Incidence and aetiology Ulcerative colitis is a long-term (chronic) condition and belongs to a category of disease known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease. . In Ulcerative colitis, the inner lining of child's large intestine (colon or bowel) and rectum gets inflamed. . Some patients also describe tenesmus. The onset is typically insidious. This inflammation often starts in the rectum and lower (sigmoid) intestine. Then it spreads to the whole colon. This causes diarrhoea or frequent emptying of the colon. As cells on the surface of the lining of the colon die and fall off, open sores (ulcers) form. This causes pus, mucus, and bleeding. In severe cases, purulent rectal discharge causes lower abdominal pain and severe dehydration, especially in the elderly population.

A tilting car is a special type of automobile that has the ability to change the angle between the road and the bottom of the passenger cabin in such way that there are reduced horizontal forces while driving through a curve.it may be 3 or 4 wheeler. These narrow track cars have an increased rolling tendency. The use of tilting mechanism in automobile would decrease the rate of accidents due to slippage. It will give better dynamic stability as well as directional stability to the vehicle, better road grip, and better comfort to the passengers, and the most important load carrying capacity of vehicle increases. In our project work we have tried to develop a tilting mechanism for the vehicle. This feature enables the vehicle to tilt in to the curve while negotiating it. The method we have used is a simple mechanical tilting system by using the shock absorbers. This tilting mechanism if successful would dramatically increase the maximum speed in curves. This would also provide the advantages of increased passenger comfort and handling. In order to develop a tilting mechanism for a narrow track car to give it the flexibility of a motor cycle. This can be operated on reduced lanes thereby increasing the effective capacity of highways.

A new, simple and precise RP-HPLC method was developed in this study for the quantitative analysis of lenalidomide (LLM) in pharmaceutical formulations using an analytical quality by design approach. Inertsil C8 mobile phase analytical columns containing a phosphate buffer were used for this purpose in the estimation of LLM and its degradation products present in the mixture of buffer, acetonitrile and methanol in the ratio 80:8:12 (v v/v). The 1.0 ml / minute flow rate is maintained and all degradation tests are conducted using the UV/VIS detector at 254 nm. Method Validation is carried out in compliance with the guidelines and criteria of the International Council for Harmonization (ICH); precision, accuracy, specificity, stability, robustness, linearity, quantization limit 0.25 ?gml-1 (LOQ) and detection limit 0.75?gml-1 (LOD) were successfully evaluated. The current RP-HPLC method indicates that the peaks' purity angle is less than their threshold angle, suggesting that it is ideal for stability studies. For the effective separation of LLM and its impurities in the pharmaceutical dosage formulations, the established method may therefore be used.

ABSTRACT Magnesium alloys are potential materials for automobile and aerospace industries due to its light weight, high strength-to-weight ratio, good cast ability, low elastic modulus, good machine ability and wear resistance. Among various Mg alloys, Mg-Si alloy have great potential for high temperature and wear resistance applications because of its hard Mg2Si phase. Howeverthe mechanical properties of the hypereutectic Mg-Si alloys are not satisfactory because of coarse brittle dendritic Mg2Si intermetallic and coarse lamellar eutectic Mg2Si phases. In order to increase its mechanical properties various researches are undergoing. Among that addition of Lanthanum (La) is the one of the optimum way to modify the Mg2Si phase. In the present study deal with the addition of La in Mg-6Si is to be investigated. Different proportions of Lanthanum (La) 0, 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9wt % effect is proposed to investigate. In order to understand the microstructure of modified/unmodified Mg-6Si alloy with different La addition will be studied using optical microscope and SEM analysis. The formation of La containing precipitate and its modifying mechanisms and morphology changes in Mg-6Si alloys is also will be investigated through XRD, SEM and EDX analysis. The mechanical properties of improved microstructure of Mg-6Si alloy due to the La addition is analysed by subjecting to its tensile and hardness tests.

