In order to match the international standards in teaching and research, a mentor must continuously work hard to stay up with the expanding body of knowledge. Standards for excellence in research often place an emphasis on the qualities of objectivity, internal validity, external validity, reliability, rigour, open-mindedness, honest and detailed reporting. Researchers generally lacks credibility, even with its target audience of teachers and administrators maybe because of not using educational research to influence educational practice. There is need for a conceptual framework to serve as the foundation for educational research as there is low comprehension of research methods, and the inability of the research to have an impact on educational policies, programmes, or practice. This paper is an attempt to study the various research initiatives in India, their contribution and identification of lacunae during conduct of research. Suggestions have been given to overcome these lacunae.

The solution studies the proton-ligand stability constant pK and metal ligand stability constants logk of binary (1:1) complexes of Cu(II), Co(II), Cd(II) and Ni(II) with substituted thiocarbamido phenols have been studied at 0.1 M ionic strength in 65% ethanol-water mixture by Bjerrum method as adopted by Calvin and Wilson. It is observed that Cu(II), Co(II), Cd(II) and Ni(II) metal ions form 1:1 and 1:2 complexes with ligands (L1 & L3). The information acquired was used to estimate and compare the values of proton -ligand stability constant (pK) and metal-ligand stability constants (logk). The effects of substituents were studied from the evaluated information (pK and logk).

Cloud computing is a new field of study that benefits all types of users, from average consumers to major corporations. The present research interests of researchers have been on several cloud computing study fields, such as load balancing, cost management, workflow scheduling, etc. Some conventional approaches have been devised to address these issues; however, they are not very successful. Since the past ten years, a significant area of concern has been the application of energy optimisation in cloud computing. This chapter emphasises the applicability of nature-inspired algorithms to a variety of cloud computing challenges in a detailed (yet condensed) survey report. The chapter seeks to give a thorough understanding of nature-inspired optimisation methods and their application to the challenges of cloud technology. There is also discussion of some potential future possibilities for cloud computing research.

This paper presents design and development of buck and boost converter for BLDC motor used in electric vehicle. An electric vehicle working with BLDC motor energized from battery with the help of buck and boost converter, in which battery is used as source of energy. Present work portray 24V battery is used to run the BLDC motor using buck and boost converters. If the battery is completely charged the voltage of the battery is more than 24V and if the battery is low, then the voltage is below 24V. This high and low voltage condition of the battery will affect the motor drives. Using DC-DC converters we can supply constant voltage and current to BLDC motor for its smooth running.

This paper tries to look into the part of the activities of Aung San Suu Kyi, a prominent political leader from Myanmar, has emerged as an unwavering champion for democracy in her relentless pursuit of justice, peace, and human rights. It further delves into her life and accomplishments, highlighting her unwavering commitment to democratic values and her transformative impact on the socio-political landscape of Myanmar. Her journey as a democracy advocate began during Myanmar's oppressive military rule in the late 1980s. Despite being subjected to house arrest and enduring prolonged periods of isolation, Suu Kyi displayed exceptional courage, resilience, and unwavering determination in her struggle for democracy and freedom. Her charismatic leadership and nonviolent approach to political resistance captured the hearts and minds of the Myanmar people, fostering a strong pro-democracy movement. Suu Kyi's efforts culminated in her co-founding of the National League for Democracy (NLD) in 1988, a political party committed to democratic reforms and the promotion of human rights. Under her leadership, the NLD swiftly gained popularity and garnered significant support from the public, leading to a landslide victory in the 1990 general elections. However, the military junta refused to recognize the results and maintained its grip on power, leaving Suu Kyi under house arrest for a total of 15 years.

A cryptocurrency is a digital currency, secured by cryptography, which makes it nearly impossible to counterfeit or double-spend. Many cryptocurrencies are decentralized networks based on block chain technology--a distributed ledger enforced by a disparate network of computers. A defining feature of cryptocurrencies is that they are generally not issued by any central authority, rendering them theoretically immune to government interference or manipulation. Which is an alternative form of payment created using encryption algorithms. The use of encryption technologies means that crypto currencies function both as a currency and as a virtual accounting system. To use crypto currencies, you need a crypto currency wallet. These wallets can be software that is a cloud-based service or is stored on your computer or on your mobile device. The wallets are the tool through which you store your encryption keys that confirm your identity and link your crypto currency.

