Abstract: - On the 1st anniversary of the war between 2 European Nations Russia and Ukraine New Delhi has still maintained the stance of neutrality and wants others also to focus on other pressing issues and stick to pragmatic neutrality and push for practical solution to the crisis. This stance of India comes from its unquestioned faith in its time tested partnership with Russia and its ability to manage and keep good relations with USA which can be defined as "Estranged Democracies of the Cold War era into Comprehensive Global Strategic Partners of today." Also in the world order where international relations are dominated by realist approach and the only thing that matters for every country existing in this world are its sole national interest and their responsibility to protect the national sovereignty and integrity of the country.

This project evaluates the potential of two aquatic plants, azolla and duckweed, for municipal wastewater treatment. The study was conducted in a laboratory-scale experiment, in which both plants were grown in wastewater collected from a local municipal treatment plant. The growth rate, nutrient removal efficiency, and the biomass production of both plants were evaluated. The results showed that both azolla and duckweed were able to remove a significant amount of nutrients, including nitrogen and phosphorus, from the wastewater, with high removal efficiency. Both plants also demonstrated rapid growth rates and high biomass production. However, azolla showed a slightly higher nutrient removal efficiency and biomass production than duckweed. Overall, these findings suggest that both azolla and duckweed have great potential for use in municipal wastewater treatment systems, particularly in areas with limited land and resources for traditional wastewater treatment methods.

Every plant species has compounds that have the potential to harm certain animals or microbes, providing strong evidence for the hypothesis that secondary metabolites are critical in the fight against disease and herbivores. Because plants contain a large number of bioactive chemicals, the majority of which are thought to have developed as chemical defences against predation or illness, plants have historically been a valuable source of medicines. Excipients, in addition to the active components in herbal medicines, may be included in certain formulations. Excipients are inert additives, such as starch, that are used to improve the adhesive qualities of pills or tablets prior to their preparation.

Remote sensing technique has emerged as an effective tool for systematic survey, analysis, and better management of natural resources and understanding the morphological changes and terrain analysis. Morphological analysis of a watershed provides a quantitative description of the drainage system which is an important aspect of the characterization of watersheds (Strahler, 1964). Morphometric analysis requires measurement of linear features, areal aspects, gradient of channel network and contributing ground slopes of the drainage basin (Nautiyal, 1994). The remote sensing technique is a convenient method for morphometric analysis as the satellite images provide a synoptic view of a large area and is very useful in the analysis of drainage basin morphometry. The surface configuration of the Alaknanda Basin-Uttarkashi-Gangotri area can be analyzed with the help of different morphometric techniques like relative relief, dissection index, drainage density, drainage frequency and average slope, nature of long profile, sinuosity index etc. to find out the characteristics of Uttarkashi-Gangotri terrain. Alaknanda valley and Bhagirathi valley presents a well-developed watershed in which snow, glaciers, running water and mass gravity movements are the important factors in sculpturing surface geometry.

Heart disease (HD) is a serious health problem that has affected many people all over the world. Shortness of breath, muscular weakness, and swollen feet are prominent signs of HD. Due to some factors, including accuracy and execution time, present heart disease diagnosis techniques are not very effective in early-time identification. Researchers are working to develop an effective method for the detection of heart disease. In this study, we suggested a supervised machine learning-based system that can quickly and accurately diagnose cardiac problems. The categorization techniques used in the system's development, including support vector machines, decision trees, and random forests, are all included. To increase accuracy, we combined all of the above-mentioned algorithms to create a hybrid algorithm. The classifier's performances are evaluated using the performance measurement metrics. On the features chosen via features selection algorithms, the classifier performances have been evaluated. We produce an enhanced performance level with an accuracy of 95.08% through the prediction model for heart disease with Hybrid Decision Tree, Random Forest, and SVM model. The flask framework website provides the final output. The suggested system can also recommend a food diet to patients who test positive.

Government particularly in semi-arid regions of the world, designate portions of forests as forest reserves in order to improve rainfall, reduce wind attrition, stop the flow of logging, and lessen the advance of the desert. Because of this, forest reserves are protected by law in many countries, including India. After air and water, forests are the third most important natural resource on the planet. By capturing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen, they efficiently maintain the atmosphere's gaseous balance, which also helps to complete the hydrological cycle and create rainfall. Forests include a variety of things, including food, medicine, lumber, and many others. They act as defenses against numerous dangers, such as radiation, drought, and soil erosion other uses for woodlands include those relating to recreation, aesthetics, and acting as a habitat for various animals. The six main operations that are essential for forest monitoring include detecting tree cutting (logging), fire, human activity, location, moisture, and temperature using Ph sensors, fire sensors, passive infrared sensors (PIR), GPS sensors, soil moisture sensors, and temperature sensors, respectively. The gathering of sensor data from tree sites is the first phase in the planned IoT-based forest security system. Second, a Python-based system that gathers, examines, and alerts the proper security people, staff, or forest officers of the location of the impacted site. This technology will help the forestry sector with e-governance.