The Morung or the dormitory occupied a significant place in the socio-cultural life of the Nagas. The Morung was an important institution of the Nagas to impart various skills of arts and warfare. Not only as a dormitory but served as a guardhouse during times of war. The Morung was built next to the village or in a strategically advantageous position to defend the village. Above all, it served as an institution that transmits the tradition, customs and laws from generation to generation. The dormitory is an important social institution, which sustains society, religion, culture and beliefs. The dormitories perhaps evolved to meet the need and requirement of society. The dormitory inculcates the young man and young women a strong sense of fraternity and corporate life in the village, essential for sustaining the tribal community life. With the advent of Christianity and the introduction of western education, these institutions began to decline gradually. This article attempts to examine the traditional system of education and the systematic functioning of the Morungs among the Naga tribes. The youths became acquainted with their history, culture, folklore, songs and dances. Above all important decisions of wars and raids were taken in times of emergencies at Morung.

It was appointed in 1632 by the Mughal sovereign who ruled somewhere in the range of 1631 and 1648. The Mughal ruler Shah Jahan Build the structure in memory of his most loved spouse Mumtaz Mahal, the Taj Mahal is the gem of Muslim craftsmanship in India and one of the all-around respected showstoppers of the world's heritage. The direct stays toward ensure the treatment of Taj Mahal, slighted and open to misuse and occupation. Concern over the difference in shade of the notable Taj Mahal at Agra, said the landmark had turned out to be yellowish prior, and was presently turning earthy and greenish due to rising pollution levels, Archaeological Survey of India which faced its wrath for failure to take steps to protect the iconic Taj Mahal. The stream Yamuna at Agra has turned into a dumping yard and notwithstanding the plans given before about mud treatment of Taj Mahal and its cleaning, the circumstance has not changed. The point will be to spare, secure and propel the social characteristics, splendor of the legislature ought to be worried about the national pride, and legacy and multi-pronged approach is required to safeguard and re-establish it. It is a reason we should secure our history. Arrangement of universal specialists to investigate the issue of assurance and safeguarding of Taj Mahal to keep the landmark getting contaminated by creepy crawlies. Voyagers entered wearing messy socks and everybody is slightest made a big deal about the harm caused. We owe it to our history.

This paper investigates the technological readiness and the consequence that could emerge if the appropriate and calculative efforts are not taken in time. A sudden emergence of a pandemic situation as Covid-19 resulted as a major blow specially to a country like India in terms of economical and which in turn affected educational flow. There was a sudden break in the teaching and learning process in educational institutions. Educational institutions in India are closed since march 16 2020 and till this paper has been written the education institutions are yet to open affecting more than 286 million students. The concern to continue the practice of teaching and learning led to the demand of shifting to an online system and this came in a period when the country was least prepared. The country is yet to complete the infrastructure as the report also stated that only 24% of Indian households have internet connection. Finally this paper put forth some suggestions that can be implemented to deal with the aftermath of technological Deprivation.

Abstract: In India one of every three urban people lives in slums. Slums have grown simultaneously with the growth of towns and cities partially in large industrial cities prohibeteration of slums has been taking place whenever the urban resources are stretched by intense population pressure. Land values are very high and living conditions accordingly are worse in the million plus cities. Industries in all major towns and cities have attracted a sizable number of people from rural areas who were reeling under the pressure of poverty there by leading to proliferation of slums at a faster rate. Such people who came to the cities in search of livelihood settled themselves in vacant places. This settlements are commonly due to lack of basic civic amenities and these areas have soon grown into slums where people live under unhygienic and insanitary conditions in India and slums population has been growing at an alarming rate. In the Andhra Pradesh urban slums have been more or less a result of the rapid industrialization it experienced over the last four decades heavy influx of laborers from rural to the port city has meant a growth in slum population at a rate higher than 6% per annum. In this research point of view another side urbanization and industrialization Causes for create Dirty Urban Slums. I would like to analyze the Socio economic and culture and tradition of modern urban slums Smart city) residents of the selected cities. This study is depending upon both primary as well as secondary data. It helping relate concepts to concrete places and understand the state nature of contemporary urban development.