Soil surface roughness (SSR) introduces fluctuation in the detected energy by the sensor, and produce uncertainty into the actual results of remote sensing. Thus, SSR thereby limit the accuracy in the estimation of surface property. In view of remote sensing, SSR is characterized by roughness parameters such as: RMS surface height, correlation length and auto-correlation function. Further, various topographically dependent hydrologic and erosion processes on arable land such as: storage of water on the soil surface, infiltration capacity, velocity of over-land flow, organization of the drainage pattern are primarily controlled by the SSR. The topographically important SSR parameters are different from remote sensing parameters and are described as roughness parameters of any surface as: ISO 4287:1997. In present investigation SSR parameters regarding, remote sensing and topography of soil surface are studied.

The Indian Constitution is a real confluence of philosophy, ideals and humanity. Indian constitution is the supreme source of human values as well as spiritual development. The Indian Constitution is the best man-made creation of India so far. The basic idea of our constitution is humanity, such a humanity in which the feeling of welfare of not only human beings but also of the entire living world pervades. This constitution contains the spirit of the philosophy of "World brotherhood and Survey Bhavantu Sukhinah, App Deepo Bhava". In this way, our constitution is a tableau of Indian public life, social harmony and common cultural heritage of Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb, the source of which is the Indian citizens themselves. This constitution not only provides protection to human dignity but also ensures national dignity along with it. In this way, this constitution is not just a bundle of paper but a living document. It is not an inert document like other texts, it continues to evolve. It is a cumulative reflection of our ideals, objectives and life values. Even today this constitution is developing according to the changing needs of the society and the nation and that is why the constitution is also considered as the source of honourable values. The purpose of this research article of mine is also to throw light on the spirit of eternal world welfare that is continuous through the philosophical, spiritual and honourable values of the Indian Constitution.

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)inflows can help host countries development in different ways especially through export competitiveness, generating employment and strengthening the skills base, enhancing technological capabilities and particularly increasing financial resources for development. As a result, developing and underdeveloped countries now widely using FDI as an important source of investment for their sustained economic growth and development. And India and China are no exception from it. Although these two countries have strong similarities with each other in different respect to attract FDI inflows particularly with population and market size but their performance to attracting FDI inflows mismatch severely. While China is able to get huge FDI inflows for a long period, India's performance is not up to mark in this respect although it has improved significantly recently. In this paper an attempt has been made to identify the causes of disparity of India -China FDI performances over time and more importantly find out the factors responsible for India's unattractiveness as an investment location. India's recent policy also analyzed and showed its effects on FDI inflows positively. But India still needs to improve infrastructure facilities significantly, overcome administrative loopholes and slashes corporate tax rate to augment FDI inflows in future.

Over the past few years, social media and digital media have drastically changed how people consume content, especially in the fashion industry. People are no longer picking up magazines as often as they have in the past. Today, content is consumed online and people are not only reading content, but they are offering their feedback through comments and social media. Multiple types of fashion blogs managed by everyday people are giving consumers an inside look into what used to be an exclusive, fashion-experts-only industry. This study looks at fashion blogging and social media within the fashion industry and how it has transformed an elitist industry into a consumer-friendly industry.

Infertility is the inability to conceive even after one year of regular sex without using birth control. Female infertility is a challenging topic in the society today as it not only leads to distress and depression but also may lead to disturbed family life. Premature ovarian insufficiency, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, uterine fibroids and endometrial polyps may play a role in female infertility, ovulatory problems being the most common. Many factors like certain genetic factors, increasing age, improper nutrition, environmental pollution and increasing stress in daily life may contribute to female infertility. In Ayurvedic literature, infertility has been described under Bandhyatva. Treatment offered by Modern Science mainly includes the use of hormonal medicines or injections and Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART). On the other hands Ayurvedic treatment includes Nidana Parivarjana (removal of the cause), Dietary management, Samshamana (pacificatory therapy) and Samshodhana (purification and cleansing). Basti (medicated enema) is one of the most important Samshodhana procedures which can be used in the management of female infertility as it not only balances the vitiated Dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) but also provides nutrition hence correcting the overall condition of the patient.
