary force against colonizing European center. Several renowned critics have profusely contributed to Postcolonial theory. It has been convincingly contended that from the well identified geographical locations around the world which have been colonized during nineteenth and first half of twentieth century, there has come up creative literature, particularly fiction, of resistance against and subversion of Imperialism. It is the voice of protest raised by the marginalized and quite often silenced indigenous cultures or identities. The writers from postcolonial societies have been chiefly preoccupied with opposition of Euro-centric hegemonic power structure, and simultaneously they assert and celebrate their ethnicity, indigenous culture, myths, rituals, oral traditions and political identity. Their visionary actions and creative expressions essentially employ the tools of historiography. Though, in case of India, the British colonizers have denigrated Indian people as inferior community of illiterate, imbecile, superstitious snake-charmers and barbaric duckaits and usurpers of small kingdoms. As a sort of response to the White man's so-called burden to civilize the other, Indian fiction writers take up the themes of Vasudhaiva kutumbakam, pluralism, heterogeneity, multiculturalism from their socio-cultural systems and philosophical and spiritual heritage, so as to show a more authentic counterview of nature of life on the planet. The vast body of Indian English Fiction contains, in the beginning, the topics of cultural reclamation, and at the present globalization and peaceful coexistence.

Grameen Bank is a concept of Microfinance. The microfinance revolution, as it was frequently called, did not happen overnight. Microfinance has a long history of evolution, from a simple idea to a global movement, through which it came into the present shape. But much of its history is yet to be written systematically. In fact, there is no historical research so far from the perspective of microfinance. Little is thus known about the early history of some of the oldest forms of lending to the poor. The current study offers a historical look at microfinance and aims at documenting the evolution of modern microfinance institutions. The object of the research is to recognize the historical depth of microfinance and give a picture of how this idea emerged and developed overtime. The study reveals that moneylending to the poor was always in existence in various forms in different periods of time in both developing and developed countries. It has a long history, particularly in Asia but also in Africa and Europe.

There is now a smart helmet that can recognise dangerous situations when driving. When designing helmets, we had to take into account the two primary categories of hazards, namely alcohol detection and accident detection. The alcohol content is the first factor. When the driver was involved in an accident, the second accident detection method was favoured. As a result, only a small number of the current recommendations have been put into practice and tested in the real world, demonstrating that there is, at a level that is generally accepted in science, a gap between theory and real world application. The system is broken down into units in order to execute it as a whole.Accident notification is sent to the parents or emergency services via a mems sensor. MQ3 is nothing more than an alcohol sensor that is used to identify alcohol use. It is mostly utilized in order to produce a Challan whenever alcohol is found. A data processing unit, the ESP32 micro controller, is utilized to collect all the data from the aforementioned sensors and determine whether the user wearing it needs to activate any alert or notification units, as well as a 24 hour GPS tracker for security and notification. The data from the processing unit is sent via a wifi unit and sent as a notification to the authorities via the Blynk app. We may also remotely manage the ignition using this app. Overweight identification is also a feature of this system. The transmission through IOT, which proved successful at distances more than twice as great as those stated, is how this entire thing is accomplished. Additionally, the RF wireless communication module on this smart helmet connects it to the bike.

Drink and drive issue have become solemnly that needs immediate attention. To overcome these issues, this system is proposed. This system is fixed on vehicle's steering to measure alcohol concentration reading using MQ-3 sensor from the driver's exhaled breath. If the driver found to be drunk beyond the threshold level of 500ppm, then ignition lock is activated and the car engine does not start till alcohol concentration falls to a safe level. If the driver consumes an alcoholic drink while driving, upon exceeding permissible limit, the car slows down till it stops. Then, the location of the vehicle is tracked and sent as Google Map integrated link via text message to authorized unit. Simultaneously, the car buzzer goes on while the car slows down so that surrounding road users are aware of the driver's condition and drives at a distance. The proposed detection system is highly potential to be implemented for reducing the drunk and drive accidents.

: An experimental study was performed to evaluate regression equations on pH and carbonation depth of concrete samples collected from different ages of structures. Field tests that are conducted on structural elements are rebound hammer test and ultrasonic pulse velocity test methods and carbonation depth. Laboratory test that conducted on collected concrete samples is pH. So all these four different types of tests like pH and carbonation depth and rebound hammer test and ultrasonic pulse velocity test methods are conducted on different type of structures like residential buildings , pylons , water resource structures and cement concrete roads. In residential buildings the age of structures are is also different like t=50,45,30 and 25 years. Similarly the pylons of different age like t=30 and 25 years and water resource structures of different age like t= 25 and 20 years and cement concrete roads of age t= 20 and 15 years. carbonation depth test was conducted by using chemical phenolphthalene and drilling machine. Similarly ultrasonic pulse velocity test methods and rebound hammer test methods are conducted as per is : 13311 part1 and part2. So ph of concrete samples are decreased as carbonation depth increases and for more strength of concrete samples carbonation depth propagation was less. Quality of concrete is more for greater strength of concrete samples. As strength is going to increases the ph value of sample increases.

Fingerprint identification is one of the oldest, most widely used, and least expensive biometric technologies available. It combines various technologies such as sensors, biotechnology, electronic technology, digital image processing, and pattern recognition. Fingerprint identification has expanded beyond criminal investigations to e-commerce, attendance, access control, credit card, endowment insurance systems, and other fields, making it a popular biometric technology. However, the existing matching algorithms such as feature-point-based or image-based are not accurate or fast enough. By using our method, the automatic fingerprint identification system can achieve better accuracy in recognizing fingerprint images. Additionally, our method can enhance the adaptability and stability of the system across various domains. Furthermore, our method can also significantly improve the feature extraction of agricultural products, which in turn can enhance the classification task.
